It had been way too long since Quinn had spent an evening out, just for fun. As much as she loved the children she was a nanny for, much of her time was dedicated to them. She did have some friends that she had met in Los Angeles, and some nice neighbors as well, but she didn’t go out often. This evening was extra special because she had the chance to see two of her friends from back in Lima perform, and she made sure to cheer and clap extra loudly for both Marley and Sam. They had been as amazing as expected, and when the show ceased, Quinn felt a spike in her nerves. She was thrilled to have the chance to catch up with Sam, and she was grateful that their rocky past had been forgiven. That said, it wasn’t unusual to get butterflies when in his presence. Even years now, way beyond their time as a couple.

Seated at one of the tables near the front, Quinn toyed with the straw of her cocktail as she every so often peeked up in search of the familiar green-eyed blonde. Finally catching Sam from a distance, Quinn flashed a brilliant grin and waved him over, hoping he’d taken notice.

Sam & Quinn || Parent/Teacher Conference

The evenings where she got to meet with Luke’s teachers had become some of her favorites. She got the chance to hear about how great they thought her little boy was, how happy he was in class, and where they thought he was going to be able to progress in the future. He was an intelligent little boy, there was no denying that, but knowing that the teachers felt the same? Well it made her heart soar. She was even more excited that Sam would be there to hear all of the good things that they would say. It was one thing for her to say them to him, but for him to hear it right away was more exciting for her.

She’d arranged for Rachel to watch Luke at the apartment, as she always did when it came to these meetings. The brunette knew the truth of course, and had even suggested that perhaps Quinn and Sam get some coffee and talk afterwards, though whether that was a good idea or not she would determine over the course of the afternoon. She didn’t want to commit to spending too long out of the apartment, but she also didn’t want to rush it. She was sure that she and Sam still had plenty to talk through, and possibly even more if he wanted to help out if Luke had more reading or learning to do outside of the classroom. 

She’d arranged to meet Sam outside of the school, and was running a little bit later than she had planned to be. “Sam, I am so sorry.” She apologised, adjusting her bag strap on her shoulder. It couldn’t have been more than a couple of minutes, but she still felt bad. “I was trying to sort Luke’s dinner for this evening because Rachel’s watching him, and then he decided he didn’t want it and... it was a lot more work than it needed to be.” She explained with a shake of her head, looking up towards him. “I’m sorry - how are you? Excited to meet his teacher?”

“And remember guys, those papers are due at the end of the week.”

Sam stood at the front of the classroom, watching as the members of his class gathered up their things. The bell rang just a split second later, proving once again that his timing was great. His students knew they could count on him to free them up without keeping them late, and in return it was usually a deal that let him keep their attention too. Sam gave a smile as they started to file out of the room, heading off at the end of the school day one by one. As he nodded at them, one student remained in her seat, watching him.

Quinn Fabray, the head cheerleader and one of Sam’s best students by far, had asked him to stay late for help with an assignment he’d given everyone. Once everyone else had left the classroom Sam walked towards Quinn and made eye contact with the new senior student. Even though he had full faith that she could handle the project, Sam also knew she was perhaps the most serious student when it came to her grades and future; starting off her last year in high school with anything less than a perfect score on the assignment was probably her worst nightmare.

“Hey Quinn. My schedule is clear tonight, so we can go over the assignment as much as you’re comfortable with. I really think you’ve got a better handle on it than you think, but I’m happy to get you started.”

who wants to be Sam to my Quinn?

I know Glee has been over for 1.8 million years now, however, I’ve been feeling hella nostalgic lately. I’ve been thinking of possibly doing a 2x2 with endgame ships of Puckleberry and Fabrevans. The actual premise hasn’t been worked out yet but I have a friend who would play Rachel so all I need is an interested Puck and an interested Quinn. Both over 18 is a requirement due to the fact that my friend and I are in our 20s. Puck’s faceclaim can be talked about with anyone who is interested in picking him up. If interested, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

So, I am still actively looking for Puckleberry/Fabrevans 2x2. I’ve come up with some plots that might be interesting. We will do more than one so please don’t be afraid to ask about a character. If interested, just message me with the character you want, which plot interests you (or plots) and your age/name. We do ask for everyone to be over the age of 18. Both I and my friend (Rachel’s mun) are in our 20s. ~Also, We will discuss fc changes for Puck when we talk about plots and such~

Plot A: Character A and Character B have been roommates for the past year. Recently, one of their roommates moved out and now they need to find a new one. Enter Character C. Character C has been looking for a new place to stay that is fairly cheap after what happened between them and their old roommate. Character C might not be the best fit but they seem friendly enough and can pay the rent on time. Character D is Character C’s best friend and is always over. What happens when natural connections begin to form? 

*We are fine with any mixture of characters - obviously A&B and C&D will not be the pairs*

College is supposed to be a time of self-discovery and freedom. So why does it not feel this way to some? Puck and Sam are roommates who are as different as they are alike. Rachel and Quinn are also roommates, begrudgingly, but are finally starting to get along. Sam and Quinn happen to be in a class together and are partnered up. They find out they live in the same apartment complex and Sam, with his crush on Quinn, comes up with the idea of all four of them hanging out. 

*Roommates can be switched up to be Puck/Quinn and Sam/Rachel if anyone wishes*

Summer camp is a place where children come to learn new things, make new friends, and generally enjoy their summer. Camp counselors range in age from 18-22 and are eligible as soon as they graduate high school. Four strangers are thrust together, along with the other counselors, in order to give the kids in their care a good summer. Each one has different motives for being counselors, besides the obvious pay day they’ll receive. Quinn used to come to this same camp until she was twelve and a sudden wave of nostalgia had Quinn filling out the online application. Sam Evans is going away to college in the fall. His mom informed him that his siblings are going to summer camp so Sam decided in order to spend a bit more time with them he would go, too, as a counselor. Noah Puckerman had the same idea as Sam and though it’s not really his scene, his baby sister is very excited and it’s contagious. Rachel knows the camp could use her talents and originally when she applied, her high school boyfriend had applied, too. After a rough breakup, she thinks about backing out, but Rachel Berry never lets anyone down. 

*Obviously, we will be bending the constraints of time and starting this in “the summer” - Quinn and Rachel will be in charge of one girls bunk (Stacie’s bunk) and Sam and Puck are in charge of a boys bunk*
