You heard it here, folks. "Jews are just collateral damage," even when multiple communist regimes over the last century have specifically targeted, scapegoated, and murdered Jews because they were Jews.
Shows how little you think Jewish lives are actually worth.
youtube
Never mind that literally everything you think you know about Israel, Jews, Palestine, the West, and the Middle East were all directly fabricated by Stalin's antisemetic propaganda team.
The Protocols of the Elders of Zion: a fake-ass document , while technically printed in 1903 under Imperial Russia, was re-circulated in the 1920's under Stalin and aggressively pushed and printed all over the world, to scapegoat Operation Zarathustra.
State-Sponsored Antisemitism Under Stalin (1924 to 1953)
Joseph Stalin turned antisemitic activity into an official state policy. Although the Soviet Union officially condemned and even banned antisemitism as a “reactionary relic” of Tsarism in the 1920s, Stalin continued using Jew-hatred as a tool for achieving his political goals, mainly the consolidation of power. In the early 1920s, “there was a rapid roundup of the leaders of all Jewish and other nationalists’ undergroun groups,” to concentrate all power in the hands of the Bolsheviks. Many Jewish groups were dissolved and their leaders “either exiled or permitted to immigrate.” In the second half of the 1920s, Stalin deployed antisemitism to discredit the political opposition within the Bolshevik party by spreading propaganda about the opposition’s alleged “Jewish character.” In the late 1930s, after consolidating his power, Stalin cemented antisemitism as an official state policy. According to Gennadiy Kostyrchenko, a Russian scholar of the topic, this policy aimed to systematically eliminate “Jewish influence” in the social, political, and cultural spheres of Soviet society. The Kremlin imposed forced Jewish assimilation, which came into full force in the late 1940s... In support of state-sponsored antisemitism, Stalin and his security services deployed disinformation and propaganda, depicting Jews as outsiders, and, ultimately, as enemies disloyal to the Soviet state. In the 1920s, Soviet authorities justified the arrests of “right-wing Jewish nationalists” by accusing them of cooperating with the Zionist movement and supporting “global imperialism.” One of the KGB’s predecessors, the People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs (NKVD), fabricated tens of “counter-revolutionary” cases against the “criminal activities of the nationalist Jewish underground.”
Your hero, ladies and gentlemen.
But wait, there's more!
Witch Hunt against "Rootless Cosmopolitans"
In 1943, Stalin and his propagandists intensified attacks against Jews as followers of “rootless cosmopolitanism,” a nineteenth century term denoting preference for internationalism and foreign influence, in an effort to promote the “new Soviet nationalism” and patriotism. Stalin and his mouthpieces depicted “rootless cosmopolitanism” as an instrument for Western cultural and ideological expansion, and “cosmopolitans” as morally corrupt outcasts with a “national inferiority complex,” who rejected their own culture and subjugated themselves to the interests of foreign nations. “Rootless cosmopolitans” became “synonymous with Jews,” who were accused of sharing “cultural values with Western Jews and therefore were less than completely loyal to the Soviet Union.” False claims accusing Jews of “rootless cosmopolitanism” and of intentions to undermine the Soviet Union are rooted in the “dual loyalty” antisemitic trope. Stalinist accusations of “rootless cosmopolitanism” also echo Adolf Hitler’s charges about a “poison injected by the international and cosmopolitan Jew[s],” who he claimed had concocted aconspiracy to destroy the Aryan race.
That's right, HITLER GOT MOST OF HIS IDEAS OF JEWS being secretive, nefarious, infiltrating outsiders who were planning to secretly amass power and undermine various nations from Soviet Stalin's antisemetic propaganda machine, which he ruthlessly turned out from the 1920's till his death in 1953.
So, yeah, spare me.
I need Western leftist to realise that secular Jews were slaughtered during the Shoah.
I need Western leftists to realise that Jews who converted to Christianity were slaughtered during the Shoah.
I need Western leftists to realise that there were Jews who assisted the Nazis, thinking that this way they'll keep themselves safe.
I need Western leftists to realise that the Shoah wasn't about religion at all.

It's always a Witch-Hunt if your the one being accused....
Tumblr media
Ya know, considering all the guilty pleas we are seein in the media............
Which started out as so-called Witch-Hunts.
...and, Witch hunts usually end in guilty pleas if you know your history........
Ya see, its virtually impossible to disprove charges of a witch-hunt, and that's why they are used as a defense, to turn the focus from the accused to the accuser with no evidence other than personal accusations, which never make it to any trial.
It's playing the devil's advocate, pretending a popular accusation that you know a lot of people will support, because they support your fake news mentality, in order to make Yuge masses of people discuss and consider it in more illogical detail, making it seem real.
Like Pro-Wrestling is seen as being a real wrestling match.
But in the end there is no fake news god, only the facts, and the facts usually force the truth out of grifters to avoid even harsher punishment if they don't fess up, .... so they plead guilty with an explanation of temporary insanity, ........ meaning they are a person who engages in large-scale swindling, but they want people to think THEY were the one's swindled.
And our justice system usually let's them play that game because they are pillars of our society.
But don't you think you yourself can act like that, because your a Nobody, and nobodies usually go to jail immediately during the months the facts are sorted out, and then nobodies are given high penalty fees and jail time to boot.
And that's the system most of us vote for, because we are told it's for our own good?????
Just remember to take a big-ol jar of Vaseline to jail with ya, and your ass will thank you for it..............

CAUGHT IN A CROSSFIRE
ALL THINGS MUST END — ; PART 10 / 10
Tumblr media
PAIRING: Theseus Scamander x Female!Reader WORD COUNT: 4.7k SUMMARY: You and Theseus awaken in a place that feels all too familiar, uncovering that the truth behind Miriam’s intentions lies within the act of revenge itself. This is a tale of betrayal, love, and hatred, but it's also the story of how you learn to love again. A/N: This is it! I’m so so nervous for yall to read this, but I hope you like it!! I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has been here either from day one or at any time you found this series– thanks for sticking around. WARNINGS: Swearing. Angst. Injuries. Mentions of hurt. Mentions of being burnt (it’s not detailed), Mentions of death. Theseus being a simp (HAHA). No beta as always we die like men. MASTERLIST ; MASTERPOST
Augustus Warden was a tyrant, characterised by his uncaring, manipulative, and violent nature towards anyone who dared to oppose him. He held a firm belief in eradicating magic, viewing it as inherently evil, and saw himself as a saviour destined to rid the world of it.
Augustus Warden was also Miriam’s father.
Well, he could hardly call himself a father. He was never one to her. And was never a husband to her mother.
Augustus became obsessed with the perception of a saviour complex. It drove Miriam’s mother away, leaving her to deal with her father’s aggression and temper. Yet, Augustus's influence within the scourers' community grew, and The Gardenia Society landed itself in the thick of the chaos.
Again. Being hunted.
When your brother began showing signs of magic, your mother feared for his life. She had known about a distant ancestor with magical abilities for quite some time, though she hadn’t expected it to resurface in her only son.
Your brother was born at the wrong place and at the wrong time.
Your mother sought the help of Miriam, her closest friend. Almost a sister to her. She trusted her with her life. Nobody knew about your brother’s abilities besides your family and Miriam. It was a well-kept secret for the society's and your family's safety.
So, when word got out about your brother, your mother knew who had leaked the secret. Or so she thought.
The inhumane arrest of a boy. To be burned at the stake. Those were the words of the people. Just like their ancestors did. Hence, your mother decided to retaliate that betrayal of trust with Miriam for turning against her and her family. Miriam was then accused of being a witch and is the sole reason behind everything that happened to your brother.
She knew her father was insane but never knew he would ever go this far.
Her father. He showed no mercy.
“You dirty witch.”
Those were the words of the people, it rang against her ears.
Miriam remembers the fear etched in her throat. How her heart was beating out of her chest as she screamed, pleading to Augustus that this was all on pretence.
Yet, it seems that Augustus had been searching for a way to get rid of Miriam and finally found the opportunity.
A ball of flame in the darkness lit on a matchstick.
Augustus Warden stands tall and looming as he creeps from the shadows. He holds the little match with a grim twist to the edge of his lips. No sign of remorse. No sign of guilt.
“You did this to him … So long, witch.”
He tosses the matchstick.
Flames engulf Miriam.
Your family fled from the village with the help of The Gardenia Society and several Aurors, landing yourselves in the heart of London where the Warden would never find your brother. Since then, you had your memories erased.
But nothing ever stays permanent. And nothing ever truly dies.
Darkness.
Theseus struggles to grasp reality, feeling his presence as the memories from moments ago flood in.
He remembers … you. On the ground. Bleeding.
Immediately, he’s wide awake.
His surroundings are a blur, in the process of recollecting his thoughts when all that fills his head is you. Theseus then realises he’s seated; it’s cold, solid against his back and causes his slumped figure to lay straight on its surface.
A pungent smell suddenly fills his senses. Gasoline. He smells gasoline.
Merlin’s beard—
As he regains his sight, he recognises the room he is in. It’s circular, lined with seats to portray an amphitheatre. It’s a courtroom, though its structure tells a different story. Frescos held by its walls were heavily worn with time, abandoned, and unseen. This may be a ministry courtroom, but no longer operational.
The courtroom is filled with members of The Restoration Movement, all eyes on him. Among them, Morrigan and Mulberry stand sentinel, their scrutiny unyielding.
This is also when Theseus realises he is missing his wand.
Why on earth would Miriam bring him back to the ministry?
Before he could even begin to question it, Theseus spots you lying unconscious on the floor before him, in a pool of liquid. You’re drenched in gasoline too, he’s sure of it. It sends a sudden surge of shock to his heart, and there’s an immediate sense of urgency in how he moves to you, yet he stays unmoving in his seat.
Theseus glances at his arms and notices they have been bound with chains attached to the seat’s armrest. Eyes now wide, they return to your unmoving figure on the ground and all he thinks is to pull and pull and pull. Still, he can only watch you from a distance.
“Look at you. Helpless. Desperate. Seems like she changed you for the worse, Theseus.”
Miriam appears before him, you lay at her feet, tone laced with sarcasm as it booms through the courtroom. Strong and relinquished. Her expression wild, flashing with anger, hurt, and betrayal—hardened without an ounce of fragility and mercy in sight.
“Why are you doing this?”
There’s a tone of desperation tinged in his voice and it shakes him to his core. Theseus has been afraid plenty of times—during his training, the war. He has seen unspeakable things, but never has he been in the position of seeing someone he cares so tortured and bruised.
It clicks in his head. The ministry is the last place anyone would find them. Miriam is no fool.
Theseus heaves a silent prayer, hoping that despite the impossibilities of the day's events, both of you would make it out alive.
His gaze returns to you, catching a glimmer in your eye. You’re awake. Barely, but you are.  Your body remains frozen, yet your eyes convey a silent assurance, hidden from Miriam's sharp scrutiny. It's a subtle promise that you'll endure. That you’ll be fine.
Miriam’s smile widens as her expression morphs into a cynical, surprised look, mocking his question.
“I laid out all the clues, and you still haven't figured it out? Perhaps you weren't as intelligent as I thought.”
Despite the gravity of the moment, Theseus restrains the impulse to roll his eyes. Of course, he quickly discerned the laid-out clues: the open door, the photograph, and the brooch. Yet, certain questions remain unanswered—how did his brother become privy to Miriam's existence, and how did he predict Theseus's unravelling of the hidden messages in the letters?
Perhaps, Miriam doesn’t know why either.
“All I want is to destroy her. The Gardenia Society. Everything her mother ever loved.”
Miriam speaks in a manner of delusional confidence. A false sense of belief that her actions are deemed righteous. That whatever she intends to do is all for justice.
And it all ties back to your mother and the Gardenia Society.
Theseus watches the way her eye twitches, a flicker of sheer annoyance.
Something feels wrong. Or missing?
“Yet, you, dear Theseus. You always had a habit of sticking your nose where it doesn't belong, and now I have no choice but to take you with her,” Miriam declares, her tone laced with frustration.
Theseus merely scoffs. It sends Miriam boiling.
"You’re a hypocrite, Miriam. You revelled in meddling in everyone's lives, in my family's lives. Tell me, Miriam, did you truly believe we wanted you around?"
“Shut up –”
“We only did because we felt bad for you. After your husband passed –”
“I DON'T NEED YOUR FUCKING PITY.”
Her voice tears through the room, booming against its very walls. Miriam's eyes blaze with fury as she strides toward Theseus, and in an instant, her hand connects with his cheek in a resounding slap that leaves it stinging.
Unbeknownst to anyone but Theseus, you are wide awake, silently observing his calculated provocations aimed at pushing Miriam to her limits. With each jab, you understand his strategy, sensing the gears turning in his mind as he buys time. Knowing Theseus, he probably had a plan in motion before he came for you.
Through her distractions, you take it as an opportunity to survey your surroundings,  noting the dilapidated state of the room. Amidst the debris, a broken piece of wood catches your eye—it looks like a post that came apart from a railing. Its edges are sharpened after being torn apart. Something you could weaponise if you needed to.
Immediately you exchange a fleeting glance with Theseus. He’s looking right at you, though almost unnoticeable. You aren’t sure how you could tell, but there’s a silent understanding that develops between the of you.
Something is about to happen.
Just then, a sudden thud echoes from beyond the courtroom. It comes from the room’s entrance.
Miriam's attention snaps toward the sound, prompting you to feign unconsciousness once more. As she directs one of the men to investigate, the pieces fall into place.
Theseus just hopes the plan is set in motion.
He takes a deep breath before fixing Miriam with a steely gaze “You know, Miriam. Something doesn’t quite add up.”
Miriam's jaw clenches in response. “And what is that?” she retorts, her tone edged with defiance.
“The fact that I’m the one who’s in this chair, instead of her … This isn’t just about revenge on her mother isn’t it?”
He sees it. Only a flicker. Her facade slips ever so slightly.
“I’m not stupid, Miriam.”
A beat. The air thickens.
Theseus watches intently as she takes his words in. Then, she steps back, creating distance from him once more. As if she’s almost afraid he’ll be able to detect any sort of falter or weakness in her.
Her once furious eyes are now almost solemn.
“Oleander was … ambitious, hard-headed, and strong-willed man.” Miriam begins, her gaze distant. “Despite all his faults, I loved him. He promised me an escape from my father's tyranny, a chance for us to be together at last.”
Her eyes flicker towards you, still prone on the ground, and a tumult of emotions washes over her face—a mixture of anger and hurt.
“Then, her mother accused me of betraying the very secret that shielded her brother," Miriam continues, her voice tinged with bitterness. "I became a pawn in their game, a scapegoat to be sacrificed. Oleander vanished, leaving me to face the consequences alone.”
So, it’s all for love. Or more for the betrayal she felt.
"I discovered years later that it was he who leaked the secret. Turns out he was an Auror, undercover. He seduced the daughter of a Scourer to infiltrate my wretched father's inner circle. When everything went awry, he led the operation to save the members of The Gardenia Society," Miriam pauses, regaining composure as she continues, "But not me."
Then, Miriam turns to him once more.
"You remind me of him, Theseus. A little too much. All you seek is justice, yet you have no qualms about destroying lives in your path. You deem some unworthy and strike them down, all in the name of righteousness. Just like him. I will not stand by and let history repeat itself."
Fishing something from the pocket of her coat, Theseus discerns its shape in the dim light—a matchbox.
But, Theseus isn’t afraid. Not anymore.
It instead conjures a smile from him—all in rebellious smite.
“You won’t kill me.”
His tone is mocking. It elicits a frown from Miriam.
“What makes you think I won’t end you like the rest? I’ve killed muggles. I've killed her entire family without hesitation. I’m not afraid.”
“But you won’t kill me. Well, you can’t kill me,” Theseus counters with confidence as he clocks movement in the background.
“What?”
“All things must end, Miriam.”
Just then, a sudden flash of blue streaks across the courtroom and hits Morrigan in the shoulder. She collapses at impact.
Immediately, chaos erupts in the courtroom. Aurors flood the room, emerging from every corner of the amphitheatre as the surprise attack begins. Flashes of blinding blue, green and red bolt across the expanse as the attack began.
Theseus sees Travers in the crossfire, Mulberry collapsed on the ground at his feet. His expression is solemn, it’s a reflection after knowing the truth, but also a silent recognition and gratitude to Theseus that if he did not make it in time, this whole place would be in flames.  It was risky if anything were to happen to him, but thankfully, his Patronus found Travers and knew of his current location. It was the right call.
Through the impossibilities of today, a miracle did happen.
Miriam’s face splits into pure horror and she loses her concentration amidst the onslaught. Before she can react, you spring into action, wielding the broken piece of wood you had your eye on with fierce determination. Instantly, you strike Miriam on the head with a forceful blow that immediately sends her to the ground, rendering her unconscious.
Miraculously, the binds that held him to the chair disappear, finally able to get to you.
Well, that certainly works.
Breathless and weary, you stand on the edge of exhaustion, your body protesting with every step as you find yourself teetering on the brink of collapse. Despite your efforts to remain upright, your knees finally give out, sending you to the ground. With palms outstretched, you strain against the weight of fatigue, muscling all your strength to keep yourself from falling.
You then feel him. His grip finds the curve of your shoulder and your arm, supporting the weight of your own. It's warm, gentle, desperate yet assuring.
Theseus stares down at you with panic in his eyes.
“Are you alright?”
The words hang in the air as you grapple with the question.
Are you really alright?
“... She killed my family.” you choke out, your voice strained with grief as you struggle to contain a sob. Immediately his hand finds your cheek, fingers against cold skin. They are soft. Grounding.
“I’m sorry,” he murmurs softly.
You feel the gentle drag of his thumb just below your eye. It’s only then your blurred vision from the welling of tears, cheeks stained with the desolation and hurt that begins to settle within you. It hits you, gradually, but the pain is turning unbearable. It’s the physical pain searing through your back and the emotional hurt from everything that’s happened.
All you wanted was for this to end.
And now, when it is, where does it leave you?
Theseus’ careful touch remains on your cheek, his other hand firm against your shoulder. He can see the way your mind begins to spiral.
He says your name. You finally bring your eyes to meet his.
Furrowed brows, charming eyes, cheeks tinged with a little colour of red, vaguely tousled hair.
A small smile plays on his lips.
“We should get out of here, don’t you think?”
2 MONTHS LATER
My dearest,
I hope this letter finds you in consolation and comfort, though I must admit that my own heart is heavy with the weight of the news I bear of the fate of your brother.
Contrary to our belief, your brother did not meet his end on the battlefield, as we were led to believe. Instead, he orchestrated his demise when he sought information on your mother and The Gardenia Society. Through our research and Miriam’s testimony, we gathered that your brother was intentionally recruited into the Restoration Movement and allied with Morrigan. He had every intention to seek Miriam and avenge your mother’s death. He was part of the operation until Miriam sensed his true plan and decided to eliminate him. No matter the situation, Miriam would’ve killed him in the end, but she intended to use him to get to you first. This was when her plan started to fall apart.
This is all we know thus far. I shall keep looking for more. Your brother was a brave soul. He saved your life.
With that said, I hope this brings you some peace.
You must know you have been a constant in my mind these past few months. Though I understand your need to be alone at this time, nothing can ever describe the unthinkable things you have been through.
But perhaps, if you wish so, we could meet at St Mary’s Gardens in Woolwich. I hear it’s near your current home. I’ll be there on Sunday at 10 in the morning, should you choose to join me. It’ll be good to see your face once more.
Yours,Theseus
You’ve read this letter a hundred times since a certain familiar owl dropped it on your windowsill, just like the other times it had done so. Letters from Theseus were merely part of your days for the past two months, your desk in your bedroom filled with parchments of handwritten letters, signed by the very man that saved your life and sought to protect you.
Despite this, you never once gave a reply to any of his letters. Truth be told, you had been avoiding Theseus, a subconscious decision to try and distance yourself from everything related to magic. You never wanted to push him away, but you didn’t know how to separate yourself from the events with The Restoration Movement and Miriam without being in his presence. Theseus reminded you of all you’ve lost, though you seem to have forgotten the one thing you’ve gained.
You never saw him when Miriam was put on trial. When the ministry convinced you to step in as a witness, to give your testimony. In return, a deal was made—you get to keep your memories but sworn to secrecy. You somehow suspected that Theseus is the very reason the Ministry is so willing to work with you.
But it was overwhelming. Especially at the start. To talk about everything.
You pushed him away but It didn’t stop Theseus from writing to you. Update after update. He understands your grief better than you would expect.
Theseus never gave up on you. And for a moment, you wonder why you ever gave up on him.
A gust of wind whips through the deck of the Woolwich Ferry, tugging at the letter from your fingers. For a moment, it seemed like it would slip from your grasp, lost to the currents of the River Thames. Your heart leaps as you tighten your grip, fingers curling around the paper as if it were the only thing anchoring you to reality.
You clung to every word like it was a lifeline. His words were the first thing you reached for in the morning, the reassuring touch that helped you muster the strength to face another day alone.
Though certain words made your heart thrum a little faster than usual.
You must know you have been a constant in my mind these past few months.
You know how you feel about Theseus, but now, it’s clear as day.
Perhaps you don’t have to be alone anymore.
The ferry comes to a halt by Woolwich Pier, and your hands start getting clammy. From your position trailing behind a line of people as you step off the ferry, you can spot the gardens, a small gathering of trees amid the urban landscape.
However, you’re distracted, your mind lingering on the words that filled Theseus's letter.
It’ll be good to see your face once more.
The passing scenery catches you off guard and grounds you back to reality when you realise you’re already at the entrance of St Mary’s Gardens. Towering trees with arched branches and leaves rustling in the gentle breeze that shines golden against the morning sunlight. The trees cast shadows on the ground, dancing along the lush yet overgrown grass.
And there, you see Theseus.
He seems anxious, movements betraying a nervous energy that mirrored your own. One moment, he’s seated; the next, he’s standing; and another, he’s pacing as if unable to settle into one spot for more than a moment.
You watch him for a moment, somehow unable to move.
God, you miss him.
Then, as if he had sensed your presence, he’s turning around only to meet your gaze. In an instant, a wave of relief washes over his face, melting away the tension that had gripped him moments before. His expression softens at the mere sight of you. His expression splits into a smile that lights up his entire face.
Theseus says your name, and you feel the sudden warmth that floods your chest.
“Theseus.”
He carefully ambles to you, halting just about a foot away.
“You look …”
Tired, distraught, awful—
“Beautiful.”
Your heart picks up speed and pulls a bashful smile from you. You can’t even look at him without going red.
“Thank you. You look …”
Handsome, charming, the most beautiful man you’ve ever encountered.
“—well too. At least from the last time I saw you.”
The two of you were at St Mungo’s. Theseus had his arm around your waist, bearing the weight of your weakened frame as you stumbled, the sudden nausea overwhelming you after apparating to the hospital. In the reception area, you doubled over and vomited.
Just like old times.
Then, you were separated ever since.
Theseus mirrors your smile, similarly coy.
“I was beginning to think you were ignoring me for good.”
Your heart breaks a little at his words. “Look, Theseus. I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to. I was just …” you trail off, unable to finish your words. You feel guilty.
“No, it’s—you don’t have to apologise. You needed space, I understand that.” Theseus says with an edge of anxiety. As if one wrong word, you’ll go running. He purses his lips and tucks his hands into his pockets.
“I was just worried about you, that’s all.”
Your heart stutters. Theseus has always been so caring that it’s almost overwhelming.
He senses a shift in the air. He knows to be careful and patient. You need time. And he’s willing to wait as long as you want him to.
“If you would like, we could meet again. Same place, same time?”
“I would like that a lot, Theseus.”
Your Sundays were then days that truly felt brighter. Theseus works through the week at odd hours, yet ensures to keep his weekends free. Every Sunday, he’s there at St Mary’s Gardens, to give you an update on the investigation.
You find out how your mother passed in America at the hands of Miriam and how your brother may have been a seer, though unproven. It was the only explanation as to how he predicted you would even meet Theseus.
You buried your family. Three empty caskets.
Those times were the hardest. The realisation that secrets had been kept from you left you feeling helpless. Yet, through it all, Theseus stood by your side.
Weeks drift by, the case closes and Miriam and her followers are put behind bars. Still, Theseus ends with the same words:
“Same place, same time?”
So, Sundays turned into Fridays. Then, Wednesdays and Mondays—Theseus always found a way to weave you into his life, despite the hectic life of being an Auror. With his career on the rise from his hard work with your case, it’s hard for him to make time, but he makes it a point to see you, to hear your voice, to check up on you ever so often.
Theseus carries a certain air of enthusiasm when he’s with you. It’s carefully placed, disguised behind his calm demeanour, but you hope he knows how much you share that same enthusiasm whenever you see him. Whether it’s traversing through Hyde Park or sharing meals, these little times tend to be the highlights of your week. It revolves all around him.
Your love for Theseus doesn’t come careening in like an arrow pieced to your heart or a shock to the discernment of your feelings for him.
It’s gradual. And it grows larger and larger with every passing day. With every passing second.
And here you are, leaning against the railing that overlooks the River Thames, brushing shoulders with Theseus as you finish your ice cream. The river glimmers under the setting sun, and a gentle warm breeze sweeps through as the two of you watch Tower Bridge light up in comfortable silence.
“I saw Mr. Shacklebolt the other day,” you chirp suddenly, gaze trailing the ducks by the shore. The skies begin to turn dark as the crowds diminish, but you feel safe. Especially with Theseus.
Theseus turns to you with a curious furrow of his brows. “Who?”
You hum. It’s soft and contemplative and it causes a small smile to creep on your lips. “My old employer. He fired me months back. Before, you know, everything that happened –”
You catch your slipping and immediately halt your sentence, back to munching on your almost-gone ice cream cone.
Before I met you.
He recognises the implication and the sudden shift of your expression. It’s so vague, but he sees it. He always does.
Theseus takes a pause and decides to not address it.
“Really? So, did you clock him in the jaw?” There’s a hint of mischief in his tone and it causes you to laugh. Theseus’ eyes crinkle at the sight.
“I would have. He was right across the street. But, I decided not to. Not because he was with his children and I didnt want them to see their father get knocked out by a lady –”
It’s Theseus’ turn to laugh. Your face splits into a grin as you continue. “I realised I wouldn’t be where I am today if he hadn’t fired me that day.”
A beat. You’re mustering up some sort of courage to make your care for Theseus known. To put it under the spotlight for everyone to see. From the corner of your eye, you can see him staring at you, taking you in, clinging to every word you say.
“And I wouldn’t have met you.”
You huff, feeling incredibly restless as you turn to face him.
“Theseus, I don’t think I ever thanked you for everything you’ve done for me. You saved my life, and you never gave up on me. I thank you for that.”
He goes quiet in an almost bashful manner now tucked into the pockets of his slacks as he replies, “I try my best … or are you just saying that because I bought you ice cream?”
“Oh piss off!” you snap back at his tease with ardent humour, jabbing him in his shoulder with your finger.
You watch him squirm away with a casual laugh, beaming at you like you’re the sun. At this moment you decide you’re not waiting anymore. God, you don’t even know why you waited this long.
Theseus falls silent, his gaze still fixed on you with a curious beam that ignites a sudden surge of courage within you—courage you never knew you had.
In an instant, you’re surging to him, closing the distance between you where your lips meet his. It’s clumsy, graceless and so quick that it’s almost dreamlike in its brevity. You’re looking at him with wide eyes as if you couldn’t believe what you had just done.
You kissed him.
And Theseus looks like he’s about to explode.
"It seems that you just beat me to it," he breathes, his own lips tingling with the burning imprint of yours.
His words elicit an airy laugh from you, and as you mirror his grin, Theseus feels his heart skip a beat at the sight. Of all the times he’d known you, he had never seen you this light, this warm, this … happy.
He can’t explain it, but an impulse drives to reach for your hand, fingers tangled in your own as he brings his other to the curve of your cheek, warm to the touch. Vacant from tears, but lined with crinkles of laughter and smiles.
He feels the same way when with you.
At that moment, Theseus leans in to press his lips to yours once more. It’s different from before—more gentle, honest, and grounding.
It’s beautiful.
You’ve lived your life full of discrepancies and contradictions, but Theseus is the one thing you were so certain about. It’s a final profound sense of clarity.

open to males 30+
plot; set in the 1600's, margaret is a promising witch keeping herself in hiding due to many witch hunts that have been happening all around the country. unspeakable things started happening all around the village she resides in, and people started to get worried that something awful was coming for their village. on a cloudy day maggie finds herself in the forest, even if they were advised not to leave the boundaries of the village, collecting different herbs she needed when she hears something. your muse can be someone she knows, a stranger, a supernatural being, anything you desire.
Tumblr media
Margaret made herself believe if she plays it smart, no one will realize who she actually is. But it was hard to do that when the mob mentality took over. People who were afraid of everything unknown and would accuse even the innocent ones of something if it'll bring them peace, or some sort of gain. There was no doubt in her mind a lot of women who were burned onto the stake, drowned or beheaded were innocent, as they were always to blame.
People in the village were growing worried, eyes were on everyone, people were growing anxious and dived deeper into the panic. Maggie had to leave, even if for a bit, even if it wasn't advised. Slipping through the fields, she has found herself in a forest on a cloudy, gray day. Collecting some herbs on her way in a basket, it was unusually quiet, you couldn't even hear the birds. Until she heard something of a branch snap somewhere far behind her. Dropping her basket, Maggie turned around quickly and looked in the direction of a sound. "Who's there?"she called out. "I'm armed!"she then said, holding the sickle in her hand tightly.

Soulmate Time Traveler Au
Leather and Mike have lines in the game about something related to time. Mike says "You're mine. You've always been mine." And Leather says "Maybe I was waiting for you."
Between that and the song "Would you fall in love with me again" from Epic the musical. I got hit like a semi truck for a au.
Courtesy of the lines "I will fall in love with you. Over and over again. I don't care how, where or when. No matter how long it's been you're mine. You're always my husband and I've been waiting....waiting..." (Except the guys are Penelope and MC is Odysseus)
MC is using the darkness to try and weaken the darkness's hold on the guys but they keep running into them at various stages of their lives both before and after the curse was put on them, throughout their time as slashers.
"I'm from the future. I know something awful has been done to you, and your going to do things... terrible things....that you don't want to. Just know it's not your fault. What was done to you and your forced to do against your will is not your fault. And I do not blame you for it. I could never blame you. I'm going to break the curse on you. But I'm not ready yet...I'm not ..here yet. You'll understand everything eventually. Just wait for me, ok? Can do you that? For me?"
Mike 🐺
🐺 Mike remembers clearly and never forgot you got a second.
🐺 you met before the darkness muzzled him into not being able to speak freely.
"I'm actually from the future. We're....close then."
"Close? And who are you to me, exactly?"
"... I'm yours Mike."
"Mine?"
You smile gently, like you know something he doesn't...yet. "Yes Mike. Yours. I'll always be yours. If nothing else, remember that."
🐺It's why he's so dead set on you being "his" and being protective of you, even if you don't understand it early on in the present.
Leather 🐷
🐷 Leather was even more shy and wary of you in the past. Accusing you of being a witch more often than not.
🐷 you freak him out with knowledge about himself "you hate mice, you want a peaceful life, you love cuddles, you drank your grandma's sherry once at Christmas. jammy once stuffed tour stockings with dead pigeons but you didn't care much cause you made sugar cookies later with your family." And it convinces him enough that maybe you're are an ally if he told you all that.
🐷 he agrees to wait for you to break the curse, but over time slowly forgets what you look like as he loses hope you'll keep their promise and as he succumbs to the fog.
Jay 🐑
🐑First met Jay as a little boy and agreed to be his first friend. He tried to tell Carol about you but she insists Jay has an imaginary friend because she can't find you no matter how much she hunts for you
🐑Jay starts to believe their imaginary too and as you pop in and out of his life, he begins to get upset at you. He's big now, he shouldn't have imaginary friends, especially ones who break promises
🐑 Jay forgets about his imaginary friend in the fog until the curse is lifted and he sees you in the woods when it all comes rushing back. "You were all my firsts...my first friend...my first crush...my first love."
Ghost 🦊
🦊 Ghost in no way believes You when you tell him as a young man at camp that the feelings he has deep inside, that deep seeded anger and resentment will be his downfall. He scoffs and waves you off. "No one gets time travel right in movies, and I'm supposed to believe you in life? Don't make me laugh, loser."
🦊 After he becomes Ghost and learns about the darkness. He believes. He wants to break the curse and be free, to get justice and is upset when you disappear on him without breaking the curse, despite warning him you weren't ready to do it yet.
🦊 he can't remember you fully in the fog but he can remember the chemistry between you two. The almost magnetic pull and how fun you are, but he also remembers being upset at the long stints in time of when he gets to see you.

Something that the folks into New Age beliefs (ascension, starseeds, etc) need to understand is that conspiratorial worldviews (like the idea that there's an ancient global conspiracy manipulating everything behind the scenes) are inherently divisive. It doesn't matter how much you like the idea of peace, harmony, and unity consciousness, and it doesn't matter how much you personally try to keep your vibrations up; if you believe that everyone who disagrees with you is secretly controlled by the shadow government or whatever, you're never going to be able to maintain any kind of long-term relationship with most people, including the ones who generally share in your beliefs and values, because at some point you're going to disagree with each other on something, and when that happens, you're going to suspect each other of being government plants, controlled opposition, disinfo agents, or whatever. Conspiracy theorists are constantly accusing each other of being agents of the conspiracy.
Now like, there's a bunch of scammers in New Age communities, sure. And said scammers just make up whatever to make money. And that's bad, but that's not the same thing as being a government plant, ya know? Also, conspiratorial narratives actually benefit the scammers, because whenever anyone tries to call them out on their shit, they'll just say the government is out to get them and people will believe them.
But most of you? Most of you are just incredibly passionate people with firm convictions. You're not disagreeing because one of you is a double agent; you're disagreeing because you're people and people always have different points of view because no two people live the exact same life experience. Now sure, some of you are real dicks sometimes, and some of you get carried away by your own egos, but none of you are part of an ancient global conspiracy.
You need to understand, this conspiracy narrative does not come from good people. It comes from some of the worst, in fact. It's made from the same tropes used to justify the witch hunts and the Holocaust. Now, I know conspiracy theorists often believe that these people were actually part of the conspiracy and put this information out there in this form to throw people off the scent, but you gotta understand, there's no evidence of this, because there's no actual evidence of the conspiracy in the first place. Literally it's always been a bunch of assholes thinking of the most heinous actions they can imagine to slander those they hate and want to oppress, it's just that simple. When you adopt a conspiratorial worldview, you are internalizing this hatred and making it part of your inner matrix. Even if you're experiencing a high vibrational state 99% of the time, these beliefs - this programming - is going to affect how you perceive and respond to those who don't believe the same way as you in a very, very negative way.

I continue my agenda that TTPD is secretly a western album, I swear—
God. This song. This song.
At this point, I should put a boiler plate disclaimer that I understand these songs are very much about Taylor's life, and this one especially so. It's all about scrutiny, about the press and the media circus of being a child in the spotlight, about not being able to grow up (you stay the same age you get famous at in the public's eye, to paraphrase Swift.) It's about the mental side effects of that, of the suffering she admits to hiding: I want to snarl and show you just how disturbed this has made me.
I think there is an expectation that people (any people, not just celebrities) should only show signs of distress when they are at rock bottom. If you're functioning, if you're getting out of bed most days and still brushing your teeth, etc, you aren't depressed enough to complain. Who's Afraid of Little Old Me is Swift striking back at that mindset, that actually, she shouldn't have to perform rock bottom ( because she seems done with performing peak happiness ) 24/7.
However, I really want to dive into the imagery of the song, and then maybe elaborate on it too much.
I'd be remiss to say that I'm writing this the day after she performed it live for the first time, and I am so utterly obsessed with the live performance. The lights, the mirrored platform giving the appearance of levitation, and say they didn't do it to hurt me—
BUT WHAT IF THEY DID?
In general, that section of the bridge is my favorite. I've already referenced it twice! To give context, the full line is: So tell me everything is not about me, but what if it is? And say they didn't do it to hurt me, but what if they did? I want to snarl and show you just how disturbed this has made me.
( That is followed by the line that has become a meme, and I wrote a whole post being annoyed at that. It will forever rot in my drafts. )
The speaker's description feels like hypervigilence, the kind caused by a life time of whispers and daggers behind your back. If you've ever been the center of a workplace drama, or the odd kid out, or the New Person in a club or activity, or just have anxiety, you know this feeling well. You know the feeling of asking - is this about me?
I love the phrasing of I want to snarl, because it shows that she is expected not to. She is expected to... Actually. Let me set this up.
There's a parallel to her country contemporary Miranda Lambert's Mama's Broken Heart. Lambert details allowing herself to be dramatic and heart broken after she feels like her life went up in flames. Where Swift's speaker enacts supernatural revenge, Lambert's is more mundane (cutting her bangs with scissors, hunting him down at the bar in their small town.) The bridge, here, describes the expectation that is put upon young women:
Powder your nose, paint your toes / Line your lips and keep 'em closed / Cross your legs, dot your eyes / And never let 'em see you cry
Swift's speaker, jilted and in pain not just from her lover (the who's who of who's that) but also from the scrutiny she's placed under (by her community, her friends, maybe even the press) has decided that she will no longer be the picture perfect woman. She will no longer bow to their whims, and is executed by public opinion for it.
So I leap from the gallows and I'll levitate down your street.
This very strong imagery.
Historically, women who have been hanged are expected to act a certain way. We often think of witch trials, but women have also been executed for crimes like murder and theft. They are to act penitent, to appeal for public approval with their final breaths. If they serve as anti-examples, begging for God's forgiveness and showing other women to behave, how to not make their mistakes, then they are granted posthumous grace.
But speaking of witch trials. Women and men who were accused of witchcraft were not witches, not in the modern sense of the word, or the historical one. Some were midwives, some were just poor women, old women who had things their neighbors wanted to take. Some were widows, and some were just disliked. It had nothing to do with their "crimes," and all to do with wanting to get rid of someone "unseemly."
The witch trials are often used as emblems of sexism - because they were. They were a tool of patriarchal oppression against women who fell outside the system, for one reason or another. ( I'd also like to note this oppression went doubly strong against women and men of color. It's a very loaded topic. )
The imagery also makes me think of Margaret Atwood's Half-Hanged Mary, a fictionalization of the real life Mary Webster. Webster was accused of witchcraft by Phillip Smith, and taken to be hanged in Hadley, Massachusetts. Mary, a woman in her approximate 60s, survived the whole night, was supposedly buried, and still emerged alive.
Atwood's fictionalization has the same spite, the same rage as Who's Afraid of Little Old Me, "Tough luck, folks, / I know the law: / you can't execute me twice / for the same thing. How nice." By the end of the poem, she has become the witch they accused of her being.
Here, the speaker of Who's Afraid of Little Old Me does the same. Almost implied to be a ghost, but the imagery also implies a witch, a woman too powerful for the rope to kill - she decides to return to haunt her accusers, her killers. She crashes their party (there were often parties or auctions of the women's belongings)—
Like a record scratch as I scream — who's afraid of little old me?
She, too, has become what they accused of her being. I am what I am because they trained me.
Phillip Smith, by the by, didn't do so well. He disappears from the account around 1683. In The History of... Massachusetts Bay... by one Mr. Hutchinson, "...it happened that she survived and the melancholy man died." Webster went on to live for 14 years after her hanging.
It felt a very apt comparison to make.
There are other metaphors at play here - a media circus going on in the background, references to the stage animals that have killed their handler for their mistreatment. The title is a reference to Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, a play about how lives are so complex behind closed doors.
But in the end, I think it all furthers that same metaphor.
The pain of being in the public eye for too long has hurt the speaker in ways that the audience can't understand, because they have not lived it. Very few people are at that level of fame and scrutiny, and while a non-famous audience can relate in some ways, the speaker feels the only way to get the severity across is to invoke death and false hangings.
She is asking for them to see her as powerful, but also as human, and flawed, and hurt.

Witch Hunter
Chapter 8
<Previous Next>
Ao3
Claire kneeled on her mother’s grave, arms pressed against her stomach, uncapped hair blowing in the night breeze.
“Hello mother, I…I wish had had better news for you, but things…things are going to get bad,”
She shouldn’t be here, visiting her mother’s grave was risky enough. But now with all the town on the hunt for a witch…
Her eyes prickled with tears. Coming here was stupid and childish, but Claire’s burning desire to be close to her mother outweighed every ounce of common sense.
“I wish you were here,” she whispered “I wish papa had never taken them to Barbados. Then we wouldn’t have been waylaid by your condition and papa wouldn’t be forced to leave us behind in this god-forsaken town and it’s holier than thou residents–”
But then I would never have met Jim…
“I’m sorry I keep coming to you with nothing but my troubles,” she mumbled “Something good, Enrique nearly said his first word today. He said ‘nah’ but I think he was trying for ‘no’, soon enough he’ll be speaking in full sentences…”
Her throat tightened “I tell him stories about you all the time, he’s going to grow up knowing his mama. When papa comes back he’ll be so happy he has a son, so happy that he won’t be too upset that you’re…”
A tear fell and stained the dirt “I’m mad,” she said quietly “I’m so mad at you for leaving and I’m mad that I wasn’t able to help you,”
Claire knew she wasn’t being fair, she was hardly being rational, but it was as though a dam inside her had burst. She wanted her mother so much it hurt. Thinking of the stern, iron willed woman that had frustrated her so much through her childhood now filled her with pining.
“I want you here so bad,” she squeezed her eyes shut, words nearly a whine “I wish you were here so you could tell Hopkins to go jump in the sea, or maybe he would have you for a witch the same as the rest of–”
“Claire?”
She whipped around, spotting Jim cautiously stepping into the graveyard.
“Do you need some time alone?” he took a hesitant step back “We can meet later–”
“No.” Claire roughly scrubbed away her tears with the back of her hand, forcing herself to her feet. Now wasn’t the time for crying. Mama might be gone but if she were here she would tell Claire that she needed to hold her head high and take action instead of weeping.
“The Reverend hasn’t said anything about your mother,” Claire said, pleased at how steady her voice came out “I overheard him, Hopkins, and several other men talking. Right now they’re thinking the witch might be someone outside the town, a vagrant or a hermit in the woods,”
Jim visibly sagged in relief before he managed a slow nod “That’s…that’s really good to hear, do you think we can keep them from suspecting her until your father arrives?”
“If we can’t we’ll throw them off somehow, create false evidence or fake an incident,”
Alarm flashed across Jim’s face “Claire that sounds really d–”
“Dangerous? No more so than being accused,”
She stepped up to him. Jim had a few inches on her in height but somehow he was the one looking up to her.
Claire cleared her throat, willing her voice to be firm and authoritative, bringing to mind her mother’s tone when making commands of servants “We have to be willing to take risks, because if your mother is accused we stand to lose absolutely everything,”
“You– you’re right,” Jim stammered out “I’ll keep an ear out for what people are whispering, and if things get bad we’ll start planning on how we can divert attention,”
Claire gave a curt nod “Good,”
“There is…one more thing,” Jim shifted from foot to foot “Goody Hughes any day now,” he said softly “How the birth goes could determine whether my mother is accused as a witch or not,”
Untoward boldness surging through her, Claire stepped forward and put her hands on Jim’s shoulders, gripping him firmly.
“I’ll make sure I’m present, and that no one has any reason to suspect your mother of wrongdoing,”
Shock awakened Jim’s gaunt features “What? Claire no, I can’t ask you to do that, not after–”
“You didn't ask,,” she snapped back “I’ve already made up my mind so I don’t want to hear a word from you. I may like you Jim, but you do not get to tell me what I can and can’t do,”
Jim shut his jaw with a click, staring back at her wide eyed. The silence stretching out between them longer and longer.
“Well? Nothing to say?”
“I– no– it’s not that, it’s…” Jim stammered “I mean I didn’t know her for very long, but you sounded just like your mother,”
Claire’s heart swelled, arms dropping to her sides in an instant. The tears she’d been fighting back all night trickling out.
“Oh god I’m so sorry, sorry I I didn’t mean to upse–”
“You did–” she sobbed “Don’t– you didn't– these– these are happy…” a loud sob cut off the rest of her words.
“Oh….well in that case I rescind my apology,”
A laugh managed to choke its way out past her tears, lightly shoving Jim away “By god you’re awful…”
Jim flashed a cheeky grin “That I am,”
Another laugh, laughter and tears spilling out of her in equal measure now. Vision finally clearing enough to see the soft smile on Jim’s face.
“Do…do you have to go back now? I know it’s harder to get away and–”
“No.” she said flatly, pulling in several deep sniffles to clear her voice “I’ve had more than I can stand of the Greystones, now I need to talk to someone else about anything else,”
“Well…I’m someone else,” Jim flashed her a grin.
“That you are,” she sat down on the hard packed dirt of her mother’s grave, and patted the ground beside her “If you can manage decent conversation I may just tolerate your company,”
“How about…” Jim plunked down on the ground beside her “We talk about Spain?”
She giggled “Gladly,”
“You said you don’t get winter there, right?”
“Not quite,” she folded her legs beneath her “It does get cooler each year but not extremely so, and it rarely ever snows,”
“Amazing…if it rarely gets cold can you grown things year round?”
“No, even with mild winters every fruit has its season. But what does grow…” she turned towards him, a wide grin splitting her face “Apples and lemons, melons and pears, figs and pomegranates. More delicious fruits than you could ever comprehend,”
Jim’s eyes were positively sparkling “Truly?”
“Yes, and–”
And when we wed
Claire caught the careless words before they could escape, clearing her throat in the hope that Jim wouldn’t notice “And when I wed the dashing young man papa’s surely picked out for me, I’ll take you and your mother into our household and make sure you have more fruit than you could ever desire,”
Jim smiled bashfully at her, face flushed bright red all the way to his ears “Th…thank you for that, though I still don’t understand how you can be so calm about the thought of marrying someone you’ve never met,”
She gave him a light punch on the shoulder “Don’t underestimate my papa, he’ll never settle than anything less but the finest young man for his daughter,”
“Of course of course,” Jim turned and bowed his head in the direction of the gravemarker “Forgive me for doubting your husband’s character Mistress Nuñez,”
They both laughed at that, Claire using the respite to shove wicked, unruly thoughts away.
When she returned to Spain there was no doubt she’d marry shortly. Her papa had already been considering potential matches before they left. And once she’d told him of the kindness and generosity Jim and his mother had shown them he’d happily allow Claire to take them on as servants in her household.
Jim was skilled and charming, he could rise high in the hierarchy, he could become a head chef, maybe even a butler. He would have status, security, a means to ensure his mother lived to comfort in her old age and never had to peddle another charm again.
He’d been a bright spot in the darkest part of her life, and she would do everything in her power to repay that kindness.
Not chase after foolish fantasies that would never come to pass.

My Fall 2023 Watchlist & Opinions
Welcome to the comeback of my reviews that no one expected! But hey, I think this would be a nice practice for me to develop my writing skills and my critical thinking (?).
Take in consideration this post will be long because #unemployed, so everything will be under the cut.
Ready or not (I sure am not), here I go!
Atarashii Joushi wa Dotennen
Comedy, Slice of Life // ☆☆☆¾
After an atrocious experience with an abusive boss, Momose decides to switch workplaces. Used to such a toxic environment, he never expected his new superior to be so goofy!
The most wholesome show you'll find this season, and one of the most I've seen in general!
The work environment is pretty much paradise, each and every character being the living representation of the sweetest and most tender cotton candy you'll be able to find.
While the comedy mostly relies on Shirosaki's sillyness, it never gets old. Alongside the laughs, you'll find yourself aww-ing to many, many scenes.
Also, the series is conscious of the way people takes it (no, this is not a BL) and dedicates some scenes to it by giving different double meaning scenarios (they're all wholesome, no need to worry about that). Just a heads up, in case you're not into this kind of thing.
Want to know more? There's a canonical bisexual character in it! And here I was thinking that we didn't exist for Japan.
Totally recommend for those gloomy days, or even when you just need to shut off your brain.
Dr. STONE: NEW WORLD Part 2
Action, Adventure, Comedy, Sci-Fi // ☆☆☆☆
No summary due to spoilers.
I don't think there's much I can say about this one? I mean, unless I want to spoil someone, and I'm not a spoiler kind of person so...
For those curious about my experience, I'm enjoying myself very much! I decided to give it a try since my best friend loves it, and I liked it so much I quickly got up to date with it.
Now, do I understand every single thing they talk about? Hell nah, do you know how many times I failed chemistry and physics?!
But besides that, this show is a pretty wild and fun ride. And not only the previous parts, but also this one! Again, don't feel like making spoilers but the quality hasn't lacked not even a little bit. The characters are still as charismatic and funny as they've always been, and the plot keeps getting more and more interesting as it progresses.
Only thing I can say without explicitly spoiling anything: one of these days, Gen will end up messing with the wrong people. Can't tell you what tells me that, but he's messy enough for me to be unable to think otherwise.
Hametsu no Oukoku
Action, Drama, Fantasy // ☆☆
Once benerated due to their wisdom, witches are now being hunted down by humans who accuse them of impeding the progress of civilization. Adonis, a human raised by a witch, swears revenge against those who took his mentor from him.
CW: instances of extreme violence, forced non-sexual public partial nudity
Yes, I watched this one. Yes, it's an edgy one. No, it's not fun.
As someone who's always down to anything that has to do with fantasy, magic and supernatural beings, as well as being able to enjoy the trashiest things in life, I had some hope in the plot. Not in the way that it might be actually good, but in the way that it could be so bad I could get some laughs out of it. Sadly, this series takes itself quite seriously.
Which wouldn't be a problem if it weren't because it isn't even that good. The characters are plain, the episodes feel longer than they should, and there are times where you can see it go all over the top.
A pet peeve I have is when certain abilities/powers have ridiculous names, and this show does that to a tee by giving them some of the dumbest/edgiest (not exclusionary) names I've seen in a while.
"Do they even have to do with what each witch's magic is supposed to be?" I ask to the void in utter confusion.
"Absolutely not, but doesn't it sound rad?!" an easily impressed twelve-year-old exclaims from the grades.
Anyway, wouldn't recommend this show to anyone unless you're looking for an edgy power fantasy where characters die in gruesome ways not even five minutes after being introduced, magic type and all.
Also, can someone explain to me what does it mean to have "Natural Law" magic?
Hikikomari Kyuuketsuki no Monmon
Action, Comedy, Fantasy // ☆☆¼
After three years of becoming a total shut-in, Komari wakes up to find out she's the newest Commander in the Mulnite Imperial Army! Although she's descendant of a pretty powerful vampire family, she's rather inept when it comes to magic, even finding blood disgusting. Will her, alonside her maid, be able to make her path to success, or is failure awaiting for her around the corner?
Damn, this one took its sweet time to take off, only to crash and burn because the method was so cliché and overused.
The first three to four episodes are boring and not interesting at all, characters are bland as a wet piece of cardboard and the comedy excels at falling flat.
(Mild spoilers ahead, because I couldn't care less about this one)
And now you mean to tell me your seemlingly powerless main character is actually OP, only that under hypnosis? I didn't need to be a hound to be able to smell that crap from miles away, now did I?
But let's leave that aside to talk about Vil, A.K.A Male Gaze 101. I understand why she's attached to the protagonist, don't get me wrong, but did she need to sexually harass the protagonist or...? Also, how could I forget about the time where she almost forced Komari to pee herself in front of her!
Bro, if I were to know this was an omorashi hentai wannabe I wouldn't have given it a chance.
Anyways, if you're into any of the things I've mentioned previously, then enjoy yourself. This anime's definitely not for me.
Kamierabi
Action, Drama, Psychological, Supernatural // ☆½
A group of high schoolers see themselves forced to fight each other to death for the coveted title of God. Who will emerge victorious and claim their godly throne?
You have no right to ask that in the summary when you spoil the results in the first minutes of the first episode.
Let's be honest, if anyone is talking about this series is because Yoko Taro's name served as free promo. But did you know he's credited, not for the story, but for the concept of it? Big yikes, huh?
If you are a three-episode-rule kind of person, I assure you won't be needing that for this anime. One episode is enough torture, trust me.
The first minute is there to make sure you understand this story is different, is mature. There are no friendships, no love interests, only tons of suffering and betrayals. You know, what people back in 2011 probably went for when Mirai Nikki first aired.
Characters are not only boring as hell, but their designs are nothing to die for, heavely based on their assigned colors because you'll be forgetting their names the minute after they get introduced.
Fun fact: If you pay enough attention, you'll be able to see their phone cases' designs. Not only they look ugly, but they also spoil their so secretive abilities!
Speaking of character design, did you know the one in charge of it didn't even bother to create background character's templates? They all look like gray extraterrestrial things trying to pass as human beings, their never changing facial expressions being the cherry on top. This might be one edgy way of showing they don't matter to the main story, but it just feels super lazy. Also, this... artistic choice is just another spoiler, since everyone who has some sort of relevance has an established design. But oh well.
Fun fact: Every single one of these NPCs are gray, expect for a couple of them in episode six who are red and blue. One of them is the bad guy, can you guess who?
In summary, this show is utter trash. Wouldn't recommend unless you're as messed up as I am and like to watch crappy productions.
Kamonohashi Ron no Kindan Suiri
Drama, Mystery // ☆☆☆¾
When police office Totomaru is assigned to a serial killer case, he turns to Kamonohashi Ron for help—a once considered genius who, after a fatal mistake, got himself expelled from the top detective training academy and was forbidden to become one.
This is your classic detective show with the more normal character having to learn how to deal with the more eccentric one who's always really good at deducing. And I love it.
Yeah, it might be a copycat of other series with the same dynamics (like many other mystery anime), but they're all still dear to my heart. I just love them, man!
Every case they've introduced until now have been interesting and fun. It's been entertainting trying to think by myself what happened, who might be the culprit, how did they do it and why. As always, it's especially cool when you get close enough or, even better, when you were in the right. Serotonin kicks like those are always appreciated.
The dynamic between the protagonists is also really fun, Ron's shenanigans never getting old. Totomaru might not be having the time of his life, but I sure am!
If you're a fan of these kind of shows, then I totally recommend! If you're tired of the same scheme over and over again, maybe not so much. Would be nice if you'd give it a try, though!
Kanojo mo Kanojo Season 2
Comedy, Ecchi, Romance, Slice of Life // ☆☆☆¼
After their hot springs trip, Naoya continues his relationships with both Saki and Nagisa. Alongside Milika and Shino, they embark on a summer vacation full of romance with a fireworks festival, camping, and Okinawa. Chaos ensured.
There are not many series that touch upon polyamory which saddens me to a fault. The closest to this concept would be harem series, but a polyamorous relationship should never be a competition to see which whom does your "shared partner" choose to spend the rest of their life with.
While KanoKano isn't the best representation of this type of relationships (Saki often feeling like she's competing against Nagisa), it's not a bad series? Or, at least, not that bad. Rather decent, actually.
It's not boring, although it isn't the most entertaining series either. If I had to decide between KanoKano and any other series that touches upon polyamory (even if they do it with the tip of a stick, miles apart of the concept), I would probably go for Hamefura's canonical (albeit not in the way I would like it to be) Katarina fan club.
I just feel something's... wrong, you know. I get Naoya loves them both and that, in theory, both of them understand that, but I can't help feeling uncomfortable when Saki mentions this supposed competition the girls have (and the way they treat polyamory as "two timing" when that would imply it wasn't consensual?).
Besides that, it's a decent series to watch whenever you're bored. Not a masterpiece, but is not like it's trying to be one.
UPDATE: Rating has been lowered to ☆ as of 11/10/23. Visit the reblog section for more.
Kimi no Koto ga Dai Dai Dai Dai Daisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo
Comedy, Romance // ☆☆☆☆
Rentarou has been rejected a total of 100 times throught his entire life. Is when he visits a shrine and prays for better luck when he meets the God of Love. He reveals to Rentarou that he'll get to date 100 women in the foreseeable future. The catch is, once he meets them they must happily love each other. Otherwise, they'll die. What will be of Rentarou and his 100 girlfriends during high school?
He has arrived. The man, the legend. The harem protagonist of all harem protagonists.
Rentarou Aijou has arrived, and he's here to make you and your wife part of his loveable and excessively numerous family.
As I mentioned when talking about KanoKano, I've been looking for series that touch upon polyamory. And if you're like me, then you've just hit the jackpot!
While I'm conscious 100Kano is a parody of harem series and was never meant to be taken seriously, the way none of these girls are competing for the protagonist's exclusive love is refreshing. They're actually a pretty big family, always supportive of each other and down to give each other a hand or two (or twenty, if needed). They'll do anything they can to make their boyfriend the happiest man alive, and so will he with them.
There're no favoritisms whatsoever. Such concept as "the first one to arrive gets to win" does not exist in his agenda. In Rentarou (and every single one of his girlfriends)'s mind, everyone wins because everyone is his favorite.
An excellent series to watch by yourself or with your pals in case you're looking for something silly and easy to digest.
Kusuriya no Hitorigoto
Drama, Mystery // ☆☆☆☆¼
CW: infant death, classism, self-harm, kidnapping
Maomao lived a peaceful life with her apothecary father. Until one day, she’s sold as a lowly servant to the emperor’s palace. When rumours about imperial heirs falling ill surfaces, she puts her knowledge in medicinal herbs and poison to good use and finds a cure. It's then when she catches the eye of Jinshi, a handsome palace official who promotes her. The series follows Maomao as she solves numerous mysteries.
I can't explain just how excited I was for this one. As I said before, I love mysteries, but I also really like historical series. So when you mix both genres, you get characters who try to solve various cases with only the means they had yesterday.
Besides the art being drop dead gorgeous (alongside every single lady who makes an appearance in the story), the story is engaging and so much fun. The episodes are already a bit shorter than usual (albeit not for much, it's just me being petty), but the way everything develops makes it feel like they last no more than five minutes.
And Maomao—God Maomao! She's one of the best female main characters I've seen as of recently. She's not lacking personality—she actually has way too much, and I love that. She's so clever and capable at what she does, I bet it'd be so much fun to just stare at her as she picks different herbs or just stays still for hours, trapped in her thoughts.
I'm a sucker for good relationship dynamics and the one between Maomao and Jinshi is just *chef's kiss* exquisit. The way he's constantly trying to seduce her and she just stares at him in apathy or disgust (bonus for when she brushes off the places where he'd placed his hand on) are golden. I also love how what started as teasing and doubt about the other's true intentions morphs into genuine interest and maybe, just maybe, a tiny itty crush.
A pretty strong contestant for anime of the year, in my opinion.
Megumi no Daigo: Kyuukoku no Orange
Action, Drama // ☆☆☆½
The series follows three young firefighters who share the same goal—becoming members of the special rescue corps known as "Orange". We'll follow them from their early training days to the day they face the crisis that'll push Japan at the brink of collapsing.
I don't know about you, but I've never seen a series focused on firefighters. Yes, I know about Promare and Fire Force, but those aren't "real" firefighters, if you know what I mean.
Where's their daily life at the station, their training—just everything that comes with being one of them? I don't want flashy fight scenes against angsty twinks, I want to see people getting rescued from collapsed buildings and cats getting saved from trees.
Along with interesting characters and tense situations, all these making it difficult for you to not empatize with, Megumi no Daigo is here to bring us a peek on how the real deal is—with both the good, the bad and the ugly.
This anime is confirmed to be the prequel to a movie released in the 90's, so there's even more content in case you're interested!
Migi to Dali
Comedy, Drama, Mystery, Slice of Life // ☆☆☆
Twin brothers Migi and Dali pretend to be the Sonoyama's adoptive son, Hitori, in order to find out the truth behind their mother's death.
CW: (prepare your bingo cards) *inhales* forced non-sexual infantilization, forced partial nudity, forced non-sexual pet play, bullying, implied murder, classism, forced eating, non-sexual groping, surveillance, invasion of privacy, kidnapping and imprisonment. ~95% of these happen to a minor, so yeah.
While the main focus of the first two episodes was the comedy (it's still present in the rest of the series, just not as much), I didn't find it especially hilarious? It does give off Sakamoto vibes at times, but it never makes me laugh as much as the author's previous work did.
The mystery is still there, thought, and that's what keeps me coming back. The suspense surronding the twins' mother's passing is engaging, you genuinely want to find out what happened there and how the place where they've moved and its habitants are involved in the case.
Now, as I mentioned before this anime is disturbing and thus can be highly triggering for some. So please beware before giving it a chance.
Overtake!
Drama, Sports // ☆☆☆¾
Kouya is a professional photographer who, due to past circumstances, gave up his passion for taking pictures of people. But his fate changes the day he meets Komaki Motors, a family-run shop that regularly competes in F4 along with their only racer, Haruka.
CW: implied death (car accident)
Sports anime of the season, let's go! This time, about car racing. Never watched an anime like this one before, although I know Initial D is out there. I just haven't watched it... yet.
To be honest, I didn't expect to connect with the characters to this level. I got hooked to the story from day one and has been like that ever since.
The story is fun, the races will have you at the edge of your seat while cheering for your favorite team.
Because yes, I think the rival team can also be cheered on! Maybe their main face might not be the bestest guy, but Toshiki does deserve everything in this world and so much more.
And when it comes to the drama, it never comes out as over the top. Every single reason for them thinking, responding or acting the way they do makes total sense given their past ciscumstances.
Speaking of the characters, everyone here has enough personality to be separated from the rest: Haruka's overachieving and at times harsh demeanor makes a good contrast with Koutaro's more calm and playful behavior. And while Satsuki's charismatic, conceited and women-loving persona might be a pain for many, Toshiki serves as a good companion with his serious and ambitions being. And I could mention the adults, but I think you catch my vibe.
I so recommend this one!
Seijo no Maryoku wa Bannou desu Season 2
Fantasy, Romance, Slice of Life // ☆☆☆½
We follow Sei, an office worker in her twenties who was suddenly summoned to another world as a "Saint". Taking advantage of her natural love of plants, she started working at a medicinal plant research institute. We also get to meet Albert Hawke, with whom she's more than friends but less than lovers.
Season two arrived and I have yet to rewatch the first one, although I think it might be a little too late for that.
Don't go into it expecting a wonderful series because it is not (or, at least, it isn't for me). It's a pretty neat feel good series, but definitely nothing out of the ordinary. Just nice people living their lives.
Sei and Albert's relationship is as wholesome as always, I appreciate them taking their time and not rushing into making things official. It feels, I don't know... adult.
There's literally not much I can say about this one other than I would recommend for those who are looking for a nice and relaxing shoujo.
Shangri-La Frontier
Action, Adventure, Comedy, Fantasy, Sci-Fi // ☆☆☆¾
Rakuro is a "crap-game hunter"—a strong aficionado to clearing buggy and just straight up bad titles that aren't even compatible with the now more frequently used VR technology. The game he's chosen to tackle next is the widely aclaimed "Shangri-La Frontier" that counts with thirty million players and counting. Little did he know this decision would change his fate alongside with many other players he meets along the way!
I can barely count the times I had this much fun while watching a series, and I can count even less the occasions where a gaming-inspired anime made me feel this great!
I've found myself dumbfounded so many times at just how detailed Shangri-La Frontier is. It's obvious there was research behind it, the author's a straight up legend for dedicating so much time and passion to something others would've easily disregarded as another basic, boring ass medieval-inspired MMORPG.
The level of character customization (you can even modify their origins like ‼), the many monsters you find along the way, and tons of easter eggs that players have yet to find in their entirety! It's my first time saying this when it comes to gaming-centered anime, but holy hell I wished this game existed IRL!
And honestly, I identify with Rakuro a bit too much when it comes to enjoying crap. In his case, are bad games. In mine, bad anime. I would love to have a chat with him and share our experiences and disgraces that come with this harsh hobby.
SHY
Action, Drama // ☆☆☆½
When we needed them the most, they appeared! As we were on the brink of World War Three, individuals with superpowers appeared all around the planet with the only mission to mantain peace. They would eventually become symbols of their nations, their presence being enough to lower the crime rates. Teru, most known as Shy, is Japan's heroine. When a mysterious and menacing association called Amalareiks surfaces, Shy must join forces with her fellow superheroes to stop their plans, all while dealing with her shyness and, overall, her teenage life.
CW: violence, death, self hatred, intrusive thoughts
Would it be cool to call it the more mature version of Boku no Hero Academia?
I had the manga for this series on my pending list for a while and when I saw an anime adaptation was coming out, not gonna lie, I got quite excited.
Now, I have to admit it's not one of my favorite series this season. It might be the pacing that sometimes gives me the feeling the episodes are, although just a little bit, longer than they actually are.
I love the concept and how it's executed, I really like the characters and the setting in which they're established. The drama they all have feels realistic and you can easily empathise with them. In my case, Teru's constant conflict with herself hit a little bit too close to home.
I would recommend it to those who're looking for a more mature series while also wanting to watch shounen-esque scenarios.
Sousou no Frieren
Adventure, Drama, Fantasy // ☆☆☆☆½
The adventure's over. The Demon King has successfully been defeated and thus Frieren and her fellow adventurers make their way back home. Now a highly regarded mage, she goes back to her slow-paced life only to realize years later, while attending Himmel's funeral, how short human's life expectancy is when compared with her own near inmortality. Frieren then makes the decision to begin a new adventure in the search of new absurd spells and friends alongside whom she expects to understand what life means to them and just how impactful can be what she perceives as nothing more than an instant.
CW: death, grief, mild violence
Oh Lord, this one's painful. I've no idea how they managed to do it, but they got me attached to the hero's party so quickly and so deeply this crap had already scarred me on episode one.
This story's gorgeous, I don't think I have to explain myself on that. Besides the more than stunning art, animation and music that acompannies us during the entirety of Frieren's self-discovery adventure, the slow pace and quiet moments are quite the delight.
The characters we meet along the way are also fantastic, written with such love, thought and care behind you'll fall for them in no time.
I truly don't want to talk much about it since I think this is an experience that one must live for themselves, but trust me when I tell you this is something you'll never forget.
SPY×FAMILY Season 2
Action, Comedy, Slice of Life, Supernatural // ☆☆☆☆
The same as season one, only that now the family's heading on a cruise ship expedition!
I don't think there's much I can say about this one? The second season's been giving the same vibes I got from the first one, so a wholesome, found family-centered comedic slice of life about three persons who don't know each other at all and do their best so that situation never changes.
Anya keeps on being the chaotic menace she has been from day one, Yor is still one of the best mothers ever alongside a woman I would never dare look for a fight against, and Loid keeps on repeating his more than iconic mantra as he unsuspectingly falls asleep while dreaming about certain woman surrounded by a zillion flowers.
But, you know, anything for the mission.
When it comes to the upcoming arc, I'm excited for seeing Yor at work! Been dying to get anything like this, and I'm so glad my prayers have been heard.
Undead Unluck
Action, Comedy, Sci-Fi, Supernatural // ☆☆☆¾
All Fuuko wants is a passionate romance like the one in her favorite shoujo manga. Sadly, her Unluck ability deems this dream impossible. But that anguish will have to wait because Andy, someone with the Undead ability, takes her as his test subject to see if, thanks to her misfortune, he can finally rest in peace. It seems peace has never been an option, though, because certain secret organization has begun chasing after them.
CW: not-quite-concenting groping
If I took my sweet time to start watching this series was mainly because, for some hell of a reason, it gave me big Mashle vibes. Don't ask, I just thought the comedy would be similar. And since my humble opinion on Harry Potter 2.0 is that it has its humour stuck up its ass, you might understand I gave an olympic jump over Undead Unluck.
But then I decided to give it a chance and man, Mashle would never!
Not the funniest series I've watched, but I appreciate the multiple laughs it gave me.
Now, what I do not appreciate are the various groping scenes. If Fuuko were to consent all of those, then cool. Who am I to judge whatever two consenting adults (Fuuko's 20+, right?) do with their lives and bodies? The thing is, not every groping is consented by her, especially at the beggining. So yeah, beware of that.
Putting that aside, the characters are pretty cool and so much fun to see fighting or just interacting with each other. The ability system the series has is rather interesting, would love to learn more about it.
Watashi no Oshi wa Akuyaku Reijou
Comedy, Fantasy, Romance // ☆☆☆½
We've heard this story before: girl reincarnates into her favorite otome game and, since she knows her way down every route, she gets to win over her favorite bachelor. Only that, this time, it might not be as predictable. After all, who knows what's truly inside Rae Taylor's mind? Claire François for sure doesn't, especially now that she's going after her—the game's villainess!
CW: discussions of homophobia, classism, rae can be creepy at times
In the words of @arataka-reigen, “This anime is like if Maria from Hamefura was the one who got isekai'd and then fell in love with OG Katarina”. Couldn't say it better, pal.
While this series is not one of my favorites this season, the characters not going right down my alley and the pacing not being the best, I truly appreciate the cafeteria scene. I've never seen such a discussion over diverse sexualities adn homophobia in an anime before, and I can only clap to that.
And not only that, but it seems like it's going down a rather... interesting path. I mean, the whole classism that's present during the series, the "commoner" students' complains, the game's title being "Revolution"... I smell something nice.
Yuzuki-san Chi no Yon Kyoudai
Comedy, Drama, Slice of life // ☆☆☆¾
From the day the Yuzuki brothers lost both their parents, Hayato never stopped taking care of his little siblings, making sure all their needs are met and nothing's lacking. They share tears, laughter, and a specially unbreakeable bond.
I've no idea what might be the reason, but all these stories about family (whether related by blood or not being quite irrelevant) alongside the others where they include and/or center around pets are my weakness.
The four brothers feel like actual humans beings, their dramatic and joyful moments in life will definitely take you for a ride althought, admitely, it might not be the most intense one.
Hayato would do literally anything for his family and, honestly, same. Both Mikoto, Minato, and Gakuto are downright adorable and would love to pinch every single one of those cheeks like there's no tomorrow.
If a cutsie family-center slice of life it's what you're looking for, look no further. But if what you want is a drama in general, then I would recommend Frieren first.
If you reached the end, thank you so much for reading! I literally stayed up til 2 AM to finish writing this (and I didn't even include the titles I dropped), so yeah. Highly appreciate!

Whose Vessel
Rating: Teen And Up Audiences Archive Warning: No Archive Warnings Apply Fandom: Supernatural Ship: Gen (Gadreel & Hallucifer & Sam) Additional Tags: Hallucination Lucifer (Supernatural) | Hallucifer, Gadreel Possessing Sam Winchester, Memory Alteration, Possessive Lucifer (Supernatural), Minor Lucifer/Sam Winchester Wordcount: 724 Summary:
As I introduced the idea on tumblr: "s9 hallucifer who keeps telling Sam that he’s possessed, that there’s someone else in his body, that the time he’s missing is another being taking control of him, and Sam doesn’t believe him."
“He doesn’t belong to you,” Lucifer says from over Sam’s shoulder. It’s telling that Sam doesn’t even flinch anymore. He glances down at his hand and sighs.
It doesn’t matter if he talks to Lucifer or not. They’re at a stalemate. Sam can’t send him away. Lucifer can’t kill him. The closest Sam has ever come to victory over the devil is compromise that keeps him close. But Lucifer sounds angry, now.
“What doesn’t belong to me?” Sam asks. He’s tired. He was feeling much better earlier, but there was the whole mess with the real life Wicked Witch. He feels like he might collapse. Maybe Dean’s right. Maybe he really isn’t ready to hunt. He keeps passing out, forgetting things… At least Dean keeps his head on straight, eyes on everything Sam misses.
“Shut up, Sam,” Lucifer says, condescending to him with affection. “And you. Stop playing with my toys, little brother.”
No one answers Lucifer. Sam, reluctantly, turns his head to face him. Lucifer’s glaring a hole into his skull, like he wants to reach inside and pull things out chunk by chunk. The air in Sam’s lungs comes out in a rush. Lucifer looks through him, as though Sam is the illusion. “Get. Out,” he snaps.
Sam blinks and-
“He never said yes to you. He doesn’t even know your-” Lucifer is enraged now, and Sam’s sitting differently than he was a moment ago, and his mouth feels dry. Lucifer’s gaze, sharp as ever, falls onto him, but when he sees Sam trying to take deep breaths to calm himself down, it softens. “I’m not yelling at you. Sam. You haven’t done anything to deserve that right now.” Cloying again, protective. “You wouldn’t have let anything in while I’m away if you had the choice. No one else would ever make you whole like I do, and you know that.”
“You’re doing this,” Sam accuses. The weakness from the trials might have given Lucifer an upper hand in this mental war. All of the things Sam has noticed, they’re his doing. He should tell Dean. (Can he tell Dean? What if he tries and he forgets again? What if he thinks he’s saying one thing and Lucifer makes him say another?) Lucifer looks insulted.
“No. Listen to yourself, Sam. You’re smarter than this. If it was me, you would know.” Lucifer reaches out a hand as though he can touch Sam’s cheek. Even knowing he can’t, Sam pushes his chair back.
Lucifer glares again, cuts through him. It’s easy to tell which he’s-
“-broke him in for my comfort, not yours,” Lucifer is snapping at him again. Sam’s head pounds. “Tell him, Sam. You belong to me.”
“What?” He can’t focus. He feels nauseous, jumping back and forth between Lucifer’s tirades.
“Whose vessel are you, Sam?”
Without thinking, Sam answers, “Yours.” He just wants Lucifer to be quiet. He can’t hear himself think. Lucifer stills, a pleased expression crossing his face-
It’s a scowl, and Lucifer looks like he wants to rip Sam to shreds. “Nothing you do will ever erase my claim on him. I worked him over too well.”
“Shut up!” Sam shouts. A moment later, he regrets it, his voice echoes down the Bunker’s halls. It doesn’t work anyway.
“I took him when he was shattered across the floor of the Cage and remade him into something beautiful.” Sam shakes his head. It makes his nausea worse, a sea too big to fit sloshing inside his skull. His skin feels too tight over his bones. Why is there so much inside him? It doesn’t fit right, it’s poking into his organs, stitching him together wrong. He’s going to throw up. “He can throw you out whenever he wants. Do you understand that? You’re an intruder. He never wanted you like he wanted me.”
“Who are you talking to?” Sam demands. He thinks he’s still shouting, but there’s a roar in his ears. It sounds angry. He can still hear Lucifer perfectly, no matter how loud it gets.
“The angel you said yes to. His name is-”
Sam is sitting alone. Lucifer is absent for once, and Sam can work without the devil on his shoulder commenting. His stomach turns for some reason. He can’t help the horrible, incessant feeling that he’s forgotten something important.
But there’s nothing there.
(Enjoyed it? Any interaction is welcomed. You can even support me on Ko-Fi <3)

FAIRY TAIL OC #2:
Karina Moonstar
Karina Moonstar, also known as the 'The Lady', is the most feared and power deity of all beings. There are many myths and folktales about her, but the most famous (and closest to the truth) is the story of Karina, who was an abandoned and rejected star from the sky, raised by animals and creatures of the woods with no human interactions. People called her the boogeyman of the woods, the witch and beast of the greens, therefore nobody ever dared to go through the forest. Not understanding why people hated her, Karina just wanted to be like the other humans and make friends.
One day, a young man dared to step into the forest (as a dare by his friends) but got lost very soon and remained in the cold, dark forest till nighttime. Scared, but mastered all his courage, he tried to find his way back when he stumbled upon the "beast" of the woods, Karina. He dropped his cheap-made sword and reach his hand to the girl. That moment, marked the greatest, most warm, and most generous love ever been told.
And like most beautiful stories, this also had a tragic end... The villagers found out the boy's frequent visit to the woods, and even his relationship with Karina.
They locked up the boy in the dungeon and tortured him, accusing him of treason and betrayal to the kingdom. Finding out, Karina desperately came to his aid and raided the kingdom with animals (not killing anybody) and saved him, retreating to the woods. People started hunting her down, burning down the forest and killing the animals.
Confused, heartbroken and scared, Karina was only able to hold the boy in her arms protectively, but soon ran out to try and save the forest and stop the humans with words of sincerity, but nothing worked. She was shot at by every men present. But the bullets never reached her as she was shielded by the body of her lover. Bloody, he only smiled at her; "I love you... I will love you in every chance I get to live again... You are my everything, Karina... so please,... find me in the future..."
He died in her arms, and as the villagers raided to attack her, Karina let out the biggest and loudest scream/cry/roar anybody has ever heard, ripping her mouth wider (causing the scar across her cheeks) and with only her roar she killed everyone, and destroyed the village and the forest. She was the only one remaining with her dead lover in her arms, and with menacing, yet sad and teary eyes, she stared down at him and promised "I will love you forever, nobody else- not even your next life- ONLY YOU! ONLY YOU, JERALD!"
2,000 years later....
Karina, 'The Lady', the first of the 10 Wizard Saints, the creator of lacrima and magic power, the Queen of Magic.
The Invincible Dragon.
Karina Facts:
~She is a very twisted and menacing person, who does not hesitate to kill.
~She is way too goofy for her level of power, and very unserious and unbothered. (Thinking about it, she is lowkey a female Gojo XD).
~Karina was the first to join Stella's team after the time skip.
~Karina is a dragon and her magic is Maker Magic called Magic Maker: Different ancient marks of different magic types appear on her body which she can combine; for example the symbol of fire magic and air magic appears on her body= Fire tornado, hot wind, fire wind etc.
~Due to her Maker Magic, she is always eager to (sometimes teasingly) coach Gray (but mainly seriously, which Gray does reject, but would take her advice to face value and use them).
~Her jaw can still open very wide, especially when she releases her dragon form.
~Being the most powerful, she barely uses her magic, and usually retreats to a wooden sword (left behind by her lover) and a golden bow 'n arrow (into which she concentrates her magic power to make the blow stronger).
~The strongest Wizard Saint, also known as the 'Godmother of the Council' by most royal servants.
~Her past lover's name was Jerald Ferdinando. He has been reborn 4 times, each time Karina has fell in love with him (even if refusing), but always pushed him away or was (almost always) killed, which only deepened the scars around her heart even more. For the fifth time, he was reborn as Jellal Fernandes.
~Their theme song would be 'One That Got Away' by Katy Perry.

As much as I generally like Tumblr more than say, Twitter.
Or even you know. The disgusting hive mind that is reddit or TikTok.
The terfs of Tumblr are the most unbearable, self righteous, perpetually angry, chronically online group of misanthropes you'll ever encounter.
Like Twitter is full of hate, in every flavor, but it's muted. It's like some insane opinions, some more moderately insane opinions, and then some truly batshit, how did anyone ever think of that stuff.
But here. You say like, trans people are literally just people, and then some radfem terf tribal leader comes out of nowhere with her army of frothing attack dogs with mouths full of rabies and they co opt entire posts.
They attack everything you say, and then things you don't say, accusing you of being a misogynistic porn lover or a tranny or a man masquerading as a woman or a self hating misogynist woman.
And it's like oh wow.
There is a reason Tumblr was and still is called hellsite.
It may be gayer here than most sites, but your main enemy is so uniquely Tumblr that it becomes unbearable and horrible in its own flavor.
I have had some asshole conservatives on my posts. I have had some incels saying some stupid shit. But they get laughed at and bullied normally.
But here? Well shoot. All it takes is one annoying terf whose entire life mission is being on Tumblr, preaching the words of pastor bill in the form of gender politics.
And then her squadron of piecemeal worms come out of the dirt or nearby shit hive where they live and start gnawing at flesh like the ravenous hordes of cannibals they are.
It'd be embarrassing if it wasn't so sad.
What do you think you're doing, anyway? Advocating for women's rights from the comfort of your armchair? Are you actually helping women, are you supporting domestic abuse charities, are you volunteering at battered women shelters, are you going outside even once or twice to discuss real systemic issues that affect women, or are you just a spiteful, angry, misanthropic, jaded loser who spends all their time being angry and going on witch hunts and spewing venomous bile online at strangers?
You know that neo Nazi fuck, Andrew Anglin, used to be a hardcore liberal who liked trolling the Westboro baptist church?
I suspect that most terfs don't really have a morality behind it, you're just a re vamped version of anger addicted. You like to bully and belittle and deride, but you've grown up on movies that have hammered in just how much bullying is bad. So you need a different way to bully, a liberal way to bully, and look who it is!
A catty group of popular white girls with the southern white woman tactic of weaponizing victimhood. Your true people. White recognizes white. You think your righteous rage is fair and just and liberal and you're nothing like those chauvinistic sexist patriarchal neo Nazis?
Lol.
First off you support neo Nazis far more than you'll ever support the LGBT community or even women. Second, you might as well join the neo Nazis since your definition of a real woman is just a patriarchal depiction of the proper biological breeding slave with a vagina and child bearing hips.
Again. It would be embarrassing, but the saddest thing is you can't even see just how embarrassing you are.

Hello, Andrew here. This blog article was sent to me and I can assure you that this is not correct information but a reaction likely of those who were involved. This information likely stems from previous MoM or HM themselves, I guess, seeing that they have been banned properly recently (which I am only stating because you already stated it yourself, otherwise I would not give away who is or is not banned)
When I took over I made it very clear in an NB post that the harrassment of users, witch hunt on site, and generally toxic and disrespectful behaviour needs to stop. Everyone is more than welcome to share opinions, but this was not that, this was simply insanely rude behaviour that was based on wrong information given by the MoM/HM to the other leaders of WoP, who then compiled their letter. Which is also the reason why after all of this these other site leaders were put back into their positions after everything was cleared up.
I have banned a total of 4 people from 800-900 actives at the time for continuing their disrespectful behaviour and outright slandering (one of them later on) despite my very clear warning in the article (I was surprised that it was only so few, but almost everyone was just glad to be able to enjoy the website again). I also made an effort to respond to each single comment transparently and open minded. Many of the people who removed content or joined that group hype have talked to me, told me their opinions, and gave me the opportunity to work on their missing trust together. I am on good terms with almost all of the old staff with maybe 5 exceptions (MoM, HM for being the reason this went down and one old staff on bad terms; the other two people I am neutral towards as I never spoke with them and don't know their thoughts) Every old staff member who reached out to me has their own experiences and opinioms and don't always agree with me, but they are more than valued and often play important roles in our staff as well - whether student or grad. In fact, I really enjoyed every single talk with them and appreciate anyone who reached out despite their fear of rejection, as that takes a lot of courage
The old MoM and HM were banned later on, yes, you can feel free to ask them for the exact reason I put in. The previous behaviour of theirs is unwelcome on site, and they created a horrible environment for people at the time this happened, just because of a "money grabbing" feature that was completely changed back anyway for other reasons. One of them was still logging in on alt for reasons I don't really understand, because they made sure everyone knew their hate towards Dan and the site. So why log in almost regularly even after almost a year? I guess I know why ,but that is just an assumption, so I will not voice it here
Aside from that, if you paid attention to the site development, you would also see that since then (but not because of that), new users got free VIP, people with jobs get discount, linking accounts gets a whole 50% discount, and such
I am mostly replying to clear some things up because I don't enjoy reactions that are based on false facts. I wanted to stay on WoP US as a temporary solution, but the community has been loving and welcoming, which was really unexpected considering the circumstances they went through
This is something that happened almost a whole year ago now, I even unbanned one of the 4 bans that took place when I took over, so technically it is only 3
I hope that this could clear up confusion and misunderstanding. I would like to see this message public because I am mostly writing it for the very few that might end up seeing it. Considering the nature of this post, you already made up your mind about me and that is okay. But I want to give my insight first hand, as I don't enjoy someone trying to slander my name based on more accusations of those people who were banned for false accusations in the first place
Magical regards,
Andrew Sutherland (WoP US)
By the way, I am only asking this anonymously because of privacy concerns regarding this account (never use Tumblr anyway)
Added in a later message: "Andrew here again, please add this xD I saw that you have made clarifications regarding there possibly being more to these accusations, my response was mainly aimed towards the person asking the question, but I do admit that I thought that that message was originally from you, the blog writer, and only saw your response later on (I am not used to tumblr and on phone it doesnt show all on one screen, oops). Just wanted to clarify that as it may explain some wording of mine!"
No hard feelings on my side, thanks for the clarification! If I can share both sides of the story, that is what I want to do and you've allowed me to share yours. It's greatly appreciated and I hope this clears the air a little bit.
NOTE: I can't verify if this person is who they say they are, the anonymous submissions are anonymous to me as well. I have no reason to doubt or suspect that it's someone else writing in their name, but I want to note that with anonymity there is a risk of abuse and impersonation. I don't think that's the case here though.

I can't be the only one who's tired of the "Everything is Problematic™" culture that we're currently experiencing, right? I'm talking about the "call out" posts where people say shit like "if you still like Harry Potter you're a transphobic asshole and worse than JKR!". This over simplifications dilute the meaning of "transphobe", and the actual transphobes benefit from the loss of importance that this accusation carries.
People think they're being so intelligent when creating these ever-changing, pointless rules: "don't buy from Zara, or you support genocide!", "don't listen to Taylor Swift, or you endorse climate change!". I've heard it all. If it takes so little to be labeled as such a horrible person, people will dismiss the whole problem. How can they take you seriously if you say these things un-ironically? Also, it's uncanny how these radicalized """activists""" sometimes overlap beautifully with the far-right wing politics. Take anti-shippers who want to police fanfictions: their idea of "regulation" (censorship) aligns perfectly with the far-right bigots.
And if a problem is just mildly severe, to show you care about it you don't need to get Big Mad. There is a whole sea of annoyance in between silent acceptance and full blown rage (which is rarely productive if not directed wisely). I'm wary of performative rage over trivial matters, because it rings hollow, like the person is more interested in virtue signaling to their peers than actually doing something concrete about it. Even if it's a Big Problem, raging left and right can be powerful but short lived.
I think this is the problem with today's activism: short lived bursts of rage don't cover it. You need to work, work, work. Even silently, even with no social recognition. Activism shouldn't be a stage where you perform an angry speech, everyone claps and you're now Morally Sound. That's how far right wing nutters operate: get Big Mad about every thing (whether big or trivial), Perform your Anger, rinse and repeat. The difference is they probably know what they're doing, creating a climate of perennial anger. They know how to direct that anger to the vote. They make a mountain out of a mole hill so that it's easier to solve the made up problem, thus creating cohesiveness. Meanwhile, left wing "activists" making up new rules and moving the goal posts are just creating problems whose solution just furthers the divide. Finding enemies everywhere, inside and outside of our circles, is not useful*.
That's why this left-wing "activism" often morphs into a witch hunt: people feel powerless, so making up new rules to follow and hunting down the "infidels" gives them the illusion they're doing enough. Take the campaign against JKR: boycotting anything HP is not enough, the goal posts are moved every time. Now you're promoting transphobia if you partake in HP's fandom (almost no one talks about why JKR is fucking problematic anymore, so the "normies" will hear this kind of outlandish shit and dismiss the whole matter as internet pishposh).
Instead of keeping up the battle against the actual transphobes, which can feel frustrating because they seem untouchable, you settle on hounding anyone who doesn't adhere to the made up rules that become more and more strict. Or even worse: you don't accept someone's help against the terfs unless they adhere strictly to the made up rules.
Eerie how on one side they're ready to accept actual human violation rights, meanwhile the other side can't even accept that some people are against terfs but may still like HP, and so schism after schism happens. That's why left wing activists lack cohesiveness. They can't accept you're not a bad person or a terf if you think slightly different from them. No one collaborates with the other anymore.
HP is just one of the many examples that describe this mechanism. Apply this to all modern politics and you've got the root of the matter. ---
*Ironically, far-right wing nutters are more cohesive because they tolerate anyone in their group, they act like One Big Solid Unity against the rest of the world. That's why you'll see terfs shack up with nazis and misogynists, if it means they will get rid of trans people. Chilling to the bone, but their strategy is effective in keeping their ranks united, because at the moment they're only lashing outside, not inside. It'll of course be a harsh wake up call when the leopards eat their face lmao. Also, what I'm saying is not "tolerate Actual Bad People to win a battle", but: "get angry at the Actual Bad People, don't invent new enemies!" ---
I don't know how to end this, and it's not lost on me how complaining about complainers makes me a complainer too lmao, but sometimes a rant is just a rant and you need to vent.

Okay, I just need to vent for a moment on hypocrisy from certain syscoursers since the incident with the anti-endo plural culture blog has been brought up again.
I would like to point out again how I made a post, in response to a hate anon that threatened literal violence and death on me, by saying that I think bigots like them should be ostracized... and the response from certain hypocritical syscoursers was to say that my comments were actually equivalent to or worse than suibait.
When the anti-endo plural culture blog fakeclaimed endogenic systems and literally told them to die, maybe some of these blogs might have made some sort of half-hearted attempt at condemning them, but then they gave a fake apology so every thing could be easily swept under the rug.
Sure, that apology was only specifically for telling endogenic systems to die and not the horrible fakeclaiming.
Sure, it dodged responsible, blaming it all on a persecutor who didn't take responsibility themselves while trying hard to distance the rest of the system from that persecutor's words.
Sure, they expressed in the same breath as their "apology" that their system is unhappy with endogenic system existing. Something that would be considered literal hate speech if directed at any other group.
But they said the words "I'm sorry" so that makes everything better now, right?
And actually, if you point out anything wrong with their apology, then you're witch hunting them! And holding them accountable is actually ableist! 🙄
Hmm... maybe that’s how the hypocrites wanted me to respond. Maybe I should have poorly faked an apology and pretended to feel bad for them. Seems they'll lap any apology up no matter how transparently fake it is or how much hate or bigotry is baked into it.
I could do that, I suppose.
If I didn't have any integrity.
But the truth is that I stand by everything I said and I don't regret it in the slightest.
There is not one single piece of me that wishes I had responded to that threat differently.
So I'm re-issuing my non-apology. To the hypocrites who ignored or barely paid lip service to a major anti-endo blog declaring endogenic systems should die, while trying to paint me saying anti-endos will be ostracized for bigotry as being as bad or worse than telling people to die... to those who accused me of "violence," and "suibaiting" and abuse for comments that were none of those things by any reasonable standard... I want you to know how little I respect your opinions and your feelings.

"...In a now-viral clip on TikTok, one Christian woman takes Swift's stage performance a little too seriously.
"This is Taylor Swift's song 'Willow' where she is a witch during rituals," the woman said.
"The first video you saw was taken by a fan the other night at the concert and he says, 'yes, summon the demons b***h!' The worst part is that [Swift] commented twice [on the video]. [Swift] said: 'This is the new 'one, two, three, let’s go b***h'," the woman explained.
"So what she’s saying is 'summon the demons' is the new crowd chant that they all say when she does his witchcraft ritual.
The person added: "Then she commented laughing emojis."
Admittedly, however, Swift has previously said her song ‘Willow’ 'sounds like casting a spell to make someone fall in love with you'.
She then riffed off that notion, putting out several several witch remixes of 'Willow'.
Also, in her song 'Mad Woman' from 2020's Folklore, Swift sings: "Women like hunting witches too. Doing your dirtiest work for you."
She also referenced witch hunts on her 2017 album Reputation.
"They’re burning all the witches, even if you aren’t one," she sings in the song 'I Did Something Bad'.
What these Conservative Christians seem to have missed is the more modern meaning of 'witch'..."
What was the best way to hide the activities of the Rothchilds families? By making those activities seem like a conspiracy.
What was Pizzagate? A Russian Psyops that mixed truth with fiction. Just look at how many Pedos are falling out of closets.
What has been the biggest thing hidden about the Cult of Scientology? That it is based on the principles of Satanism and Dark Magical. Also that many of its members are Israeli and Freemasons.
The article I posted about the producer, Ovitz, being taken down by the Hollywood Gay Mafia was written as though he were a deluded liar....just like this bit of propoganda, below. Taylor Swift absolutely does do everything this article accuses her of, while simultaneously dismissing it.

And IF Taylor Swift is not supposed to be a clone representative or 'Twinned' version of Leena LaVey, then why has she been styled and posed like the known Satanist?
