Fascia Unwinding can take many different movement forms depending on the body part that goes into tension release. The common factor is that the movements are intuitive and driven by what I call sensorial or instinctive intelligence. A good example of Fascia unwinding is when you first wake up in the morning. Without putting much thought into it, your body goes through a series of movements: stretches, contractions, and releases. I invite you to bring some mindfulness to your morning stretch next morning. Make it a point to stay in bed a few minutes longer than normal, and simply unwind. Allow your body to guide your movements and become more aware of your hidden healing power.
