I've read a lot of werewolf books recently. This was written for the Fall Ball Kink Thrall quick step on GOAD and somehow took on a life of its own and became nearly 5k words.

Summary

Werewolf Crowley smells something delicious in the woods.

The footprints were fresh, drifting through the heavy-laden snow that had fallen throughout the day. Crowley’s nose twitched as he followed it, the hairs rising on his neck. He’d never smelt anything like it; old, musty, full of sweetness, like a crackling fire at night, like the warmth of his pack curled around him, like home.

“Are you going to hurt me?” Aziraphale said, and Crowley shook his head. 

“I -, I don’t want to, but you’re so -” He said, beginning to pant, and Aziraphale lifted his wrist so Crowley could smell it. He grabbed it tight, fingers digging into Azirpahale's sleeve. He gasped but didn’t move as Crowley bent down and ran his nose into soft flesh. It made him dizzy. “So good,” he said, in a low voice and Aziraphale shuddered.

“Why?” Aziraphale said, his hands shaking a little. 

“Just smells good, smells like -” Crowley shook his head, how could he explain this? Like the most exquisite spread of food he’d ever had, like burning sulfur, like howling at the moon on a crisp spring day, like love. He jerked away, his heart rattling against his ribs.

“What happened?” Aziraphale said, rubbing his wrist. 

“Don’t come back,” Crowley said, his voice obsidian black. This was too dangerous a road to tread.

Aziraphale didn’t move.

“Why?” 

“Leave now.”

“Or what?”

Crowley gritted his teeth and gazed directly into Aziraphale’s eyes. “Or I will devour you,” he said, and Aziraphale bit his lip, not looking away.
