It seems only polite to leave a viable trail for the Cullens, even if the Major is the only one she thought would come looking for her.

“I’ll take that as a compliment.” She’s irritated him, she can see it in the way he’s looking at her.

“Bella would be safer if you didn’t.” The words are biting and, to her ears, impish. She’s not here to weigh the values of their opposing lifestyles.

if I had a nickel for every time I came up with an oc x oc ship that was a girl with Nightsister heritage who had a Nightsister mom and a psychometric Jedi dad, and a young awkward Jedi boy with a Jedi dad and a Mandalorian mom and an older sister who teases him mercilessly about his crush on said Nightsister girl, I would have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.

Where are my stories about gainers living in sleepy lil fantasy villages? Please I just want to hear nice tales about someone visiting the local baker a few too many times, getting treated by friends in the inn and tucking back into bed with their spouse. Embarrassing lil moments where their clothes don't fit right and they get some gentle teasing from the local tailor during a fitting. Their life slowly shifting as they soften up and they stop working an active job to look after the house instead. Gaining hundreds of pounds as they are so pampered and loved and well looked after, not a worry in sight as they just get to eat and live a peaceful happy life.

I’m not saying Jacob should’ve kissed Bella, but my thing is this; Jacob kisses you and you call him a dog and say you hope Edward kills him. Edward has done foul shit the ENTIRE SERIES and you let him slide repeatedly. There’s this part where Bella gets mad and says something like “at least Edward an act like an adult”. Bitch. He IS AN ADULT. What do you mean? Bella is way more harsh when it comes to Jacob and I don’t get why she holds so much anger towards this child and holds him to this high standard but has none of these feelings when it comes to the old ass adult she’s with. Since I’m typing, Stephanie Myers is weird and idc what y’all say. I remember Bella described Leah as beautiful in an EXOTIC way. MA’AM? It feels like she realized how asshole-ish the Cullens are and tried to make the wolves seem worse but all I’m thinking is “they’re definitely in the right when it comes to not liking the Cullens”.

The wolves don’t like vampires because they’re a safety risk. The Cullens being there (keep in mind, they’re rich enough to leave and never come back) is triggering these young ass people to turn into wolves. The Cullens don’t like the wolves because?? They have no valid reason. Edward constantly says the wolves are dangerous and yeah, they’re not the safest to be around but compared to vampires they’re a lot safer. Bella has only been harmed by vampires and only the vampires have tried to end her life. James, Laurent, Jasper, Victoria, the new born army that’s forming, the Volturi. She’s only been in danger because of the wolves once. Like, I don’t get how Stephanie expects us to agree with Edward when there’s proof that the wolves are way safer. Not 100% safe but better than vampires. And while I love Seth, I swear Seth is the “you’re not like the others” character. They only like Seth because he doesn’t hold animosity towards them as if that animosity isn’t valid. It’s giving “you’re not like other blacks, you talk proper” (ik he’s not black, it’s an example). I’m finishing the books because I’m too deep to quit but I wish they let Victoria finish the job.

"Westley!" Esme exclaimed as she all but pulled him through the front door and immediately began telling him about the little gift basket she made for him and Liza. Wes felt it was almost out of character for the woman, but he supposed with Noelle out of town, one of the aunts had to be doting and practically smother them.

Wes appreciated the kindness and he was sure Liza would be happy to know he was coming home with treats from his aunt, but he was only half listening to her ramblings. "Thanks. You know you don't have to call me Westley, right?" Wes scrunched his nose as he thought about the way she hardly called him anything but that. He hated his full name, which is why he significantly shortened it to Wes.

"It's the name your mother gave you." Was all she responded even when Wes shot her a look and reminded her that he and his mother weren't on good terms at the moment. But she didn't say more before moving back to the kitchen. "Stay for dinner!" She called back over her shoulder and Wes couldn't help but roll his eyes at the woman, but as he turned to set the basket of goodies on the dining table, he finally noticed his sister. "You got roped into dinner too?"

Can we get a little snippet of STL pretty pleaseeeeeee. I’m about to go back to college as a 28 yo (obviously nothing wrong with that) but something about knowing this fic started when I was in college the first time is making me super emotional and nostalgic. Super excited for the next chappie!!

Congratulations! I went back to uni at 26 and listen, it's so much better when you're older. I had way more fun and way more perspective about what and how I was learning. I also gave 0 shits about what anyone thought of me by, like, mid-second year.
