My sister sent me a joker tweet saying to draw your character on the McDicks chair. So wanted to draw my gator girl Jurujaia Mia on it! On her all of her big fat glory!
Also yes I prefer to play DS on the keyboard, fucking fight me.

"Every like month or so, a new background THSC character pops into my head and stays there until the next one comes around. For some reason, some characters stay there even if I don't like them. Those ones being Kev Portly, Gene Fredrickson, Gary Mann, and Gadget Gabe (if he even counts)"
"Why? I don't know. Someone please help me, what's wrong with my brain-" submitted by anon

Sounds of Detroit: Celebrating 50 Years of J Dilla featuring The Pharcyde, Rich Medina, and more at Herbert Von King Park

On Friday, July 12, 2024, SummerStage, in association with Fusicology & Future x Sounds, presented a free show in Herbert Von King Park in Brooklyn in celebration of producer J Dilla’s 50th birthday. There were DJ sets from Breakbeat Lou and Rich Medina plus live performances by Detroit’s Slum Village (J Dilla was a member of the group) and South Central Los Angeles’ The Pharcyde, whose sophomore album, Labcabincalifornia, was produced by J Dilla and released in 1995.
I covered the celebration concert on Friday night for BrooklynVegan and the full gallery is now available on their website here.
