So I’m going to my JHS’s 送別会 (soubetsukai aka farewell party).

It’s being held after I finish up my last day there so I was going over some stuff with my colleagues.

Cuz it’s an overnight one at onsen resort and I have never stayed overnight for one before. All the ones I went to were just dinners.

Me: Hey so what is the dress code? Wanted to check cuz I messed up one year.

VP: It’s an onsen resort, yukatas of course!

(It was a joke, dress code is always suits. Would have been nice tho lol)

I'm not even kidding when I say I'm willing to get married if it means I could move to Scotland.

I'm Presbyterian, I'm from the rural Midwest so I don't mind cows, I knit and I prefer stormy skies. I may not have any particular interest in football (soccer) but at least I understand it better than (American) football. Hell, haggis sounds more interesting than gross. I actually enjoy the bagpipes and I know how a kilt is supposed to be worn.

If there is a Scot in need of a wife (or just somebody with a master's degree in Communication), just let me know.

I got like 2 and a half hours sleep last night, and I'm trying to stay up until at least 2am tonight. Why? Seriously, it's 10:50pm and I'm already exhausted.
