Fat to not. One way or another.
I am starting over. After a strong bout of depression and being hospitalized twice for it, my weight has climbed. Binge eating and then getting heavier and heavier is just disgusting and it stops now. I will stay on the right path. It’s horrible I can’t even look at myself anymore, I hate it when others do. I could really use some meanspo, sweetspo right now. Hell anything.

i probably should do a get to know me post.
i’m 19.going on my second year of college and i struggled with my weight a lot growing up.in our family,food was used as a celebration and a way to show love.i started gaining weight when i was like 10-11 and by the time i started middle school i was obese.i lost 14 kg on the summer before high school but i quickly gained it back because i never had learned how to deal with stress and emotional eating.i lost weight again on my junior year but had to quit because i develpoed an ED,although i was still a healthy weight(50kg) but i would binge and starve and my mom convinced me to stop it,because she was afraid i wouldn’t be able to focus on my studies.i gained a lot of weight back then.now i’m going on my second year of college and want to see where OMAD will lead to.it’s been only 15 days and my waist size and belly are shrinking so fast.i don’t know why i had never tried intermittent fasting before,for me it’s way better than calorie restriction or any sort of diet.
by the way,last year i tried intuitive eating and it doesn’t work for me because my body is so messed up,i can’t feel true hunger and when i try to eat when i’m hungry i can’t lose any weight,further proving intuitive eating is not for me.

Ok everyone, listen up. I am through being the “chubby faced curvy friend” in the group. This is Day 1 of 30 in which I currently weigh 180lbs/81kgs and have a first goal of 150lbs/68kgs. I’m about to blow everyone out of the water with how good I’m going to look.

I had a friend tell me in the beginning "take pictures, even if it's just for you to see the progress". I am glad I did. Now I'm sharing them in hopes that it can help someone else. I was somewhere over 230 pounds, afraid to even weigh myself and now I'm 135 (6 months later). It wasn't always easy, but it was worth it. This is me, please don't take my pics :)

Finally fat to thin!
18 months ago I would never have believed that I’d be in this situation…. I’ve lost six stone, I feel fantastic and am training for the 2017 London Marathon!

I was BIG, about 18 stone at my heaviest, and have been since I ballooned when I was 18 years old! 17 years of misery, pissing and moaning about it since, something finally clicked inside me and I decided I had to do something about it!
I would always make excuses, convinced myself I didn’t eat that much! But I did!! And I barely moved… sitting in an office all day and going home to spend the evening on the sofa filling my face! I was unhappy being single but felt so bad about my weight that I didn’t have the confidence to go out and meet women…. and I let this go for too long! 
One morning in August 2015 I got up early and switched on the TV (to FOX) and there was an infomercial on for Focus T25. I watched Shaun T wax lyrical about this high-intensity workout that would only take 25 minutes a day. And I was totally taken in by the success stories shown. I thought to myself 'I can do this!'! I didn't order it straight away, I ummed and arr'd for a few weeks and finally bit the bullet and went for it! 
It arrived a few days later and I committed to doing it every evening! I started at 16st 3lbs (I'd slowly lost a bit of weight over a year or so!)! The first workout made me feel physically sick.... I had to stop and wait before I could carry on - but I did carry on! The next morning I could barely walk! I was in no fit state to do a workout the next day.... or for several days in fact! But I started again the following Monday and made it through a little bit easier and did it day after day for the next 5 weeks! The more I did, the better I felt everyday - energised and already feeling fitter than I had for years!
I should also say that I was, of course, eating sensibly and healthily at the same time. I didn't follow the included nutrition plan, the ingredients were way too expensive, but I did eat high protein and low or balanced carb meals (more on that in another post coming soon!). That was the start of my journey in a nutshell. I'll be posting more details, thoughts, tips and pics. So keep an eye out! :)

I’m taking this seriously from now on. Cutting the bullshit from now on. My max caloric intake is starting very high at 1500cal and I’ll cut it down every 2-3 weeks. I’m Using this to track my progress and keep me on track and also to give myself thinspo and be able to give advice to you guys 💕
