“Hey, best friend!” Tom said to you with a smile as soon as he saw you walking in. He met you halfway and engulfed you in a big hug which you gladly returned. He pulled away and said, “How are you? It’s been, like, forever!”

“I know, right?!” You laughed. “I’m more than alright, though. How are you? How’s life?”

“I’m great! I actually feel better now that you’re here because it’s been a long time since we’ve worked on a movie together.” He pouted before looking at you with a teasing smile. “How was the honeymoon?”

“I won’t go into detail-”

“We both know that you will and I’m used to it.” He laughed as you both walked to his trailer.

“Fine.” You shook your head with a smile.

A few weeks ago, you just got married to the love of your life: Alex Lawther. Of course, Tom was invited and he was so happy for you! He even cried that day. You thought he cried more than you and Alex did combined which made both of you laugh.

Prior to your wedding, you kept winning awards here and there and Tom claimed that it was your winning season. He was very supportive and he really is your best friend and platonic soulmate. He was your Joey to your Phoebe. Without him, you wouldn’t know what to do. He even helped Alex propose to you because he loved both of you so much.

After three years of not working together, you finally get to work with Tom again. You were excited and Tom made everything feel easy because you were comfortable around him.

When you arrived at Tom’s trailer, he immediately offered you champagne and you politely declined, hoping he’d get the hint. But he didn’t. He gave you bottled water instead and you happily took it.

“Where’s Alex?” Tom asked. “I haven’t seen him in a while too and Haz and I want to hang out with him.”

“He has a lot of photoshoots and he’s shooting a movie at the moment.” You told him with a proud look on your face. “We’ve been looking for houses as well.”

“Do you need help? I know this neighborhood that has a lot of vacant houses. The plus is that you’ll live near me!” Tom said excitedly and that made you laugh.

“You should come with us next time, then.” You smiled at him. You talked for a few minutes before going back on set. You quickly made your way to your trailer to get dressed in your costume before walking out again. You didn’t need to put makeup because the director told you not to. The movie you’re shooting is called: “Love of the Evening”.

Your character, Eileen Ford, is a normal girl from a small town who recently moved to the city for a job opportunity. You meet Maxwell Archer Reid, Tom’s character, who’s a troubled bachelor and a rich man’s only son. Maxwell and Eileen meet one night and Maxwell decides to please his father by bringing Eileen as his date at a gala.

The director wanted to direct the gala scene first, so you and Tom were dressed your best as you went into your places.

INT. REID MANSION - NIGHT Max and Eileen enter the mansion. Max puts a hand around Eileen’s waist. Eileen leans closer to Max. A waiter passes by with a tray of drinks.

WAITER May I interest you in some beverages, Mr. Reid?

MAX (glances at Eileen) Babe, do you want champagne?

EILEEN Champagne, please.

MAX (looks at the waiter) You heard her.

WAITER (hands Eileen a glass of champagne)

EILEEN Thank you. (smiles)

That should have been an easy scene for you, but you pretended to hesitate and the director called, “Cut! Y/N, what’s wrong?” The director was in on the plan.

“Is this real champagne?” You asked as Tom looked at you with concern.

“Yes, dear.” The director nodded. “What’s the matter?”

“Can I have a different drink? I can’t drink champagne.” You said, biting your lip. Tom looked at the floor as he thought of reasons why you couldn’t drink champagne, but his eyes widened as he looked at you and gasped.

“I THINK I KNOW WHY. OH MY GOD.” Tom said in shock.

“Are you thinking what I think you’re thinking?” You asked quietly.

“I think so. What’re you thinking?” Tom whispered. “I’ll count to three and we’ll say it together.”

“Okay.”

“1...2...3! You’re pregnant!”

“I’m pregnant!”

Tom covered his mouth with his hands before hugging you. You hugged back and laughed. He pulled away and saw your assistant filming both of you.

“Everyone knew but me?!” Tom shrieked.

“Surprise!” You giggled. “Alex thought this would be a great way to tell you.”

“I’m very surprised!” Tom grinned. “Congratulations, love. I’m so happy for you! I told you it’s your winning season.”

“Thank you.” You teared up with a smile on your face. Tom hugged you once more before letting you go and re-doing the scene. This time, you asked for iced tea and not champagne.

General appearance: Pale and has blond hair. Porbably resembles Octavian from HOO a lot? He has a lot of freckles and bright blue eyes. Gets a runner's body when he's older and starts to grow his hair out but always looks like he barely eats. Has the best smile though!

Personality: He's curious like his fathers but to a less curious degree. He'd rather observe something than try to play god with it. But this can also be a bad thing since Isaac is often a bit cowardly and has quite a few self-esteem issues due to the fact that one father is incredibly powerful while the other has mace life from scratch. Has a bad habit of rambling and saying very self-deprecating things before he realises it. Nervous around the rest of the family since he knows how they all feel about his fathers and just assumes they hate him automatically.

Special talents: Very good at remembering things. Took a survival course when he was six and was able to remember the steps perfectly years later. Also very good at debating because of this! Samuel and Isaac take advantage of this and it's a pain to everyone.

Who they like better: Isaac likes Samson better, mostly because he often has clashes with Victor over their methods of science and whether or not he can hang out with the other gamma kids. Probably faces the same issues as Arthur tbh (oh goshhh remember him??)

Who they take after more: Samson. They're both dense lmao.

Personal headcanon: Suffers from anxiety but doesn't want to tell anyone so a lot of the time his hands are trembling and he makes up excuses. Has such awful mental health which he thinks is ironic in a way and the only thing that makes him fully part of the hulk family. Also got adopted at 4 and Samson and Victor hadn't told anybody what they were doing until Isaac walked in one morning.

The affection Rupert Ambrosia has always sought is a kind that cannot be bought. He grew up in a household where financial indulgence was the only brand of love his absent parents knew how to offer, as well as a household where their children remained an afterthought until they were old enough to be considered useful. His earliest memories involve being ushered into the care of his nanny so that his parents, the owners of a renowned alcohol production company, could work in peace. His first words, his first steps – none of them happened in the presence of his mother or father. They missed endless milestones and, on the rare occasion that they were around, were both invariably too busy unsubtly checking work emails to pay attention. They spoiled him with endlessly expensive toys to make up for it, but never gave him the gift of their company, the one thing he’d grown to desire. He didn’t want luxuries. He just wanted love.

A softly-spoken and easily influenced child, Rupert was regarded as something of an anomaly by most. He was a gentle, whimsical little thing that refused to stay cooped up indoors and had a penchant for disappearing off into the grounds of his palatial family home to befriend the local wildlife. He idolised his older sister, Athena, trailing after her when she came back from private school for the holidays and wishing he could emulate her bravery. He also loved to paint from a young age, flinging colours onto canvases with reckless abandon, gifted with an ability to see the world in a kaleidoscope of colour; sometimes he felt as though he saw colours that didn’t even exist, frantically attempting to mix paints to recreate the shades that resided in his mind.

His earliest years, in retrospect, were the happiest he’s known. He didn’t realise it at the time, too preoccupied with the hole his parents absence had left, but he’d soon grow to learn that their attention, like absence, came with its own curses.

As he grew up, there was a distinct change in the atmosphere. His parents began to pay more attention to him, albeit acting in their own self-interest. The family company needed an heir, and Rupert, regardless of his opinion, was going to be that heir. The fact that all he wanted to do was be left in peace to paint was of no consequence to either of them. His parents put him under a microscope, analysing his every action and using it as some kind of moral lesson. He was told to speak louder, to take up space, to make himself heard. He wasn’t allowed to paint or go out into the grounds anymore – respectable young gentlemen didn’t walk around in paint-splattered clothing or have animated conversations with wildlife. He was told who he could and couldn’t speak to, how he could dress, how he should carry himself. His life felt like one lesson after another, and fun became a foreign concept in the Ambrosia household. His parents believed in endless rules, and the strict, implacable nature of family life wore Rupert down. He yearned for the company of Athena, yet she spent most of her time away at school. She was the black sheep of the family, something that Rupert, as the years went by, envied her for. The way they were treated was dehumanising in different ways – both ignoring and idolising someone were their own acts of unkindness – and Athena and Rupert were two sides of the same coin, suffering in a massive, miserable house.

While Athena was arguably stronger and got out from under the thumb of her parents, Rupert has always remained in their grasp. In his teenage years, he decided to give up entirely and give them everything they wanted. He swallowed down his dreams of being a painter and embraced the persona of an impossibly bratty young man. His relationship with Athena crumbled as a result – siding with his parents was the ultimate act of betrayal – and the pair now communicate exclusively through snide comments and eye rolls. He’s still waiting in the wings to take over the family business but, for now, is a man of leisure. He’s a socialite, attending fancy events and networking on his parents behalf. It’s a life of alcohol, needless indulgence and hollow relationships with people who are only ever acting in their best interests. He sees right through it all, how breakable businesses and their reputations are. He’s endlessly observant, studying parties forensically and trying not to be repulsed by how greedy and manipulative the entire scene is. He can be hypocritical – he’s part of that scene, after all – but, at his core, Rupert has never been able to shake off the feeling that he’s an outsider. He looks like he fits in, he sounds like he fits in, yet there’s a niggling voice in his head that tells him he’ll never be one of Them. Sometimes it’s a comforting thought. Other times it breaks his heart.

In recent months, he’s become slightly more outspoken, having grown weary of pretending to be something he’s not. His parents can usually still silence him into submission with a single look, but every time he speaks back, every time he doesn’t immediately do as he’s told, he feels alive. Something he’s managed to claw back for himself is his love of painting. His parents think it’s a messy, pointless hobby, unbefitting of a man of his calibre, but Rupert refuses to give it up. He spends most of his days covered in paint and, even when he’s forced into stiff business suits for events, there’s invariably flecks of it lingering beneath his nails. He rarely lets anyone see his artistic creations, preferring to keep them hidden, but if he trusts someone, he’ll gradually open up. Painting is a tiny rebellion that’ll likely never lead anywhere further but, given his track-record of caving into his parents every whim, his defiance is monumental. Lately, the tides feel as though they could be turning for him. He just has to be brave enough to let them.

Small thing, is there an age rule for characters vs face claims age? I'm only asking because Noel is 35 in real life but being used for a 20 year old while you have Tom Holland as a 22 year old and Alex Lawther as a 23 year old and both are much younger than Noel.
