I'm going to use this for Evo! Gambit and creed. To create that sweet succulent found family content between a thief and a killer.

Haunted Mansion Au Deathlist:

Logan- snake bite

Laura- Fever

Victor- Old age, goes insane after his family's death

Ororo- Struck by lightning

Hank- Chemistry experiment gone wrong

Peter- Car Crash

Wanda- laced drugs, had a pretty bad trip before death, so now is the most aggressive anti-drug hippie ever

Kurt- trapeze accident

Rogue- gunshot wound

Remy- heist gone wrong, also shot

Kitty- Fell through the rotted floor of the mansion attic when exploring the place on a dare from her friends. Most recent death

Erik- the chandelier chain broke and fell on him. The impact didn't kill him but the sharp, metal, decorative spikes did.

Charles- War Veteran attacked on his way to visit his friend after the war.

Evan- accidentally stabbed by a wild porcupine. He's embarrassed THAT is how he died so he just says he got stabbed. Third most recent death

And if we include some non-evo characters:

Morph- allergic reaction to SFX makeup

Jubilee- firework accident. Second most recent to die. Died 2 weeks before Kitty.

Roberto- house fire

Bobby- fell into a frozen lake

Oh my... you got it right! Those are a unique list of ways to die!

And they all make sense!

Hmmm... how do you think Lance and Todd died? (I can imagine Todd drowning and Lance dying in an earthquake or avalanche?)

Do we want keep Reader as a reincarnated ghost? And if so, do we keep their death of freezing to death?

(Ahaha! That list was perfect! And you kept some of the deaths from the Creed Reader Haunted Mansion AU! Yee!) (Oh, OH! @sugar-soda! I want to make another dark/angst-filled au! Did you like like any of the ideas I had? Did you have any? I thirst for the darkness!)

Some mundane things that Remy and Sabretooth can do together, but it's them doing it, so chaos ensues:

• Going to a thrift store, but the place is large, full of dust, does not have heating or air, and some of the oldest items (90-100 years old) are still younger than Sabretooth. Sabretooth hates the dust, Rwmy loves the old dresses and suits and costume jewelry, Sabretooth finds the old books section and picks out a few classics, and they both discover a love for collecting many versions of a novelty item (for this, imagine either carved stone animal statues/statuettes, or something similar) (and maybe they decide to keep it a secret from Magneto and Pyro, for reasons)

• Visiting the park, but Sabretooth does battle with the geese, Gambit feeds the baby goslings and ducklings, they both end up in the pond, and they enjoy some ice cream afterward (they stopped some kids from bothering the baby birds, and it was hilarious)

• They stop by a diner in the late night/early morning, it has waffles or pancakes, and Sabretooth ends up ordering a bit of everything, then gets extra pancakes and sausage for Remy (and there's a claw machine, and Gambit wins a plush) (let the boy have a cute and much-needed stuffie) (so basically they visit a Waffle House or Denny's or IHOP, your pick)

• The two end up in a Walmart, and run into Logan, and Gambit gets to try and stop Sabretooth and Wolverine from destroying Walmart and try to keep them from getting banned, as Gambit likes a specific item from Walmart and does not want to explain to Magneto why he and Sabretooth became mortal enemies with Walmart (there's an annoying manager there named Sheryl, who Sabretooth hates)

Those are just a few ideas of mundane things to do and places to go for Sabretooth and Remy. May they have fun and bonding experiences and not get banned!

also; walmart smack down? and remy having to stop a smack down?? peak.

I think that sabretooth in both the walmart and thriftstore scenarios is looking for more bedding for the poor southerner. I know as a southerner, northern winters EAT my bones. southern winters chew at me, especially where Ive had breaks in the bone, so Remy has that a million times worse in the dead of winter and similar amounts in fall and spring coolness.

oohhh wait now my brain is going off on a tangent about being cold. like remy prolly has lots of broken bones that have healed and little fat. so the cold, once it gets in, just buries in his bones and acheeessssss (that's how it is for me and remy is getting projected on. creed also gets projected on, but its different.)

Staring out his window at the swamp, he calls his mutant son.

It takes three rings before an answer.

“Betta have reason to make Gambit awake right now.”

Remy slurs, voice sounding rough. Is his kid sleeping with someone?

“Wanted to talk son. You move base up north? Noticed you not buying more cat food.”

Remy sighs and huffs.

“Mon chats is here. I don't come home enough for them. So they with me. No need to check on them.”

“Woulda been nice to know petit.”

“Well, you do now. Need somethin’? Gambit real sleepy and sore.”

His kid slurs. Jean Luc hears something shift in the background and the distinct sound of a hand going over the phone.

“Remy sleep in a moment Kitty.”

Words not meant for him. For another person in bed with Remy.

“Can I lick your wrist? For scenting.”

Remy blinks, hands stilling. 

“Scenting? Monsieur, I don't understand.”

There is a whiff of nervousness coming off of Remy and Creed hates that.

“Your cats rub their chin on you right?”

“Oui?”

The kid blinks slowly.

“It's like that. Your cats are marking you as safe and family. I want to mark you too. But I know you're jumpy! But wrists… wrists are something people get in contact with frequently, so it would be almost good enough.”

Remy slowly blinks and slowly lifts his arm up and slowly shifts it closer to Creed’s face.

“Do… Do you need somethin’ else Sabretooth?”

“Nah, sleep kid. I expect you to cook for me when you wake up.”

Gambir relaxes and grins.

“Ah, you only nice to Gambit for his cookin’.”

“The cleanings not too bad.”

Creed states and the kid laughs. It's a good sound, especially after smelling that fear earlier. He shuts the door and finds his instincts still unhappy. The cub needs to be protected, but… he doesn't want to get the kid to smell fearful now that Gambit is finally settled down for some proper sleep.
