sometimes my overwhelming tendency to ask others for their thoughts/validation before I make a decision or after I do something makes me wonder whether I really stopped believing in heaven and hell after all or if even after all these years I still let myself be shackled by the belief instilled in me as a child that I cannot trust myself. anyway do you guys want to vote on my poll

Okay, now I'm curious. What is y'all's advice for trying tea/coffee for the first time? Like a particular cafe? A certain brand? I know literally nothing other than that like. Starbucks exists. Help.

So I grew up in a toxic household, and am currently stuck facing a fork in the road.

I want to move out of my parents house, I’m 18 and have a place lined up with a roommate I know I can trust and get along with, however my parents want me to stay home to the point that they are willing to pay for me to go through cosmetology school if I don’t move out. I have no support system with my parents because all my friends live two hours away, and in the end I would still be able to do cosmetology school theoretically it just would be pushed a lot further down the road because it’s expensive and so is living.

Where I’d be moving to, there’s one of my closest friends and my two bandmates, however the band is going to be needing to take a break this summer anyways because one of the other members is going to school out of state for at least 3 months, and the close friend will be doing their own schooling as well but only for 6-12 months. My schooling would cause me to be gone for another 14 months.

At current they all live near each other, two are roommates and the other is at their place essentially every night, meanwhile I currently drive the two hours there and the two hours back to my parents place every weekend, and it makes me feel very out of the group at times.

Essentially- I have no idea what to do because both options have their pros and cons and I don’t know what to do about it.

I’ve become desperate to the point of asking tumblr for advice and opinions. I’m at the point where I need to make a choice asap. I’m stuck, please send your opinion.

I genuinely don't know how to answer this poll. Because I'm not Mormon. But I /was/. So currently it's more accurate to say I'm related to Mormons because a lot of my family still practice. But it feels disingenuous to fully say I'm not a Mormon, considering how much of an impact growing up in that church and that culture continues to affect me. But there's no "Im an exmormon" option so I don't know what to say. @wowbright, thoughts?
