Hi i finally gave scala-era ephemera a full body + @serenedash made their partner’s base design so thank you matt :) i’ve been brainrotting about early scala so much recently someone please send me an ask about this shit,

Okay so its the obligatory long ass bug design thought process bit but like, for early scala fashion im drawing a lot of inspiration from like, gesturing, the western frontier era/pioneer fashion of people on the road and then also victorian era central/south american fashion too but im inserting some fun little daybreak town motifs into the clothing as well :3

Also i drew a close up of eph’s wifes face (me and matt havent given her a name yet it’ll probably be another azriel thing lbr lmao) and i looked at her for 0.5 seconds and was like ueah she’s maori. So i gave her ta moko! Me and matt said that she’d wield Sleeping Lion so i worked the tip of her keyblade into the design (similar to how i did with a lot of ephemera’s Kakiniit!) so here’s that plus the original khux avatar matt gave me :3 okay thanks bye
