.....first 2 days of your diet result in big losses. Your body is saying 'fucking hell! FINALLY' I'm down over 5lbs and just starting day 3. Finally listening to my body and refuse to quit. In a few months I'll be able to do a 'you know you're skinny when....'

So... Usually my walk home from work is 1 mile and 15 minutes. Today i clearly lost my mind and it took me a lot longer. Stupid 70 minute mission.. . Stupid urge to do it whilst fatiguing and vertigoing And now I know what thigh cramps feel like and I am in a strangely good mood, even as my leg muscles twitch and jump and are a little grumpy with me..

Hey Guys,

As I have promised, here are some progress photos. I mentioned in the last post that I’ve been in a funk for the last few weeks, but upon looking at the pictures, I realized how much progress I’ve made. I feel way better about how I’m doing and have come so far since I restarted. I have a few sets of photos to show you. The top two are the first. Sorry they’re both terrible. (haha) The top one is from January of this year and the bottom one is from today (May 3, 2017)

Here are my Stats:

January-

Weight: 285 lbs, BMI:  52.1, Body Fat%:  66.16%

Now-

Weight: 290 lbs (+5 lbs), BMI: 53, Body Fat%: 65.23%

So I may have gained 5 lbs but that doesn’t say much when you consider the visuals and the BFP. So I feel pretty great. You can also really see where my progress in these photos:

So again not the greatest of pictures. The second one was from today and was a bad shot because I have a problem with the electricity in my house. But again you can still see the majority of the progress I’ve made. I’m super proud of it!

For the final two, I wanted to show you guys something a little different. I decided to try a firming cream regimen as I have a bit of a problem with loose/lax skin. I started using the fatgirlslim line from Bliss Cosmetics. So far I love it! I can’t believe the results:

The first picture was taken on April 21, 2017 on the first day I started using the products and the second was taken today. This is nearly two weeks and this progress is amazing. 10/10, I highly recommend! I’ll do a follow up post on how to use it, where I got it, and a bit more of a description of each one the company offers as well as the ones I use.

So, I’ve been on the SW wagon since January 2019 after a disgraceful Christmas and realising none of my work clothes fit (!) 

My current go to snack is boiled eggs - I’ve never eaten so many damn eggs in my entire life! Come on Saturday loss!
