Please humor me a smol self promotion because fandom is just SO FREAKING AWESOME!

Way back when, I wrote a little QuiObi piece called Seasons of Love. It is very sawft and gentle, but ends *ahem* with a bang 😉 ANYWAYS, it is still one of my favorite things I think I’ve ever written to this day. In fact, I loved it so much that I even recorded myself reading it (smut and all) for my first podfic! LOL 🙈

I'm not sure if I already posted about this but I have been looking for anyone who would be interested to translate my fanfics or original works into their mother tongue. I don't fully trust DeepL for that, even thought I did try it out for Japanese. I want to post them on my account with the translator being credited and added as co-author.

As for commissioning someone, I had try a couple of time on fiverr and every time the sellers lied and used machine translation instead of translating the text themselves. Also with the numbers of stories I have it would cost me a fortune.

The works are available in French (original version) and English (translation).

Regulus: *points the camera down to his feet* "James, what the fuck, that was a low blow." Regulus: *with revenge in his eyes* "It's a Jegulus fic, of course James and my brother have a ridiculously unhealthy obsession and codependency with one another" James: *with love in his eyes* "It's a Jegulus fic, of course I love my star so much that I would live, die, or kill for him" Regulus: *drops the phone, only their feet can be seen as he runs to James* "Tu vas payer pour m'avoir fait rougir, chéri"

Small comic practice inspired by the fic “teaching me how to pray, how to say your name” by summerlovesivy on AO3.

Din teaching you Mando’a in any way he can. 

Some days it’s making you repeat words and phrases over and over again, helping you perfect your pronunciation. 

“Adate,”(people) he said, waving a finger between the two of you where you stood on the Crest.

“Adate.”

“Put more emphasis on the second ‘a.’”

“Adāte.”

“Jate. Adiik.”(Good. Child (between 3-13)) He pointed to Grogu.

“But he’s—”

“Say it.”

“Adiik.”

“Ori’jate. You’re getting better, mesh’la.” (Very good.)

Other times it would be more difficult, with Din speaking to you only in Mando’a, encouraging you to respond in the language.

“Copaani gaan?” He had come up behind you as you struggled to reach a wire that needed to be rewrapped under a hatch in a circuit board. (Need a hand?)

“Uh…elek.” You hesitated, hoping you had understood him properly. (Yes)

“Ni’liser gaa’tayl.” (I can help.)

“…Elek. Oh! Elek gedet’ye.” (Yes. Yes please.) You stumbled over the words, getting them out fast in the hopes that he wouldn’t point out your mispronunciation. “Vor’e.” (Thanks)

“Mirdala, cyar’ika.” He reached over your head to grab the wire. (Clever)

Your favorite teaching moments, however, were when he was fucking you. Against a wall in public, on the floor of the ship, in your bunk, it didn’t matter where it happened. He’d coerce you into speaking his native tongue, and it made you see stars. 

He was pounding into you, hand lovingly wrapped around your throat as he took you against a large stone on some quiet planet in the mid rim.

“Feel good, pretty girl?” He rocked his hips into you. “Jorhaa’ir, cyar’ika.” (Speak)

You felt heat rush to your core as he spoke, attempting to follow through on his instructions. But forming words right now—in basic or in Mando’a—didn’t come easy.

“El—fuck!—elek! G—gar’ganar ner kar’ta—oh, fuck! Din!” (Yes, you have my heart.) He fucked you harder upon hearing your words, thrusting in and out of you as if it were life-or-death. It was no secret that hearing you speak Mando’a turned him on, and when you said things like that it just further encouraged him to show you how good you made him feel.

He dropped his head down to your ear, still brutally fucking you, and through his helmet you heard him whisper: “Ni kar'tayl gar darasuum.” (I love you.)

That phrase, you knew by heart.

I've been melting a few last nights (34 C/93 F), and now it's colder and I suddenly can't keep my eyes open for more than a few minutes at a time.

On a better note, I think I'm finishing fic translation this week and finally getting to post the first chapter.

Wolfstar Micro Fic - @wolfstarmicrofic prompt: Ancient Greece - 363 words

“Are you just going to sit here reading?”

Remus glances up, face scrunching against the sun in a way that’s so endearing Sirius wants to smoosh his face in his hands.

“Yes?” Remus blinks like it’s obvious and - to be fair - it's a silly question because of course Remus would be content to spend his holiday with his nose in a book.

Sirius flops down next to him, sprawling out on the soft sand. The sea is calling Sirius’ name, crystal-clear waves lapping invitingly at the shore. And as much as he wants to jump into the warm Ionian waters, he is also not about to pass up an opportunity to appreciate Remus in this element - long limbs stretching out, sun-kissed skin contrasting beautifully against the white sands and the blue of the sky and sea.

“What are you reading?”

“The Iliad,” Remus says simply, attention flickering back to the book.

Sirius sits up, shuffles closer to peer over Remus’ shoulder. “Didn’t you read that in Uni?”

“Yes but this is a new translation,” Remus explains with an air of excitement. “And it’s fitting, we’re going to the Palace of Nestor tomorrow.”

Sirius nips at Remus’ bare shoulder, just as quickly presses a light kiss in the same spot. “You’re such a nerd.”

“It’s the best preserved Mycenaean Greek palace, of course I’m going to brush up a bit.”

“Nerd,” Sirius mutters again, not hiding the playful tone in his voice because as much as he teases, there is nothing Sirius loves more than listening to Remus’ passionate rambling about history (even if he can’t always follow them.)

Like he reads Sirius as well as the book in front of him, Remus says “Once I finish this chapter I’ll come swimming with you.”

Sirius hums with content, wraps his arms loosely around Remus’ waist and murmurs into his skin, “Thank you for letting me drag you to the beach when you’d rather be poking old ruins.”

Remus rests his head against Sirius’. He can hear his soft smile in his voice, “And thank you in advance for letting me drag you to all my old ruins when you’d rather be at the beach.”
