Hiii!! Ooo that's a good question! I'm gonna answer this for Otto BC he's my man right now! And we share almost everything, he's usually very guarded with things locked in so being open is a big thing in our relationship. I know something that was hard to share for him was his fears, he's so use to being strong and a perfect scientist it's hard for him to admit he's scared sometimes. For me it's opening up with emotions, it's habit to bottle how I feel up but he always cuddles me and gives me those big brown eyes that I can lie to <3

The Great Christmas Movie Discussion!

(So we're all just about ready for Christmas. Trees done, house is decorated, and we have most of the gifts wrapped. I'm doing the last few when a thought comes to me...)

Me: hey guys...what are your favorite Christmas movies and why?

Karl: what's yours, buttercup?

Me: for me personally it's a toss up between Jack Frost and Last Christmas.

Elijah: Last Christmas? (Raises brow) are you serious?

Me: hey look that movie was one of the few made me cry my eyes out in the theater, so shush.

Astarion: personally I'm fond of the original home alone movies. Though I absolutely LOVED Violent Night. Controversial opinion but Black Christmas was a good one...and the original one, not the remake shit before anyone gets on my case about it.

Otto: eh, call me old fashioned, but I have a soft spot for It's a Wonderful Life. Though if we're going with more modern movies, Polar Express is pretty good for what it was.

Me: the story of that was good but the visuals throw me off....(shudders)

Oz: i don't care who says what, Die Hard is a Christmas movie and I'll die on that hill.

Me: and I'd help you defend it. What about you, Rabban?

Rabban: (blinks and goes a bit quiet) i...don't have a favorite. I've never actually...seen any.

Karl: nightmare before Christmas is best Christmas Movie. And Halloween movie. Tim Burton just hits the spot for me. Oh and if Die Hard is a Christmas movie, so is Edward Scissorhands.

Elijah: I like Jim Carreys version of the Grinch. Also I really like the old timey puppeteer slash claymation movies. Also the animated frosty the snowman. Classics.

Me: okay I'll admit the grinch is a guilty pleasure. But the old timey movies I totally get. My first memory is actually snuggling up to my dad while watching one of them. I can't remember which one it was...I think it was Santa Claus is Comin' to Town. The one where the creepy mailman committed a federal crime within the first five minutes (giggles)

Elijah: yeah...but we're all in agreement Love, Actually was terrible right?

Astarion: um actually that movie is my Christmas guilty pleasure.

Otto: everyone in that movie was a terrible person though! With the exception of the dad and his stepson...

Astarion: and that's WHY I like it. At least I can watch it and think I'm not THAT bad!

Me: okay but were all in agreement...Christmas Story...terrible right?

(Resounding sounds of agreement)

Karl: as terrible as that movie was, I did convince Moreau to lick a frozen pole once (laughs) Miranda was so pissed!

Me: oh my God Karl! Did she ever find out it was you?

Day 51

So the Christmas season is fast approaching, and that's inspired me to listen more to Christmas music. But like, now that's made me think about spending Christmas with my f/os. Like, having a party that's just the two of us, maybe with a few friends as well. Wearing comfy sweaters, watching movies, listening to songs, and MISTLETOE of course. It feels like you can make an endless amount of f/o christmas scenarios can be created and that makes me so soft.

Have I known you 20 seconds, or 20 years?

My one year anniversary with Dr. Norman Osborn and Dr. Otto Octavius is TODAY (January 3rd.) THIS IS NOT A DRILL!

I went to the theatre to see No Way Home on my day off from work on a WHIM. I can’t believe I almost didn’t go. I also can’t believe that seeing Norman and Otto on the big screen for the first time since I was a kid was enough to absolutely launch me into an insufferable amount of love for these two old men. They saved me, not to be dramatic or anything.

In our main universe, we met just as sporadically. Norman had one strawberry daiquiri too many and bounced over to compliment my clothes when I was getting overwhelmed at the club XD Thank you to my and Norman’s impulsiveness! (And thank you to Otto for swooping in to calm me down and let me sit with you two.)

Rosie is creeping in there too. In my original ship universe she wasn’t there but I’ve been creating a little multiverse of my own and on the anniversary of Otto and Norman slamming me in the heart I’ll be adding her officially to my F/O list!! <3 I love you Rosie!!

I’m gonna have a little party irl <3 I might make a cake or something. Otto is the one who bakes in the relationship but I’m sure I can figure something out!
