this is my first gakuen babysitters fanfic!

it's not my usual thing, but maybe go read! you should go look at the manga first, especially up to chapter 25, because there are spoilers to chapter 25 in this fic!!!

its just a cute school manga where this kid had to take care of his younger brother after their parents die in a plane crash, just little slice of life type oneshots. its so good and underrated. if you watch the manga, then just read chapter 25 so that you aren't confused. (anime, specifically watch episode 9 part 2)

Departing Calgary EP#5

Here we are with part two to the series.

After an absolutely pack and fun vacation in Calgary it was time for us to head back home. Fortunately we were able to leave mid morning so it wasn't an early showtime. We drove out the airport and loaded up the aircraft with our baggage. Since we were flying to the east that mean we would be flying with a tailwind due to the way the jet streams move higher up in altitude. We had a pretty standard taxi out, we were lucky enough to be stacked up behind a heavy 767 operated by Cargo Jet. It was crazy seeing just how massive that aircraft is. During the taxi behind him we had to keep our distance to reduce the amount of jet blast we were taking from his MASSIVE engines. We made it to the end of RWY 29 and were ready for departure.

We were cleared for take off by tower control followed by an immediate contact over to departure when airborne. We were in the climb out on a straight out departure and were cleared to our first fix which took us right over downtown Calgary. It was a very uneventful climb up to 31,000 as we just took in the views and listened to air traffic control.

Our choice of border crossing was in Fargo, North Dakota. About 2 hours into the flight we reached our top of descent into FAR. It was cloudy when we started our descent all the way down until late approach. Some pretty heavy was starting to move into FAR right as we started up our descent. Fortunately we did not pick up any icing on the descent. We setup for the RNAV approach for runway 09. Right as we were descending through roughly 10,000 feet we were cleared direct to the intermediate fix for the approach. Once we started getting lower the rain was coming down very heavily making it hard to see outside the windscreen. Luckily once we started to bleed off our speed on final approach it was easier to see outside with less water rolling back on the windscreen. We touched down on the wet asphalt and taxied over to customs where we were met with the nicest border agent. He ran our documents and cleared us back into the United States.

We waited for the ground personel to fill up the aircraft with more fuel before we departed for Grand Forks, just a 15 minute flight north. We departed out to the north where we were quickly out of the heavy downpour and in front of the large cell. We were in trail of a Delta E175 who was inbound to GFK so we were given a slow speed early and some delay vectors so we could have more spacing between each other for landing. It was a smooth landing in GFK. We grabbed the crew car and met my grandpa for dinner and left my mom there so she could be with her parents for a few days. Me, my father, and brother hopped back in the airplane and picked up our clearance down to FCM. We decided to do the flight at 7,000 ft all the from GFK to FCM, in a jet! We were burning tons of fuel but because my dad was sick it was time for us to fly down low to accommodate his bad sinuses. The whole flight we were in a pretty thick layer of clouds, we were right below the freezing level so we the whole flight it was just rain. The arrival into FCM was super easy, we just got vectors in to the west of MSP and setup for the ILS RWY 10R. The landing was smooth and we taxied in for an amazing ending to our vacation. What an amazing experience and great amount of flight time this trip was able to give me.

So I wrote a fanfic. A smutty fanfic at that lol. It truly has no plot at all. Just Kensi and Deeks trying to finish what they started that morning before Hetty called them in. And they’re at the club with the Cupcake Girls. So...

It’s my first fanfic in many, many years. So let’s see how it goes lol.

Deeks could feel her staring at him. He was trying to dutifully pay attention to something that Tiffany, or was it Tiffani, was telling him. But he could feel his girlfriend’s hungry, gorgeous gaze on him. He peeked at her out of the corner of his eye and almost wished he hadn’t.

She was staring at him with that half-smile/smirk that always drove him crazy. As he watched, she slowly licked her bottom lip, then bit it. Deeks groaned inwardly.

Top 5 NCIS LA episodes?

This one was obviously SUPER hard to choose. I could make multiple Top 5 lists based on varying elements (team eps, solo eps, arcs, etc), but that’d get WAYYYY too complicated. So I think I made a list of episodes I rewatch the most for non-shippy reasons and I’m not ranking these, cuz that’s way too hard.

Neighborhood Watch (well this one is kinda for shippy reasons, but it’s still the episode I’ve seen the most, so that bumped it up the list)

Recruit/Free Ride (again, kinda tied, if I’m picking a random S4 ep, it’s usually one of these two (or Skin Deep, but that one’s for less ‘general’ reasons))

Home is Where the Heart Is/Crazy Train (I really like both of these season 8 eps and since they’re back to back I usually watch them together (even though they’re not a 2 parter in any sense of the term, I just can’t decide which I prefer).
