thanks to a tremendous help from loved ones, i was able to replace my tablet!!! so i'm celebrating with a @fairytail-redraw prompt of erza <3 it was nice to get back to doing linework and stuff (sry for any fuzz, i worked at a smaller canvas than usual and then compressed it for web posting)

I've been meaning to participate in the @fairytail-redraw for a while now, so call it fate that this month's picture of Cana inspired me so hard my artblock just gave up and moved out.

took some creative liberty bc I did not vibe with that green/orange combo lol

The fairy tail redraw event is open to all artists (whether you are traditional or digital) and editors!

wanted to try some different stuff, so i picked another prompt from @fairytail-redraw's July post to work on! I went through some struggles with this, redid the lines, redid the colors twice, whew!!! i'm decently happy with how this turned out in the end, though, 180 feeling from the first attempts

i had artblock.. and i wanted to make myself get out of my comfort zone (the same 5 characters) .. so … this!! phoenix’s black gray design literally is the best thing i’ve ever seen and so is zai’s design for wendy!! literally cannot get these designs out of my brain .. frosted tips gray… because. ice magic……. ok bye guys
