i wrote some quick oc profiles yesterday in my notes app ill just share them unedited under the cut ^.^

important context is that the characters were in cryostasis for 96 years (were only supposed to be in it for 25 but lol) so its set in 2107

1. ALPHA

REAL NAME: Clarine ■■■■■■

A young woman carried by the tides of life.

Her motto might as well be "Sure, I'll do it."

Alpha is hardly apathetic, but she is malleable to a fatal degree, as if she has little care for her own well being, as long as the next day comes. This is beneficial, so do not hesitate to make use of her whenever feasible.

There is not much to note about her personality aside from her apparent and distinct lack of any. She also shows disinterest in befriending the other pilots beyond being jovial acquaintances with them, lowering any risk of unnecessary attachments. She is quite friendly, but is quick to excuse herself from any social activity. Really, it is as if this woman could disappear at any moment, but she is also a permanent bedrock for the team. She chose the name of her unit quite aptly.

For this reason, even aside from her high aptitude, she is by far the most reliable pilot and there are no troubles with deploying her whatsoever. She will be ready at any time which is unfortunately rare among the squad.

She works well with others, and is shown to have compatibility with Kappa in particular, as they have similar aggressive tendencies in battle. However, unlike Kappa, her fighting style is incredibly plain and she injects no unnecessary individuality into her work. Overall, she can be paired up with anyone. She adapts to their style and proclivities as needed.

Make no mistake, despite her plainness, she is remarkably talented with no apparent drawbacks.

2. KAPPA

How do you solve a problem like Kappa?

He is well mannered and not difficult to deal with, but the biggest issue and his downfall is the delusions of grandeur he has about what kind of job this is.

To put it frankly, he is someone who is much too inundated with video games, movies and TV.

He calls out attack names, shows off and even spent days coming up with names for his unit.

On the flip side, he is enthusiastic and obedient, albeit rather reckless. As long as he is not sent out alone, this can be nipped in the bud easily.

For all these mostly positive qualities, he has a troublesome tendency to busybody and make unnecessary suggestions after every deployment. There's no use listening to his blabbering, so please ignore them, with special note to shut down his constant nagging and questions about the status of other pilots and units. Especially his constant harrassing of us about the status of the pilot Delta and the unit Polydeuces.

Unnecessary questions about such future matters are strictly forbidden.

He is a valuable asset despite everything, so treat him carefully, as he is surprisingly sensitive. His inflated sense of justice is not troublesome as it flaccid and carries a shocking lack of idealism. But still, he is an idealist by choice nonetheless.

It is clear he does not even believe his own bluff, which may explain his impacted MENTAL score.

3. SIGMA

Sigma, while a skilled pilot, is a special case and cannot be deployed freely.

Due to his medical background as a nurse, and our understaffed medical wing, he is to be stationed there for as long as necessary. He is also to monitor the vitals of pilots during deployment until we are able to train others to be able to do so as easily. Not only due to our lack of personnel, but also due to his outdated knowledge of medicine.

After all, the pilots possess risk of disease that have long been wiped out in our time— both figuratively and literally. Given such knowledge was foolishly purged from most medical textbooks, he may be the only one who could deal with diseases such as "influenza", for which we do not even possess vaccines for any longer.

They are logical and unbiased, but not cold in the slightest. Overall, has good relationships with all the other pilots. Perhaps this is to be expected from someone in that profession, but it is a positive trait, so it must be noted upon.

In simulations, Sigma was shown to be alert and adapt to any possible scenario thrown at him. In fact, he is even able to come up with solutions previously not accounted for that are much more efficient than the projected best case scenario. If there ever comes a day he must be deployed, we will witness something great.

However, it is of utmost importance to note that their actual piloting is only above average most of the time, so do not expect miraculous performance either.

4. DELTA

REAL NAME: Alex ■■■■■■

AGE: 24

DOB: 07/01/1987

WEAPON: Sniper rifle (can also be used in melee. somehow.)

Delta is proof that you are not served victory in a silver platter.

To start, there are no two ways about it, he is terminally ill.

It seems that our predecessors were obscenely confident in our ability to find a cure for his still yet to be diagnosed illness. The future had other plans. While we have a combination of medications that keep him functional in our present day, it doesn't mean he is even remotely healthy. He is nowhere near even the suggestion of deployment. His observed medical ailments, as well as his old medical records, are compiled in a different confidential report with a clearance level of 5.

The worst part is that Delta begs to be deployed.

He thinks of doing nothing else.

Due to all this, he is deeply resentful of us and a poison to morale. He is increasingly impatient about the "when", and more and more unwilling to accept any kind of explanation for the perceived delay.

It is not good form to bring up personal ethics in such reports, but no part of this feels like it was handled with any kind of responsibility. Even to us, who would have to deal with the fallout.

It's not difficult to sympathize with his plight, and most pilots thankfully quickly grew numb to it, so there are less problems with them intermingling than expected. In fact he gets along with most pilots normally. It may be due to the fact that Sigma is the main person nursing him, but he is especially fond of them. Still, there are no shortcuts here.

In simulations, his performance is so perfect that the results were thought to have been doctored at first to justify the mistake of recruiting him. He was tested rigorously as a result, but not as much as our predecessors OR we in the present time would have liked, as even mere simulations exacerbated his health problems. So it goes without saying that in practice, at this moment even a stationary position such as sniping is out of the question (he is capable of other roles as well, not that his body would allow it). In recent simulations post-cryofreeze, his MENTAL parameter became unquantifiable. It has shockingly not impacted his other parameters.

It is critical to note that Delta is on the verge of quitting constantly. As we cannot afford to lose such an asset, you may be as lenient with him as needed. Just be careful not to accidentally extend such leniency to the others.

Rho is the youngest pilot in the roster, barely qualifying, as the program was forbidden from attempting to solicit and recruit minors.

Aside from how young she is, she is also selectively mute. For the most part, this is no issue for us, as she has been cooperative and had given us several alternative means of communicating with her, and she is even able to speak somewhat fluently to a few select pilots. Our concerns mainly lay with her performance related to this that may be a safety concern for both her and whoever may have to work with her, so we are currently reviewing all possibilities and solutions as well as performing more simulations before considering deployment.

As for her disposition, while surprisingly sociable and bubbly, she ultimately prefers to be alone. She is dutiful and attempts to project an air of maturity and responsibility... whether this is to avoid others as much as possible or simply to assuage any worries, no one knows yet. Due to her age, it is my own personal suggestion to keep monitoring her mental state. She is still quite immature.

In simulations, Rho has shown decent performance, hampered by mediocre reflexes and lack of experience. She is good at following instructions and can think for herself to some extent, however she shows little imagination when challenged by the unfamiliar and is thus prone to minor panic and impulsive decisions that make little sense. This flaw tends to bring simulation runs to a premature end, too many times to ensure a high enough rate of success to be of any use, but there is potential.

Simply put, to deploy her right now is to send her to an early grave.

She is quite skilled with bridge work and is happy to do it, and was able to adapt to current technology at a breakneck pace. She is also able to work with pilots in real time for the most part, showing a great amount of focus. Because of this, despite not being ready to be deployed, she makes herself incredibly useful.

He's about the same level of crazy and stupid as post-Reset Mario, so significantly more than average but not to debilitating levels. Interestingly, all the other Links who show up through the Time Portals that the Activation created all have a little bit of Anchor Code even though the main Link isn't missing any. They're probably connected by the Triforce or something. It's not causing any instability so looking into it is pretty low on the priority list.

Doc the Hamtor

Surprisingly, he and his universe actually got smarter and kinder with the introduction of Meme Energy to account for the unlikeable dumpster-fire state the show originally ended in.

Rodney Teegan

MRUs: 8 & 9/"Marianne Teegan"

One of the three main protagonists and the titular character of Janitor of Heart: Stain Rising and the comic series it was based on (and is canon to) Rodney Teegan: Janitor of Heart. Somehow his Anchor Code got tangled up in the magic he uses to transform, so it's dormant in his normal form and activates in his Champion form. This thankfully doesn't cause any instability, but it has had an effect on his Champion form's personality...mainly in that it now even has a personality separate from his own.

DLN-001 Rock Light/Mega Man

The main protagonist of the Mega Man series and one of the playable characters of Mega Man: Chaos. He only has 80% of the Anchor code as an experiment to see if deliberately setting up dual Anchors in such a way that they share the load will increase stability. DLN-002 Roll Light/Neo Woman

Rock's sister and co-Anchor, and another of MMC's playable characters. While she's normally in a support role at most in her home series, in the fan game the Grid used for this project she got upgraded into a combat robot like her brother after receiving the memory files of an alternate version of herself.

The newest member of the New Squidbeak Splatoon and the protagonist of Splatoon 3. She was selected as an Anchor to see how well the MRU/SMG program handles create-a-characters.

The same cannot be said for the server itself, which is self-aware and definitely malevolent, but the Grid's Programs and its own dip in competence due to the Memes are keeping it in check for now.

VANESSA

Vanessa prefers not to kill, but to go behind their backs to neutralise enemies or knock them out. Her favourite? A good old-fashioned baseball bat! She has two of them, a pink one and a gold one, but any improvised weapon that can stun works too.

When it comes to guns, she's team silent power pistol. Small, discreet and effective, it's undetectable. In game, she first uses Kongou, then Seraph offered by Padre, with a silencer installed. And after PL, Her Majesty silent pistol, a real gem!

And when it's there to eliminate, especially the scavs for whom it shows no mercy, it's SMG! A good machinegun does a great job killing the bastards. She loves the Militech M221 Saratoga SMG, and even have the Fenrir. In my hc, a Maelstromer gave this gun as a gift !

VIRGILE

He's a netrunner, so he doesn't need a weapon to take down enemies. Virgil doesn't like killing, so he prefers to knock out his enemies using hacks rather than killing them for good (even though he works with Valentin, who is quick on the trigger). So he's made his own daemons and hacks to suit his needs, enabling him to neutralise the enemy without violence.

But having a weapon is always useful. As a nomad, he learned to shoot rifles from his grandfather and knows how to use precision rifles, such as the SOR-22, a rifle common in the Free States. But he prefers tech rifles, and has a Militech M-179 Achilles that he takes with him when he works in the Badlands. In game, he has the Widow Maker, and I have hc that Panam gave him after picking it up from Nash (a reconciliation gift).

But a rifle isn't always handy, so he's got a pistol. I hesitated for a long time between a smart and a tech pistol, but I preferred the smart, because he can use smart-targeting more easily. A smart boy can only use a smart gun! In game, he first got a Kang Tao A-22B Chao, and now I'm waiting until I get to Dogtown to give him a nice Tusnami Kappa whose design I think is too cool, and especially the Crimestopper iconic because he has a chance of uploading Cripple Movment quickhack + CRIT damage!

Vanessa a moral compass on a case-by-case basis Lying: not a big deal, if it's not malicious or to protect someone. Everyone lies a little, don't they? On the other hand, she doesn't lie to her family. At worst, she avoids the question! Stealing : from the corpo? that's good, you've got to rip those scumbags off. VIRGILE

Virgile is very strict about the way he believes Lying: he hates people lying to him, and prefers a hurtful truth to a lie. Does he lie? Of course, but it's mostly to hide something about himself, or silly lies where he quickly gets caught out because he's such a bad liar. But in general, he's honest. Stealing: apart from data on the net, he doesn't steal. Killing: He hates killing, it repulses him. He has fewer scruples when it comes to scavs or raffens, but he rarely kills anyone unless forced to by the situation.

My SMGs and Avatar ocs!!

Avatar: Nimbus

They're an anthropomorphic Maine Coon, with white fur so fluffy it looks like a clouds! They have sky blue eyes with small specks of normal blue. They wear a red tail coat with a white formal shirt and with red dress pants. They wear black fingerless gloves.

They're the Avatar of a game that's called 'The Cloud's Songbird'. The general gist of the game is that the kingdom of Luminos is in danger of being taken over by the evil Lumeire, an evil maine coon that is bent on getting rid of music, just because.

The word of The Cloud's Songbird places a heavy emphasis on music, especially instrumental music and singing. There's, of course, a hierarchy in the kingdom. Nimbus is the queen's personal 'songbird'. Songbirds are prodigies of the world, either being able to learn instruments insanely quickly or singing. Nimbus, being the Avatar/protrag of the game, learns both quickly.

Nimbus is very humble and soft-spoken, knowing that ego will get you nowhere in their world. While they help others often, they also know to put themselves first at some points as well.

They actually tend to have their eyes closed a lot, yet they can still see despite this.

In this world, the better you are at music, the greater magical power you have. Considering Nimbus is the protagonist of the game, there's no surprise that they're pretty powerful. However, if their sense of hearing, their ability to talk, or their sense of touch is ever disrupted, they're effectively rendered defenseless.

They often have to reel in SMG9 and SMG8 (their SMGs) due to them oftentimes going overboard with protecting Nimbus.

They love performing for people, and they're quite the extrovert.

They're extremely in tune with their world, sometimes even being able to communicate with it while listening to the background music.

SMG8

SMG8 is an anthropomorphic ragdoll cat with blue eyes. She wears yellow overalls with an orange shirt underneath. She wears brown boots with rainbow laces purely because someone told her that her boots looked boring once, and she was so offended that she changed the laces immediately.

She's very eccentric, always jumping around from place to place and making new friends.

She tends to jump into things without thinking, figuring them out as she goes and generally just making stuff up on the spot.

She's incredibly good with remembering things, even remembering the exact minute she and SMG9 landed in the kingdom of Luminos. No one knows how. It's just happened.

Extremely overprotective of Nimbus due to witnessing the Avatar being hurt by Lumiere. She and SMG9 were unable to stop Lumiere at the time and it seeded the fear that she could lose Nimbus at any time.

She's technically the youngest of the group, with Nimbus being the oldest and SMG9 being the second oldest. This is due to SMG9's coding being made first.

She loves to dance and will dance to whatever songs that Nimbus sings or plays.

She incorporates memes into her everyday life via making posts and videos, as to upkeep the meme cycle. She and SMG9 are very dedicated to their jobs.

SMG9

SMG9 is an anthropomorphic tabby cat with green eyes that seem to turn a bit yellow in the light. She wears violet overalls with a blue-violet shirt underneath. She wears brown boots that are always scuffed up, no matter how she tries to clean them up.

She's the calmer of the two, taking time to think things out, but she has the same bad habit of letting things get to her head.

Like SMG8, she's overprotective of Nimbus, but she manages to reel herself and her partner in whenever Nimbus chastises them.

She's not as good of a dancer as SMG8, but she does her best!

Sometimes does duets with Nimbus when they perform in the royal court. She has a lot of anxiety surrounding this, but she always kills it!

She's actually pretty close with the queen (Queen Melody) and they have tea time a lot.

She sticks to Nimbus a lot, only leaving them be when SMG8 promises to go out with Nimbus. Both of them act as the Avatar's bodyguards.

Both she and SMG8 take their roles extremely seriously, knowing full well the threat that Lumiere and any other villains pose to the safety of their world

4. Does your OC have a failed friendship or relationship they still think about? What happened? Is it an unresolved regret or is there a chance for reconciliation?

Failed friendships? There's one that comes to mind that has any real significance. There's a vampire that he met like a century ago that like him wanted to collect rare and illegal arcane artifacts. They formed a bit of a friendship based on their desire to collect these items and shit they've accumulated through the years but when Angelus got his hands on a particular blade that Connor had secretly been after he tried to steal it, when that didn't work he tried to kill him and when that failed resorted to begging for the blade. What Connor didn't realize was that if he'd asked to trade Angelus would've happily traded but since he acted like a bitch about it Angelus ended the friendship and fucked him up with the blade itself. No, Jelani and the others don't know about the attempt 'cause if not Connor woulda been dust long ago. Does he feel some type of way about it? Nope.

Failed relationships? Plenty! Ever since he met Jelani he was smitten with him and it quickly escalated to him being in love with him even though at the time he wasn't aware that what he was feeling was love (long story).

As Angelus got older he realized he was gay and was in love with Jelani but didn't think he was good enough for Jela so he kept it to himself. Of course he was constantly in and out of relationships that for the most part he ended because he compared each one to Jelani and when they didn't measure up he'd get frustrated. Other times they would end it because he wouldn't have sex with them, he only wanted Jelani so obviously he wasn't gonna and that frustrated some of them.

To be brutally honest he didn't care or think about the relationships.

5. Does your OC have a signature weapon and/or attack? How long did they train to master it?

Yes!

The blade I mentioned in the previous question? Yeah, he uses that a lot. Thing is the blade is dull and can't just cut. The blade is a buffer for magic users, it'll only cut the person handling the blade to amplify and power up the user's magic. It works on the basis of sacrifice. You have to be willing to sacrifice your own blood for insane amounts of power. Jelani and the others kinda don't like him using it, Angelus has a long history of self-harming and self-mutilation and the blade could trigger some shit for him. Aside from that they know the blade is risky.

Aside from that he is very partial to SMGs in particular the always beautiful FN P90 and the equally beautiful semi-automatic KRISS Vector CRB. He can handle anything really but SMGs are what he goes to. The less weight the better, he's known to be a rushing flanker in the area of operations.

Aside from those two options he's also an arch-arcanist. His specialty is offensive magic, if it can destroy he's mastered it. He's very fond of pyromancies. Since he was young he was very into magic and has since kept using magic. For the last 100 years he's been studying and practicing with astral magic which is the hardest type of magic to learn let alone master but Angelus has a gift when it comes to magic.

15. What places hold significant meaning or memories for your OC? Do they have a positive or negative association with those places?

Norfolk, Virginia. He never ever wants to set foot there ever again. That's where he was as a kid, more specifically where his maternal grandmother's house was and where he was kept in the basement and tortured for years. That place is nothing but horrible memories for him especially because the mansion is still up, his grandmother doesn't own it anymore but the building is still standing and in good shape.

20. Has your OC ever done something terrible and lied about it? Did they run away or blame someone else for it? How long did they maintain the lie and did the truth ever come out?

To be perfectly honest, no, he hasn't done something terrible and lied about it. Well, I guess you could say that collecting dangerous and illegal arcane artifacts is terrible and he tends to lie about it when asked but it's something most people know but I don't classify that as some huge and terrible lie.

I have an OC, but they're highly connected to a friends OC, so I'll post the stuff I can say on my end. My Freelancer OC is Agent Nevada, part of a duo with Agent Utah (Which was named by my friend before either of us remembered or knew about the bonus scenes, and Utah technically doesn't do much in-canon so mehhh). The idea we came up with was that Nevada and Utah had basically swapped personalities of their states, Nevada of the religious person of faith, and Utah was the embodiment of sin. Nevada is often Nicknamed "Ada" for short. Ada is genderfluid, and generally when I am discussing Ada conceptually I do the Noble 6 thing and avoid using any pronouns whatsoever because even just defaulting to they/them would imply a static enough gender identity which never would be incorrectly labeled by neutral pronouns. When asked to explain Ada would simply say that The Holy Spirit is what defines Ada's gender identity at the given moment. Ada is incredibly trusting and loving of everyone, and oftentimes will help people who've still proven to be dangerous, because Ada believes in the power of helpful compassion. This behavior is reigned in by Utah, who is not my character and I again won't be speaking about. Ada left PFL sometime soon after CT defected, but unlike CT, Ada had properly retired and left the freelancer Armor there on the MOI, but Ada would soon join CT and the Insurrectionists, and was somewhere during the attack on the insurrectionists, I'm not really sure where in-lore, haven't thought too much. Ada speaks with a softly authoritative voice, one that tells you everything will be okay and even the most pessimistic believe it for a second before snapping back to reality. Ada believes that all sentient life is the beloved and cherished creations of God, not just humans, and especially not just the "pious" (Read: Straight, Cis, Able Bodied, Neuro-typical, whatever other things conservatives think you'll go to hell or live a miserable horrid life if you're not), all are welcomed by Ada, just as Ada believes they would be welcomed by God. Ada never carries weapons large than an SMG, and will always carry a non-lethal method of disabling an opponent (Taser, HL2 Stunstick, etc) Beyond all that I've not made stuff for Ada. If my friend gives me the okay to send the stuff I might post what their Agent Utah is like.

A slightly taller than average man (6'0ft) with a "frail" appearance, he himself is more on the skinnier side but he's actually as strong as Roach just not as muscular. Sickly pale skin, sunken eyes with the corners red from him rubbing his eyes all the time

Black hair and brown eyes, East Southeast Asian descent. Parents owned a restaurant in England after moving there from Indonesia.

Although usually referred using He/Him, no one knows his sex or even gender, but seems to be uncomfortable being feminine so people assumed he used masculine pronouns (although sometimes referred using they/them, honestly doesn't exactly care)

Appearance wise, he's covered with bandages especially on his face, arms, hands, legs, feet, chest. He wears a gasmask over his face with the glass of the goggles cracked to reveal one of his eyes. His uniform is similar to others in the SAS but also wears a scarf/hood similar to Ghost in 2019. All black though

Personality wise, quiet and introverted, he never speaks his mind and always let Ghost or someone else speak for him. He can be protective especially to someone he likes, quite emotional but he actually hates how he's not as cold or tough as the others, he feels like that he's too...soft and weak but he can be scary especially to the men he's interrogating, not violent like Price but instead cold, making the room uncomfortable and the air heavy

Those bandages are from an accident with a bomb, Ghost luckily saved him in the nick of time. Currently he is on a break to recover, but if he's in game, his introduction is the team sneaking into his house but gets caught, he smacks Price (or whoever the player is playing as) with a metal bat but Ghost stops him from doing any more damage. The team asks him to come help them for some sort of emergency (something with psychological manipulation since that's his specialty)

He also seems to have a habit of fidgeting, playing with the bandages on his hands. He hums and rubs his face with anything, people, pillows, his gun, clothes, etc

Very very paranoid from that accident, heck although he's been always paranoid of being abandoned, it got worse after the accident. He never reveals anything about himself, heck he's even more mysterious than Ghost or Nikto, only beaten by Velikan in terms of amounts of information known and thats only by a little

In terms of fighting and such, he specialises in handling SMGs his favourite is basically anything that allows mobility, damage, and speed. He's okay when it comes to hand to hand combat, instead in close quarters, he usually uses the back of his gun as a blunt weapon

Oddly clingy, his hair is oddly soft so...please pet his head

Ok leaving off from where i left off Descriving a bit of her personaly whise she kinda flirty and arrogant yet kind and compassionate to those in need, however she has a tendecy to get over her head taking on work she can not by herself (due somewhat to her arrogant nature), yet in the end always tries to look out for her found family

speaking of which while im unsure of the characters she would acompony her in her caravan, the mayority would not be your average wastelander, from people with addictions, to the disable, some far more elderly and even a goul, however unlike the legion thinking they posses just like miss scar great abilities of survival, logistics or enginire

i imagine she wouldnt be in new vegas, as in the timeline i imagine for my ocs would be a bit after new vegas... however if i am to indulge a little in self delusion lol

i imagine she would be living outside of freside taking residence in one of the near buildings, there she would have a shop not yet establish with her fellow companions, i could imagine she would have a quest to track some of her other companions that scavaying, most of them would be dead but you can find one of them alive, returning with him would garant you access to the shop and if choose the right words may let you have miss scar as a companion

as a companion she would use her .44 revolver and favor any stronger revolver you give her but would not accept any armor untill further along, as well would have a companion perk that makes any charisma buffs (be by chems or by outfits) also give +1 luck for each charisma buff (counting effects not individual stat rasieses of the buffs)

the shop does not have much in the way on caps but would be a great source of especial ammo and mods and also would also have the abilitie to copy unique items for a high price (over the course of some days), however through your travels with miss scar, you can bring her to certain locations of traders, eventually resulting in her companion questline that will change what they sell on the shop

this would result in the player character having to take in a decition of the future of the caravan

-The first option can be access with good reputation with the ncr, where you can convince the crimson caravan and the gun runners to make a deal with their trader caravan, this would make the shop to get unique rifels and sniper plus some unique ncr armor; this would also get you the perk "Beating red heart", giving you a flat more damage to limbs and incrising your critical chance -The second option would be to side with the kings, they would requiering you to convince mick & ralphs and (optionaly) the atomic atomic wrangler casino, this would make the shop sell unique smgs and pistols (also unique drinks if also siding atomic wrangler) with plus unique clothing with great dt (around the same as light armor); this would also get you the perk "Red diamond diva" that would make allies (including companions) less likely to get crit and your armor and weapons far more durabilitie -The thirth option can be access even before having miss scar as a companion, after the incial quest you can speak to some of the legionare to learn about their escaped slaves and gain a quest of retriving them if you have good reputation with them, after that you can go back and demand to take them into custudy (this can fail into you having to kill them all), either with a medium speech check resulting in you killing some of them untill they surrender or having a high speech (or haivng the terrifing presence perk), after wards you have to wait a few days until miss scar is "reformed", the now called Femela rejoins you as a companion giving you the perk "Black spade cat" making you less likely to get cripple and get crit; as for the shop deppending if you passed the high speech or not, the shop will either be destroyed or be reused by the undercover legion and now slaves, giving you access to unique meele weapons and unique legion armor -The fourth option can be access by convincing the Van Graffs (and then miss scar) to work with the power gangers and (optionaly) with the crimson caravan in secret, this will give you access to unique plasma weapons and explosives (also a far bigger increse in vendor caps if you are working also with the crimson caravan) plus a very strong unique heavy armor; This will also give you the perk "Atomic mushroom clubs" this makes all allies (and companions) more likely to crit and makes enemy armor more likely to break -The fifth options requiers at least good faction reputation with the strip, the omertas and the chairmen, this would let you ask mr. house to let them become an exclusive traders on the strip, if you do this, mr. house will fully take owership over the shop (they wouldnt move to the strip untill the end of the game), afterwards the shop would get unique silent pistols and revolvers plus unique outfits with unique buffs and effects (like a suit that works like the steath suit); this would also earn you the perk "Full house of kings and queens", this would make you deal more damage on a damaged limbs and makes you more likely to crit on weak spots -The sixth, and final option, is abilible if you have good reputation in the strip and have put yes man on the main frame (this outside of the legion being the more easly accesible option), if done so you will get unique laser and big weapons plus a unique power armor; this will also give you "The ace under the throne" this will make you take less damage the more damaged your limbs are and will negate the stats effects of being cripple

after the players decition, the ending of the caravan is determinate by how the faction the player chooses ends by the end of the game; if no faction is choosen the caravan will leave into the wasteland, where they will perish

after doing this quest you will be able to change miss scar equipment and she will be willing to give you a kiss on the cheek, that will give you temporary buff every day for 1 hour, called "good luck charm" that will increse all critical chance 25%

So been a bit, kinda laze around to upload this drawing but yeah

so i been playing fallout new vegas and having fun with it so i decided to draw my character (and weirdly put her an actual name, very unlike me fr)

so here she is miss scar, gonna make a little section of her lore

So a little backstory, she was a small child from one of the trives caesar legion took over, she was taking very early from her mother (who would be used as slave) through out her young years her younger years, she struggle to fit into the legion, however with time she learn her natural way to lead people and her good luck in some scavenger runs she was foced into by the legion, gain her some favor with her legionare captors she usually was help and help people the legion may have consider weak or a waste of reasurces, like the sick, the old and the disable; often times taking reserves discritely from legioners to give to them or making sure to keep the legionare captors out of their bad side however even with what is far more "cozier" life than other slaves like her, she always took herself the desire to liberate her and her found family out of the reaches of their captors, often distracting the legionares as the more mecanicaly minded figured out how to take their collars off (eventually finding ways of turing them off) it however not be untill the battle of hoover damn with a far less guarded legionare camp, she and fellow slaves would resolute into a escape attempt, in which many slaves died but a small group with her was able to escape running off the legions reach they would find the remaince of what once was a circus, there they would burn their physical and mental ties with the legion, taking on new roles and names, becoming a caravan of traveling merchance with a circous astetic to protect their identeties and distance themself from the atrocities they linger while on the captivity of the legion after a long while they would travel toward west establishing many parnering trades with other caravans, as they eventually return many year after to the mohave dessert

so after all that backstory some final notes

most of my new vegas characters exist after the events of new vegas (around 20 year or so after), so similar to this scar would have been 14 or so when she fled the legion so she is a lot more older than my other characters

another thing, she calls herself scar but her original name with her captors "jokingly" called her was "Femela", mostly to ridiculise her, however she decided the name miss scar for two reasons, first because they are taking on roles she decided on a far more intemidating name than her companions that would also lead to intrigue for custumers (so like an easy conversation starter) but also secondly (and secretly) because the scars that she hides under her distint dress, almost as a reminder of what the legion did to her

distincly she would have a .44 pistol, and while not a fighter she is suprisingly lucky and even more charismatic often using her talk to command and missdirect others with little difficulty

The Janitor of Heart universe runs on similar rules to the Tulip's Road Trip universe (superhero stuff aside) so to avoid complications 9's been enrolled at Mina's school with the cover story is that she's Rodney's grandniece "Marianne" who's staying with him For Reasons (most common theory for those not in the know is that her parents kicked her out for being gay and her great-uncle took her in). She wasn't sure about the name at first but it's been growing on her.

8 doesn't bother with a human name since she's usually in the IG. Most people who care about her name at all just assume she's trans (which adds more fuel to the "shitty parents" theory).

Similar to SMGs XIII and XIV, the Mega Man series' quirks when it comes to names (especially those involving numbers), and in this case it's in such a way that it messes with pronunciation and sounds overly formal, so they decided to take on nicknames to save themselves the trouble of explaining their weird names constantly. Techno is based on Rock's design, while Timbre is based on Roll's.

MRU12 & MRU13

Anchor: Andi Finn

Due to how Inkling character models work, they look just as different from Andi as most other Inklings despite technically being recolors. Especially since for some reason her unique beartrap-like beak didn't carry over.

MRU14 & MRU15

Statuses: Active

Anchor: Mario

Their OC Design Agent made sure they'd be distinct from 3 and 4's old recolor designs. And would be different personality-wise as well.

MRU16 & MRU17

Statuses: Active

Anchor: Sonic.EXE the Hedgehog

Surprisingly, they're exclusively recolors of Sonic's normal character model, without any of his demonic side's influence carrying over. Probably because that stuff comes from IRL supernatural stuff rather than his actual code.

For the OC questions - Anna and 🌙 📚 👀

🌙: If your OC could have one wish come true what would it be and why? Would there be consequences to this wish or would they regret it once they get what they want? What would they give in return for this wish to come true?

Anna’s one wish would be that Ellen didn’t get sick and eventually turn terminal because she loved her mother so much and it hurt to see her get weaker and weaker. She wouldn’t regret it, because she helped take care of her mother as she got sicker and sicker and it was hard to see. Especially since Ellen had always made time for her and Scott no matter what was going on (partly to make up for Alec being gone on missions/out of the house once the divorce was final).

I’m sure there would be consequences, “balance of life and death” and all that, but Anna would do/give anything to keep her mother from ever getting that much Element Zero exposure.

📚: If your OC was given some kind of forbiddon knowledge, what would they do with it? Would they tell anyone? Use it for evil or good? How would it change their outlook on life, if at all?

Anna has whistleblown on “need to know” things a few times because a) she feels full transparency even if it’s harmful is needed to keep leaders in line (even if it includes herself) and b) she has an authority problem so seeing those above her squirm makes her happy.

She’d do the whole ‘deep throat’ thing where it’s an ‘anonymous source’ and leak it to the press/a reporter who she can trust, then let the fallout happen. Although she has held on to some information about those above her, just in-case she needs an exit strategy.

It hasn’t changed her outlook on life too much, she was pretty jaded to begin with so it’s pretty much the same.

👀: Describe your OC through the eyes of another person! (bonus + specify who)

Commander Rose Shepard’s assessment of Annabel ‘Anna’ Ryder:

Ryder has authority problems, her brief time in the Systems Alliance brought many reports of insubordination from her Commanding Officer’s. If her father’s work on illegal AI hadn’t tanked her career, her lack of respect to those above would have eventually.

However, she is loyal and will work to curb her smart-ass tendencies for those she deems “worthy.”

She also enjoys more than what would be considered a ‘reasonable amount’ of alcohol, even for a biotic. But that seems to stem from the environment Ryder has spent the last several years in and should not be a foreseeable problem.

Demonstrating biotic powers from an early age, she would have been a candidate for Jump Zero had it not closed down. While she never completed training, her talent as a vanguard is considerable. What she needs is a stable environment and the patient leadership to further develop those talents.

Ryder is proficient with several weapons, although she favors either an N7 Eagle pistol or Avenger SMG. Further training in biotic shields as well as melee combat is needed.

Despite her time with the Reds, Ryder would be an asset to any team; her weapons knowledge would be a bonus to the understaffed Armory on the Normandy. It is my recommendation that she be allowed to rejoin the Systems Alliance under my command.

The Counter-Terrorists

Socks: (she/they/he) Socks may be the newest and the worst at aiming and tactics, but she's found her use through hiding in odd spots and scouting the A.O. to relaying information to her team. She's also stingy with her money, allowing her to buy weapon upgrades for her teammates. When she's not operating, she's a sweetheart eager to bond with her team and feeding corn to the chickens. She tends to have horrible haircuts due her hair tending to grow back when she's feeling feminine then cutting it all off when she's feeling masculine.

Gunner: (she/her) The opposite of Socks, Gunner is the scariest of the team with her tiny, 4'11 structure and only a little muscle on her stick-arms. Not that that will stop her from sprinting through the A.O. with a machine gun and bashing her way through enemy forces. When she's not a charging bull in the field, Gunner's singing or drawing hot women and men that parade her mind.

Count "CT" Tawdry: (he/him) If anyone can come up with every possible scenario, it's Count Tawdry. Perhaps it's the pressure or perhaps it's anxiety, but whenever there's a question, he's got an answer. Beyond his mastermind, he's a professional troll, using cheap weapons or his knife to bring down enemies, or just pranking his teammates with. No, he's not actually of royal bloodline, it's a nickname title he earned from Gunner after he knife killed multiple enemies.

Protractor: (he/him) The leader of his team. Protractor has no set role and can do anything he's needed for. He does specialize in utility, and prefers throwing grenades at his enemies rather than shooting them. He works the closest with Tawdry on the field, and is Socks' primary trainer. He's also the dad of the team, taking care of his teammates when they're injured and having a rather relaxed attitude outside of operations.

Mark: (he/him) Mark's keen eyes serve him well when seeing enemies from a distance, making him the perfect sniper. He's also an expert handler with multiple rifles and pistols. His battle mindset never really changes when he's off the field, however, and he dislikes everyone for goofing off during downtime and says they should prepare for the next attack. Protractor is the only one he doesn't hate, even if he still comes off as aggressive when trying to conceal his crush on the leader. Tawdry and Gunner make fun of him for it.

The Terrorists

Fumes: (he/him) Need a molotov? Or a flashbang? Or a grenade? Fumes has it all. Especially the molotovs. If there's gunfire near him, there's sure to be flames. His favorite trick is throwing molotovs at his enemies and forcing them to run from the fire straight into his bullets. When he's not burning something or someone, he's busy making new C4s for his team to use or working on knitting projects.

Vishal "Vac": (xe/xem) The youngest and smallest of the team, Vac is best known for xyr ability to climb up anything and finding cheap spots to hide in the enemies never consider. Vac loves watching xyr opponents become flustered when they can't find xem, and has a whole camera roll of it. Outside of operation, Vac likes to feed the chickens bread and has met Socks a few times during xyr chicken feeding sprees. Both enjoy each other's company.

Clatter: (he/him) Clatter is a clumsy guy, and no one trusts him with explosive utility. He's also not allowed to use higher-end military rifles. So he's become the SMG trickster, using smoke grenades and his loud footsteps to bait the CTs into tracking and following him...right into his teammate's firing squad. Clatter enjoys teaching Vac the most because he has to be far craftier than his teammates to survive the hunting CTs.  Bread: (she/her) Bread LOVES art and paints all her guns vivid colors, though sometimes she paints everything in sight. At first, her teammates hated how she covered everything in paint. But when they found out Bread's superability to see colors allows her to notice even the smallest bit of color change, such as a footprint of an enemy, or movement in the dark, they gave her some slack, letting her paint some of their guns as well in her free time. She's also the mom of the team.

Awppertinaty "Tina": (she/her) The main sniper and leader of the team, Tina uses her sniper scope to see enemies from afar and alert her team of their presence. Her lethal awareness keeps anyone from sneaking up on her, even her own teammates. Despite being the leader, she has little trigger discipline, and will often take risks in fight. Outside of fighting, Tina likes to reside alone where she can sleep and leave Bread to take care of everyone. Sometimes she helps Fumes out.
