the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

But agree it was for the best I did not finish it.#Hey speaking of tone twists...We are one episode away from one of my favourite chapters being animated!#WHO'S READY FOR THE SENSHI BACKSTORY! WHO IS READY TO CRY!#ME! I AM! I spooked my flatmate with how energetic I was this morning. I'm vibrating with energy I was not designed to contain.#I should talk about today's episode here: It was very good. I love how they animated the familiars.#And!!! #listen i understand complaints and feeling disappointed but y’all gotta remember there’s always the og campaign#there were questionable choices definetly but being negative about it on the internet just does disservice to all the good stuff#it ain’t perfect i miss the group kill but i’m honestly blaming steaming’s whole ‘every season must be the same length’ model#like this season really could’ve used an extra 3 episodes but alas! they made it as solid as possible for tv in that time!#tlovm#critical role#the legend of vox machina#tlovm season 3#also kiki resurrecting percy near and dear to my heart but also the vax percy bond and getting to see more of percy’s torment mmmm#also the cr cast are clearly having fun with it so its not like some foreign entity is committing sacrilege when they change stuff!

truly connected people on a staggering level. If you engage with anime, even if you dont like dbz, chances are the anime you like got to you because of dbz's popularity. If you like jrpgs, even if you've never played dragon quest, the games you do love almost certainly became a thing because someone in the 80s loved dragon quest. 68 is way too young but genuinely what a towering legacy.

I will never get over Pomni’s character development
Like, you’re telling me this woman went from distrusting every member of the circus (understandably so due to being thrust into a new environment), and being on the brink of a breakdown constantly
To having the most tender heart-to-heart with Gangle in which she offers to cover Gangle’s closing shift??
Pomni as a person is genuinely so so sweet, and it’s a side of her that we didn’t get to see in the pilot, considering she was so anxious and tended to place her needs above others. In episode 2, she was such a support towards Gummigoo, which was wonderful to see. She gained a stronger connection with Kinger in episode 3, but it really wasn’t until episode 4 that we saw Pomni lend her support to someone that isn’t an NPC. It’s really heartwarming.

Rewatching lazarus rising as one does,,, and holy shit the fact that this was misha collins portraying castiel for the very first time, that he was on as a GUEST STAR for a show that had been running for yearss, and he came in with his big blue eyes and gave THAT performance!!! Like no fucking wonder we bullied them into making him a series regular. Every fucking time I watch this episode I am so thrown by even the smallest tilts of his head,,, truly suchh a talented actor

To me, what is so fantastic about One Piece Fan Letter is the emphasis on the way the Straw Hats have created these connections in the lives of people they have never met. The ending scene, with all the hands putting together the puzzle pieces, and the way that all these connections came together in one dazzling way-- I loved that. I teared up at that. Wherever the Straw Hats go, they leave behind all of these puzzle pieces for people to put together and create bonds that would not have existed had the Straw Hats not shown up!
And it also just... Makes me so in love with the concept of the world after Luffy becomes King of The Pirates. I know that Oda has the final chapter planned in his head, and I doubt we will really see the long lasting effects of Luffy achieving the title of Pirate King + his dream, and I really do not want a sequel series ala Boruto or Yasahime, but.... I want to see a world in which children believe they can become a Brave Warrior of the Sea thanks to Usopp, I want to see more children look at Nami and realize they don't NEED to have a Devil Fruit or Haki or muscles to have adventures. I want to see the next generation of the One Piece world believe so strongly in their dreams, that they set out to accomplish them.
One Piece Fan Letter really opened the door, I think, for more and more stories about the "regular" people in the world of One Piece, the people you don't see in the arcs because they're the nondescript background characters, and how the Straw Hat Crew has changed them. And I want that. To me, that is fantastic.

by the way. people are allowed to complain about this season feeling rushed. i don’t know when it became a thing in this fandom to completely jump people who have valid complaints like YES arcane is a fantastically produced and beautifully animated show and nobody will be able to top it but they did start things with some characters only for it to never go anywhere so it can all be wrapped up in three episodes 😭
