Thought of another thing. This can go for Sambucky, BuckySarah, or honestly anyone you ship with Bucky.

Someone brought up that he was electrocuted while being brain washed and that in FAWS he laid down for a full minute after being electrocuted and may have trauma around it.

So is Bucky bothered by static electricity and tries to avoid it? Fic idea or aspect where he is afraid to touch things because he is afraid of getting shocked? Or maybe just nervous around unstable wiring? How would this be dealt with?

Steal the idea or any ideas I put up. And then tag me in it because if I tried to write this it wouldn’t be good. Can be angsty, funny or whatever. Bucky will take on any scary villain but god forbid someone walks towards him after dragging their feet on the carpet.

Rose had more than a few errands to get through, some work related with others were definitely more aligned with the personal project she’d found herself working on (but she definitely had plans to do all of them on the clock). Lunch definitely was first on her to do list, and she’d already gotten that taken care of. Rose finished off the last bite of the pastry she was eating, fishing in her pockets for a cigarette before she’d even finished chewing. However, no luck. She had the half-used up carton, but she’d forgotten a lighter. She swore under her breath a few times as she patted her pockets, though her attention was caught by something else soon enough. “I might be working with 20/0 vision over here, but I assure you, I can still feel you staring.” She finished her search for a lighter, coming up empty, and turned as she spoke again. “Fifty bucks and I’ll even let you stare up close. I’ll offer a friends and family discount on that rate if you have a lighter.”

I had no plans on watching Moon Knight (I only made it half way through FalconSoldier and skipped Hawkeye) but seeing your posts about it piqued my interest and I decided to give it a try. Just finished episode two and am loving it.

So thanks for turning me towards what will probably end up being yet another special interest! Lol

superhero stuff usually isn't my vibe, so moon knight getting me to watch (moon knight getting me to read comics, something i have a reading comprehension issue with) is the highest praise i think i could offer it.

Senator 2: Our peacekeeping troops will begin relocating people soon. The terrorists only set us back a bit.

Sam: You have to stop calling them terrorists.

Senator: What else would we call them?

Sam: Your Peace Keeping troops, carrying weapons, are forcing millions of people into settlements around the world, right? What do you think those people are going to call you? These labels, terrorists, refugees, thug. They’re often used to get around the question ‘why.’

Senator 2: Those settlements that happened five years ago. Do you think it is fair for governments to have to support that?

Sam: Yes.

Senator: And the people who reappeared only to find someone else living in their family home, they just end up homeless? I get it. But you have no idea how complicated this situation is.

Sam: You know what, you’re right, and that’s a good thing. We finally have a common struggle now. Think about that. For once, all the people who’ve been begging and, I mean, literally begging for you to feel how hard any given day is, now, you know. How did it feel to be helpless? If you can remember what it was like to be helpless and face a force so powerful, it could erase half the planet. You wouldn’t know that you were about to have the exact same impact. This isn’t about easy decisions. Senator.

Senator: You just don’t understand.

Sam: I’m a black man, carrying the stars and strips. What don’t I understand? Every time I pick this thing up, I know there are millions of people out there who are going To hate me for it. Even now, here. I feel it. The stares, the judgment, and there’s nothing I can do to change it. And I’m still here. No super serum. No blonde hair or blue eyes. The only power I have is that I believe we can do better.

We can’t demand that people step up if we don’t meet them halfway. You control the banks. Shit, You can move borders. You can knock down a forest with an email. You could feed a million people With a phone call. But the question is, who was in the room with you when you’re making those decisions? Is it the people you’re going to impact? Or is it just more people like you?

I mean, this girl died trying to stop you. And no one has stopped for one second to ask why. You’ve got to do better. Senator, you’ve got to step up because if you don’t, the next Karli will, and you don’t want to see 2.0. People believed in her cause so much that they helped her defy the strongest governments in the world. Why do you think that is? A few people have just as much power as an insane God or misguided teenager. The question you have to ask yourself is how are you going to use it?

Daily infirmary rounds were good for her, Jean reflected. The sense of routine kept her grounded well enough that even a bad night's sleep wasn't quite enough to have her unbalanced as perhaps it would have before. Still, she took the time to quickly pull her hair up into a messy twist, her pen shoved through it to hold it in place as she busied herself with her regular checks. Jean sighed a little, free hand scrubbing at her eyes as she worked through the last few pieces of paperwork. Once she was mostly finished, she stretched, slow and languid, in an attempt to work out the dull ache in her back. "Getting old," she murmured to herself.

It had been almost ominously quiet in this part of the Mousehole today, with almost no soul passing this way. So when a presence made itself known against her telepathy, Jean's head snapped up to attention. She leant back to grab her coffee, taking a long sip as she rose to push the door open. The figure heading down the hall towards her was only familiar from his file but still, she waved slightly to indicate he was welcome to come in.

"Good afternoon, Mr Wilson."
