Of course they are like a big guard dog! You have no idea how dangerous the world is out there; obviously, they have to protect you from everything and everyone! When it’s not their arm around your shoulders, pulling your body closer to theirs, then it’s definitely their jacket or hoodie over you, making it clear to anyone that you’re together. And how can you say they don’t need to fight the jerk who touched you? Of course they do! If it’s to protect you, they would do anything (within or outside the law).

They’re a bit of both. Of course, they’ll defend you if someone tries to pick a fight with you, but they also give you space to handle your own problems. You’re both pretty comfortable with that, and usually, you prefer to stay in your corner peacefully—much better than having someone barking at everyone who tries to get close to you.

They prefer that you defend them. Every time they get into a fight, they look at you like a wet cat, completely helpless and pleading for your help. You, on the other hand, don’t mind at all standing in front of them, protecting them from whatever is intimidating them (whether it’s an ignorant guy or a giant bug). It’s them who wear your jacket as a form of protection, while your arm is around their hips. Could they be pretending just to see you all brave defending them? You’ll never know~

I NEED TO KNOW WHICH ONES CAN PURR AND WHAT MAKES THEM PURR

All skeletons can purr, they have the physical capacity to do it. Do they want to though?

Undertale Sans - He usually has a very good control on his purring and it's extremely rare you hear it. One way to make him purr is by petting his head while he's deep asleep. But he's rarely deep asleep and all the other times he might just stare at you in confusion lol.

Undertale Papyrus - Too much praise. It's rare though as Papyrus never lacks praises, but sometimes too many praises are too much and he blushes, purring loudly. He hates it though.

Underswap Sans - It's extremely rare and only when he's so happy he loses complete control of himself. His purr is also very low so it's hard to tell he is purring.

Underswap Papyrus - He's a big purrer and he doesn't hide it. When he's happy, he likes to show it. His purr is not that loud so it's hard to tell when he is, but he is, often.

Underfell Sans - Only in private and when he feels really really safe with his S/O. He doesn't want anyone else to know he can purr, think of his reputation.

Underfell Papyrus - Even though he will act like that never happened, Edge can sometimes purr when you're flirting with him. It's never for long though as he's very self-conscious about it and will do all he can to hide it, including throwing you by the window.

Horrortale Sans - He's not purring, he's making tractor noises. Oak purrs for all sorts of things, very loudly. When he wants attention, when he gets attention, when he's happy when you looked his way for two seconds... He's not hiding it. He purrs so loud that sometimes his brother has to take you to another room to have peace lol.

Horrortale Papyrus - Even though he hates it, his body instinctively mimics his brother's purr sometimes lol. He has no control over it and it makes him curse every time because he doesn't know how to stop it???

Horrorfell Sans - Only when he worried and you start petting him. It helps him to calm down. He's not purring other than that.

Horrorfell Papyrus - When you praise him, it can happen. But he immediately starts to cough to hide it because, duh, of course, he doesn't purr what are you imagining?

Horrorswap Sans - It might happen once or twice when he feels very comfortable, but other than that, he's not purring. He has other ways of showing affection.

Horrorswap Papyrus - That's one of the last sounds he can make without his jaw so he will certainly use it as often as he can. It's his way of saying "I'm fine today". It can be more or less loud with what he's trying to say.

Swapfell Sans - He can sometimes purr in his sleep, but that's his max lol. Don't you ever call him out on this because he will bite you and fight you.

Swapfell Papyrus - He purrs when he's flirty. It makes his voice more cavernous and sexy. Well, he thinks at least. It's not working that much in reality lol.

Fellswap Gold Sans - He can purr but you'll never catch him alive. Maybe one time in a coma, but that's all lol.

Fellswap Gold Papyrus - He has a low purr for long cuddle sessions. It means he feels very safe and happy right now, which is actually not that hard.

Outertale Sans - It can happen when he feels a bit lonely. It helps to soothe himself. Moon has a bit of separation anxiety.

Outertale Papyrus - He's purring to make the children he's looking after sleep for their nap. It's working really well!

Dancetale Sans - Only when he's half asleep on your lap and you pet his head to make him sleep.

Dancetale Papyrus - He purrs rarely, but it can happen once or twice when he's really excited and happy. He's self-conscious about it though and quickly grasps a hold of himself so no one notices.

Dancefell Sans - He doesn't purr often, but not rarely either. He loves having attention and he's favorite things ever is the shower of kisses. He starts to purr hard when it happens.

Dancefell Papyrus - He purrs very rarely, mainly when he's having a very good time.

Farmtale Sans - He can purr. But you'll never catch him alive either. He's a very secretive guy. Maybe after a few years of deep relationships, but it will be a one-time experience.

Farmtale Papyrus - He purrs rarely, he's too shy to assume it. Usually, it happens for ten seconds and then he stops himself and blushes deeply. He might do it longer if he's really comfortable around you.

Mafiatale Sans - He has a spot on his neck that activates the purring. He hides it really well though so good luck to find it.

Mafiatale Papyrus - Nah, he's not going to show you. You can barely see any expression from him in the first place, so a purr? Never.

Mafiafell Sans - He only purrs when he's with his dogs. He loves his dogs. You're not sure if you should be offended or not.

Mafiafell Papyrus - He never purrs except in bed with his S/O while he's... You know.

Ink - He doesn't have enough focus to relax and purr, sorry. His brain is working 200% every second of his life so no time for purring.

Error - He only purrs when he's eating chocolate. He never eats chocolate in front of anyone so chances are you're never hearing him purr.

Disbelief Papyrus - Like Papyrus, intense praising is what send him into purring mode. He's resisting better to your attacks though, so it's harder to get him.

Killer Sans - He's purring when you're praising him. It's not that hard. He likes attention. He likes attention so much he won't let you go before two hours so you can continue praising him.

Dustale Sans - Uh... He purrs randomly, mostly at times he's staring at you intensely without blinking like he's going to hunt you down. It's not cute, it's scary.

What would each pair of the Skelebros have as pets ? And would they have allergies ( despite being skeletons , I'd like to think that they do have some sort of allergy to an animal . )

Ah yes, pets. I'll do all of the boys/theys, because why not lol Oh, and remember, all names are paired with their respective skeleton on my pinned post!

Sans : He would love to have a little bird or something, like a cockatiel.

Papyrus : While he isn't the biggest fan of pets, he can accept a cat or a dog. It doesn't matter to him though.

Cobalt : Like Papyrus, he doesn't matter what kind of animal lives in his house, as long as it doesn't create a huge mess. Although, he would like a ferret. or three. maybe five...

Honey : He loves animals. He really likes dogs, especially the bigger ones, and would probably treat it like a big teddy bear.

Red : Lizard all the way. He would more than likely have a bearded dragon that vibes in a big ass tank in his living room. He would let it roam too(with supervision).

Edge : From the evidence we have with Doomfanger, Edge likes cats. His max is four, as he's not home often to be able to fully care for them. He would like to be home more often though, just so he can see the furballs.

Nox : Surprising or not, Nox would like to have a bunny. Specifically the English Lop. Although, his reasons are the same as Edge's for not having one, he's just not home enough.

Rus : Spiders, insects, lizards... Anything and everything to freak out his older brother, he more than likely already has it homed in his room.

Cherry : A lamb. Don't ask why, he'd just like lambs and sheep.

Pup : Like his name, he likes dogs, but ones that are bred to work. German Shepherds, Australians, Belgian...

Wine : No. Just no. If he'd ever get an animal, it'd be a guard dog. He's too worried about the house staying clean than an animal.

Coffee : With enough convincing, Wine would be okay with a small animal. So, he'd only get away with a bunny or a chinchilla. Not a bird because it's loud.

Moon : Kittyyyyyyyyyy!! He'd love to have a little scottish fold and would name them Stardust and would love it forever and ever and ever.

Sun : Sadly, Stardust will never exist as long as Sun is alive. Sun is allergic to kitties :(

Oak and Willow : You see that big ass farm out of the window? Yeah, they got enough animals to supply a whole high school. Though, Willow likes the cattle and Oak is fond of the chickens.

Crow and Dove : Unless their future s/o has an animal, they'd be lacking in that department. They are death personified, so being able to make the time to take care of one would just be a bother.

Error : Nope, next question.

Dust : Some kind of service dog would help, or maybe just there for emotional support.

Killer : He loves cats from his canon, so he'd be more than happy to get some more kitties if someone was okay with it.

Summary: They fell in love with a crying baby and, like the great lovers they are, they should comfort you... but how do they do it?

With their fingers. Their phalanges touch your face so gently that you even question whether they're really wiping away your tears or just caressing your cheeks. Sometimes, they are even a little afraid to bring their fingers too close to your face, fearing they might scratch you with the tips of their claws – but you trust them, especially when it’s to comfort you after a bad day, wiping your face and whispering reassurances on top of your head.

Your tears are like a delicious plate to them; whenever you cry, it’s with their tongue that they gently wipe away your tears. Your sobs are relentless, disrupting their task of licking your face until only their saliva remains on your skin. They need to hold your head still so you don’t pull away, purring against your face to soothe your troubled soul.

They don’t like touches; physical contact is too much for them — too intense. Yet, they can’t stop themselves from wiping your face with the sleeve of their shirt, sushing you as they hum softly. It’s a delicate, intimate gesture, one of the few moments you feel so close to each other. And no matter how much you sob, apologizing for wetting their favorite shirt, they just keep cleaning your face, a small smile dancing on their lips as they keep saying for you to "nothing worry about a silly thing like that".

They struggle to know how to wipe away your tears, after all, they were the ones who caused them. They panic, trying to figure out how to approach you without pushing you further away— they can't stand seeing you in such a vulnerable state! Defeated, they simply hand you a tissue for you to wipe your own face while, lost and uncertain, they murmur guilty apologies.

They don’t wipe them away. Not only are they the cause of your tears, but they seem to delight in watching the salty drops stream down your face. It's almost as if your tears turn these sadists on.

Because Edge has such a great personality, I would love to know his opinion on the other skeletons. Are they worthy of his attention or not?

Let's have a tour of what Edge thinks of all his fellow skeletons.

Undertale Sans - Clearly a pale copy of his brother, but without anything to look scary. What is even the point of his existence? He would be long dead in his world. He swears the guy is hiding something though. He always feels uncomfortable when he's staring at him for too long.

Undertale Papyrus - He thought he was a pale copy of himself until his Undyne challenged him to fight with Lesser Papyrus and Edge got his butt kicked so hard he ended in shock. WTF. He has no LV and he swears he was still holding back to not hurt him. How strong is that guy??? Edge doesn't like him.

Underswap Sans - Unsufferable little shit that thinks is more clever than everyone because he's super fast. How the hell is he a royal guard? One of these days, he will show him he's not that clever when fighting a real royal guard. And he's not saying that because that little shit arrested him one day for driving too fast without a license. Not at all.

Underswap Papyrus - A decent one. Edge loves to hang out with him, especially in front of Blue to make him mad. Honey is a good cook, and he's not impressed by his edgy face. He doesn't consider him a friend; he has no friends. But if he had friends, they would be Honey-shaped.

Underfell Sans - What? You expect him to say he loves his brother or something? Get out of here, that's none of your business!

Horrortale Sans - He can respect that guy. When Edge bullied him, he for sure never expected to almost be beheaded by the largest axe he had ever seen. He stays out of his path now. That guy knows how to fight, even though he's not showing it.

Horrortale Papyrus - Fuck that guy. He came to find him after he bullied his brother and lectured him for two hours like a child. Does he look like a child? Anyway, when Edge tried to escape, he grabbed him by the arm with his gigantic hand and Edge realized that maybe it would be best to listen to him after all.

Horrorswap Sans - Looks too similar to his younger version but gets really mad when accidentally called Blue. Edge did the mistake once and got surprise by how fast that guy is despite having only one leg. That's a horror movie cryptid.

Horrorswap Papyrus - He doesn't like him or anything, but can't help but feel protective around him. I mean, look at him. He's like a lost puppy or something. The big bad world is going to eat him alive one of these days.

Horrorfell Sans - He's glad he could take his brother out of hell before this. Edge actually respects Copper a lot for surviving through the famine despite being as weak as Red. Edge tries to help him and his brother when he can.

Horrorfell Papyrus - He has a hard time thinking he could have been in that situation, but he admires Chief for not giving up. He's not sure he would have been strong enough to stay as optimistic despite the pain. Chief is a little bit like his model, and Edge likes to hang out with him when he has some time.

Swapfell Sans - Finally a good training partner that is both challenging and competitive. Edge has a lot of fun training with Nox (who is definitely not his best friend at all). However, he can see Nox is very haunted by his role in the Royal Guard. Edge saw that look in old soldiers he trained, who are here only because it's paying well. Except Nox is not old at all. He's worried he might make a big mistake one of these days and is in negotiation with his Asgore to sort of hire him in his guard, so he can take his distances with his Toriel. He can tell his Toriel is not a good person.

Swapfell Papyrus - He's so similar to his brother that it hurts. Lazy, loud, pranking people all day. It's not even a surprise Red spends all his days with him. Ok, maybe one or two of his pranks amused him at some point, and maybe that guy is somehow charming enough for everyone to eat in his hands, but that's definitely not Edge's case (yes. yes it is).

Fellswap Gold Sans - He sees himself a lot in Wine, maybe with a little (LOT, A LOT) of manipulation. He's not sure Wine sees him as a friend, but Edge is definitely going to him when he needs advice. He's a bit the father figure he never had even though he looks like his brother and it's really weird. But at least he is always (brutally) honest with him and Edge needs that sometimes.

Fellswap Gold Papyrus - He can tell Coffee is following him everywhere like he's some sort of role model. That made Edge uncomfortable at first, but now he's worried when Coffee is not there to follow him around, asking a hundred questions. He is used to that.

Outertale Sans & Papyrus - He doesn't know them. But they look like pale copies of his brother and him. Except these ones fly for some reason. How though? Skeletons don't have wings???

Dancetale Sans & Papyrus - How many of these pacifist guys are there out there? Why the hell these ones are dancing???

Dancefell Sans - Uh... He didn't think there could be a weaker version of his brother honestly but here is Rumba he guesses. He got confused that one time he asked him to show his fight move and the guy started dancing??? How the hell did he survive so long???

Dancefell Papyrus - What the hell is that. That guy looks like him but he acts like Mettaton somehow. Edge is very disturbed and doesn't like him.

Farmtale Sans & Papyrus - They are decent. He expected yet another version of those pacifist weaklings, but somehow Sam is a lot more interesting than the others, not scared to talk back to him or fight him when he gets too insulting. Edge can respect that. Ben reminds him of himself when he was younger, full of hope and very shy. He's worried he might get crushed by the world at some point.

Mafiatale Sans - Annoying as hell. Literally exploded his wall once because he insulted his brother. Edge is holding back everytime he sees his stupid face, he wants to fight that guy so bad.

Mafiatale Papyrus - Creeper is scary. He only feared Asgore before, but that guy is even scarier. He doesn't say anything. He keeps staring at him. Menacingly. Edge doesn't like him.

Mafiafell Sans - He wishes his brother was similar to him, a little more active. Too bad Fang hates him because of what happened with Torpedo. Edge wanted to know him more before it happened.

Mafiafell Papyrus - Torpedo is the version of him he for sure doesn't want to become. Insulting, condescending, thinking he knows everything and clearly has too much power. The first thing Torpedo did was to laugh at him, saying he looks like a clown in his royal guard armor, in front of all his friends. So yeah, Edge got mad and attacked him. Maybe he underestimated the crazy amount of LV this guy has. You can only reach that by killing for fun, Edge saw that LV in the monsters he executed for Asgore. He doesn't like him, he knows Torpedo is a ticking bomb that will cause at some point a lot of damage because, with so much LV, it's impossible to stay in control for long. Edge hates him and hopes he will never turn like that.

Ink - ???????? His brain can't understand what that Ink guy is. He prefers to say out of his way.

Error - He can tell he's dangerous, but he's not sure why. He's uncomfortable around him and doesn't want to know more about him.

Disbelief Papyrus - Despite clearly being a clone of the pacifist guy, he can tell this one went through a lot and is a lot more similar to him than he would like. That Papyrus lost a lot of things and sacrificed his life so his universe could survive. Edge respects him a lot and tries to show him he's there if he wants to talk, even though he's not the best at that.

Killer Sans - Even though his brother likes him a lot, Edge prefers to keep a safe distant. He saw that guy LV, it's way too high for someone who pretends so well to be a jokester. Edge is not fooled by his little game. That Sans is dangerous.

Dustale Sans - He acts like Doomfanger??? He fights with Doomfanger??? Is that skeleton a skeleton or a mutant cat? He's not sure.

Made FellSwap Gold + Error

His laces on his jacket, sweatpants, and shoes are like error sans' tears, they can stretch infinitely and are extremely strong, and he knows how to use them well in battle and transportation

The length and infinite stretch of his shoelaces causes him to trip over them often and his mouth is always slightly open due to his irreparable teeth

His torso and legs can separate, but he doesn't do it often as he finds it awkward

He's still the anxious and reserved skeleton he is in Fellswap gold, but can get scary and determined when he's set on something

He doesn't attack first, but won't pull any punches if need be
