I saw that reference image and IMMEDIATELY knew what I had to do with it. I’ve been working on this for an AGE and I know the og image says Super Mario Land but I figured it was a good time to shout out my favourite GBA game of all time, 🦆Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap🦆. I first played it multiple times to completion on the PSP and then later on a GBA emulator on my pc after our PSP died on us. I still love it to bits to this day 💖

Also you can see how I figured I liked the image more when it was flipped and then had to flip Kakashi’s hair and scar to be accurate. Also drew myself a little Kakashi face ✨as a treat✨ before I covered it with the mask

this was written for the Beside the Seaside universe, but could just as easily be a canon-compliant or canon-divergent drabble as well 🥰

“Have ye thought of any middle names?”

Jamie’s voice was barely above a whisper, so as not to disturb the baby in Claire’s arms, introduced to them as Germain Fraser. Of course it was middle names — Claire couldn’t help the smile that came with the thought.

“Alexander Claudel,” Fergus said readily, softly. “Claudel for his father, and Alexander for mine.”

She looked up from the baby to see Jamie’s throat bob, his gaze turn glassy, and then she couldn’t see much else for the tears in her own eyes but felt his fingers lace through hers over Germain’s tiny frame.

Can't we just spoil and indulge him to our hearts' content?” Opera shakes their head and says, “We mustn't do that.”

They point to a bubble showing Iruma with the other Misfits and says, “As parents, it’s important to scold him when its needed. Iruma-sama is surrounded by many eccentric demons. If you continue to spoil, him excessively...” Opera and Sullivan turn cartoony as Opera exclaims dramatically, “He’ll turn into a delinquent!! (Maybe!)”

A dramatic imagined Iruma wearing a delinquent outfit smiles meanly, “Gimme more allowance, old man... Hehehehe.” Egg form Sullivan trembles and whimpers, “De... Delin... Iruma-kun...” Opera says seriously, “So, let’s try a simulation. I’ll play the part of Iruma-sama. Principal, you can do the ‘scolding.’” Opera holds up a simple mask of Iruma’s face, and Sullivan exclaims, “Eh!?”

Opera goes to the couch with a “bam” and lounges. Sullivan sweats, “Eh, Iru... Iruma-ku...” Opera as Iruma says, “Go buy me some bread at the school store, old man.” Sullivan shouts furiously, “Hold on!! Iruma-kun would never say that!!” Opera raises a finger. “It could happen.” As Iruma, they say, “Geez. Grampa, can't you finish your work on time and give your employee a raise~?”

Sullivan shouts, “That's just you!!!” The two begin to grapple, egg form Sullivan furiously shouting, “Why would Iruma-kun want to give you a raise!!?” Opera says, “It could happen. You never know.” Sullivan: “No it won’t!!” Opera: “Well then, I want an allowance.” Sullivan: “Okay!!” Opera: “Hey! You’re supposed to say ‘no.’”

Iruma enters, beaming sweetly, and calls, “Grandpa! Opera-san! I’m home!” He is surrounded by a bright aura of flowers and the word “cute” as he says happily, “Today, I played hide and seek with Azz-kun and Clara! I couldn't find Clara at all, but I spotted Azz-kun right away! And for lunch we ate hamburger steaks! I had so many helpings! Oh! But I look forward to dinner, too!!”

Sullivan hugs him tightly, sobbing, and wails, “I can't scold himmmmm!” Iruma, shocked, exclaims, “Eh!? Did I do something!!?” Opera’s tail wags rapidly as they say, “I'll make six extra dishes for dinner.” A narration box says: “There won't be any scolding any time soon.” End ID]

You wanna know something about Shriek?

She frequently falls asleep on Kid's chest like he's a giant angrier Totoro, dozing off to the sound of his heartbeat. Normally, he moves in his sleep pretty frequently, but when he's holding Shriek? Doesn't move an inch.

He does still snore though, which may earn him a wing slap or a shock.

First of all, I ALWAYS carte blanche forever want to hear something about Shriek, anything you want to tell, I love her SO MUCH.

Fallin asleep on papa 😭😭😭 With her hearing and how much bigger he is every breath and heartbeat has gotta sound so heavy and steady, and she knows she's safe there!!! Love that she will still zap him if he's noisy tho, LOVE that even in his sleep he knows to be still so she can stay comfy and not get squished.

Sorry if this is a weird question, but do you have another job that you do outside of art/comms?? Maybe I'm missing something, but doing some quick math based on the comms you've posted over the last few months... even if you also do nsfw comms or any other comms you don't post here, it seems like you'd be just barely scraping by IF that?? i guess this is just a really weird way of asking if you're doing ok? 😭 and also a reminder that if you ARE struggling to please please Please raise your prices as soon as you feel comfortable doing so. You are an incredibly skilled and talented artist who clearly puts so much love and passion into your work, and years of experience should be included in your costs on top of a livable rate 🥺

hiii, comms are all i do rn and i dont do any nsfw ones (but even then they'd be priced abt the same or less than current sfw ones due to not being very experienced)

you wld be right about that, i think i make an ok amount as someone who only does comms + only has energy for so many per month... BUT i also currently don't have much in the way of bills other than helping fambly out with groceries and food and such lol ! I'm just in constant Saving mode rn...not much else to do atm

not sure about raising prices, i think the prices i have rn are the Fairest and Most Realistic i can get for my current skill and "popularity", especially as someone who doesnt really provide shading or backgrounds etc...i already often feel guilty about what i charge for what i give ^_^
