praying over someone you care about without them asking and tangibly SEEING the prayer request get answered or blessing come to pass is so genuinely enriching & heart warming. it is a blessing in itself. how good is the Lord that even when you throw up selfless prayers for those around you, He blesses you through it as well.

“God can do much, much more than anything we can ask or imagine” —Ephesians 3:20 (NCV)
“Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers.” —Ephesians 6:18 (NLT)
“Why Keep Praying When There Is No Answer?” By Rick Warren:
“Why should you remain persistent in your prayers when you don’t get an answer? Here are four reasons.
1. Persistent prayer focuses your attention. When you pray a prayer request over and over, it’s not to remind God. He doesn’t need to be reminded! It’s to remind yourself that God is the source of your answer and all your needs. If every prayer you ever prayed was instantly answered, two things would happen. First, prayer would actually begin to hurt you because sometimes we pray for things that are not God’s will, or we make mistakes because we see with a limited perspective. Second, you’d never really develop a deep relationship with God, because he would become just a vending machine. If every time you prayed you instantly got results, all you’d think about is the blessing. God wants you to think about the Blesser.
2. Persistent prayer clarifies your request. A delayed answer gives you time to clarify exactly what you want and to refine your prayers. When you pray persistently to your heavenly Father and you say something over and over again, it separates deep longings from mere whims. It says, “God, I really care about this.” It’s not that God doesn’t want to answer your prayers. He does. It’s just that he wants you to be certain what you really want.
3. Persistent prayer tests your faith. James 1:3-4 says, “When your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing” (NLT). The only way you can grow to spiritual maturity is to have your faith tested. One of the ways God tests your faith is by delaying some answers to your prayers.
4. Persistent prayer prepares your heart for the answer. When you make a request of God, God almost always wants to answer in a greater way than you’ve prayed. Sometimes God denies your prayer request because you’re thinking and asking too small. He wants to give you something bigger and better. But first, he has to prepare you for it. So God uses delays in answering prayer to help you grow, to help you get ready, and to help prepare you for a bigger and better answer.
Remember, “God can do much, much more than anything we can ask or imagine” (Ephesians 3:20 NCV).”

PRAYING IN THE HOLY SPIRIT (WHAT IT MEANS)
When we come to Jude 1: 20, which reads; But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost. My emphasis is on the last part of the verse “praying in the Holy Ghost” according to the King James Version (KJV). While some other versions like ESV English Standard Version and reads as ‘Holy Spirit’. Whether it is ‘in the Holy Ghost’ or the ‘Holy Spirit’ what…

Gaining power over the enemy.
Photo by Pixabay on Pexels.com “Resisting the enemy doesn’t need to be dramatic to be effective; even a child can resist the powers of darkness through the Name that is above every name. God has given us everything we need to be victorious over all the schemes of the enemy. The enemy may boast of his power, but God’s power is so much greater than any power of darkness.” ErIc & Leslie Ludy

The Gospel Daily - Be Alert!
To that end keep alert and always persevere in supplication for all the saints.   - Ephesians 6:18
After Paul tells us to put on the full armor of God, he tells us to be alert and persevere. The belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, shoes of readiness, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit. I believe Paul wrote these things in this order because we need the individual pieces, creating the full armor before we can be alert and persevere. We cannot be alert and persevere if we aren’t aware there is a war. When we go to war, we put on armor and take up weapons. The enemy is always throwing darts at us, and we are always at war. What do you do to put on the armor? What habits in your life prepare you to be alert and persevere? They are things like walking in the light, quiet time with God, solitude, reading the Bible, praying, and our Christian community will help with this.

"YES, GOD CAN STILL USE YOU!"
Ephesians 2:10, “For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above – spiritually transformed, renewed, READY TO BE USED] for good words, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].” (AMP) When David first arrived at…

Ephesians 6:10-18 (AMP)
John 10:10 (GNT). “The thief comes only in order to steal, kill, and destroy. I have come in order that you might have life—life in all its fullness.”
James 4:7 (AMP). “So submit to [the authority of] God. Resist the devil [stand firm against him] and he will flee from you.” Friend, be prepared! The devil actively seeks to destroy you! Put on your spiritual armor daily!
Ephesians 6: 10-18 (AMP). “In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [draw your strength from Him and be empowered through your union with Him] and in the power of His [boundless] might. Put on the full armor of God [for His precepts are like the splendid armor of a heavily-armed soldier], so that you may be able to [successfully] stand up against all the schemes and the strategies and the deceits of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this [present] darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) places. Therefore, put on the complete armor of God, so that you will be able to [successfully] resist and stand your ground in the evil day [of danger], and having done everything [that the crisis demands], to stand firm [in your place, fully prepared, immovable, victorious]. So stand firm and hold your ground, having tightened the wide band of truth (personal integrity, moral courage) around your waist and having put on the breastplate of righteousness (an upright heart), [Is 11:5] and having strapped on your feet the gospel of peace in preparation [to face the enemy with firm-footed stability and the readiness produced by the good news]. [Is 52:7] Above all, lift up the [protective] shield of faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. [Is 59:17] With all prayer and petition pray [with specific requests] at all times [on every occasion and in every season] in the Spirit, and with this in view, stay alert with all perseverance and petition [interceding in prayer] for all God’s people.”
Friend, be prepared! The devil actively seeks to destroy you! Put on your spiritual armor daily! Amen! 🙏🙏🙏

The Four Dimensions of God's Love: How God Loves You Completely
Paul spent more than two years in Ephesus, so it stands to reason that he knew people there pretty well. He preached and taught in that crossroads city so effectively that Luke says “all of the Jews and Greeks who lived in the Province of Asia heard the word of the Lord.” (Acts 19:10) When he wrote to them in Ephesians, Paul mentions the four dimensions of God’s love as if everyone knew about…
