What kind of clothes do you think Athena would wear in a modern setting? I'm terrible at imagining fashion so I really don't know lol

I like to think she's not a big dress/skirt person (only for special occasions or if she's feeling particularly bold). I can picture her dressing in relatively comfortable clothing, like sweaters and jackets and jeans. Sweatpants if she's not going out anywhere lol.

My Reincarnated Pallas AU definitely lets me shine with the idea of her wearing button up shirts especially. I feel like she would live in button ups and flannels 💀 (I'm projecting slightly)

Anyways long idea short: Probably a lot of Business casual clothing, comfortable casual if she's staying home reading a book with tea

Every superhero and vigilante has has a costume like that at some point, something daring or a bit ridiculous that in hindsight that they just couldn't make work for whatever reason. Nightwing? The pretty motherfucker not only made it work, he slayed in that outfit. It looks ridiculous by itself on display in the batcave but not when Nightwing puts it on

The only reason Dick doesn't know this is because all his siblings have collectively gaslit him into thinking that it's his worst costume to date.

i need a scene in season two when percy and annabeth go to save grover. and before the fight commences. percy and annabeth pause to tell him that they genuinely think he looks so pretty in that dress. and grover thanks them and tells them to focus on keeping him alive or he'll wear this dress to his funeral.

Ghost Zone Phantom Fits (click for clarity)

Kept laughing to myself while making this bc I think Jazz would dress in the most try-hard, pretentious outfits ever. She serves everytime, but lmaooo

Extra notes:

+ With their Casual Castle fits, I wanted everyone but Jazz (and lowkey Dan) to have normal, casual outfits. I imagine that Jazz is extremely professional (and extra) so while she was Queen, she made everyone dress rather formally when out of their rooms. After Danny became King, he personally wore hoodies and t-shirts to rub it in the Observants’ faces.

+ With their Outing fits, they switch colors and disguise themselves to go out since they’re royals. The rest of the outfits are based on European-esque/fantasy/manhwa fashion, but in these outfits specifically, they’re directly referenced from 1940s American fashion.

+ In their Formal Party fits, you can see references of their mask wearing in this post of mine. The masks are meant to symbolize burial shrouds and their status as royalty or as gods. The animals chosen in order are: peregrine falcon, deer, wolf, and eel. I’m extremely happy with Jazz’s outfit and I think it’s one of my best.

+ In their Battle fits, the amount of armor they wear somewhat corresponds to their strength. Since Jazz is entirely human, she needs a lot of armor. Dan isn’t the strongest (Danny is, bc he’s the Ghost King), but he wears the least amount bc he isn’t allowed much (due to his status as dangerous) and bc he dgaf and believes in his strength.

+ With their Clockwork/Pandora Visiting fits, not much to say, other than that I referenced a lot of Greek statues and also EPIC the musical animatics when designing these XD

+ In their Last Year fits, this year can be explained in this post of mine. In order to minimize bloodshed, the Dannies wore their old hero outfits to hopefully snap Jazz out of her actions. It worked, and she surrendered to Danny soon after, resulting in him taking back the throne. Soon after, she recovered enough for Danny’s coronation and then left for a DC world.

+ In their Coronation fits, in an attempt to bring recognition to Jazz and her efforts as Queen, Danny dressed as one in order to be crowned. The rest followed and thus, they all started crossdressing. I’m quite proud of Danny’s dress because it looks sooo cute. It weighs 45 pounds from all of the silk and silver embroidery, which seems crazy but some royal dresses have weighed 60 pounds irl.

i first started this sketch it was just me trying to put fem zu on cute kimonos but i kept having new ideas

the 1st one is adult zuko visiting iroh in the earth kingdom. i designed the patterns around fire lilies >:) bc of the unhealthy amount of zukka fics i read where sokka called him fire Lilly fai so itd prob be a gift from him...

The hair pin only loosely attached bc he’s in vacation??? He’s not abt to go all in in w some over complicated hairstyle

The 2nd would be set on book 2 after they opened the jasmine dragon where iroh had some extra money and decided to get his nephew a lil gift.

I mixed up some stuff I saw on Pinterest for the kimono. The colors are brighter and more varied to like the clothes you’d see ppl for the upper rings wear. Also my favorite detail! The lil jasmine hair pin.

I would tag it another 🏳️‍⚧️fem zuko post but I like this scenario in general so take it as you will 🫶🏽
