okay so after the episode aired I cant stop thinking about it..its been hard to put my feelings into words, i feel so much for episode 16, holy shit (this is a mess i haven't slept since)

1. okay i’ll jump in with the whole evil!cooper and richard scene, sure we all knew it was coming, we knew that lad was gonna be his son but the whole death of richard was chilling. The way in which he was killed was kinda both sad and funny. the reason it felt sad to me was because Mr. C clearly has no feelings whatsoever for richard he leads him to his death, his own fucking father did that. that dead pan of “oh”. the sounds richard made a chill go down my spin.  Aye, I’m fully aware he is pure evil (BOB) but kyle’s performance was incredible! Kyle has shocked me and moved me in new ways no other actor has ever been able to achieve. Kyle deserves so many awards, his performance has been the highlight of the whole season.

I’m not a fan of richard whatsoever, i hate him. he is disgusting and i'm so thrilled that fucker is gone, that scene was quite a way to go. (I’m also worried how audrey will take this news, like she hasn't got enough to worry about).The reason it was also funny to me was because of Jerry, that bitch is still high! what are you taking jerry? and can i get some? jerry’s reaction made the scene feel like twin peaks, you know? the dark within the funny moments. if that makes any sense...

2. I love the Mitchum brothers and candie now. i’m sad they aren’t characters that live in twin peaks. because every since the whole scene where bradley had a dream of cherry pie, i felt like he belonged in twin peaks.

3. i might actually miss Hutch/Chantal in a strange way???

4/ COOPER WAKING UP THO. holy shit. nothing could have prepared for me for that moment, i cried when he said he was awake 100%. oh my god. 

cooper taking the ring and the seed thats gotta be a way to catch BoB right? (or either create a new dougie for the family or get the old one back? or maybe both? idk) BUT honestly I’m so ready for the cooper/Mr.C showdown. I feel like Kyle will be in full force in the finale, COOPER IS FINALLY BACK. AND WEARING A SUIT!!!! just seeing him put on his suit was SO satisfying..

the moment the main theme played, i cried. tears of joy. I get dale cooper back and not only is he back but he is himself again. that kind and warm fbi agent we all know and love is back and thanking those who helped him. “What about the FBI?”....”I am the FBI” IM SO

5. the diane scene was brutal and it's honestly not one i wanna talk about considering what Mr. C did to her, she deserved better! and I wish david lynch/frost would stop doing this to so many of their female characters because I actually want to sit through their work and not have to worry about having to face a rape story (yet again), it's my favorite show. I watch it to escape and not feel shitty. That being said, I do love that about david lynch, he digs deep into the worst possible things that happen in this world and this show has always been dark and I wouldn’t want it any other way.. I will however talk about how much I loved Diane,  even if this wasn’t her (A tulpa Diane). I still felt like what happened to her wasn’t in her control of. Even when she pulled out her gun I don’t think the real Diane was in control. The real Diane is long gone. I think the whole FBI team knew that, they were ready. I think they all knew she was going to die.  LAURA DERN THOUGH SHE NAILED IT

6. Cooper saying goodbye to janey/sunny jim was surprising moving and it was nice to finally see emotion in cooper again, he really felt for that family and i'm so happy he is still so soft and caring. Did i mention how i happy I am to have cooper back?

7. and finally that audrey horne scene!!!!! it was everything! audrey horne is still the dreamiest character in twin peaks and seeing her smiling while dancing was so wonderful. 

I remember discussing this long before the new season even aired, i remember saying i’d be so happy to even so much as hear audrey’s theme. Having a full scene of audrey dancing was like watching a dream. Girl, still got moves! it was all want i wanted to see and david lynch/frost delivered!  (besides cooper/audrey- but i’m not going to get my hopes up on that one tho!)  

I do also believe Cooper/Audrey waking up at the same time does have a meaning, i think they are connected. Personally I feel like there has always had this unspoken bond between them and it's not a coincidence that they woke up in the same episode. I’m ready for cooper/audrey 2017.

I am however really concerned about audrey’s fate. The whole Richard/evilcooper/Audrey theory is confirmed now so this will be upsetting no matter how lynch/frost chose to write it. I don’t want to see Audrey break down even more, I don’t want to see her in the same pain Diane was in. I couldn’t deal with it and even the thought of it makes me sick. 

But here's to the finale! Maybe we all get something we wish to see from it. I don’t think I’ll ever be ready to say goodbye to this show. It’s part of who I am and for that I’m thankful to frost/lynch, the cast of twin peaks and the fans of the show who have been kind enough to listen to me and discuss the show in great depths, even when i’m a fucking pain.
