ASCENSION | BORA | 1.29

Ben had been looking forward to this for a very long time. Not actually as long as it felt but it was all the same to him. Nora had shown him kindness and he appreciated the friend he found in her, but he would have been lying if he hadn’t been thinking about her this way for quite some time. Ever since he romanced her with dinner by candlelight. He dressed to the nines and was more extravagant with the setup of his bedroom than usual. He was a romantic and there was no point in hiding it. Rose petals littered the floor and candles lit up the room in a magnificent way, though he made sure to keep them away from the bed for safety purposes, especially with how rough he intended to be with her. He didn’t bother making anything to eat, there was no point wasting any time. He opened the door at the knock with a rose in hand and a smile on his face. “Hello, beautiful.” @noraxhummel

“Here you go little bug!” Brittany happily announced as she approached Nora, two cocktail glasses in hand. Complete with extra cherries floating around in the glass; by Britt’s request of course. “One Nora for you...” She said, passing it along to the switch and then held up her own. “And one for me!” The blonde took a sip, her features puckering slightly at how sweet the drink was but she was grinning anyway and sliding her way up beside Nora to get close. “Are you having an okay time?” @noracricket​

Spencer walked down the hall of the Rhodes art building, her backpack slung over one shoulder. Partially as a project for one of her 3D arts classes and partially as an excuse to have a new LARP costume, she came to Rhodes after hours so she could work on a new costume in peace; she walked into the art room, but stopped short when she realized the lights were already on--what was the likelihood that someone else was here?

Expectations: 

Aston’s: Mistress expects you to follow the rules that have been laid out for you along with all general and school rules. Mistress expects you to stay with her through the week and make her aware of your whereabouts when you’re not with her. Mistress expects cooperation and respect and rewards will not be earned without it. 

Nora’s: This switch expects to be treated with respect, to be listened to, and she expects to have her opinions be valued and considered.

Making her way from her car Maeve had two file boxes in her arms, stacked atop each other. She was moving files from the administration office regarding roles and testing to her own office. Crossing paths with a student she tossed her chin in their direction to gain their attention. “Help me out with one of these would you, dear.”

Ainsley couldn't help but beam with pride at the praise, her spine straightening slightly on instinct. While she wasn't one to get too hung up on appearance, years of formal events with her mother had conditioned her otherwise, and she spend even longer than she might have normally to make sure she looked presentable. "Thank you, Miss. I'm glad you think so. I would have so hated to disappoint you." She admitted. "And for the record, you look absolutely stunning. Have you been enjoying yourself, I hope?"

F2F: “So, did I meet your expectations, Miss?” Ainsley asked, smoothing down the front of her suit. “I think we all matched relatively well, considering we didn’t really coordinate.”

F2F: Truth be told, she was a little floored by just how incredible Ainsley looked. The suit she had opted to wear fit her perfectly, and the Domme itched to touch her. She satisfied that itch temporarily by bringing her hand up to straight the collar of the Switch’s shirt. ‘You have blown every expectation I had out of the water honey. You look beautiful.’

The moment the door swings open, Lucia sizes Nora up carefully. Always wary and untrusting, even when she’s not here for anything other than lending a hand. When she decides the coast is clear, she reaches into her jacket, pulls out a small manila envelope as she follows Nora inside the apartment. She can’t see the backlight coming from Aerin’s computer, which confirms her absence and she puts the yellow envelope down on the kitchen counter. “You don’t have to pay me back. Use it to get your affairs in order, pay for whatever it is you need to pay for. S’long as you don’t tell anyone where it came from, we’re square”.

Before Max beckoned Nora to come occupy the space in front of her, she picked up a Hersey’s Kiss from the bowl somewhere in the middle of the circle. Then with a glint in her eye as Nora approached her, she unwrapped it and placed it right at the tip of her tongue. “Go ahead and take it from me,” she whispered playfully.

At the sound of the buzzer, Henri presses the call button to unlock the street level door.  Opening her own door, she engages the dead bolt to leave it ajar in the doorframe for ease of Nora’s entry into the meager apartment.  Mildly nervous, Henri busies her anxious hands with glasses, preparing ice water for them both.  She hadn’t hit up the local liquor store lately.  Not for lack of time, but out of fear.  

She sets the glasses down on the coffee table, and waits on the couch, glancing idly at her nails.

Nora decided to make a stop at the grocery store, picking up some kettle corn and cheese goop crackers. She thought maybe she might need real food too so she decided to order french toast from IHOP like Sam subtly suggested. She made her way to where Spencer was and knocked on the door.”Hey cutie.” She smiled sweetly, walking inside with the sweet smell of french toast wafting through the room.
