She's blooming!

And this is my new favorite baptisia! The blooms start a very pale yellow, almost off white, then turn purple. It's so cool and I only wish I could remember the name of this particular variety.

To False Falls Ash, Peach and Indigo

So how it feels living with 13 new siblings? It is a bit more chaotic, or not much of a difference?

Peach: They all are so... Weird.

Indigo: I like them, it's overwhelming though, they all are so... Mentally little compared to us.

Ash: I'm so tired, one of them is always up late at night and they can't control their blue and that wakes me up and - please just let me sleep.

Today in my garden featuring Ruta which is on its way to blooming, chives, false indigo, and bearded iris. Hints of purple and yellow which seems to be this garden’s preferred color palette (even the mixed colored annuals come in mostly purple and yellow every year).

Also, the rose bush and locust tree are absolutely buzzing with pollinators.

All down to skin tone cause i was being silly, but more than likely they'd keep their original skin tone

oyster mushrooms and false indigo!

oysters are mycoremediators that have proven effective in clearing oil spills and other chemical pollutants out of soil and water, so I have a special fondness for them. false indigo are a native prarie flower I picked because we saw a really beautiful patch of them on the drive
