Daenerys Missandei Irri and Jhiqui!
[Image Description: A full-length drawing of four people, Daenerys Targaryen, Missandei of Naath, and Dany’s two Dothraki handmaidens, Irri and Jhiqui. They are standing progressively farther back from the viewer. Daenerys stands in profile, walking forward, talking to someone. Missandei and Jhiqui have their bodies facing the viewer, Irri is angled slightly to the right side of the drawing. Missandei, Irri, and Jhiqui look at Daenerys. They are standing on a red carpet against a blank background.
Daenerys wears a purple tokar with a gold fringe. She wears her dragon crown, a gold bangle, rings of various materials, a gold vambrace with purple stones, gold earrings with purple stones, and an elaborate necklace with purple stones. From the necklace and the crown dangle long strings of red and black beads. She wears an anklet and leather sandals. A few golden bells can be seen in her hair.
Missandei wears a knee-length light orchid-color dress. It hangs loosely around her. Her dress is trimmed at the hem with purple and blue beads of different lengths. She wears sandals similar to Dany’s. She wears a large V-shaped piece of jewelry similar to a collar around her neck and over her collarbones. It is gold, mostly decorated with purple stones, and a blue butterfly design. Missandei wears earrings with blue butterflies and purple, pink, and yellow stones. She wears a bracelet of alternating pink and yellow stones. Her hair is in braids to pull it away from her face, but is otherwise in an Afro-type style. She holds a tablet and writing utensil in front of her chest. She has an interested expression as she looks up from her writing towards Dany.
Irri wears Dothraki clothes. She wears long trousers, which are blue fabric with a fringed panel of leather along the inside of her leg and groin. She wears leather boots with green, white, and purple painted swirls on them. She wears a dark leather belt around her middle and a belt of gold discs over it. The central gold disc has a green stone. More blue fabric wraps around her chest, either pleated or wrappings. Over this is a painted vest, primarily decorated with blue, green, and white. On her upper arm is an armband with an illustration of a horse galloping in grass. She has leather wrappings on her wrist and opposite upper arm. She wears one visible ring. She wears a leather necklace with a triangular gold pendant and gold triangular earrings. Her hair is in at least three braids, tied off with gold beads. She has bangs. She wears a woven headband of green and blue, with jade stones. Her face is neutral.
Jhiqui also wears Dothraki clothes, although hers do not look practical for riding. Her clothes are primarily fabric of a deep raspberry color. Along the outer side of her trousers is a stripe of leather, fringed at the end, painted with pink and pale purple flowers. On her chest she wears a beaded brooch shaped like a flower, with pink petals and a green “stem”. She wears slippers, in the same material as the rest of her outfit, with a decoration of pink flowers on yellow around the heel. Her vest is laced closed over a green and gold under layer. Her vest is trimmed at the hem with gold discs. Around her middle is a dark leather belt, with a thin belt of gold discs over it. She wears a leather necklace similar to Irri’s, with a circular gold pendant with a garnet stone. Her earrings match this pendant. She wears two rings. Her arm band is gold and garnet. Her hair is worn similarly to Irri’s. She has a bracelet with chips of green jade set in silver on a leather cuff. She has a nose piercing with a gold chain that leads to her earring. She appears to be wearing rouge. She looks mildly interested in whatever is happening. End ID./]

Okay well I'm currently reading The hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, and decided to look up fanart.
Why does everyone keep drawing Zaphod as the most glamorous, fasionable diva ever, in sparkly colors and fancy hairstyles. In my head he looks and sounds like Soos from Gravity Falls.

I may have peaked too soon with my early slide into HNW and have to backtrack us into partially naked Wednesday.

But as we all know, with Evans the level of nakedness and the level of hotness are often at odds...

hey, so I haven’t had the gall to ask but do you have any fanfiction tips? like how to get people to beta, or just things you like to incorporate into your fics? like general tips because I’m out here struggling lol
Hello my love!!
Fic writing is a very personal process (for me at least). I used to be a creative writing major but before I could get into any prose classes, I switched over to TESOL. (there is still room in grad school though!)
For me, writing a story is a long haul process. I like to start with the biggest most exciting scenes of an AU (MOE is still using some of these scenes). I never start at the begining because it can be daunting and hard to connect to what I want to happen. So, I write all my fun scenes to get them out of my system (when I started MOE, I wrote 14K in 2 days) and then I look at them and start thinking about how to connect them. Point B, working backwards to A.
The BIGGEST tool for writing a plot, is to yap about it. I am not joking. Any friend, I have had many not in the fandom, to listen to you talk about the story. The friends that follow along and help you headcanon are the best ones. I don't think MOE would be as deep and flushed out character wise if not for June (the all knowing beta). She bounced ideas back to me and played with dialog and is overall the reason Margin of Error is still even updating. It certainly helps that she's also an author, because she understands the struggle.
There are friends you can mak on tumblr too! I have made a few mutals by networking my fic on here, and they all help me with hard character questions. Kit (Hi kit, love you kit) the phenominal WixWrites on AO3, has let me yap non-stop about chapter five and Tango's morals as a character. without her, Tango would be making some pretty out of pocket choices I'm sure.
For Betas, find some people you trust and ask them to read your work! I beta for some friends, some friends beta for me. My Betas (the hellions they are) are my friends that I met through minecraft (lethal company orginally actually, but thats a whole story). Good friends won't judge your writing, and if you ask them to look for specific things (and you should be if you're asking someone to edit for you) then it should be easy for everyone!
I ask my betas to look for specific grammar mistakes I'm prone to making, cohesion, character vibes ect. I have a list at the top of our doc and I encourage them to correct me where ever (I do this because I have confidence in my writing, and know what comments to ignore and what to keep. when letting others edit your work don't just accept all the comments. It's your work and you have control over what you do and don't change)
When it comes to adding things into a fic, say a fandom reference, its kind of up to you. sometimes its fun to toss things like that in, sometimes you don't even need/want them. For heavier themes, my advice is to look at the overall story and decide if it fits.
Margin of Error deals with themes on greif, drepression, and some fucked up family dynamics. I have the choice to add more themes or to let the plot breath. There was a point where I was considering bringing sickness back into plot, but decided it was heavy enough killing off Jimmy's mom. You kind of pick and choose your straws, and discussing with a friend will also help you gauge if something is too much. in the end, it's you're story. Write it for you and no one else. If you like something, then like it with your whole heart, don't let people on the internet take it away.
I'm very proud of your AU's you've been posting about. I think you'll make a great author. Try not to over think it, just write. Write it bad, write it scared, at least you're writing. plus, the joy of editing is that if you dont like the fist draft, its a draft you can change it.
much love! good luck!! xoxox sauce

I have a question about pizza girls abilities… because she has a healing power would that make her immune (or almost) to illnesses? Or cancer? Can she regrow limbs? Ooooo I’m so curious about herrrrr
I think I answered this on my previous blog, but in case I haven't, I'll answer!
Nope, she's not immune! For minor illnesses like the common cold or an infection, she'll heal from them faster than the regular person if she uses her powers. But diseases like cancer are ultimately too difficult and too complicated to heal from.
She can regrow limbs, if she manages to stay alive long enough to regrow them (blood loss and the sheer psychological shock of seeing an entire limb get cut off being major barricades she'll have to get through). It'll take a very, very long time though. And it's more than likely that it'll just heal into a stump, rather than regrow entirely.
Ultimately, PG's powers are in their infancy, and so is her knowledge and control over them.
Her powers can keep her alive in a pinch, but without her developing them further, that's pretty much all she can do.

You know, I feel like the people who shit on writing that spends time describing the environment in service to a compulsive need to drive the plot along are the kinds who think the only purpose of a scenic hike is to make it to the vista.
