• 2 cans tuna in water, drained

• 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced

• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

• 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

• 1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped

• 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Mixed greens or lettuce, for serving

Directions:

1. Prepare the Salad:

Hello! It’s time for another “Take a Taste”! The series is about delicious food with my two paper dolls.

First of all, I have many snapshots related to this topic, so I MUST submit my food photos before proceeding to another. 📷📲 Like this one, right here! A delicious classic Shawarma Rice from "Mr. Shaw Shawarma" branch! 🌯🍖🍚😋 (A successful Shawarma food establishment → [CLICK ME!]) This one was gave it from my little bro, on Mar 24th, 2024; a day when the "Holy Week" ✝️🕯️ starts. I'm not supposed to eat meat-related (pork, beef, and chicken) dishes. But, here we are... 🤷‍♀️ All that aside, will this Shawarma Rice taste good to my mouth? Let's find out, right now!

• Now, truth to be told, I'm not sure what flavor of Shawarma gave me. Whether it is "Classic", "BBQ", or a random, it doesn't matter what it is. 🤔🤷‍♀️ But looks can be delicious, though! Eh, you two? 😋 Also, I can't show ya the cover of the box because this was came from a fridge, so I have to reheat it before I chow down. 😅

• [3rd Image] Uh yeah! I can't eat without something to drink! Here's my cola on my red Nescafe mug! Looks like, a cup of joe wasn't the only liquid beverage we can pour. 🥤🙂

• Here's my first scope of the "Shawarma Rice"! Looks good, and how's the taste? Well, tastes great, however after a long fridge inside ❄️ and reheated from the stove 🔥, it somehow lost the "Shawarma" flavor. 😕 In short, it tastes slightly frozen. But hey, I can't help it though. And so do my paper dolls because we're so hungry! 🤤

• So hungry in fact, we're completely done our meal! As we as our iced-cold cola from my mug! 🍽️🥤😋 Hope you enjoyed our Large "Shawarma Rice" meal, eh?! 😊

• So overall, we've definitely worth our appetite! 😋 However, with a slightly lost of "Shawarma" flavor from the reheating stove looks like I'll have to order it by myself and re-review it, someday. 🤔 In the mean time, we're satisfied our taste buds, for now. 😋👍

• But wait, what about the "asking price"? 😮 Again, I'm not sure what my little brother gave me. I'm not sure if its "Classic" or "BBQ" because they're both taste liked "Shawarma", in my opinion speaking. 🤔

Hello! It’s time for another “Take a Taste”! The series is about delicious food with my two paper dolls.

And today, I’m reviewing another restaurant that we went to on Monday for my father's advanced birthday! 🥳🎉👨 An affordable steakhouse resto called "Beef Plate"! Mmmmm... 😋🥩🍴 But, how’s it taste? Let’s find out! 🤔

• We're kicking this off with the outside & inside of the resto! Decent urban-style restaurant w/ the tree in the middle if not unique, but hey, it's a good place to eat (I suppose). 🙂👌

7th & 8th Image(s): ↑

• After we order, a waiter offer us a free broth soup & a plastic cup of water. 🥣�� My paper dolls love soup, so I let them taste it, and it's pretty good. *sipping with a broth soup* Yeah, I could agree more. 🤤🥣👌 However, what I don't like is serving a plastic cup of water instead of the glass format for the customers. 😕🥛❓ Are they rang out of glass (or aluminum) formats or something? Who knows? It's strange, that they used wasted cup ware for consumers at this establishment. I mean, when is the last time we've encountered this? I don't know, but I can't explain though.

BTW: I forgot to picture their menu... Oops. 😅 But don't worry, because there's an online menu was uploaded on their official page → [CLICK ME!]. 🙂🌐🧾

• Anyways, let's move on to the main meals! This is what I ordered, a sizzling porterhouse stake w/ gravy & garlic rice! Yum-yum! (Price: ₱149) My paper dolls wants to taste it, too! Heck yeah, go ahead! 🥩🍚😋🍴

• [12th to 15th Images] Now, time to set things up before we open our months. Mmmmm, delicious! 🤤

• [16th & 17th Images] Other meals that we've tried is this Beef Mushroom w/ Bone Marrow (mom's meal) (₱ 199). We've already tried the beef bits, and its delicious, too. 🤤 Except the bone marrow (because of colesterol reasons). 😅

18th to 21st Image(s): ↑

• [18th & 19th Images] You know, a single garlic rice wasn't enough, so we ordered another round of garlic rice to satisfy our tastebuds. 🍚🍚😁🍴 If only they include "unlimited white rice" on their menu, then we'll be more satisfied. ➕🍚🙂

• [20th & 21st Images] Another delicious meal that we've tried is the T-Bone steak (₱ 129). Here, you two, have some! 🤤

22nd & 23rd Image(s): ↑

• Ahh... Our plates we're empty 😋🍽️, with only cup of water left to quench my throat! *cheers* 🥛☺️ Our stomachs are fulled. ☺️

Overall:

• It was a decent place to go night dinner at this restaurant for my father's advanced birthday (Happy Birthday, papa! We love you, by the way. 🥳🎁🎉👨❤️🥰). However, a few tweaks like improving their urban atmosphere & switching their wasting plastic cups to washable glass or metallic cup ware for restaurant standards. The meals, on the other hand, I'm enjoying, but quite decent taste, to be honest. And, I understand with their normal signature taste, but they also offered a premium steak at their reason (fair expensive) price. So, I suppose we want a try their premium steaks, too, someday. I had pancakes cabbage + carrots today!

So delicious! 😋🥞

I love simple meals.

Today something happened that totally ruined my mood. 😑😑😑

I hate this feeling and situation.

It made me lose interest to doing anything.😭

I didn't watch any drama today...so annoying with someone.

I just enjoyed watching some clips on my phone.

Ok... I need to sleep now.

Thanksgiving 🦃🥧🍁🍂🍽️ is coming! And that means Giving Thanks and delicious food 😋 we got groceries yesterday for our Thanksgiving meal. One of the new items I tried was the boars head Hummus brand which I have never had before! Who else loves hummus? 😋 I sure do! I love the #boarshead brand a lot! So I decided to try these flavors (Original Hummus, Everything Bagel 🥯 hummus & Pumpkin Pie 🥧) I tried all 3 of them and I was a little questionable about the pumpkin spice hummus but it was very good! Tasted like pumpkin pie without the crust. I even gave some to somebody who doesn't like hummus and they enjoyed it! I also loved the everything bagel 🥯 flavor and the original hummus. Boars head never disappoints!

Now Thanksgiving 🦃 and Christmas ⛄ is underway now and I love Egg Nog! It is one of my absolute favorites! And my favorite brand (I do love others also but this is my fave) is the turkey hill egg nog and this year I tried for the first time the #turkeyhill Egg nog ice cream 🍨 and it was really good! Just imagine normal turkey hill egg nog and ice cream texture and there you have it! It is worth a try for a delicious treat!
