I've finally found it: a use for chatGPT that I find genuinely entertaining. I enjoy its ASCII art.

I think chatGPT's ASCII art is great. And so does chatGPT.

What's going on here? The chatbots are flailing. Their ASCII art is terrible, and their ratings are based on the way ratings should sound, not based on any capacity to judge the art quality.

Am I entertained? Okay, yes, fine. But it also goes to show how internet-trained chatbots are using common patterns rather than reality. No wonder they're lousy at playing search engine.

Geralt has a garden in his backyard, of which he's very proud of and very attentive to. He grows vegetables and roots and such, unlike his nextdoor neighbor, of whom grows flowers. Geralt prefers something practical. Something he can eat or give his brothers to eat, rather than just something that "looks pretty". He does like how many bees his neighbor's flowers draw in, though. Geralt has reluctantly grown somewhat of a friendship with the strange man he lives next to. For about five years now, his neighbor, Jaskier, has forced himself into Geralt's house and life. He drops by with unplanned brunches, and brings Geralt tea and soup when Geralt gets too sick to garden, and he and Geralt occasionally meet in one of their houses to drink wine until they both can't think. Geralt does appreciate all of this. He's grown to quite like Jaskier. Which is why he's been dealing with Jaskier's recent oddities.

I need to see F1 drivers play trackmania (specifically TM2020 with a steering wheel) so bad you don't understand... the countless potential comedy factors of guys who Drive Cars for a living being put in a situation where they initially THINK they know what's going on but internally are completely lost on what the hell a plastic or wood or god forbid ice road is and how the everloving fuck you're supposed to drive a car on it.

I need to see them in complete denial because "HOW do you expect me to drive this shit I can't even keep grip on a rainy day" and I need to see Max Verstappen in complete agony and denial about any unusual racing line or "unrealistic" game mechanic (while secretly finding them quite exciting) and I need to see George Russell full focus dead set on figuring out the easiest turn known to man while Yuki's already rage quit an hour ago. I need to see Lando Norris with sparkles in his eyes at the first sight of a loop-de-loop and I need to hear Oscar Piastri show more emotion flying out of a sausage block turn than he does winning a race. I need to see C2 pretend to take it seriously while they have a collective 0 clues as to wtf is happening.

And I need Wirtual or Jnic or some other TM streamer to explain all the horrendously complicated ways to gain time (I genuenly cannot overstate how intricate the strategies in this silly little car game are) while the drivers sit there in complete disbelief. Before they actually start getting the hang of it, if anyone has a chance at it it's the people whose native languages list includes Car. Above all I need to see them enjoying cars existing beyond the confines of real physics. oh and I need to see them all still competitive to the bone about it in a cup or tournament setting unrelated to how much they're enjoying the game. also I need Nico Rosberg to commentate it, send post

Okay so my mom gave my daughter some books she got from the flea market. Considering how my mom let us watch a ton of inappropriate movies and shows when we were kids, I probably should've checked them before I let my daughter pick one for her bedtime story tonight, but hindsight is hindy and sighty.

Anyway, I couldn't stop giggling when I read her the story about Theseus because this is the most UNHINGED MINOTAUR I HAVE EVER SEEN

when I was little I used to play clue with my sister and when I won by being like “okay YOU don’t have the candlestick and I don’t have the candlestick and there are no more cards, so it’s gotta be the candlestick” she would get really mad and tell me I was cheating because I wasn’t supposed to be making assumptions like that and she didn’t understand where I was getting the info from, so I was ruining the game for her
