Tony's Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Sauce is a delicious and crispy dish perfect for any occasion. The combination of tender chicken coated in flavorful spices and served with a tangy honey mustard sauce will satisfy your cravings and leave you wanting more.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken tenders. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 tsp salt. 1 tsp black pepper. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 2 tbsp mayonnaise. 1 tbsp lemon juice. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Oil for frying.
Instructions: In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the honey mustard sauce. Serve the chicken tenders hot with the honey mustard sauce on the side for dipping.

These mashed potatoes are so creamy and flavorful that they need no adornment, though a drizzle of gravy can only enhance their deliciousness. Perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients: 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and quartered. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1/2 cup whole milk. Salt, to taste. Black pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Put the potatoes in a big pot and add cold water to cover them. Over high heat, bring to a boil. Then, lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft enough to pierce with a fork. Put the potatoes back in the pot after draining them. Put the milk and butter in the pot. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher until they are smooth and creamy. Add salt and black pepper to taste, and keep mashing until everything is well mixed. Serve the mashed potatoes hot, with gravy on the side if you'd like, and extra butter on top if you'd like.

These French Dip Crescents are a tasty take on the usual sandwich. Crescent rolls made of flaky dough, stuffed with soft roast beef and melted provolone cheese. Served with a savory au jus sauce for dipping. It's a quick and easy meal that's great for any event.
Ingredients: 1 lb roast beef slices. 1 tube crescent roll dough. 8 slices provolone cheese. 2 cups beef broth. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Make triangles out of the crescent roll dough. On each triangle, put a slice of roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese. Put the beef and cheese inside the crescent rolls and roll them up. On a baking sheet, put them. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown. In the meantime, mix Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper with beef broth in a saucepan. Over medium-low heat, bring it to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Serve the crescents with the au jus sauce so that people can dip them in it.

Ingredients: 1 cup quinoa. 2 cups water. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cucumber, diced. 1/2 red onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Rinse quinoa under cold water. In a saucepan, combine quinoa and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff quinoa with a fork and let it cool. In a large bowl, combine quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss until well combined. Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 2 cups chopped green onions. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 package dumpling wrappers. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying. 1/2 cup water, for steaming.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half, creating a half-moon shape, and press the edges to seal, forming pleats if desired. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the pot stickers in the skillet in a single layer, flat side down. Cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and immediately cover the skillet with a lid. Steam the pot stickers for 6-8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the lid and continue cooking until the water has evaporated, and the bottoms are crispy. Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

Instructions: In a food processor, combine black beans, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. If using jalapeo, add it to the food processor and pulse until well incorporated. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
