if i started selling my pdf organizers as digital downloads on kofi for like $1-5 would people be interested? They help with memory loss, brain fog, anxiety, and organization. I started making them as an alternative to bullet journaling (as pain makes it hard to constantly rewrite templates) I have ones for work, academia, free time, even a dnd session note taking template. I may also take requests if people seem interested.

Hey so, because the ever-present sausage-sizzle-at-Bunnings has been cancelled due to COVID-19
A LOT of animal rescue charities (such as Precious PAws) have lost a significant fundraising avenue. For example, Precious Paws (who we were foster carers for, until we foster failed our way to a full house) would make thousands in Brisbane per weekend
This would cover pound fees, vet bills (desexing, emergent care, microchipping, testing, specialist care, any vaccinations required esp for puppies), helping elderly pensioner carers feed the animals, emergency veterinary issues, paying for animal transport (people move these animals to carers all over the state and sometimes interstate), and outside-carer fees. (Sometimes Precious PAws will pick up a dog that they cannot secure a carer from, as there is a deadline for these dogs, and put them into a trusted pet resort until a carer can be found. Sometimes animals get shifted around slightly if there’s an emergent situation, eg. some carers can do complex medical needs, others excell with end-of-life elderly dog care, and others do excellently with puppy training or certain behaviours).
-------------
And this is one rescue charity for dogs.
Imagine the stress on multi-animal agencies, or those with hundreds of carers.
IF you have a few spare dollars for a local charity, please help them out. And always consider adopting, if you feel you need a furry family member.
----------
Please remember to consider the size of the animal, breed, their characteristics/needs, how that would fit with your lifestyle, what supports you can put in place (eg can you get to puppy training 2x week, or would an older dog suit you better?), your familial/financial situation and how you would manage if you had to go away (eg. who could provide care?). There is no such thing as an ‘easy/low effort’ pet, from tropical fish to guinea pigs they all need different care.  It’s like planning a baby, people. And all animals do need training; cats need to know that your hamburger is a cant haz, and even a chihauha can learn some goddamn manners with enough work from their furever family.
