So could you do a, Xavier x fem!reader , where she's Wednesday's cousin and has a crush on Xavier. When Wednesday goes to Xaviers shed and thing pushes the blanket from over the painting, could it be a painting of the reader, and Wednesday thinks its creepy and she tells reader and you can decide how it ends. (idk if that made scenes but I thought it would cute.)
picture of you
summary | after discovering a picture of you, wednesday can't keep her mouth shut
pairing | xavier thorpe x fem!addams!reader
warning | fluff, friends to lovers, xavier has a crushhhh,
word count | 1.3k
Wednesday couldnât hold a single ounce of love to anyone, except her cousin, and you really couldnât call it love. The two of you grew up together with your father constantly on the run, staying with your aunt and uncle and cousins most of your life.Â
You were the blunt end of Wednesdayâs emotions, trying to make up for her lack of.Â
Unlike your cousin, you were excited to start at Nevermore. Since you were little, your aunt would tell you the stories of her time there hoping that one day you and Wednesday would attend. While you basked in her stories, Wednesday just rolled her eyes at her mother, sick of hearing about her marvelous time at Nevermore.Â
Standing next to Enid as she showed the two of you around, Ophelia Hall did not have enough room, leaving the three of you together as roommates.Â
Starting to think in your head, Enidâs voice had drowned out as you scanned over the quad before your eyes stopped to stare.Â
Turning, Xavier saw you looking at him, giving you a little half smile before turning back to his painting which was ravens, you think.
The rest of your day at Nevermore wasnât much, taking your own route while Wednesday took hers but you didnât expect to be sitting in the infirmary already.Â
Sitting on the other side of her bed, both you and Xavier watched her quietly. He was the one to find you after bringing Wednesday to the nurse, explaining about what happened.Â
âThank you again, the two of you are even now.â You smiled softly.Â
Xavier looked up at you, his eyes slightly wide, âYou arenât talking about my-â
âI am.â You laughed quietly.Â
âCan never leave that in my past.â He looked down, smiling.Â
Since the two of you have grown closer but once Wednesday started her journey to find the Hyde, you knew you couldnât leave her on her own, going with her and keeping all of it from Xavier.Â
Wednesday kept most of her theories to herself, especially that she believes that Xavier is the Hyde.
Heading out to the woods towards Xavierâs shed hoping he could clear out some answers for her.Â
Once arriving, Thing could sense something, running from Wednesday, walking around Xavierâs shed, looking over to see the canvas, covered.Â
Pulling down the cover, Xavier looked over, letting out a sigh watching Wednesday walk over towards the painting.
âLook, listen.â Before he could even explain, Wednesday spoke.
âYou drew her.â
The picture was you during the RaveâN walking down the stairs, your dress swaying as you stepped down each step. Standing behind her, Xavier lifted his hand, letting the painting come to life, your self painting following your steps walking down the stairs.Â
âI-I couldnât stop thinking about her.â He confessed. Xavier truly didnât know what Wednesday was going to do with the information, probably knowing that you were going to find out soon enough. âJust let me tell her first.â
âI make no promises.â Wednesday spoke.Â
Coming back into her dorm, Wednesday contemplated what Xavier told her, knowing he probably would never tell you, and after hearing Enid gush about you and Xavier potentially being together, Wednesday thought it was best to let you know.Â
Upon entering the room, she saw Enid sitting on her bed watching a movie, looking up, you saw your cousin coming into the room.Â
âYou finished what you were looking for?â You asked her, pausing the movie, turning your attention to Wednesday.Â
âNo, my dream didnât help.â She concluded, finally turning to look at you. âXavier drew a picture of you.â
There was a moment of silence before Enid let out a loud squeal. Both of you turned to see Enid, practically shaking in her spot.Â
âOh my god!â She gushed, grabbing onto your shoulders, shaking you back and forth, âI told you he liked you back!â
You couldnât barely comprehend what she said, still shocked that Xavier drew a picture of you, you always thought he saw you as a friend, a friend wouldnât draw a friend would they?
For the rest of the night you had to listen to Enid go on and on about you and Xavier, saying that the two of you needed to get together immediately, along with that, saying that the two of you could go on double dates with her and Ajax.Â
âEnid.â You said calmly, âHe doesnât know that I know.â
âRight.â Enid nodded her head slowly, âYouâll have to tell him tomorrow then.â
You knew Enid was right, you needed to talk to Xavier eventually.Â
Seeing him in classes the next few days, you tried to plan it out as much as could, speaking to him after class but something always got in the way of you getting to him.Â
Finally gaining the courage, you made your way towards his dorm, frowning when he didnât answer, after the 3rd time trying you gave up, but still on a mission to find him.Â
Going out into the woods, following the familiar trail towards his art shed, knowing it was the only other place he would be that wasnât his room outside of class.Â
âXavier.â You knocked on the wood, opening the door slightly, poking your head in slightly.Â
Seeing that his headphones were on, you slipped in quietly, slowly making your way next to him, âHi.â
Jumping, Xavier tried to hide what he was hiding while trying to answer back to you. âShit, you scared me.â
âIâm sorry.â You apologized, âI knocked, but you had your headphones on, and I was wondering if we could talk?â
Finally looking at what he was drawing, your eyes widened, seeing the couple on his canvas.
âThat looks beautiful Xavier.â You confessed, letting your eyes soak every spot. âWho did you draw?â
Feeling conflicted, Xavier didnât know what to say, he knew that it was time to tell you about the other painting, and along with that, telling you how he feels about you.
Feeling his mouth dry, Xavier muttered up a small whisper, âItâs us.â
Closing his eyes, Xavier was waiting for the worst, saying that you now hated the painting, or that you didnât think of the two of you like that.
âReally?â You smiled, âI kind of came to talk about us.â
Xavier let out a small sigh, looking up from his lap, looking at you, waiting for you to continue. âWednesday told me about your painting.â
Letting out a hough, Xavier knew that Wednesday couldnât keep her mouth shut, always wanting to know everyoneâs drama.Â
Silently, Xavier stood going back to your painting, pulling down the sheet. You stood on his side, letting out a quiet gasp. It was, you couldnât even form into words about what you thought about it.Â
âI know itâs kind of weird but-mmpphh!â
His words were cut off when he felt you grab ahold of his collar, pulling him down towards you. Feeling his lips on yours, Xavier greedily grabbed your face practically forcing his lips any farther on yours.Â
Humming, you smiled into the kiss, feeling your bottom lip being sucked, pulling away slightly, looking out a quiet moan.Â
Pulling away, both your lips swollen, you shyly looked up at Xavier.Â
âI guess you liked it.â He murmured.Â
âI think I liked it a lot more.â You smirked, âI have to thank the artist properly.â
âAnother kiss should be sufficient.â He smiled, pulling you closer to him. âAnd maybe a date if heâs lucky.â
âI think I could make that happen, he seems really cute and my friends are constantly telling me that the two of us would be perfect together.â
âI think they have the right idea.â He smiled, gazing down at you, silently thanking your cousin for giving the two of you that final little push.
fin.

a/n: we get a bit of backstory about our dear little reader. let's see how she handles parents weekend, shall we?
Word Count: 2.3k Warnings: light swearing Pairing: Wednesday Addams x Reader Taglist: @extinctspino @basichextechml @cfvgbhndun-new-blog @jinxscatbomb @awolfcsworld @n0p35 @suzhiman @gengen64 (Masterlist)
Parents Weekend. Most of the students at Nevermore loved it; it gave them an opportunity to show their family how they were doing, who their friends were, what they were doing with their young lives. And truthfully, it was a joyous weekend. There was more laughter and joy than any other point of the year, even the RaveâN.
Even in the past, you had enjoyed Parents Weekend. The few days Momma and Pop could come up and visit and talk and give you the family you never truly had. Filling that void and giving you the space and opportunity to just be a child. You and Nicky had never been more grateful for something you hadnât realised was so important.
You understood why they hadnât been able to come the past few years, truly you did. The others had plays, concerts, events, exams. They were all a little more important than a weekend away, especially when it was a full dayâs train ride. They had offered to come, but you told them to stay; being one of the oldest definitely had itâs downsides.
But you enjoyed seeing everyone elseâs families rolling in, all the excited chattering and hugs. Even Enidâs family had arrived. You gave them a quick wave and polite smile before running off to hide. If Mrs. Sinclair made one more comment about no one coming to visit you, you were going to scream. The concern was sweet, but there was no point in dredging that fact back up.
âWill you be heading out soon?â
Even though your heart rate accelerated at the sudden appearance of a voice, you shouldnât have been surprised. Principle Weems knew of your plans for the day and had already given explicit permission to be out all weekend. So why you flinched at her voice, you had no idea.
Must have been nerves.
A lot sooner now that Mrs. Sinclair saw me,â you said, sending a smile to Mr. Sinclair when they all turned to look at you. âIâm trying to avoid the attention this year.â
âI know you were planning on staying away for the weekend,â Principle Weems started, âbut maybe tomorrow you and I could socialise with the other families.â
The tone in her voice, now that was a reason to be surprised. An uncertainty accentuated by the slightest shake behind her words. Without drawing any attention to you both, you looked at her out of the corner of your eye to see that yes, that forced smile of hers was real.
It would mean cutting your trip in half. These trips only happened every other Sunday and this was your one shot at a full weekend. Would it be worth it? Is it what he would want you to do? Probably, you thought with a silent sigh. As much as it felt like throwing your heart into a juicer, you knew what the best thing to do would be.
âI would love to,â you said far too softly. Hopefully Principle Weems had heard you because you werenât sure you could say it again around the tightness in your throat.
But Principle Weems smiled. âThen we will see you tomorrow.â
She left you standing there with nothing but a dry mouth and an uneasiness in your stomach. It continued to plague you on the flight to Hanover, and reached a crescendo as you greeted Nurse Jackie at the desk and walked into the room. Only when you sat down in your chair by the bed did you feel that anxiety and fear metamorphosise into a comfort you couldnât put into words.
âHey bubbaâ you said as you started digging in your bag for the book. âYou look like shit, when was the last time you shaved?â
The high pitched, headache inducing beeping of the heart monitor answered.
âWeâll clean you up before I leave,â you huffed, âIâm not kissing your scruffy cheek.â
The ventilator hissed.
âI told you about that girl I like, right?â You asked. The chair creaked underneath you as you pulled your legs up and crossed them. âThe goth girl that looks like she wants to murder everyone, except itâs kinda hot?â
One spike of the heart monitor.
âI was thinking of asking her out again.â
An increase in the beeping of the heart monitor.
âNo, itâs not a date." You rolled your eyes. "She doesnât use that word.â
Another rapid increase.
âI know thatâs what it is, she just doesnât like the word.â
The heart monitor returned back to normal.
âAnyway, I need your thoughts. Would it be stupid to ask her to the RaveâN? Itâs not either of our style but itâs still tradition so I just⌠need some brotherly advice.â
Three breaths from the ventilator before the heart monitor spiked twice.
âYou were supposed to say yes,â you said with a huff. âFine, Iâll ask. But if she turns me down, Iâm blaming you.â You pointed your finger at the bed. With a smirk to yourself, you flipped the pages of the book open. âOkay, letâs see, we stopped after Gandalf and the Balrog, right?â
The heart monitor spiked once.
Your smirk turned into a smile before you started reading. Line after line, page after page. At the end of each chapter, you would look up to check on your captive audience, listening for any indication of his thoughts from the heart monitor. With each new chapter your stomach dropped all over again, some sad desperation for a response that was never going to come.
A groan escaped your lips as you shifted in the chair, stretching your legs out until they rested on the bed and you could lean back a little further. You made the mistake of looking up in the middle of the chapter. Your throat constricted, the words becoming harder to force out.
âSorry,â you said as you cleared your throat. You picked up where you had left off.
Nicky laid there and listened as you read through the rest of the book, the uneasiness in your voice disappearing as quickly as it had appeared.
â---
There was nothing in heaven or hell that was quite like love. It came in all shapes and sizes, from romantic to familial to platonic. That unbearable queasiness that settles in your stomach like a body settles at the bottom of a lake and gives a certain sort of intrigue and comfort. To know that someone would kill for you, to die for you. That was what made love so exciting.
Morticia could see it in everyone present at the Parents Weekend events. Although the day was rather dreadful - far too bright and sunny - everyone was filled with love for whoever they were with. She could see it in Enid Sinclairâs family, whom she had introduced herself to. It was present in Wednesday, although a much different expression (she knew Wednesday still loved them).
And she saw it in Larissa and the young woman accompanying her.
She had noticed Larissa immediately, as she so often did, but the young woman caught her eye. The way she would look up at Larissa as if she hung the moon in the night sky. Morticia knew Larissa had no children, and yet she looked at the young lady the same way Morticia looked at her own children.
âIâll be right back,â Morticia told Gomez before making her way to where Larissa was standing.
âMorticia,â Larissa called out once she was near. She sounded far more joyful than usual. âAlways a pleasure.â
âI see youâre enjoying the festivities for the day,â Morticia said even though her gaze fell to the young woman who was actually quite tall, now that she was up close.
âWe are,â Larissa said, her smile softening as she looked at her companion. âAllow me to introduce you both, this is Morticia Addams.â
âOh, youâre Wednesdayâs mom,â the young lady exclaimed with a grin and enthusiastically reaching her hand out, âIâm Y/N.â
Ah. So thatâs who you were. Morticia knew exactly who you were. Numerous times she had heard Wednesday or Enid talk about you, even just in passing, with an admiration that she rarely saw from her own daughter. Her features would soften and she would threaten you bodily harm far less often than usual.Â
It had been so unusual at first to hear Wednesday talk about anyone, let alone someone that brought out a completely different side of her. They were only occasional mentions of you, but they were enough for Morticia to catch on to it. One mention of your name and Wednesdayâs eyes would go wide before trailing off to the side, her train of thought completely derailed for a fraction of a second too long.
While Morticia would never proclaim to know for a fact that her daughter had feelings for you, it was easy enough to tell. And when Enid had let it slip all those weeks ago that you had taken Wednesday to perform an autopsy? Then the immediate darkening of her daughterâs cheeks and nose before changing the subject? It was all Morticia needed to know.
And now she could put a face to the name.
Across the field, Wednesday stared in abject horror as her mother shook your hand. The same horror that she assumed one would feel when witnessing something traumatic, such as a car accident. A feeling that settled deep in her stomach, clawed itâs way up her throat because as horrifying as the scene was, she just couldnât look away.
That feeling of horror slowly morphed into one that she couldnât explain when you smiled at her mother and your featherâs twitched at something she had said. That single twitch, the ruffle, put a weight on her heart and forced it to beat harder, so hard that she could feel the physical pain within her chest. Why were you smiling at her mother like that? What had she said to make your wings twitch in that childishly giddy way?
Oh no.
Her heartâs struggle to beat came to a full stop like a car hitting a brick wall. Her mother was leading you over to where Wednesday and her family were situated. The way you followed her, with your hands swinging at your sides, reminded Wednesday of an avenging angel; dark and foreboding and your eyes on every little thing that passed.
She wanted you to follow her around like that. Would you keep her safe from those who wished her and her family harm? Her heart told her you would, you always would, you had already done so time and time again. But as you got closer and closer to seeing her family, her entire being, her mind told her no. No, you wouldnât keep her safe, you wouldnât keep her family safe. You were far too innocent, far too sweet, so adverse to trouble.
But she wanted you to stay. She needed you to stay the way a gaping wound needed stitches. Craved your touch the way a an infection craved moisture. It was humiliating to think such thoughts, Wednesday knew that, but if it was the truth then it was the truth. She needed you to stay and be near even if it was as nothing more than an acquaintance.
Though she refused to ever admit it. It was a weakness she would never act upon.
Her mother finally brought you to the family and introduced you to Wednesdayâs father and brother. You shook their hands, a polite smile on your face, and Wednesday felt that budding feeling in her stomach again. Your smile should have been reserved for someone more deserving than her father and brother.
You were invited to sit with them for a time, and you agreed quickly. Most would have tucked tail and ran, no one quite understanding how her family could be the way they were. But you sat down beside Pugsly - why would you not sit beside her? - and engaged in conversation far easier than most.
All Wednesday could do as you talked was stare at you. At the way you gestured your hands wildly as you talked, or how you held eye contact with everyone when they talked. You got along with Pugsly; why could you not get along with her the same way? Your conversations with him flowed as effortlessly as a river flowed into the ocean. Wednesday certainly couldnât hold the same amount of engagement.
She noted the way your eyes flicked over to her every now and then as you talked or listened. Whenever someone would ask you a question, you would look at Wednesday first, almost as if asking permission to answer. She would give you a singular nod, and you would continue. What would cause you to look to her in such a way? Surely you knew how to answer questions on your own, did you not? And yet, she almost found herself enjoying the attention, no matter how discreet.
âI should probably get back,â you finally said once the conversation had lulled. âIt was a genuine pleasure to meet all of you.â
You gave a polite wave, shook her fatherâs and Pugslyâs hands, kissed her motherâs knuckles, and walked back to where Weems was standing. Wednesday already felt feelings about you leaving; feelings that she didnât know what to call since she admittedly hadnât felt them before. She didnât know why, but she desperately hoped her family had liked you, had seen you in the same light that she oh so often did. She-
-were you wearing her sweater?

The Trauma of Enid Sinclair.
After her fight with the Hyde, Enid can't forget that night, seeing Wednesday covered in blood, the knife wound that was going to kill Wednesday haunts her dreams. Every night. Her dreams filled with an image of Wednesday dead, slumped over, knife sticking out of her gut.
It fills Enid with a ruthless determination.
Every morning at home she wakes up and does 100 push ups. No exceptions and then goes for a run.
The six full moons over the two month period should be ones of joy, but she spends each one, alone, away from the pack, hunting. Honing her instincts. Each one culminating in a kill so bloody and so savage that even her mother can't bring herself to criticize it, the deers and a singular bear have been mauled beyond the point of reason. She leaves the carcasses on the back porch with the other kills.
Her brothers begin to fear the savagery that their little sister is now capable of.
The return to Nevermore is a quiet one, her heart sings in elation at seeing Wednesday again. Seeing that she is alive but still recovering.
But Wednesday is far from stupid, she notices the changes in Enid immediately but doesn't comment on it, she finds herself silently counting every push-up and every sit-up. The colour of her roommate is still there albeit jaded.
Enid takes an almost obsessive interest in the investigation revolving around her stalker. Enid studies outcast bestiary encyclopaedias. Making notes and annotations to them. Specifically notes on where the arteries run, where vital organs are located and how far she would have to cut in order to reach them.
Enid wakes up in the night, pads over to Wednesdays bed and carefully presses her fingers to her pulse and hovering her hand by her mouth, feeling the slow outtake of air. She would heave a sigh of relief before going back to sleep.
Thing tells Wednesday everything, the notes, the checking to see if she's still alive. But still she make no comment on it.
The first boy that tries to ask Wednesday out doesn't even get a chance to speak to her, Enid is already there.
"She's not interested, back off" the last two words come out as a growl as her fangs descend and her claws elongate. Once the boy runs away terrified she sheepishly turns to look at Wednesday who only gives her a curt nod in return, it makes Enid preen all the same.
People soon learn that Wednesday is off limits. Well almost all of them that is.
Xavier fucking Thorpe.
It happens on the third botany lesson of the year, with the new teacher, Miss Reeves. Enid watches with intensity and a boiling, bubbling anger as Xavier attempts to flirt with Wednesday, who shows no interest in return.
Yoko notices it first, the extended claws, the yellow eyes but has no time to stop it as Xavier makes a play to hold Wednesdays hand. The other girl flinches away, disgust evident on her face. And Enid sees red, every emotion, every bit of fear, every piece of anger coming to the forefront.
Xavier has no time to react as Enid bolts over her table and tackles Xavier to the floor. The boy screams 'What the fuck?!" as he hits the floor.
the half-transformed wolf snarls and growls above him.
"DO NOT TOUCH HER!" She screams down at him. "Miss Sinclair!" Miss Reeves roars but gulps and takes a step back as the wolf's eyes round on her, a genuine murderous intent gleam there. But Enid backs off but doesn't back down instead she turns until Wednesday is behind her, keeping the her precious raven safe, all eyes are trained on her, all of them now threats to Wednesday.
And all that runs through her head is a singular, terrifying thought.
Protect Mate
Until she feel's Wednesday's hand tentatively come up to brush her fingers.
"Enid, I'm okay, it is okay." Wednesday's soft whisper comes from behind. She whines and whimpers as Wednesday's touch is like a spark upon her skin, so gentle and so soft. Yet Enid doesn't back down, it just gives her an even more greater reason to protect and defend.
Wednesday's whisper is barely audible but regardless everyone hears it.
"My sweet and savage wolf" Wednesday whispers, taking her hand. "Stop...please." the last word is almost pleading. And it shakes Enid out of her kill rage, the claws retract and her face returns to that once sweet girl that everyone would describe as being like sunshine. She ducks her head away, ashamed and mortified. But their eyes meet conveying everything she can't say.
Wednesday's sharp eyes turn to Miss Reeves.
"Inform the rest of the teachers that Enid and I are returning to our room. I will handle this in what way I deem fit." She pauses "If the new principal does not approve then inform him that anyone that messes with Enid will incur the wrath of the Addams clan."
Wednesday pauses to look down at Xavier.
"Touch me again and I won't stop her next time."
Xavier incredulously looks at the girls joined hands and at Enid who is now clinging to Wednesday's arm like a koala bear. But wisely says nothing.
"Come, mi sol" Wednesday gently says, leading Enid from the room.
Miss Reeves rounded on Xavier "You foolish, idiotic boy!" Xavier nearly choked on the words that died in his throat in protest "You know better than to touch a werewolf's mate!"
The walk back to the dorm is a quick and silent one. Until Wednesday locks the door behind them as Enid retreats further into the room.
"You must hate me so much right now, Wends" Enid mutters tearfully.
Wednesday steps forward.
"Why would you think such a ridiculous notion Enid?" Wednesday questions.
"Because of what just happened, Because I'm a shitty friend... because i'm a failure." Enid says, all but breaking down. The tears come thick and fast, every bit of despair, every fear finally letting itself explode.
"If i could have wolfed out you wouldn't have been stabbed!" Enid wails. Wednesday can't say nothing other than watch Enid rip herself to pieces with guilt that isn't just.
"If I had beaten the Hyde faster, if I had been better!" Enid laments "If I had known Thornhill had taken you if I wasn't too busy sucking face with Ajax! I could have stopped it!"
Wednesday moved towards Enid until she was right in front of her, their eyes met.
"If you died I would have died with you." Enid confesses softly.
And Wednesday had never been told something so terrifying. Enid turned away and continued to sob. Wednesday moved until she was right in Enid's personal space.
"But i didn't die, I'm right here Enid. Look at me." Wednesday said. Shimmering Blue eyes met hers and Wednesday held out her hands. Enid's shook as she placed them into the ravens.
"Do you think i care for you so little that if you died against the Hyde i wouldn't have met him in battle knowing that i would come to you even in death?"
Enid's lip quivered at Wednesday's words. Wednesday stepped closer.
"Do you think i could ever hate you? Even when we first met I found I simply couldn't as much as i wanted to."
Enid whimpered.
"Do you think I love you so little..." Enid's eyes widen at the proclamation. "...that even death would have been able to keep me from you?"
"Wends..." Enid can't help but utter, hearing the most loving and romantic thing anyone has ever said to her.
"Your not the only one that lost a part of themselves that night Enid, I lost a part of myself to you and I never want it back"
"That is literally the most loving thing anyone has ever said to me..." Enid whined, bringing their clasped hands to her chest.
"This is not the way I wished to tell you..." Wednesday said, casting her eyes to the floor.
"It was perfect Wends." Enid said stepping closer as Wednesday looks at her again "I..." Enid begins, her words hitching in her throat. "...I..." Wednesday steps closer, they're both so close now that they can feel each other's breath.
"Yes Enid?" Wednesday prompts softly. Enid composes herself enough for the briefest of moments. "...I... I love you!"
And Wednesday is the one that takes the final leap of faith by pushing forwards, their hands clasped tightly together between them at chest level, capturing Enid's lips blissfully with her own, the spiderweb window directly behind them.
Enid cries during their first kiss. The wolf, exhausted half drags Wednesday to her bed, before collapsing upon it with Wednesday in tow, their bodies entwined. Her final thoughts as she drifts off a comfort as she tucks her face into the seers neck.
Mate safe.
Mate in nest.
Mate warm.
Mate happy.
Mate alive.

Masterlist
Having a partner in her investigation was something Wednesday never planned on.
She had started it alone because she was the only one to see Rowanâs death, and apparently, the only one to believe it actually happened.
Besides you.
The first time you approached Wednesday about what happened that night, she simply walked away. But you kept coming back, kept insisting that your knowledge of outcasts and creatures could help her.
After a week of your attempts, she did spill some of the details to you, only because she was desperate for you to just shut up.Â
But you surprised her. Greatly.
Once she showed you one of Xavierâs paintings she stole, you were the one that correctly identified the monster as a Hyde. You confirmed that the Hyde was indeed a person and that Hydes always acted on the whims of their masters.
Despite her initial impression of you, you had provided crucial information to the case and made yourself an imperative part of it moving forward.
Before she knew it, she was spending more and more time with you.
When she found a new lead, you were informed as soon as possible. Your opinions and insight became important to her, though if you asked her she would vehemently deny that. And your presence in her dorm became so normal, that Enid and Thing would inquire about your whereabouts when you werenât there.
Though sheâd love to say otherwise, the two of you had grown somewhat close. Which is why she wasnât entirely surprised to find out that you were asthmatic.
The time you spent together allowed her to notice many things about you and she noticed the ways your condition manifested itself in your behaviors within weeks of properly partnering with you.
You tended to avoid strenuous exercise, something she never thought twice about because she too had no love for exercise or physical sports of any kind. But that combined with the rather persistent cough you had some days and the vague panic she saw in your eyes whenever that cough got particularly heavy made her aware that something was off.
Your reasoning for not telling her about it upfront was some ridiculous fear that she would kick you off the investigation if she found out about your asthma.
But she didnât, she only demanded you give her one of your spare inhalers.
Not because she personally cared about your well-being, that would be ludicrous. She simply wouldnât allow you to die because of something as pathetic as your own forgetfulness.
You were her partner, after all, and you dying would significantly affect her investigation. Which is the same thought process she followed from that point on when she found herself studying you.
Wednesday would observe you throughout the day, taking note of how clear your breathing was or how much you coughed, and if you were having issues, she would try to deduce why.
Weather conditions, she found, had a particularly damning effect on you. Things like air temperature and density affected your asthma greatly, and the moment she realized this, she began making adjustments to her investigation to better suit your health.
During stormy days when the humidity in the air was almost stifling, she would ask you to help put together a crime board in her dorm.
She would insist on doing research in the library on colder days since the frigid air could be a trigger for you.
The spare inhaler you gave her gained permanent residence in her bag, going everywhere that she did in case there was an emergency of some kind.
And this ended up paying off greatly when the two of you journeyed into the forest to find the cave in one of Xavierâs drawings.
Wednesday was very hesitant to let you come along in the first place.
There was a myriad of factors that fed into her reasoning, your asthma being one of the largest. But your arguments were not without their merit.
The weather was clear, the sun shining bright without a cloud in the sky to impede it, and the Hyde hadnât made an appearance in weeks. And while that was true, there was still an inherent danger in the situation.
You absolutely refused to take no for an answer, following her around and bothering her (more so than usual) all day.
Part of her still wanted to refuse while another wanted to give up and accept your company. Your guidance and knowledge werenât necessary for this, especially given your lack of knowledge about the layout of Jerichoâs forests.
But as much as she wished it was, Wednesday couldnât deny that the idea of spending more time with you wasnât entirely unappealing.
So she gave in and allowed you to join her, on the condition that you both brought along an inhaler for you. You agreed with some light grumbling, and you both set off into the woods.
The two of you had been roaming through the forest for about twenty minutesâWednesday closely reading Eugeneâs directions while you leisurely followed, offering the occasional (bad) joke to fill the silence.
You were in the middle of one of those jokes when a sound in the distance made you both freeze.
Wednesday turned, met your wide eyes, and looked in the direction of the sound. She waited, watching closely for any type of movement.
There was a moment of stillness then a twig snapped, the sound closer than the last. More silence ensued and Wednesday quietly inched toward you, positioning herself in front of you. A beat. Then a long scratching sound cut through the air, like something sharpâa claw perhaps was carving through the bark of a nearby tree.
Wednesdayâs hand found your wrist, and she barely had the time to properly look at you before a thunderous roar tore through the forest and she was taking off in the opposite direction, pulling you with her.
Trees whizzed past in a blur as she, and in turn, you raced through the forest. Wednesday wasted no time trying to identify the creature following them. She knew that roar. She heard it the night Rowan died.
It was the Hyde, finally reappeared after weeks of inactivity to antagonize you two. Intentionally? Possibly. But she wasnât going to fully delve into her theories until both of you were safe.
She didnât dare look back and risk losing her footing on an unseen tree root or rock, but she could hear the monster giving chase behind her, leading her to increase her pace and tighten her grip on your wrist. The two of you ran at a steady pace for minutes on end, only slowing slightly when Wednesday felt you stumble behind her.
Finally, the sounds of the Hydeâs pursual faded but Wednesday only brought you both to a stop once they had long since stopped and she was sure it wasnât there anymore.
She ignored the fire coursing through her legs in favor of taking in her surroundings, both watching and listening keenly for any sign of the monster and finding none.
âAlright, I think itâs gone, we shouldâŚâ Her words faded when she saw you stagger in her peripheral.
Confused, she turned to you and finally took in your state. You were unsurprisingly sweaty and short of breath, but the redness of your face was beginning to give way to an unnatural paleness. Again, you stumbled, your pants turning to choked coughs, and only when she saw your chest stutter did she realize what was happening.
Her confusion morphed into horror, and she was by your side in a second.
She guided you to sit against a nearby tree, and you all but collapsed against the raised roots, harsh wheezes escaping you as your hands fumbled toward your pocket. Wednesday watched, puzzled, as you froze, your eyes widening.
The realization hit her a moment later. Your inhaler was in your right pocket, she knew because she watched you put it there and she was just noticing how flat that pocket now was.
âIt isnât there?â
You started to speak but your chest constricted, swallowing your words, so you instead shook your head violently. The tears in your eyes made Wednesdayâs own chest ache, and that pushed her into action.
Tearing her bag off her back, she dug around its contents for your spare inhaler, desperately tossing her things out of the way. She struggled for about twenty seconds before finally finding it.
Like you showed her, she flipped the inhaler upright, shook it firmly, then brought it up to your mouth, her other hand moving to gently cup your cheek.
You breathed in as best you could as she gave a puff, weakly gripping her wrist as you watched her mentally count to thirty. Once she reached thirty, she shook the inhaler again and gave you another puff.
She repeated this process three more times before you shook your head, grip on her wrist tightening. Reluctantly, she dropped her hand and examined you.
Your breath was coming in short, deep gasps, but you were breathing again and thatâs all she cared about at the moment. Intent eyes watched as your chest fell and rose from her knees in front of you, refusing to move until she knew for certain it was over.
Eventually, your hand released her wrist, and she hesitantly brought her hand back to her side. You looked up at her, the tears from before gone.
âI-I guess you could sayâŚthat you took my breath away,â you gasped out, a smile beginning to form on your face again.
Wednesday rolled her eyes so hard it hurt.
You were fine. She ignored the rush of relief she felt at the fact.
A few minutes passed and, slowly but surely, your breathing began to return to its normal pace. Wednesday observed you closely, eyes still focused on the increasingly steady rise and fall of your chest while her own heart rate decreased.
Shakily, you brought a hand to rest on your stomach, a groan falling from your lips. Wednesday inhaled sharply.
âWhatâs wrong?â she asked, eyes scanning you hurriedly.
You sighed, tired and heavy.
âIâm hungry.â
Wednesday rolled her eyes again, swallowing a quiet scoff. Of course, you were hungry. When werenât you?
Shaking her head, she dropped the inhaler back into her bag and slipped it back onto her back. She reached over to grab your arm and stood, pulling you to your feet with her. âFine, then weâll get you food when we return to campus.â
âOh? âWeâ will?â you drawled, and Wednesday could practically hear the infuriating smirk you had on your face. With a sadistic smile of her own, she turned to you.
âI could always just leave you here. Iâm sure you know the way back to Nevermore from here, right?â
Pride surged through her at the way you stammered. She didnât bother giving you the chance to properly respond, snatching your sleeve and pulling you forward with her. âLetâs go, itâll be dark soon.â
Knowing you were still a bit shaky on your feet, Wednesday walked slower than usual. It would take longer to get back to school, but there were still a few hours of daylight left so it didnât matter much.
The walk was quiet. You were less talkative than normal, but she supposed that wasnât surprising given the circumstances. Every so often sheâd peer over at you to make sure you werenât overexerting yourself in any way and find you just admiring the forest around you. She blamed the warmth in her chest on fatigue.
Throughout the journey, she kept a firm grip on your sleeve, valiantly ignoring the way her heartbeat accelerated whenever her fingers brushed your wrist.Â
Around an hour later, Nevermore came into view and, as promised, the cafeteria was your first stop upon your return to the school. Dinner was in an hour, so the kitchen staff initially refused to give you anything until dinner.
Wednesday just glared until they gave in.
You ate your food in silence. Wednesday watched your every move only looking away to glare again at the kitchen staff whenever they looked in your direction.
The moment you were finished, she took your sleeve captive again and dragged you to Ophelia Hall. She was bringing you to rest in her dorm, only so she could monitor your state and make sure you didnât die in her sleep.
When you arrived, she all but yanked you inside, locking the door behind her. She ventured to her desk and set her bag down while you kicked your shoes off and looked around, eyes settling on the other, uglier side of the room.
âWhereâs Enid?â
âDoing god knows what with Yoko,â she answered, striding up to you and tugging your blazer off. You sputtered, the beginnings of a question on your tongue but she silenced you with a glare. She hung your blazer on the headboard and pushed you onto her bed.
âRest.â
You blinked owlishly. âWhat?â
Jaw clenched, Wednesday grabbed your shoulder and shoved you onto your back. âLay down and rest. Youâre exhausted, I can see it.â
And she could. She easily saw it in the hunch of your shoulders and the way your eyes drooped the moment your head hit her pillow. You looked like you wanted to put up a fight but after another moment of her glaring, you sighed.
âFine. But only for a bit, Iâm not stealing your bed for the night.â
She nodded. âGood.â
Wednesday promptly returned to her desk and sat down, loading a piece of paper into the carriage of her typewriter so she could begin writing. She was already behind because of your voraciousness, she refused to waste any more time.
While she typed her first few sentences, she could feel your eyes on her. She paid it no mind, her focus entirely on her story. Until your voice reached her ears.
âHey, Wednesday?â
She didnât even bother to pause her work, addressing you while her fingers moved swiftly across the keys. âWhat?â
âDo you think you would let me read your novels?â
Wednesday paused her typing, giving you a sideways glance. Her answer should be no. She had never let anyone read her novels (besides incompetent publishers) but the thought of you reading them didnât fill her with disgust.
She thought about it for another moment, then answered. âPerhaps.â
A soft laugh came from your direction. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see you smiling widely, and it took all of her innate self-control to not turn and look.
She redirected her thoughts to Viper and her current mystery. Thoughts of your laugh were slowly replaced with the bloody crime scene Viper was investigating and just when she was getting back into her rhythm, you spoke up again.
âWednesday?â
With a sigh, she once again turned away from her typewriter to face you. âYes?â
âThank you,â you whispered, sending a sickeningly tender smile in her direction.
Her words caught in her throat, face getting oddly warm at the soft look in your eyes. She forced a nod, taking another moment to just look at you before returning her gaze forward.
Silence overtook the room again, the soft clacking of the typewriter the only sound to be heard. When Wednesday finally gave in and allowed her eyes to drift to you, she found you finally asleep.
You looked relaxed, even the minuscule tension she saw on you throughout the day was absent in your dreamless sleep. The smile you had before you drifted off waned as your muscles relaxed, but the shadow of it remained and Wednesday was still as captivated with it as she was before.
Once again summoning all of her self-control, Wednesday tore her eyes off of you and set them back on her typewriter, still intent on finishing her dedicated hour for her novel.
By the end of her writing hour, she had only managed to finish five pages. Meager compared to her usual daily output, but she couldnât bring herself to be upset when you were feet away from her, sleeping in her bed without a worry in the world.
She didnât look at you directly but she did push her chair back a bit and turn it in your direction, quietly grabbing a book she was in the middle of and flipping it open on her lap.
Wednesday placidly skimmed the pages while taking small, occasional glances at you over the book. Just to make sure you were still breathing, of course.
As she read, her mind constantly went back to your question from earlier. Should she grace you with the opportunity to read her work? A brief internal debate gave her the answer she was searching for.
Turning, Wednesday opened a drawer in her desk and pulled out the manuscript for her first novel, setting it on her desk beside her. When you woke up, she would give it to you along with a gruesome threat to your life if you made any stupid comments or told anyone about her letting you read it.
(Begrudgingly, she looked forward to hearing your thoughts on her story.)
Until then, she would keep watch and continue to make sure that nothing brought your demise before she did.

The morning light hit your face and caused you to wake from your slumber. You grunted as you sat up, grabbed your legs, and swung your legs over the edge of your bed. Grabbing your walking cane, which you kept by your bed, using it to help you stand. The cane was a black ebony wood with Nordic runes running down it, the handle was the head of a silver raven with sapphires as its eyes. You gritted your teeth and groaned as you stood up stumbling slightly, you inhaled before letting out a sigh as you walked to your bathroom. You leaned on your bathroom counter and looked in the mirror. You had slight bags under your eyes and your neck long hair was slightly disheveled. You changed into your usual street clothes running your hand through your hair you looked in the mirror you heard your dorm room doorknob turning Instinctively you grabbed the one-handed axe that you kept in your bathroom, and you looked out the bathroom doorway and saw the door opening. "It's me," the monotone voice of your girlfriend, Wednesday Addams was heard as you sighed and put down the axe. "You almost ended up with an axe in your head," you said, your Scandinavian accent slightly showing, as she walked to you. She leaned on the bathroom door frame her eyes scanning and studying you. "What's wrong?" She asked in her usual tone of voice. "Noth-" "Don't lie," she said cutting you off. You sighed and ran your hand through your hair once more. "It's just..." "It's Parents Weekend or for you the weekend your brothers visit. And in turn some of the army," she states as she grabs the fold-up chair nearby, opens it, and forces you to sit as she starts to braid your hair. "I'm aware that your relationship with your brothers isn't the best but you can't be as Enid says "A Debby Downer" because of that fact," Wednesday says as you sigh once more. Ever since you two met she was probably the only one who could read you. And when you two started dating she was able to know why you were upset. Whether it be, because it's Parents Weekend or it's the anniversary of your mother's death. Wednesday finishes your braids and walks around the chair to get to the front of you cupping your face. "I am aware it's hard to see your brothers. Especially, Bjorn, but you can't let that affect you, Every. Single. Time," She said looking into your directly into eyes. You nod silently before she leans down and kisses you softly, you kiss her back matching her softness and love. She soon pulled away and helped you to your fest handing you your walking cane. You took it from her hand as she grabbed your free hand before leading you to the Quad.
Most of the day had gone smoothly. You met up with Pugsley, Uncle Fester, Morticia, Gomez, and Uncle Itt once again. You spent most of your day with the Addams Family but then you heard the steps of multiple soldiers coming into the Quad. Many of the families turned to looks as twenty Vikings emerged and lined up shoulder-to-shoulder. Then your three brothers walked down the path. Bjorn at the head, Ubbe to his left, and Hvitserk to his right. You stood at the end of the row... staring... and waiting. All eyes were on you and your brothers and Bjorn was the first to speak. "áşáááá, ááąáááşááą,(Hello, brother)" he spoke in your native tongue. You simply kept staring at him. Not saying a word. Hvitserk was the one to break the silence as he walked past Bjron and grasped your shoulders smiling. "áá'á áˇááá áá ááá á¤áᢠY/N,(Its good to see you Y/N)" He said smiling. You smiled back. "You to Hvitserk," You said smiling until Hvitserk moved away leaving Bjron and Ubbe in front of you. "Well. Shall we sit?" You ask motioning to a free table. Bjorn and Ubbe both walked to the table Hvitserk followed soon after patting your shoulder as he passed you the soldiers soon following after. Letting out a sigh you felt the familiar cold hand of Wednesday cup your cheek. You looked at her for a second a small smile gracing your lips. "How was that?" "Good. You're keeping your anger under wraps," She said softly as she grabbed your hand and led you to the table where the other Vikings were. You sat down across from Bjorn, Ubbe, and Hvitserk with Wednesday to your right. Ubbe observed her for a second before turning to you. "ášáşá áá ááşáá?(Who is this?)," He asked you before you could answer Wednesday answered for you. "á'á áşáá áááĄááą,(I'm his lover)" Your brother each looked at her surprised as you took a sip of ale.
The first day went fine but the second day was when all things went to shit. While conversing and eating with Wednesday's family you caught sight of someone... a blond blue-eyed woman. Anger surged through your veins as you stood up grabbed a knife and threw it at the woman barely grazing her shoulder before she could react to reach her axe in hand you tried to strike her but Ubbe got in your way stopping your axe and throwing you back with Hvitserk catching you. You tried to break free but both Hvitserk and Wednesday held you back as you screamed. "What the fuck is she doing here!?" The woman was still behind Ubbe staring at you and Bjorn checked the cut you caused. "Lagertha has every right to" "Bullshit!" You yelled cutting him off as you freed yourself from the grasp of your brother and girlfriend. "Y/N you need to forgive her," Ubbe spoke hand on your chest keeping you from getting any closer. "I can never forgive Lagertha for murdering our mother so how you, hm?" You asked as Ubbe shook his head turning away angering you more as you shoved him back. "Our mother! Of course, I'm going to kill her." "You can try," She said looking eyes with yours. "Oh, I will. That I can promise."
Reasonably they all left afterwards to avoid any further issues with you and Lagertha. You were sitting in your room sharpening your axe when Wednesday walked in. "Why did you never tell me Lagertha killed your mother?" She asked anger lacing her voice. "I thought you said no secrets." "It's not something I like to think about... it didn't matter to me because Hvitserk had said she stayed in Kattagat with no reason to leave. I don't know why she came," you said throwing your axe into the target across from your bed. "Doesn't excuse you for not telling me," She said as she grabbed your chin to make you look at her. "When my mother died and I found out it was Lagertha I tried to kill her. And failed. Over and over. My mother was a seer and said she would be cursed if she killed her," you said calmly. "I will kill her," she has no reason to even be although in your head. Wednesday sighed and caressed your cheek. "Let this be the last secret you keep. Understood?" You nodded as she climbed into bed with you putting your head on her chest and began to stroke your hair as your anger subsided.

Tyler galpin x reader: part 5
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 6 Part 7 Part 8
Y/n woke up with Tyler's arms wrapped around her, his shirt over her naked body as she smiled at how happy she felt, relaxing back into his hold as he started to wake up pressing himself into her as his hand slipped from her waist to cup her breast as he kissed along her neck.
"Morning." His voice deep as he woke up, Y/n rubbing her legs together as she pressed her butt into his crotch with a small wiggle enjoying how he groaned and pinched her nipple in warning, Y/n moaning as she laughed.
"Good morning to you too." Y/n said to Tyler as she began to move to check the time on her phone, Tyler's hand dropping to her hip as he tried to pull her back into him not wanting to let her leave the bed. Y/n slapping his hand as he whined moving onto his back as she leaned down onto the floor looking for her bag, his shirt rolling up showing off the mesh underwear he had peeled off the previous night a scowl coming on his face as he teasingly swatted her butt.
"Those are mine." He grumbled Y/n blushing darkly from where she half laid off the bed remembering how he had told her he was keeping her underwear, a cheeky smile on her face as she looked back at him as he grinned at her before she turned back spotting her bag and grabbing it. Sitting back on her knees as her back faced Tyler, his arm looping around her waist so he could bury his face in her waist allowing her to run her nails through his hair as she grabbed her phone seeing loads of messages off Enid/Wednesday since they slowly turned more blunt and more Wednesday like as well as calls off her mum and a message from Tyler's dad that she quickly responded to letting him know he was at hers. Tyler reached out his hand stealing her phone as she moved to grab it only for Tyler to hold it over his head on his knees with a cheeky grin at her.
"Pay attention to me." He said as Y/n crossed her arms, quirking an eyebrow at him as he stayed strong his smile soon turning into his normal sweet one as he moved his other hand to bring her lips to his. His arm holding the phone lowering as Y/n kissed him back, her hand swiping it quickly as she scurried away laughing almost off the bed when Tyler grabbed her by the waist making her squeal as he pulled her back harshly throwing her down so he could lay over her like he had the previous night. Y/n laughing as she looked at his pout her hand clenched tightly to her chest as she blew him a kiss.
"Jealous." She said before throwing her phone to the side pulling him down by his neck so she could kiss him deeply, his arms dropping letting him lay his chest against hers as he relaxed into her kiss. Y/n running her hands along his neck as she tugged on his hair making him groan as she smirked at him.
"By the way we have work in 20 minutes." Y/n grinned as Tyler's eyes widened as he rushed off her panicking at how they would make it in time, Y/n sitting up on her elbows as he picked up all the clothes they'd chucked onto the floor putting them in her laundry basket and grabbing clean clothes for them both. He always had pjs and spare clothes at her house which he was now thankful for as he chucked jeans and a jumper at Y/n hitting her in the face as she flopped back down with a huff. By the time she actually sat up he was pulling his jeans up and searching for his keys whilst Y/n began to laugh, standing up and grabbing them from her bag placing them in his hand.
"Calm down we'll be fine." Y/n pulled his shirt off her infront of him bending down to grab some underwear and a bra as she winked at his face enjoying how his pupils had dilated so quickly and his mouth slightly opened as she walked into the bathroom. Tyler running a hand down his face as he groaned trying to calm himself down when Y/n was being such a tease, grabbing a clean shirt and throwing it on as Y/n came out in her underwear and bra throwing Tyler's shirt and her underwear in the laundry basket as she passed, kissing Tyler's cheek as she grabbed her jeans pulling them on. Tyler smiling at her as he grabbed his phone going into the kitchen to grab them a drink each as Y/n checked the time cursing as she chucked on her jumper running into the kitchen.
"We gotta go." She said grabbing her house keys and shoving them in her pocket as she held her phone, closing the door being Tyler locking it as he made his way to his car hoping it would start first time fist pumping the air when it did. Y/n smiling at him as he grinned happily at her, his hand on her thigh as she climbed in, dropping her keys into his dash as he began driving.
"I finish at 3 today but Enid text me to let me know it's Wednesday's birthday soon so we should try to get her something." Y/n said as she read through all the texts, Wednesday updating them on Eugene and her new theories.
"How's Eugene?" Tyler said trying to sound casual as Y/n turned to him shrugging as she kept reading, moving her hand to hold his as she leaned back in the seat.
"He's in a coma, apparently it's parents weekend saturday so we probably won't see Enid or Wednesday. They don't know how long he'll be in one but Wednesday visited him this morning." Y/n read bits of the texts going over Wednesday's theories as Tyler drove trying not to think about Laurel as he did, Y/n's thumb smoothing over the back of his palm calming him as he thought about all the blood he's have to wash out his suit. Pulling up outside Pilgrim world he smiled at Y/n as she sighed opening her door and turning to kiss him on the lips before climbing out, waving goodbye as she entered her own personal hell, Tyler watching her until she entered the staff room before he began to move shouting when he saw Y/n's mum by his window. Her hand tapping on the glass as she glared at him watching him roll it down slowly his hand tightening on the steering wheel as he tried to stay calm and not transform.
"I see you two are finally dating, tell my daughter she needs to answer her phone and stop ignoring me. She's 18 and needs to get over her teenage hatred for her mum." Y/n's mum rolled her eyes as she spat at Tyler, Tyler nodding quickly as she tapped her hand against his car and walked off towards town, Tyler breathing out loudly as he began driving. His inner self wanting to chase Y/n's mother down and rip her to pieces for how she acted towards Y/n the other day and how she spoke just then, he thought of how Laurel spoke to him. Always so kind and wanting to help him, Y/n's mum wasn't like that, she didn't love Y/n like a real mum should. His eyes darkening as he pulled up to work, Laurel in the corner drinking her usual as she watched Tyler enter a motherly smile on her face as she waved acting like Miss Thornhill would as he awkwardly waved back grabbing his apron as he finally checked his own phone. A text from Laurel telling him he was a good boy for dealing with Eugene, Y/n sending him a quick message wishing him luck at work with a heart that made him grin at his phone before another text from Laurel came through. A meeting place and time, Tyler resisting the urge to look towards her as she got up placing her cup and plate on the side and thanking the barista who served her, his dad opening the door for her as he walked in. Tyler quickly making his coffee as he approached, his dad leaning on the counter as he sighed taking off his hat and running a hand over his head looking at Tyler as he placed the black coffee in front of him.
"You were at that dance right?" Tyler nodded as he watched his dad, his dad sighing loudly picking up his cup and nodding his head for Tyler to follow him to a booth, the two sat opposite as his father spoke.
"Did you see anyone acting weird? A kid was attacked but i'm sure you already know and i know Y/n got knocked out so just thought i'd check up on her. Although it's looks like your both fine." His dad pointed his finger at Tyler's neck as he quickly turned red covering the hickey he knew was there, stuttering out any excuse he could as his dad laughed slightly taking a sip of his coffee.
"Relax Tyler, you're 18 do whatever you want." Tyler smiled at his dad as he started talking to him about the case, his dad always having his work head on even when he wanted to talk to Tyler about anything else, it always came back to work. Tyler listening absentmindedly as his dad spoke until the Gates house was mentioned, apparently Wednesday had brought it up but he thought it was all bullshit. Tyler perking up as he started asking questions.
"Didn't all the Gates die?" His dad nodding as he finished his coffee, putting down the cup as he sighed and stood.
"This whole town is losing it's mind." His dad said, leaving the shop soon after as he saw his deputy by his car waiting with a case file. Tyler getting up and sorting out the shop as he watched customer trail in and out including Dr Kinbott who smiled at him asking how his day was going, Tyler answering his normal way passing her her favourite drink as she tipped and thanked him. Tyler waving at her as she walked back across the road to her practice, Wednesday exiting the Principle's car as she followed her looking even more gloomy than normal. His phone buzzing as he took it out seeing a text from Y/n complaining about her day and asking how his was going, Tyler smiling as he went into the stock room texting her back about his dad and seeing Kinbott as he leaned against the wall smiling at his phone as though she was actually with him. Checking the time he saw she only had two hours left before she finished letting her know he'd have her drink ready when she got to the shop, Y/n sending a heart back explaining she had to get back to work, Tyler leaving the stock room and letting out a small shout at Wednesday stood in front of him.Â
"Do you have to make a habit of doing that?" He said with a chuckle moving round her as he started marking her a quad with ice, Wednesday sitting at a booth as Tyler came over.
"Quad with ice." He said with a smile as he sat down, Wednesday instantly starting to talk about her suspicions of Xavier and his portraits of the monster, Tyler widening his eyes as he looked shocked at her idea of Xavier being the hyde. He almost wanted to laugh, she didn't even suspect him but Xavier was a suspect, it was comical how wrong she was but he was surprised that Xavier had been painting the hyde so much and it had come out and cut him. He did feel watched when he turned into a hyde but he assumed it was Laurel, never suspecting it being someone else but now he had to he careful, he had Wednesday having visions and now Xavier aswell. Nodding along to everything she said and chipping in with small comments of confusion through out, Wednesday now talking about parents weekend.Â
"Are your parents coming?" Tyler asked with a smile as Wednesday placed down her finished coffee as she saw Principle Weems nod to her from the car.
"With any luck they'll be in a horrible accident." Wednesday got up, turning and leaving Tyler watching her as she got into the Principle's car her bag slung over her shoulder as he sighed collecting her cup and going back to the register as he waited for 3 o'clock to hit so he could see Y/n again. His day now slow as everyone trickled in and out ordering the same thing as always, his eyes on the clock as it ticked by until it hit 3:15 and Y/n walked in right on time, her boots heavy on the ground as she smiled widely at Tyler. His hand just placing her hot chocolate down as she approached, her hands on the counter as she leaned on her tip toes kissing him as he tried not to pull her over it and make the innocent kiss into more, his grin wide as they pulled away.
"Hey." He said against her lips, kissing her again before pulling away as a customer entered, Y/n taking her cup and sitting in a booth as she people watched whilst Tyler served customers and made small talk with them as his eyes kept moving to Y/n.Â
As the weekend rolled by Y/n sat in her normal booth Tyler across from her as she laid back with her legs in his lap and a hot chocolate in front of her as she people watched, Tyler rubbing his hand up and down her fishnet covered leg as he enjoyed the peace compared to what their norm had become. Y/n suddenly sitting up and pulling her leg from his hand as she stared at Wednesday and her family entering Kinbott's office whilst Wednesday looked like she wanted to kill herself more than normal, Y/n looking at Tyler with concern.
"I hope she's alright." Y/n said as she leant back moving her leg back into Tyler's hold as he resumed his caressing, her skin so soft against his rough hands as he ran his fingers along her leg playing with her fishnets as they went back to being in comfortable silence.Â
"Enid just text me...she wants us to get Wednesday a cake." Y/n said as she text Enid back, her nails clicking against the phone as she looked up at Tyler poking him with her trainer.
"Should we go order it now? Do they have a plan?" Y/n nodded explaining Enid's plans to take her to the crypt the night before her birthday at midnight so she could blow out her candle with the other Nevermore's. Tyler could almost taste the fear of them if he turned up in his hyde form, but he had told Laurel of Wednesday's suspicions of Xavier and he doubted he wouldn't be present to see Wednesday into her birthday so he would hold back.Â
"Do you want to stay at mine tonight?" Y/n asked as they walked towards the cake shop, his arm wrapped around her as they swayed side to side Y/n's hand in his dangling one as she rubbed her thumb over the back of his hand. Tyler inwardly panicked, Laurel had been needing him more and more often as her plans started to progress and tonight she had told him to meet her at the Gate's house.
"I can't tonight, Dad wants me to stay at home because of the recent attacks." Y/n nodded sadly as she looked up at Tyler stopping him from walking as she turned into him putting her chin on his chest and pouting.
"That's the third time this week, maybe i could stay at yours?" Tyler wrapped his arms around her as he looked at her adorable face kissing her nose as she crinkled it up moving away as she faked a scowl at him.Â
"Sorry Y/n, you know what he's like." Y/n nodded leaning up and kissing him as she smiled against his lips, tugging his hand as she turned away continuing their walk towards the cake shop. Tyler sighing as he felt his heart unclench but he felt terrible lying to Y/n but he was protecting her, he was protecting her from the outcasts and making the world safer for her.Â
Y/n and Tyler sat across from Wednesday as he placed a coffee infront of her with a happy birthday written on it, Enid's gift next to her as she scowled at them although Y/n lightly kicked her making her return her face to her normal unemotional one.Â
"How about you let us take you out for a meal tonight?" Y/n said as she leaned closer to Wednesday, Tyler's hand on her thigh as he nervously smiled at Wednesday as she pondered before nodding.
"I'll allow it. But no singing or special treatment. Pick me up from the gates, lights off." Y/n nodded with a wide smile as Wednesday got up, Y/n leaning into Tyler as their goth friend left, turning to him and kissing his cheek excited to celebrate her friends birthday.Â
Y/n sat in Tyler's car as they waited for Wednesday, a dark red coat covering her ripped jeans and jumper as she looked around Tyler holding her hand as the car tried to keep the cold out, Y/n looking around before shouting out as Wednesday appeared. The black haired girl climbing in as Y/n calmed her heart swearing as Wednesday told them to go only for Enid to climb in.
"Oh...Is Y/n joining us for girls night?" Y/n looked at her oddly as she looked towards Tyler but all he did was shrug in response starting to drive as Wednesday gave them instructions. The four of them arriving at the Gate's mansion as Tyler tried not to panic, Y/n and Enid following Wednesday as she walked towards the large gate picking the lock and Tyler and Enid tried to convince her to leave.
"I don't want to spend my birthday at a party, or painting our nails. I want to spend it here." Y/n shrugged as she started walking towards the mansion turning around and making grabby hands at Tyler and Enid.
"Fuck it." Y/n said as Tyler wrapped his arm around her waist walking her backwards as she dropped her weight making a dead face as Enid talked about how spooky the mansion looked, Tyler grinning at Y/n as she jumped up in his arms and rushed after Wednesday. Wednesday trying to open the garage door, then Y/n who tried kicking it in with no luck even Tyler couldn't although he didn't try knowing he could have ripped it open with his new hyde strength, Enid walking up to it ripping it open as everyone looked at her.
"It's a werewolf thing." Y/n smirked as she walked past Enid, Wednesday already looking at the car under the duster although even Y/n had to admit it was creepy that they were looking at a murder car.
"Okay this is too much now, we need to call Tyler's dad." Enid said as she moved backwards into Y/n's arm as she caressed her hair trying to calm the panicked younger girl Tyler stepping closer to Y/n as Wednesday convinced them to go into the house. Y/n making Enid go in front of her as she took Tyler's hand looking around for something to defend them with as she picked up a pipe outside weighing it up as they looked around downstairs, Tyler panicking as Wednesday said about going upstairs. They would know about Laurel. Wednesday asking Tyler to stay downstairs as the girls went up but Y/n wouldn't let him be alone.
"Nope. No. That's like horror movie 101." Y/n said lifting the pipe to rest on her shoulder as Tyler for once wished she would not want to protect him, placing his hand on her shoulder and telling her it was fine and she should go with them as muscle making her crack a smile as she ran her hand over his face kissing him.
"You hear even a creak and you run up those stairs Galpin." Y/n said seriously as he nodded kissing her before hurrying her up the stairs, Enid and her going left as they found their way to Laurel's bedroom, Y/n's eyes widening as they called for Wednesday. Wednesday entering as they all took in the fact Laurel must be alive, there was no reason for her to be alive but it had to be true. Tyler shouting out to them as he changed his hand and scratched his chest, transforming fully as Wednesday shoved a music box into her bag all three of them rushing to the stairs as Y/n raised the pipe screaming for Tyler.
"Tyler! Tyler are you okay? TYLER!" She screamed running down the stairs until she came face to face with the hyde, the blood on it's claws making her sob as she stared at it's crazed eyes and sharp teeth, Wednesday pushing Enid into the lift as she shouted for Y/n. Y/n moved back slowly before slamming the pipe into the monsters head as the hyde fell back Y/n ready to keep hitting it as it roared out until her jacket got yanked back ad Wednesday forced her into the lift slamming it closed as the three of them curled into each other the pipe left on the floor as the hyde stepped closer. Wednesday putting the snood around the handles as they all sat in silence Y/n's face covered in tears as she thought of Tyler being ripped apart whilst they hid away, Enid and Y/n screaming as the hyde sliced through the door cutting the rope as it stared into Y/n's soul. The rope breaking as they all screamed as they dropped, Enid and Y/n falling out as they groaned in pain scrambling to get up as they heard the hyde approaching. Y/n helping Enid up as Wednesday looked around talking about all the bits and bobs as Enid reached down for Y/n but she refused to leave until Wednesday was up, the hyde coming down the stairs as Y/n pushed Wednesday out the window. Turning to see the monster as she only felt rage thinking about Tyler being attacked, pushing down a shelf so it landed harshly onto the monster giving her time to run and jump up Enid and Wednesday pulling her through as the hyde rushed forward slashing at the window as it closed. Y/n instantly running back towards the house as Enid shouted trying to figure out what they were doing Wednesday explaining they needed to find Tyler, Y/n crying out as she found Tyler on the floor bleeding. Falling to her knees as she threw off her jumper covering his wounds as Xavier came out of nowhere, Wednesday talking to him oddly as Y/n fussed over Tyler her hands shaking as she looked at his blood on her hands.Â
Y/n cleaned his wounds in his kitchen, her hands shaking as she listened to Wednesday not once did she apologise until Y/n snapped.
"Shut the fuck up. You nearly got all of us killed Wednesday, just fucking apologise." Y/n spoke in a cold voice everyone shocked as she turned to the black haired girl, Wednesday's face twitching slightly but other than that not showing any other emotions. The door opening as the sheriff walked in seeing Y/n shouting at Wednesday and Tyler bleeding as his heart dropped.Â

ModernKitten with a sultry flirty girlfriend <3 Halloween as Enid and Wensdays Adams from wensday <3
I love that you asked for a Halloween ask in July! Halloween is the bestâ¨
TW: rimming, swearing, ass play, nipple play, rutting, cum eating!
Pairing: SUB! kitten x soft Dom reader.
Kittens jaw was on the floor soon as she seen you come down the hall in your costume. The two of you were going as Wednesday and Enid. She was Enid and you were Wednesday.
âBaby, pick your jaw up silly goose.â You giggled placing your hands on her face before planting a kiss on her lips.
âYou just⌠wow!â She complimented you taking your hand in yours. The way the braids framed your face, how the dress was a little snug on your chest but filled out every where else and the fact you used fishnets instead of black tights no wonder Kitten was excited. Kitten had her blonde wig on along with a pink blouse and dark skirt, you even let her borrow your rainbow sweater that looked like the pastel one from the show. The two of you really did fit those characters.
âMy pretty girl!â You purred at her while running your hand over her chest. Kittens breath hitched in her throat as your hand ran from her chest down your stomach and stopped at the waist of her skirt.
âIâm yours baby, please touch me.â She begged, usually kitten was the more dominate one but thatâs the bright side of both of you being switches. Your hand slid down under her skin and wrapped around her cock that was in her panties.
âKitten! Youâre already so hard baby.â You jerked her clock slowly as she stood there bitting her bottom lip. âAnd as much as I want to give you everything right now⌠we canât . Our guests will be here soon and we still need to finish a few things.â You squeezed her cock making her moan. You pulled away slowly with a mischievous smirk on your lips.
âBaby! Thatâs not fair.â Kitten whimpered with a pout on her bottom lip. A sigh left your lips with a fake pout to follow when you watched her stomp her foot.
âIf you can behave tonight⌠maybe Iâll touch you during the party .â You looked over your shoulder as you finished setting up the kitchen for the Halloween party. You grabbed the candy bowl and poured half the bag in it before taking it to set it out on the porch while kitten sat on the couch with her arms crossed. âBaby, Iâm sorry, I know that your pretty cock is aching but thereâs still more stuff to do.â You shut the door with your hip and made your way back into the kitchen to put out the random assortments of fall foods and Halloween shaped cookies that the two of you had made earlier that morning.
Kitten peeled herself from the couch with a groan before coming up behind you while you were bent over to set down a tray of cheese and crackers to put her hands on your hips. She whined in your ear making you push your ass back against her cock. Her hands reached up to grab your breasts and massaged them slowly while rutting against you.
âKitten! Fuck!â Your hands rested over hers as you let her get lost in the moment until you felt the warm liquid dripping down the back of your thighs and her loud whine in her ear.
âIâm sorry baby! I couldnât help it.â You patted her arm before turning around to see her look at you with guilty eyes.
âThatâs okay Kitten, I know.â You patted your cheek before pulling her in for a kiss. âBut now you have to keep those cum stained panties on all night.â You mumbled against her lips. Kitten lifted her head and whined again. âSuch a whiney girl tonight.â You patted her cheek .
You took yourself to get cleaned up while Kitten had to stand there in your dirty panties. Before she could protest again the doorbell rang. Your friends had slowly trickled in. The house was filled with your friends drinking, eating, classic Halloween songs playing from the tv and a game of bobbing for apples in the corner by the back door.
âHappy Halloween!â One of your friends dressed as a mermaid yelled out making a few others cheer in agreement. Kitten was still in her subby state of mind as she mingled with the guests. She looked everywhere for you and finally spotted you talking to someone dressed as a baseball player, he had his arm pressed against the wall above your head and her blood boiled but as she walked towards you your hands met his chest in a shove making her stop in her tracks. Your eyes found hers as you stormed away from him. Kitten followed you to the bedroom and shut the door carefully.
âAre you okay baby?â She sat down on the bed next to you and grabbed your thigh.
âKittenâŚâ You brushed your nose against hers and she knew what that I meant. Her arms wrapped around your waist and pulled you close. The two of you sat for a minute while your friends enjoyed the party downstairs. She hummed quietly to sooth you and calm you down. Once you felt better, the two of you walked hand and hand back to the party. She stayed at your hip for the rest of the party.
Kitten watched you as you bent over the bucket to Bob for an apple along with a few of your drunken friends who were stumbling through the hallway. She licked her lips looking at your ass and could still the stain from her cum earlier. You came back up with some water dripping down your chin and onto your exposed breasts but Kitten didnât focus on the apple , she just kept looking at your tits.
You pulled the apple from your mouth and looked at kitten with a smirk once you realized what she was staring at. You ran your finger through the droplets of water and wiped your finger on her lips before she wrapped her lips around your finger. âGood girl.â You smirked at her. The apple fell from your hand as you pinned her against the wall and kissed her hard while her hands squeezed her hips. The two of you werenât the only ones making out at this point and no one would care anyway.
As you made out with her, she kept squeezing different parts of you desperately while whining into your mouth. At this point most of the party had left besides a few that were passed out in the living room which neither of you minded. You grabbed Kitten by the arm and took her back to the bedroom, stepping over your friends that were out cold on the floor.
âWill you fuck me now? Please!â Kitten pulled your dress over your head only to reveal that you had been naked under it the whole time. Her mouth hung open like it did the first time she seen you earlier that night.
âYouâve been a good girl.â You pushed her back onto the bed , lifted her hips up and pulled down her skirt. âLook at you listening to me.â You pulled on her dirty panties with a small snap making her jump a little. Kitten watched carefully as you pulled them off her sighing as you did. She watched as you stood in front of her with your hands on your hips. You undid your braids , kicked off your shoes and pulled her hand to help her sit up. You pushed the sweater off of her before undoing the blouse to reveal her soft pink bra. âSuch a pretty girl kitten.â You nipped at her collar bone while climbing onto her lap to which she tilted her head back to expose more skin for you to bite.
âI need you baby, please please please please !â Kitten was a begging mess under you. You bit delicately on her soft skin along her neck, down her collar bones , across her chest making sure to suck on her nipples since she loved the feeling. Your lips moved down her tummy and attached to her hips to leave more love bites across them along with her thighs.
âYouâve been such a good girl kitten. All day! I know I teased you and you got needy but Iâm so proud of you .â You kissed her inner thighs again before spreading open her legs and pushing them upwards. She shivered in anticipation when your finger ran over her hole.
âOh FUCK!â She instantly gripped the silk sheets when she felt your tongue lap slowly over her hole. âLove when you eat my ass baby.â You kissed her inner thigh again before laying on your tummy and lapped your warm tongue over her hole. Kitten held her legs open wide so you could burry your face deep between her cheeks. She moaned your name over and over as you ate at her hole like a starved woman. Her moans filled the room , she was desperately begging for you to finger her.
You pulled back, spit on the hole and rubbed it in with your finger. While you rubbed her hole, you reached over to the bedside table and grabbed some lube to coat your fingers. You put some on her hole as well.
âAre you ready my sweet Kitten?â She nodded quickly. Your finger teased her hole before slipping one in which made her gasp. âItâs okay Kitten, I have you! Itâs okay.â A small smile appeared on her face. Your second finger slid into her making her whine. Kitten relaxed and you twisted your fingers around in the way she liked. Your free hand snaked its way up to her cock and wrapped around it making Kitten cry from pleasure.
âBaby! My fucking goddess! Please put me in your mouth!â Kitten pulled on your hair making you look up at her with the those doe eyes that she adored so much. Your lips wrapped around the head of her hard cock while your fingers opened her open. She was in heaven at how wet and warm your pretty mouth was sucking eagerly on her cock, the way your fingers thrusted in and out of her and the way your other hand reached up to play with her nipples! She wasnât going to last long. You sucked faster on her cock , taking it all the way down your throat, drool dripped from the sides of your mouth while you gagged a little. Kitten loved hearing you gag on her cock , you were her own personal pornstar.
âBaby baby ⌠oh Iâm cumming ! Iâm cumming oooh!â She held onto the back of your head as her warm cum shot down your throat. She fucked her throat through her orgasm until she completely emptied every last drop. You pulled away carefully and opened your mouth to show her all the cum you were holding, you looked so fucking hot. She watched as you closed and swallowed only to open up again to show her that it was all gone. Your fingers slowly pulled out of her making you admire how fucked out she looked below you.
You got up off the bed, went into the bathroom and came back with a wet washcloth after you had washed your hands.
âYou did such a good job Kitten, Iâm proud of you.â You sat on the edge of the bed and carefully wiped her up. She laid there with a smile on her face before sitting up on her elbows to look at you.
âNow itâs your turn my sweet girl, after all you do deserve a little treat on Halloween .â

âThatâ kind of friend -> Xavier Thorpe
Summary -> when Weems said you have summer school, you didnât think it would be a summer camp
Warnings - Fluff Summer camp!AU implied Wednesday and Enid, cigarettes, reader being mean to Xavier, Nothing in the show happened besides Wednesday going to nervermore, Xavier being kinda delusional-
Over 1k words
Gif not mine
When principal Weems told you that you had to go to summer school.. you really didnât expect to have arts and crafts time with it. In fact she didnât tell you that youâd be a counselor for a summer camp, specifically Nevermore summer camp. Imagine trying to tame fifteen little outcasts at once, itâs not fun. Their were three female counselors, well two because Wednesday stays in the cabin all day. And three male counselors, Ajax, some siren guy that you havenât met, and Xavier fucking Thorpe.
Enid and I were struggling, she tried taming the werewolf kids who kept trying to throw paint, while I was trying to calm down crying kid while two gorgens were laughing. The only kids that were actually quite were the vampire in the corner drinking a straw plastic cup.
âCan you call Ajax or something!â You yelled to Enid who had paint all in her hair, âI would but Iâm a bit busy- stop pulling my hair!â She yelled at the giggling kids, god why canât they come when you need them instead of them always coming at the worst times. Like yesterday when all the kids were settled down yesterday watching some popular kids movie, they came in with sugary popsicle making them hyper again.
Hearing the kid cry in front of you got you out of your thoughts as you tried to pat his back trying to calm him down. âHey- woe it looks like a circus in here,â Ajax said walking into the cabin, you glared at him as a sign for help. He nodded quickly running to Enid, pulling the kids off of her.
As soon as the crying kid saw Ajax he ran to him wrapping his arm around him, he was facing the opposite way helping Enid, he was so small that his face went straight into Ajax butt; he jumped startling him. You signed as the kid started talking to Ajax with his face still in his butt.
Kids are so weird- âkids are so weird.â A voice said next to you making you turn your head, realizing itâs Xavier with his arms crossed looking at the counselors trying to calm the kids down, you slightly groaned.
You werenât all too thrilled when you found out Xavier would be a counselor this year as well. When you were younger you two were friends, not best friends but if you saw him in a new class you would sit with him friend. But then after he hit puberty he stopped talking to you and when you would try to talk to him he would just completely ignore you or give you the most driest answer ever
But as soon as him and Bianca broke up he talked to you again as if nothing had happened. âYep,â you said looking at them still struggle. âLucky for you, Iâm an expert at arts and crafts.â He said giving a slight smirk as you rolled your eyes, âof course you are, tortured artist.â You said as he pulled out white thin paper that was about three feet long. âWho wants you put their hands in paint!â - âoh god.â
â
It was past midnight but your mind couldnât stop racing, you sat up looking at the two beds next to you noticing Enid beds empty. looking at the other bed seeing Wednesday with her arms crossed to her chest and Enid next to her. You sighed putting on a big jacket on, opening the door and closing it quietly. You walked to the lake sitting down on the dock putting your feet in. You shoved your hand to your jacket pocket and pulled out a pack of cigarettes. Pulling one out and looking for the lighter in the other pocket.
Hearing creaking behind you scared it was Weems you put your cigarette back in your pocket, then you realized it was just Xavier. You gave him a confused look âWhat are you doing up so late?â He shrugged sitting next to you, âcouldnât sleep..â he mumbled as you lit your cigarette. You can tell he couldnât sleep from his bed hair to his drowsy eyes. You blew out a smoke, âAjax fell asleep before you, Iâm shocked.â You said as he chuckled âThe kids probably tired him out.â You nodded taking another hit staring at the water blowing out the smoke before Xavier gave a small laugh.
âWhat?â You said looking at him confused. He looked back at you shaking his head, ânothing, nothing.. just something I remembered from earlier.â You rolled your eyes ânow you have to tell me, you canât just laugh and not say anything!â You said a little to loudly looking at the cabin behind you. âI just remembered what Arthur said earlier, thatâs it.â Arthur, the crying boy from earlier who has telekinesis. You tried to chuckle but it ended up coming out like a scoff, âwhat did that little rugrat say.â âHe really does look like Chuckie from the rugrats, with the glasses and everythingâ you thought as you took another hit of the stick, as Xavier chuckled again.
âHe thought we were dating.â Surprised by that statement you inhaled the smoke making you go into a coughing attack. He start patting your back taking the stick out of your hand into his. âReally, he thought we were dating!â You said in shock still slightly coughing making him nod, âeven the other campers thought we were dating.â After one last big cough you finally caught your breath. âHow.. though, I thought, that they thought, that we hated each other.â You said as he gave a silly smile shrugging. You sighed shaking your head, âIâll make an announcement about it tomorrow.â You said monotone as he scoffed, âis it that bad that they think weâre dating?â âYes! What if I end up liking some counselor or something and the kids are just saying Iâm dating you!â
He gave you a side eye âso you like a counselor here?â He said clenching his jaw. You rolled your eyes âno I donât, it was just an example.â You said taking your feet out of the water standing up.
âWeâll, you were wrong about how we hate each other.â You rolled your eyes, âobviously I know that know you just told me-â âI donât hate you.â He said plainly looking up to make eye contact âand I donât think you hate me as much as you say you do.â You rolled your eyes again walking to your cabin. âYou wish Thorpe.â He sighed looking at the water, âshe wants me so bad.â He said taking a hit from the cigarette.

-Feeling Better (pt 2) -
pairing: xavier x reader
word count: 1.96k
warnings: none :)
desc: after the events of Just a Few Scratches, you're released from the hospital and confess your feelings to xavier. then you confront wednesday :D
a/n: i think i will probably do wednesday x vamp!reader next by my friend's request. we all know wednesday loves a little pain :)
xavier wanted to plan a whole 'welcome back' party the day you were discharged from the hospital, but he knew you'd still need rest to recover.
the blood loss from a week prior left you with dizzy spells; he hated seeing you so weak, knowing you're in this state because of him.
as he sat in his paint shed thinking these thoughts, he smiled to himself. if you heard these internal worries of his, he thought, she'd totally say something like "xavier, i did it because it needed to be done and wednesday was out of line blah blah blah."
so, he opted to get all of his friends to sign a card. he even drew you on the front, making sure to remember to animate it when he gave it to you. the art was of one of xavier's core memories: he dared you to sneak into the greenhouse near the school, late at night. when he pushed through the foliage of the forest to see you standing next to the glass doors, he recognized the shirt you were wearing. it was a t-shirt of his that he'd let you borrow when he 'accidentally' flung paint on you during a play-fight.
the night he saw you there, fuzzy pajama pants matched with his own t-shirt, he knew his feelings had grown far beyond friendship.
he hoped this card would maybe, hopefully show you how much he cared about you.
during the card signing process, he had to fight with enid when she made the argument that, "she's my friend too so i also get to write her a long message!"
she did not win that battle. this would be xavier's card with small 'get well soon' and 'we missed you' notes from people you knew.
he really wanted you to love it.
when the fated day came that you were allowed to be discharged, he got some flowers and made sure the card was looking the best it could. some of the words in the card may have eluded to some of xavier's non-friendship feelings; his nerves were going haywire.
> > >
saying goodbye to the doctor, you headed out to the lobby. god, you were thankful you no longer had to wear that hospital gown. if xavier saw you in that ugly ass thing one more time, you might as well just dig your dignity a grave and let wednesday enjoy the funeral.
the hyde had left large gashes from your shoulder down to your elbow. much blood had stained xavier's uniform that night; something you'd already apologized countless times for.
the transition from the glaringly white hallway to the lobby illuminated with warm light was a welcoming change. and there was xavier, a smile decorating his face when he saw you. he had a small boquet of a wild flowers that grew near his shed, tied together with a pale purple ribbon. even if the gesture was small, it made you want to run up to him and squeeze him tight out of pure impulse.
"did you really hand pick these?" you questioned, trying to tease him a little. he didn't notice as he pridefully stated, "of course, my hands even had that weird sticky plant blood on them when i visited you. remember?"
you snorted, "why didn't you wash it off?"
he looked to the wall, "i didn't notice until i was already at the lobby." you couldn't tell if this embarrassed him or not.
"hey, come with me, (y/n). i want to give you something, but not here."
xavier grabbed your hand, leading you with great care. the caution he used was adorable.
the small trek to a bench at a nearby park was a little straining for you; something xavier didn't fail to take note of. he made sure to ask how you were doing and offered his shoulder if you needed something to lean on.
then, he pulled out a (fave color) envelope, sealed with a little red heart sticker that you recognized as enid's.
gazing at xavier's face, you never would have guessed that he was practically screaming on the inside.
gently taking the gift from his hand, you carefully opened it. inside was a card.
pulling it out revealed a moving drawing of you, smiling under the moonlight.
you remembered that night. vividly. you could instantly recall the way xavier chased you through the many flowers of the greenhouse, threatening tickles if he caught you. that blissful happy feeling was something you'd never forget.
this boy has given you so much to remember in just a few months. xavier may be snarky and a tad bit rude at times, but he's treated you with so much respect and kindness; how could you not fall for him?
the words of the letter made your stomach feel like it was twisting in knots; it said:
(y/n),
it was stupid of you to risk yourself for my sake. i know I've already said that to you, but i felt i needed to say it again. however, that doesn't mean i don't appreciate what you did. i haven't talked to wednesday since before the morning you found me in the hallway, but she hasn't confronted me at all after you were on temporary leave.
i am so insanely greatful for you. after i broke up with bianca, you spent every moment of your time making sure i was mentally stable. never once did you expect something in return. and here we are, again, with your arm fucked up without any demand for even a small thank you. well, i hate that. i want to do so much for you, return the kindness that you've given me the past few months. you're so important to me. please, please don't do anything like that again. and thank you, for every second you've dedicated to me.
yours,
xavier
by the end of the card, you started to cry. you placed a hand over your eyes to shield xavier from your weeping, turning away from him.
"oh- are you okay? did i say something wrong?" xavier's voice was laced with a weariness that you couldn't describe. you felt his knee graze yours, guessing that he probably scooted closer to you.
"no, no. actually, the opposite."
you sniffled a little, trying to compose yourself.
a slight breeze blew xavier's brown hair out of his face. though you loved his long hair, you most enjoyed it when his face was in full view. he's so pretty.
"this- this letter, i.. xavier, i love you. when you're nice to me like this, i can't not love you. you make everything so amazing but so, so hard at the same time," you cried, both because you were happy to get it off your chest and the fear of changing the perfect friendship you shared.
xavier held you, placing his head on top of yours, rubbing your back. "i'm sorry, (y/n). thanks for dealing with my shit. i love you too. i realized my feelings a while ago, i'm just bad at this sort of thing," he said quietly.
the rustling of the trees above dropped vibrant leaves around the bench. red, orange, yellow, gold.
you were happy about his response to your confession, but something bothered you. with his reciprocated feelings tangled in your thoughts, a hard shell of protectiveness encased your heart.
"xavier, wednesday hasn't apologized yet for any of her accusations?" your question came out in an irritable tone.
he shook his head, "it's fine. she probably understands now that she was wrong and is just embarrassed. as long as she leaves me alone, i don't care anymore."
your brows knit together as you pulled out of the hug and looked at him. xavier, this kind boy who's given you a home at nevermore.
"well i'm gonna get an apology out of her."
as you stood up, xavier did too.
"no, seriously. what's done is done, it doesn't bother me, " he protested, hoping that you'd listen to him.
placing a hand on his arm, you said, "i didn't have a meeting with the hyde just for her to go into hiding when she's wrong."
and with that, you stomped your way to nevermore, xavier following behind to make sure you don't faint in your fury.

wednesday was experiencing deja vu. hadn't she already experienced three knocks interrupting her time to write? though, this time the knocks held an echo of animosity.
a sharp click to unlock the deadbolt and there you stood, arms crossed in wrath over your chest.
"i see they released you from the psych ward after your suicide attempt."
you almost wanted to laugh. that was so like her.
"so, do you have anything to say to xavier?"
indifference etched her features, "why would i?"
she really was talented at stretching people thin. xavier stood close behind, watching the interaction with a hand on your shoulder as moral support.
"is it really that hard to apologize when you're wrong?" you bursted, forcing your hands into fists to control them from tearing her apart.
"wednesday, enid was with xavier when i was attacked! and look," you grabbed his hand, "now we're dating! he would never hurt me."
"how do i know that you didn't team up with xavier? if you're allies, i wouldn't put it past him to use you as an alibi."
her words of idiocy made you explode.
"you- i know what you're doing is supposed to be good, but all you're doing is hurting everyone around you!" a furious finger full of hostility jabbed her in the center of her ribs, "you may be emotionless but that doesn't give you the right to be heartless! i went out there and almost died trying to keep you from ruining xavier's life! the least you can do is fucking apologize!"
your heavy breathing filled the empty sound of the hallway. it was impossible to tell if your words affected wednesday; she just stood there with her hands at her sides like always.
then, like a miracle, wednesday turned her eyes to xavier's and said, "I.. I am.. sorry."
she stepped back and closed the door with a gentle click. knowing wednesday, that apology was probably just a tactical retreat to diffuse the situation. at least the words had been said, though.
heaving, you let out a long sigh. arms circled around your shoulders as xavier rested his head on his forearm, hugging you from behind.
"are you okay?" you whispered to him, not wanting wednesday to hear through the, albeit thick, door.
"I love you," he stated.
you smiled, trying to shake off the lasting nerves after raising your voice.
"that's not what I was asking."
you felt the vibrations of a small chuckle on your neck. "you do so much for me, of course I'm okay," xavier mumbled. his voice was hushed but you could hear the smile in it all the same.
thank goodness the halls were empty, or you never would have been able to stay in this position if someone happened to be out here.
"i'm so glad you're here with me (y/n). I can't imagine where i'd be if you didn't exist", the sincerity of his voice made your throat close up with an unidentifiable emotion.
despite your fatigue, you didn't regret a single thing you've done for him if it meant you'd get to hear him say sweet things like that. his scent of teakwood laid a veil of comfort over your senses.
turning towards the end of the hall, you say, "let's go. I can feel wednesday's brooding mood through the door."
xavier smiled and let you lead him, "as long as you're feeling better."

Following that sort of crossover with Batman⌠what if a kind family from Smallville (Kansas) sent their son to Nevermore so he wouldn't have to worry about using his growing powers without fear of being rejected or having his true origins discovered?
I do Like The DC X Wednesday Crossover ideas of Teenage Heroes living at Nevermore.
The God Among Men
The Ride from Kansas to Nevermore was a toll. The dead silence, the unnerving wait of whatâs to come. It all was a bit, too much for (Y/n). The boy say in the backseat with his bags, oddly quiet now. But it can all be directed towards the incident that happened at his last school, which lead to a few first degree burns and a hole in the roof. That is when the truth came out of his origin, a child born not from earth but from another planet. Soon his powers began to manifest from it all, turning him into a monster as some would say. The only place that could possibly assist him was Nevermore academy, the academic boarding school for âFreaks.â
â(Y/n), such a.. unique name.â Principal Weems, the head of the school at Nevermore and was more than such, tall, beautiful, elegant. Jonathan and Martha Kent, the parents of said (Y/n) sit across from her with their child in the middle, a bit awkwardly smiling.
âItâs a Name We gave him, something strong and passionate.â Martha says as Jonathan nods.
âOur (Y/n) is, different from the normal students and, weâre scared theyâll Bully him for it. Nevermore seems the place for different people.â Jonathan explains to Weems who nods.
âWeâll Just from looking at you, you donât have any physical abnormalities I can decipher.â Weems says and stands up. âCan I ask a assessment of your, abnormalities?â She asks, and (Y/n) awkwardly shrugs.
âSure.. i can fly, punch pretty hard, and nothing really hurts me, and.. I can..â (Y/n) says, but trails off, getting more somber.
âHe can, I guess shoot lasers from his eyes.â Jonathan explains for his son. âThey can be.. dangerousâŚâ he says. Weems notices the slight awkwardness and smiles.
âThen you will fit on amazingly here, come weâll show you to your dorm in Hamlet Hall.â Weems said, and the small group walked though Nevermore.
âYou arrival was actually a bit short notice, we already had a student come last week, Miss Addams, perhaps you two will get along as new students.â Weems continues to strut leading them to the dormitory. After unpacking and giving his mother and father a Solemn Goodbye, he watches the car drive down the hall and the boy stands there, and reluctantly prepares for his first day. Sitting within his dorm room he places a picture of himself and his parents on his baseball tournament win, after hitting one of the most famous home run swings, but little did he know it was the trigger for his super strength, I guess that day was tainted. His attention was suddenly cut off by the dorm door opening and he looks up to see his dorm mate. Ajax.
âOh youâre here already? Cool.â He says with an oddly slow enthusiasm. He walks over to fist bump (Y/n) who, a bit confused agrees.
âYou must be Ajax, nice to meet you.â He said as the guy nods.
âYeah I was busy with Enid, we Uh, thatâs not important I guess, nice to meet you but for your own safety we probably shouldnât look at each other.â He said, which raises the brow of (y/n).
âWhy?â
âIâm a, Gorgon.. we donât look at each other, wind up a stone statue.â
âI donât think you have to worry about that with me.â (Y/n) responds trying to jest.
âSo, what powers do you have? Most in Nevermore got some freaky stuff about em.â
(Y/n) looks a bit worried but slowly builds up the courage to tell him. âIâm.. an alien.â (Y/n) said, and Ajax just stares at him for what seems to be forever.
âLike, E.T?â
ââŚNo?â
âAww.. anyway itâs, been cool. Iâll show you around tomorrow if thatâs cool.â
âYeah, thatâd be cool.â (Y/n) responds and smiles, trying to make the best out of this situation. âNice, I gotta head back out for some club stuff, be seeing you roomie.â Ajax says before heading back out, (Y/n) sits there and ponders more about his situation. Being sent to a new school, finding out you have powers beyond even what most monsters have, itâs a lot to take in. Itâs best to sleep on it, hoping tomorrow brings better insight.
The next morning, Ajax was giving (Y/n) the causal Nevermore Tour. They enter the large social area, and (Y/n) sees the various groups, teams, and cliques.
âSee, you got vampires, Werwolves, Ghosts, Sirens, and a few small ones like gorgons.â Ajax explains, (Y/n) notices a blonde haired girl who giggles and waves at Ajax.
âWhoâs that?â He asks.
âEnid, Sheâs a Werewolf.â Ajax explains, but also has this sheepishly happy smile when he looks at her, (Y/n)âs eyes slowly scan the girl next to Enid, who stood out like a very sore and bleeding thumb. All black, dark hair, piercing eyes.
âAnd the girl next to her?â
âOh thatâs Uh.. Wednesday Addams. Total terror, best to stray from her.â Ajax says, and (Y/n) nods.
âUh, Yeah.. i guess. Sheâs a bit scary..â you admit.
âThatâs funny coming from a guy who says he can shoot lasers out of his eyes.â Ajax says smirking, unfortunately for him, Classes began and (Y/n) checked his schedule, and his first class was Mrs Thornhills Chemistry. Making his way there he chose not to mingle with anyone, keeping to himself mostly. Entering the class he notices the almost full seats, and Mrs Thornhill at the head of the class.
âAh. Mr Kent, The Next Transfer, our class is slightly packed so, youâll be seated next to.. Ah the other Transfer, Miss Addams.â Thornhill says, much to the shock and slight anxiety of (Y/n) he cautiously walks to the seat and sits down, feeling the intense tension in the air at this seat, he turns and tries to introduce himself to the jet black raven sitting next to him.
âUh Hey, im (Y/n) Kent, Even though She already said thatâŚâ he says, realizing how dumb he just sounded. She turns her head slightly in his direction.
âWednesday Addams.â She responds calmly and with meticulous detail. And she just turns her head back, completely different ignoring him now, he sighs and also looks forward a bit sad. His attempt to make a friend was a total failure.
Night Falls on Nevermore and as usual (Y/n) was sitting on the edge of the bed, and Ajax was gone for some âClub Activitiesâ. (Y/n) waited until he was Sure Ajax was gone, he then walked to the window and opened it, the warm air sky filled his nostrils. He takes a running start and leaps out the window head first, suddenly his body halted in the air and he chuckles, and begins to fly, soaring though the air and around Nevermore, letting the dreary landscape be his ariel teacher, the wind blowing in his hair, the pressure against his skin all felt so, surreal. His travels along the sky were halted by music playing so perfectly, it was a melodramatic version of paint it black, and the chords, the strings were so enthralling that he had to see who was playing that, his attention turns to the large window clock tower like room and he slowly descended to the origin of the sound. And he was met to Wednesday Addams, playing. He couldnât resist listening, and just watching her as sheâs lost in the music. She finishes and lower her string, her eyes slowly look up to (Y/n), levitating before her, the two lock eyes finally and they stare at each other, (Y/n) in Amazement of her music skills, and her clandestine beauty, and Wednesday in Amazement of his abilities to fly, and his almost shocking appearance. The two stare for what seems to be forever, perhaps not wanting to spoil the moment, or..
Having ulterior motives.

Would you ever do Wednesday x Enid? (If not x fem reader is fine)
maybe a sickfic where Wednesday notices that her gf is sneezing alot during class and is sniffly so after class Wednesday intervenes and discovers that her gf is sick so she calls out of the rest of the days classes and forces her gf to go back to bed where she can be looked after
Sick
Pairing: Wednesday x femreader
Wordcount: 600
Warnings: none
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Y/n tell me, what are the dangers of this plant?" Of course, out of all the people in class she chose you.
"They're poisonous for- achoo!" You quickly wiped your nose, "They're poisonous for animals that- achoo!" It seemed like the more you talked the more you sneezed.
Ms. Thornhill shook her head, "Anyone else?"
You tried your best to take notes but it wasn't working out with all the snot running down your nose every 3 seconds of not blowing your nose.
You figured you could use Wednesday's notes. Hers were neater anyway.
Wednesday who was sitting beside you finally spoke after observing you for the past 30 minutes. You totally forgot she was even sitting next to you.
"You're sick," Wednesday stated as if you didn't know that yet. "No really?" Your sarcasm got the best of you for a moment. And that was it.
Usually, you're more talkative but today was just not your day. You fell out of bed, missed breakfast and you looked like a zombie that just crawled out of its grave all thanks to your roommate's loud snoring.
The only thing you said to each other during class. When the bell rang you gathered your stuff and started making your way to your next class with Wednesday walking next to you.
When you sneezed again Wednesday stopped walking and held your wrist, "You look like you're about to be offered to the gods, you have to go back to bed." She started walking in the opposite direction and you followed lazily.
"But I don't wanna be all aloneee." Since Wednesday was showing you her soft spot for once, you wanted to take advantage of it.
"Who said you're going to be alone?" You halted your movements, and let a big grin slip onto your face before it immediately changed into annoyance when you were on the verge of sneezing again but it just wouldn't come out.
"Ughhh." You groaned and stomped after Wednesday.
After a few minutes of trudging up the stairs, you arrived at Wednesday's dorm room. You entered and almost instantly collapsed on Wednesday's soft bed.
You dove under the covers and watched as Wednesday put both of your bookbags on the side. "Wednesday, I have a headache." You complained and pulled the blanket over your head.
You heard footsteps coming your way and then the blanket was pulled down, uncovering your face. Wednesday placed the back of her hand against your forehead, "You're burning up."
"Is that your way of calling me hot?" Your smirk and comment were ignored by Wednesday which made you chuckle.
"Stay here, I'll be back in a moment." She left the room and you were by yourself for about 5 minutes before she came back with a wet cloth in hand.
She pulled her desk chair to the side of her bed and sat on it, pressing the cloth to your forehead. You exhaled in relief when it touched your skin.
"Go to sleep, I'll make sure we have the rest of the week off, don't worry." You smiled at her gratefully.
She threatened you very often but when something actually happened, she would stay by your side until it was over. Even if it's just a cold, like now.
You felt the sleepiness overtaking you so you quickly used the last of your consciousness to take ahold of Wednesday's hand, slightly squeezing.
When Wednesday was sure you were asleep she left a loving peck on your cheek, "Get well soon, Y/n."

Misfortune - Older!Nat x Reader (epiphany au one-shot)
summary: a few minor inconveniences cause you to feel overwhelmed, thankfully natasha is great at comforting you
Cold sheets.
The worst bad omen of them all.
You knew your day was ruined as soon as you woke up and Natasha wasn't lying in bed with you. "Tasha?" you grumbled as you trudged down the stairs, blanket draped over your shoulders.
"Morning, detka," your wife sat at the kitchen island, typing intensely on her laptop. "What are you doing?" you asked her curiously.
She turned her screen around to show you, she was attempting to create an instagram account. Laughing, you began to make breakfast for the two of you, pancakes being the only thing within your skill set.
Nevertheless, Natasha was appreciative and you received many, many kisses for your hard work.
"Come back to bed," you whined, leaning your head on her shoulder. "I'm sorry, malysh. I have to go run some errands today," she wrapped an arm around you, giving you an apologetic squeeze.
Sighing, you went back upstairs, getting ready for the day. Last night, you had made plans with Wanda to meet up at the compound. It had been ages since you'd seen any of the avengers, so to say you were excited would be an understatement.
Just as you slipped on your shoes, your phone rang. Wanda's name lit up your phone, "hey, Wands. What's up?" A beat of silence passed before she spoke, "Carol just came back from space, and I promised her I'd hang out with her next time she was here. I'm so sorry, we can still hang out this evening if you want?"
Your heart ached a little bit, you didn't have many friends, and the ones you did have didn't seem to have time for you, "okay, see you later." Hanging up, you sulked into the kitchen, but Natasha had already left. It seemed to be a common occurrence with Wanda, she'd always agree to make plans with you but rarely followed through on them.
A wave of sadness washed over you, your thoughts felt like they were being amplified by a huge speaker.
Kicking off your boots, you decided to head back to bed. You pulled the blankets above your head, letting your feelings take over and quiet sobs escape your throat.
"ĐнгоН?" Natasha's familiar voice helped you escape your thoughts, "what's wrong?" Sniffling, you reached out for her, letting her scoop you up in her arms and hold you like you were the most delicate, precious thing in the world, "it's just not my day today."
You felt stupid for crying over such small things, but Natasha always assured you that even tiny things can cause huge feelings and that it was okay for that to happen. "I'm sorry, detka," she took her hoodie off, laying you down in bed with her, "how about we have that cuddle session you wanted this morning?"
Natasha took pride in her new social media account, showing you it multiple times. You couldn't help but notice she didn't have a profile picture, though. "Do you want to have matching icons?" you asked her hopefully.
"I don't know what that means, but anything for my pretty girl," she handed you her phone, letting you change her profile photo to Wednesday and you had one of Enid.
"Look, now we're just like them," you grinned, looking up at her. "Whatever floats your boat, darling," she chuckled.
The next day Wanda texted you about how she was sorry that she forgot about your later plans and that she had accidentally fallen asleep. You assured her it was fine, but in reality you'd had enough of her antics.
Fans of the avengers went crazy when they found out Natasha was now on instagram. She posted photos of you on her story constantly, usually without asking. Of course, you got her back for it. You always did.

"A Girl and a Ghost"
Written by: "Fun But Shy Girl" and "DrDoom2006"
Inside of a large bank, several men were carrying barrels of money bags into a large truck sitting outside the bank. As the men loaded their bags into the truck, the shortest of the men said, "Hey, are you sure we ain't gonna get into any trouble for taking all this money?" The largest man chuckled, and then said, "Come on. The rich have gotten so rich, they don't even know what to do with their money anymore. Plus, the boss needs to raise capital for his big plans. Now lets hop in Freddy's car, while Charlie takes this truck to the warehouse." The large man then turned his head... and suddenly realized several men were laying on the ground around him knocked out. The short man looked scared as he said, "I told you we were gonna get in trouble for taking all this money! I told you!" The large man then took out a taser as he yelled, "Okay, who's trying to play vigilante!? Show yourself!"
Then suddenly swinging down from a hole in the ceiling was Ana Sinclair Addams (wearing a purple sweater, black pants, and a blue feather in her medium length hair). Ana immediately kicked the short man to the ground, and quickly got into a fist fight with the larger man. The large man tried to hit Ana with his taser, but Ana dodged every attack, and soon kicked the taser out of the man's hand. Ana then punched the large man in the chest several times, and then pushed him against the wall. The large man now began to look very scared as he said, "Who are you?" The young woman then moved her face towards the large man, made a big smirk, and with a low gravely voice - Ana excitedly said, "I'm Batman!"
Suddenly Ana heard the sound of foot steps running up some nearby stairs. Ana then pushed the large man down, and then ran up the stairs herself as she yelled, "Like hell you're getting away!" Ana then quickly rushed up the stairs, and soon ran through a door that took her to the roof of the bank. Ana quickly saw a teenage boy with spiky blonde hair running from her as she yelled, "Stop right there!" The teenage boy then turned to look at Ana as he said, "Anarchy Sinclair Addams. So... we meet again... for the last time!" Ana glared forward, realizing who the boy was, as she said, "DJ. I should've known." The teenage boy began to shake a fist as he angerly yelled, "My name is Duncan J Folkwin the 3rd, and this time you won't stop me my long time arch nemesis!" Ana looked confused as she said, "Long time arch nemesis!? Dude, we've like encountered each other only a handful of times. I've honestly spent more daytime hours interacting directly with a dark alternate universe version of my mother than you."
The teenage boy: Duncan began to look more angry as he said, "It matters not! You destroyed my life when you had the closest member of my family leave me!" Ana looked confused as she said, "Are you talking about your cat, Princess Snuggles? I heard you weren't taking enough care of her, and so your parents sent her to go live with your cousin Kaitlyn." Duncan began to look more angry as he took out a sword while yelling, "It matters not! She became the mate to your cat, and so now I am raising funds to create a death laser that will allow me to seek vengeance on both you... and the entire world!" Then Duncan ran at Ana with a sword out. Ana quickly took out her own sword, and quickly began to fight back against Duncan as she said, "Dude. Having your cat taken from you has really screwed with your head! Maybe you should volunteer at an animal shelter or something like that." Then as Duncan swung his sword at Ana, he angerly yelled, "Will you just shut up!?"
However Ana simply dodged and deflected all of Duncan's attacks as she excitedly said, "Or you could take a fun night class in how do people's hair like I did. I even learned how to give myself a cool hair extension with a feather attached to it. Do you see it? My cool lucky feather in my hair makes me look so awesome now! I could even teach you to do the same thing with your hair if you want. What do you say to that?" Then Duncan moved his body fast while yelling, "Arrrrgh!" Ana was just barely able to dodge Duncan's next sword attack at her... however Duncan's sword was able to cut off the feather that was attached to Ana's hair. As the feather hit the ground, Ana looked down at the feather horrified as a smirking Duncan said, "That's what I think of your stupid lucky feather. Now what do you say to that?" Ana suddenly looked very angry as she pointed her sword at Duncan... and then with a deep Spanish accent, Ana loudly proclaimed: "My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my feather. Prepare to die!" Then Ana ran at Duncan with her sword out. Again the two teenagers clashed at one another back and forth... however after several minutes of clashing, Duncan was finally able to kick Ana's sword out of her hand.
Ana was now without a weapon as she stood near the edge of the building's roof. A smiling Duncan pointed his sword forward as he said, "Do you give up?" Ana looked behind her for a moment... and then looked at Duncan with a big smile on her face. Then Ana leaned back... and had herself fall off the roof. Duncan stood confused for a moment, uncertain of how to react. But then... Duncan saw Ana slowly begin to appear once again as her body was now floating up into the air. Duncan looked very confused and angry as he said, "What witchcraft is this!?" Then Ana smirked as her body began to float over Duncan... and then suddenly Ana began falling towards Duncan with her feet out. As she landed, Ana kicked Duncan hard to the ground. Duncan then lay on the ground very hurt as Ana jumped several feet away from him, just so she could get a good look at his bruised body. While looking up at Ana, Duncan looked very confused as he said, "What the!? How did..."
Then suddenly appearing next to Ana was a ghostly glowing teenage boy smiling. Duncan began to look very scared as he said, "Who are you!?" Ana crossed her arms, smirked, and then said, "Duncan... allow me to introduce you to my new best friend: Gerard." Gerard smirked as he said, "Hi. I'm a ghost. Don't worry. I can't send you to hell or anything like that. But my spirit can create a wind that can gently move people, and I have possession powers that can control individuals for a short period of time. I can't make people do anything serious they don't want to do... but it's very easy to control people filled with tons of guilt... which is why it is going to be so easy to convince you to call the police on yourself." Duncan looked very nervous as he found his hands beginning to start a call on his phone. Tears appeared in Duncan's eyes as he began walk down the nearby stairs while saying, "Hello? Police... I need to report a crime I've committed."
Meanwhile on the roof top, Ana and Gerard began to glance at one another... and then they began to giggle. Gerard looked very impressed he said, "Wow Ana. You were awesome just now. Although you were kind of pushing your luck when you jumped off the roof like that." Ana made a big smile as she said, "Well... I just knew you'd be there to catch me." Gerard made a warm smile as he said, "Thanks. By the way... did you get a hair cut recently? It looks nice." Ana began to blush as she started to twirl her hair with one of her fingers while saying, "You really think so? I mean... it's not like I took a class in how do my hair, or spent five hours this morning working on this look to impress anyone." Gerard then moved his ghostly body closer to Ana as he happily said, "Well... I think you look absolutely stunning today." Ana began to giggle with a high pitched tone, and then said, "Really?"
***
Enid and Wednesday Addams were walking through town together, as a smiling Enid said, "Mmm. What a nice day to talk a walk. Thanks for coming out with me Wens. Although isn't this usually your part of the day you try to dedicate to your writing?" Wednesday made a little sigh, and then said, "You are indeed correct. However I have found myself hitting what many would call writer's block. My ongoing book series of teenage detective Viper de la Muerte became quite popular after she married her high school roommate, and then bore two twin children. However now that Viper's children are older than she was when my series began, I fear now that by continuing to age the characters and have them evolve: Viper will become too far removed from who she was originally was. However I could begin to focus my series more on Viper's children... but I'm afraid I will lose my readership if I begin to focus greatly on characters that weren't part of the original canon."
Enid made a small smile as she said, "So basically you don't know where your series is going, or what you should focus on. Well... how about just wing it? Take it one chapter at a time, see how the readers react to everything, and just slowly and carefully move the ongoing narrative along with whatever feels right in the moment, while working at your own pace." Wednesday looked a bit worried as she said, "Do you think the readers will accept a series that is beginning to reach a point that is now without any clear direction of the future? My uncertainty could lead to long delays in new stories being published going forward." Enid shrugged, and then said, "You have a pretty dedicated group of readers Wednesday. I'm sure they'll be patient as you take a little more time to come up with new stories. Although once Netflix comes out with Viper de la Muerte Season 2; I'm sure the fan excitement for that show will inspire a lot more creativity out of you."
Suddenly Wednesday and Enid saw up ahead near the local bank was Ana talking to the police. Wednesday and Enid rushed over to the scene, as a concerned Enid said, "Ana, are you okay?" A female police officer looked at the two older women as she said, "Okay? Ma'am, your daughter just single-handedly defeated an entire criminal organization trying to rob this bank. She also exposed a plan they had for world domination. You know, everyone at the department keeps saying your girl here is like Kim Possible... because she can do anything." Then Wednesday crossed her arms as she said, "Anything except turn her homework in on time." Ana rolled her eyes as she said, "Come on. I've been busy lately." Wednesday then glared at Ana as she said, "I gave you a month to turn in a one page paper on the history of any style of martial art you chose." Ana rolled her eyes as she said, "Oh, come on mother. That's so much work!"
Then as the police began to leave, a curious Enid asked, "So... did you really stop a whole bunch of criminals on your own?" Ana then looked up, and made a big smile as she said, "Well... I might have had a little help... from someone who thinks I look stunning." As Ana's smile began to grow, she also began to let out a giggle. Wednesday looked confused as she said, "Ana, are you giggling?" Ana began to giggle louder as she said, "Well... yeah." Enid also looked confused as she said, "Why are you giggling?" Ana began to laugh hysterically for a moment, and then said, "I don't know." Then Ana began to walk away from her mothers with a big smile on her face... and then began to skip down the sidewalk as she hummed to herself.
As Wednesday and Enid watched this, a still confused Enid asked, "Should we be worried?" Then Wednesday looked at Enid with an emotionless face as she said, "I'm worried any time a member of this family begins to giggle and laugh uncontrollably... however I've been married to you for over 18 years now, so it's something I've become unfazed by at this point." Enid looked concerned as she said, "I don't giggle and laugh uncontrollably." Wednesday glanced to her right as she said, "Look at the mother dog with her puppies over there." Enid then looked to the right, and began to giggle and laugh uncontrollably as she said, "OMG! Those puppies are so cute!" Then as Enid rushed towards a group of puppies nearby, Wednesday rolled her eyes and sighed.
***
As the sun slowly began to set, Ana sat on top of a mountain; while Gerard in his ghostly form was floating near Ana. As Ana looked a bit frustrated, she said, "So I have to still complete one more semester at Nevermore Academy in order to graduate. Do you know freaking messed up it feels to have a twin sister who is already starting college, while I'm still at the academy!? Everyone keeps asking me if Harmony graduated early, or if I got held back!? Uggh! The thing is, the only reason I skipped classes so much was to do some some freelance bounty hunter work taking down a dozen or so terrorists. I mean, okay, so I also skipped a few hundred or so classes because me and Stormageddon the Conqueror were try to track down the Trix Rabbit, and take back our breakfast cereal. But in the end, we taught that silly rabbit that kicks are for ribs! So it was totally worth it! Of course, then..." Then Ana stopped talking as she turned to look right at a smiling Gerard. Ana then began to blush, and smiled as she said, "I'm sorry I've been doing all the talking." Gerard made a warm smile as he said, "It's okay. I like listening to you talk." Ana's cheeks began to blush even brighter, as she made a warm smile while saying, "I like it when you let me talk."
Ana and Gerard then turned their heads and began to silently watch the sun set together for several moments. Then Ana turned to look at Gerard again as she said, "So have you been checking up on your other friends and family?" Gerard made a long sigh, and then said, "Well... ghosts apparently can't float at super speed, so it takes awhile to travel. However... yeah. During the week of your sister's wedding, I went to go see my parents... but I couldn't show myself to them. They still look a bit shaken up by my death... but they're doing better now. However... it's for the best they don't know I became a ghost." A curious Ana then asked, "Is that why you always choose to disappear right when the cops show up after all our missions together?" Gerard nodded his head, and then said, "Yeah. I don't need word to get out to anyone, especially my parents, that I'm still on Earth as a ghost. Also, my mom worried about me a lot when I was alive. Do you know much anxiety it would give her to learn I'm now existing on a spiritual plane she has no control of? Still... there are so many days where I wish I could just touch her and hug her again. I mean.. I wish I could touch and hug everyone I love again. However... that's just something ghost can't do." Gerard titled his head down as Ana looked at him with concern.
Eventually Ana stood up, and then said, "Well... I should be heading home." Gerard then floated towards Ana as he said, "You wanna hike down... or take the fun way?" Ana smirked and then ran very fast... and jumped off a nearby mountain cliff. Gerard then moved his ghostly form under Ana, and used the wind from his spirit to cause Ana to float in the air near him. Soon Ana held her out arms out slightly as she very slowly descended to the ground (while Gerard floated in front of her). As Ana slowly floated down, she looked around as she said, "I just gotta say... being able to fly with you Gerard... has been nothing short of magical. There are so many days where I wish I could just fly and float through anything I want like you do." A surprised Gerard then said, "Really?" Ana quickly nodded her head. Soon, the two reached the ground. The two silently looked into each other's eyes for a moment... and then Ana said, "Thank you for spending your day with me Gerard... and also for stopping those bad guys with me... and for that fun ride down the mountain... and for always listening to me." Gerard smiled at Ana as he said, "Well thank you, for making me feel more alive as a ghost, than I ever did as a mortal human. Sleep well Ana." Then Gerard floated up into the air... and then slowly flew away... as a happy blushing Ana stood still for a moment just watching him.

In the Nevermore Academy library, Ana's cat was carefully reading a book; gently using his paws to turn the pages as he intently looked at the words before him. Then suddenly Ana walked into the library with a big smile on her face. Ana's cat turned to look Ana curiously, while a grinning Ana closed her eyes, and then slowly spun around the wide open library as she sang, "So this is love. Mmm, hmm, hmmmmm. So this is love. So this is what makes life divine..." Then Ana's cat curiously said, "Rowr?" Ana suddenly looked at her cat, blushed bright red while looking embarrassed, and then said, "Stormageddon the Conqueror... how long have you been there?" Ana's cat then squinted his eyes and said, "Rowr." Ana then sat down near her cat while saying, "I was just... singing. The more important question is... what are you doing here in the library? Don't you have a litter of kittens to take care of now?"
Ana's cat then pointed to a book he was reading as he plainly said, "Rowr." Ana looked at the book as she said, "What's this? A book on parenting? Stormageddon the Conqueror, are your kittens giving you trouble already?" Ana's cat sighed, and then simply said, "Rowr." Ana looked a bit sad as she said, "Oh, I see. Your kittens call Princess Snuggles by 'mama', and they just refer to you as 'not the mama'. Well... you are at a disadvantage since you can't provide them milk. I suppose that fact typically keeps newborns closer to their birth mothers than anyone else. But your kittens will warm up to you eventually. I mean it's not like you have the kind of roadblocks I'm dealing with in my relationship right now."
Ana's cat then moved closer to Ana, looked at her curiously, and then said, "Rowr?" Ana sighed, and then said, "It's Gerard. I... I like being around him Stormageddon the Conqueror. I mean... I like being around him a lot. However... he always has to wait for me to keep up with him when we're on missions together. I can't go through walls, or casually go through locked doors like he can. Also... I can't fly in the air alongside him. He always has to carry me, so to speak. There are times where I wish I could just have the same abilities Gerard has, and be able to fly through the air alongside him, and travel into any locked room with him. If only there was some way..." Ana sat silent for a moment... but then her cat eventually said, "Rowr." Ana's eyes then lit up as she said, "Of course. This is Nevermore Academy. This place still has ancient texts that have never been digitized, that hold the secrets to all kinds of spells and transformations. Maybe I can find something here that can help me..." Then Ana quickly began looking through books in the library.

Gerard slowly floated through the evening night sky while invisible. As Gerard floated through town, he saw a young adult couple walking through town. The young man and woman were holding hands while smiling. The two then stopped at an apartment building. The young man and woman then hugged one another and gave each other a quick kiss on the lips. Gerard watched the entire scene with sadness in his ghostly eyes. Gerard then closed his eyes for a moment... and then said to himself, "There has to be a way." Then Gerard began to fly away towards a local public library.

Ana walked into a dark cave by herself as she said, "This is it. Other people have spent years trying to find this place... but they didn't have the strong will I did. Now hopefully... I'll find the special item I'm looking for." As Ana walked into the cave, the webs all around made it clear that nobody had been there for a very long time. As she expected: there was a stone bridge, three pillars on each side showed that at some point it had ropes to make it look more like a bridge. Ana knelt and took a rope from her backpack. Ana took a deep breath... and then said to herself, "If I can find the lost gem those ancient texts I found talked about... then soon I'll be able to find a way to give myself ghost like abilities, and finally be more like Gerard." Ana then tied the rope to one of the pillars and began to lower herself. As Ana lowered herself down, she continued to talk to herself: "And to think they used to throw princesses here for a dragon to eat them⌠all based on lies⌠the nerve of some PEEEEEEEOOOPLEEEEEE..."
Unfortunately for Ana, the old rocks gave way, and she found herself falling until her body hit the rocks below. When she opened her eyes, Ana felt pain all over her body, and as she sat: she felt dizzy, and said, "Darn⌠rocks⌠okay⌠this is not the first time I fell inside a cave." Ana felt a sharp pain as she stood up... and then fell back down while saying, "Well this is the first time I almost broke my ankle. Come on Ana⌠you have been through worse⌠like that seventh grade math class you were forced to take. God, that teacher was so boring." Resisting the pain, Ana got up and began to walk around. It didn't take long for her to find herself inside a large room. Soon, Ana could feel the smell of sulfur and ashes all around her. Ana then softly said to herself, "Something burned here, that's definite⌠but it doesn't mean it was a dragonâŚ"
After walking into more caves for more than half an hour, Ana decided it was time to stop. Taking a bottle of water and an apple from her backpack, she decided to make a pause while saying, "No dragon⌠no treasure⌠this is looking more and more like a waste of timeâŚ" But as she walked into another cave, Ana's eyes opened wide as she saw what seemed to be the statue of three little dragons made of what seemed to be a mix of gold and stone. Ana looked excited as she said, "It can't be⌠the legend of the three princesses⌠then⌠it is⌠real⌠all of it⌠But then this meansâŚ"
Suddenly Ana felt the ground moving around her. She quickly looked angry as she said, "Oh, you have to be kidding me..." Moving as fast as she could, Ana entered another passage but to her dismay it was so slippery that she slid until she fell through an opening. Ana was able to get a hold of an opening; but as she began to crawl up, she realized her mistake. Ana screamed as she felt a claw closing brutally on her waist pushing her out and then pulling her inside. Ana crashed mercilessly against the stone floor and glared at the bright red eyes of a large monstrous spider before her. Ana then yelled, "Forget it! I won't end up here as the lunch of a sand spider⌠and certainly not one on steroidsâŚ" Ana began to crawl back to the hole where she had been pulled in... when suddenly Ana felt a piercing pain in her stomach.
Pulling a small vial out of her pocket, Ana was quick to drink the content. Ana then pulled out a small cylinder and threw it to the huge insect. The blast sent it away enough for Ana to crawl out through the same hole and made her way down holding herself from the crevices she found on the stone wall. Once safe, Ana noticed where the spider had stung her. As Ana tried to move forward, she said, "I need to get back home⌠this is not good⌠and the antidote I just took won't last foreverâŚ" Ana then rose her head as she heard a growling sound in front of her... and a mysterious voice that said, "What do we have hereâŚ"

Gerard floated into a public library while invisible. There, he saw several young adults working at some of the library computers. Gerard took a deep breath... and then floated over a young woman. Gerard then calmly said, "I'm sorry ma'am, but I have to possess you. I promise I won't hurt you, and I promise you won't remember this when you're done. However... I need you to do any research you can on how to either bring ghosts back to life... or how to at least give ghosts some ability to physically touch people." The young woman looked like she was in a trance... and then quickly began to do a lot of typing and clicking at the library computer. As the woman began her research, an intrigued Gerard began to watch what appeared on the computer screen.
***
Ana crawled back as she saw, right there and then, a huge black dragon glaring at her. The black dragon then opened its' mouth, and in a loud booming voice it said, "It's been a long time⌠since the last princess was givenâŚ" Feeling the pain increase in her stomach, Ana was still able to let out a smile as she said, "Aw yeah! A talking dragon! Man, and I thought being kidnapped by a dark alternate universe version of my mother was the most insane thing that ever happened to me! But with all that being said... sorry mister dragon; I'm not a princess." The dragon glared at Ana for a few seconds while smoke billowed out of its nostrils... and then it finally said, "Don't try to fool me; for I shall soon burn you⌠and then I shall enjoy eating you!" Holding herself from the stone wall, Ana stood up as she said, "So⌠you want to kill me⌠just for fun... without even giving me a freaking chance to fight you with a sword, or learn how to train you, or pour gold on you, or sail into a never ending story!? You are making my first encounter with an actual dragon so not cool! Man, TV just set my expectations for dragons too high!"
However in response to Ana's outburst, the dragon inhaled and his chest began to glow. Using all the strength she could muster, Ana began to run through the passage behind her just as the dragon opened his mouth and spat an inferno of flames at her. The teenage girl screamed and she tumbled to another cave, her clothes in flames. Even though she was able to roll and extinguish them, she could not avoid getting light burns on her arms and legs. Slowly Ana got up while saying, "Why do I get myself in these situationsâŚ" As Ana began to walk looking for an exit, she saw that the dark mark in her stomach continued to grow as well as the pain. Nonetheless, she climbed to another chamber where she saw several gems and gold coins among other treasures. Yet, one caught her eye. It was a round, magenta colored gem. Ana's eyes widened as she said, "Wait a minuteâŚ" With renewed strength, Ana ran to the gem and took it into her hands. With a big smile, Ana said, "It's here! Just like that book I found in the library told me! It's really real!" However Ana suddenly felt a sharp pain in her stomach again. Remembering how dangerous her situation was, Ana said, "Darn, I need to get out of here..." Placing the gem in her bag, Ana continued her way, looking for an exit to the dark cavern she was in.

In the public library, Gerard (while still in his invisible ghostly form) floated over the young woman as she was doing internet research. As Gerard look at the computer screen, he said to himself, "Come on! There's zero research on how to turn ghosts back into moral beings!? Not even from the outcast community!? Seriously; in a world where vampires and zombies and doorways to hell are a thing, no one out there has made progress in bringing life back to ghosts!? Uggh." Then suddenly the ground in the library briefly shook. Gerard immediately stopped possessing the young woman he was with, as she looked startled by the ground shaking. The young woman then stood up as she said, "Was than an earthquake!? Since when are there earthquakes in Jericho!?" Then an older librarian sitting nearby said, "Hmm. That's the first I've ever felt one too. However local legend says that the ground will shake when the legendary dragon of the mountain is awakened... but that's only just a silly story." Gerard then began to fly out of the library as he said to himself, "Hmm... but what if that's not a silly story... and if there is a dragon in some mountain nearby... I think I know the one person in this town who would be insane enough to bring themselves right up to it..."

Ana continued to run through the long dark cavern. However as she ran, she also realized that the increasing pain she was feeling was because one of her ribs was broken when the claw of the spider closed around her. Her eyes opened wide when she felt the ground rumble under her and she began to feel the heat going up. "Oh noâŚ" Ana said. She soon ran to the end of the passageway, and jumped down to another cave just when a brutal flame came out of the hole. Turning her head both ways, Ana soon saw a light ahead of her and began to run towards it... only to find that the light came from an opening above her. Ana rolled her eyes as she said, "Great⌠more climbing⌠and this freaking pain is growing more and moreâŚ" Ana then began to use all her strength to climb up the wall... only to see the light from the opening in front of her took her to the edge of a cliff overlooking the forest. Ana looked over the edge of the cliff, and saw it was an incredibly long drop down. Ana looked extremely frustrated as she said, "Are you kidding me!?"
Then suddenly the dragon re-appeared from behind Ana in the cave. As the dragon flew towards Ana, it yelled, "You have no place to go little princess! You might as well accept your fate!" Then Ana loudly yelled, "I told you! I am not a princess, and have never been a princess! Okay, so I dressed up as the non-super powered princess from Frozen last year for Halloween! But it was my sister's idea! I mean both the character and me have the name Ana for crying out loud! Plus we both have likable quirky personalities, and we both have an emotional sister with special abilities who totally isn't attracted to men! I honestly can't believe it took us years to realize me and my sister have so much in common with the Frozen princesses. But trust me, I am not a real princess!" The dragon then angerly yelled, "Stop your words of nonsense little girl! It doesn't matter whether you are a princess or not. You entered my cavern, which caused me to awaken from my long hibernation! Thus, you shall be my first meal in centuries!" Ana's eyes opened wide. She briefly looked at the steep drop on one side of her... and then looked at the dragon on the other side of her that was inhaling deeply. Ana rolled her eyes as she said, "Well⌠no time to think clearly through this one..."
Ana then immediately jumped off the cliff just as the dragon shot fire at her. Ana screamed as she felt the intense flames come incredibly close to hitting her. As Ana quickly took out the magenta colored gem she had, she held it close to her face as she said, "Come on magic gem! Make me temporarily become just like a ghost like the legends say!" However... nothing was happening to Ana other than her falling. Tears appeared in her eyes as she said, "So that part I read wasn't true! Ugggh! No, no, no! I'm sorry Harmony, and mom, and mother, and..." Then suddenly Ana felt her body stop falling. Ana looked around... and immediately saw Gerard floating right below her in his ghostly form. Realizing she was no longer in danger, exhaustion finally took over Ana's face as she said, "Gerard?" As Gerard continued to use his ghostly wind abilities to hold up Ana in the air, he said, "What was just going on Ana!? Why did I just see you jumping off a cliff!? What was that fire I saw coming out of the mountain!?" As a very tired Ana began to close her eyes, she said, "I was just trying to be more like you... like doing this..." As Ana began to pass out, a confused Gerard said, "What do you mean by this? Uggh. I guess it doesn't matter. You need to get home. I'll take you as far as the front door of your house."
***
It was 3am. The Addams Family home was in complete silence save for the usual sounds of the night. Wednesday and Enid slept peacefully in their bedroom. Yet the silence was about to be broken as thuds on the door and the subsequent sound of it being slammed open created chaos in the house. Wednesday immediately jumped to attention, and ran down the stairs. Enid quickly followed beside her with her werewolf claws out. As Wednesday took out a sword she yelled, "Stay there and say your name. Although that won't save you from the punishment of breaking into our Sancta Sanctoru..." Wednesday stopped her speech when she realized standing at the door was her daughter Ana... who could barely stand. And it was not a moment sooner as she was able to catch the body of Ana.
As Wednesday turned her around, her eyes widened as she saw that Ana's clothes were in tatters. She had burns on her arms and legs, she had only one shoe and what seemed to be the hole of a sting above her belly button. The teenager smiled weakly as she said, "Sorry⌠I⌠guess⌠I should have left that cave aloneâŚ" Horror went across Enid's face as she saw her daughter look so weak and helpless. Wednesday then glared at Enid as she said, "Prepare the basement with everything I'll need to treat her NOW!" Then as Wednesday began to carry Ana to the basement... Gerard in his invisible ghostly form slowly floated into the house... feeling sad and helpless as he looked at the injured Ana.
***
"Wens, we should take her to a hospital!" - Enid pleaded as she stood before Wednesday who was attempting to heal an injured Ana (who was laying on a table in a basement). Wednesday turned to Enid with her usual deadpan expression as she said, "If you tell me how we shall successfully explain to them the nature of the injuries Ana has suffered, then I will." Enid remained silent. Then Wednesday coldly said, "Then be of help and stop burdening me." Ana then screamed in pain as Wednesday applied a syringe to her right arm while saying, "You brought this upon yourself. Now be quiet and accept the pain." Enid glared as Wednesday began preparing a bluish cream, and then gave it to her while saying, "Put this on all her burns. Then cover them with bandage."
It was until they removed the charred clothes off the teenager that they realized the true extent of the burns she had on her arms, legs and hands. Ana screamed as she felt the cream being applied. Wednesday then prepared a beverage that she promptly gave Ana. It took a couple of seconds for Ana's eyes to slowly close. Enid looked confused as she asked, "What did you give her?" Wednesday kept her eyes fixed on Ana as she simply said, "Something my mother taught me to make. It will make her sleep and ease her pain." Enid then looked at Wednesday confused as she said, "But⌠you mean you⌠you don't want her to keep suffering? But you said..." Wednesday quickly cut Enid off as she said, "She's my daughter Enid, and I say she has been in enough pain. Now keep applying the cream. It's made of rare herbs from my mother's garden. Once applied, it will heal all her outward injuries within hours." Enid nodded and resumed her work.
While Enid continued to tend to Ana, she realized Wednesday was making what seemed to be tests with some of Ana's blood. Enid noticed this, and said, "Hey Wens..." Wednesday then cut Enid off as she said, "Not now, I need to find out what venom Ana got injected into her." Enid's eyes opened wide as she yelled, "VENOM!?" As Wednesday focused on her work, she calmly said, "The wound on her stomach. It was clearly made by some kind of sting. I need to find out what venom it was so I can give her the proper antidote. Do not fret. It will only take me a few minutes to make the right cure." While Wednesday continued to work, a saddened Enid put her hands over her heart as she said, "Oh GodâŚ"
Enid then turned her head away from Ana as she began to cry. Meanwhile Gerard (while still in his invisible ghostly form) floated into the room and looked at Ana. With sadness in his voice, Gerard whispered into Ana's ear: "I'm sorry I can't do more for you Ana. I'm sorry I can't give medicine to your body, or hold your hand, or actually punch whatever it was that attacked you. I... I feel so helpless. I feel so worthless. I... I feel like I'm not good enough for you." Then as Enid was able to bring herself to tend to Ana's wounds again, Gerard sadly floated away from Ana, and soon floated out of the house.
***
A few hours later, Wednesday and Enid were sitting by the injured Ana. Enid slowly took the bandages off Ana with an amazed face as she said, "Wow Wednesday, you weren't kidding. All her injuries look almost fully healed already." Wednesday then put her phone down as she said, "Harmony and Megan just contacted us back. They said they're on their way back here... but it will still take time before they arrive." Then Ana slowly began to open her eyes, and with a groggy voice she said, "Mom? Mother?" A smiling Enid put a hand on Ana's forehead as she said, "Just rest Ana. You're gonna be okay. Everything is just fine now." Then suddenly a loud booming voice outside the house yelled, "Show yourself girl!" Then Enid looked incredibly frustrated as she said, "Oh, come on!" Wednesday then stood up, but glared at Ana as she said, "Remain here."
Wednesday and Enid then quickly went up the stairs and stepped out of their house... only to see the large black dragon standing in front of their home. A very startled Enid yelled, "A freaking dragon!? The local legends were actually real!? Those things actually exist!?" Wednesday however just coldly glared at the dragon as she said, "What do you want creature?" The dragon then angerly said, "I have been without a proper princess to eat for hundreds of years. I remained in hibernation until a certain girl came into my bedrock chambers. She dared break the sanctity of my home... so now I shall break her with my teeth!" Then Wednesday suddenly took out a sword as she said, "No one shall be consumed by you tonight beast." The dragon then angerly said, "Are you giving yourselves in her place?" Then an angry Wednesday said, "Either begone from this place... or your head will soon begone from your body."
The dragon then immediately shot fire from it's mouth. Enid quickly transformed into her werewolf form, while both she and Wednesday jumped away from the flames. Enid quickly jumped at the dragon and began to punch and scratch it many times. Wednesday similarly swung her sword at the dragon's legs, immediately causing it to bleed. The dragon roared in pain as it pushed Wednesday and Enid away. The two married women quickly glanced at each other, and then Wednesday quickly ran towards Enid. Enid immediately used her werewolf strength to throw Wednesday high into the air. Wednesday then flew over the dragon... and then gravity brought her back down towards the dragon's head with her sword out. However the dragon quickly swatted Wednesday away. Enid caught Wednesday, as the dragon angerly yelled, "No mere mortal can stop me!"
***
In the basement, Ana slowly began to sit up as she put a new set of fresh clothes. Suddenly a relieved Gerard floated into the room as he said, "Ana, you're okay!" As Ana began to slowly stand up, she said, "Yeah... but my moms aren't. I can tell by what I'm hearing that they're fighting that dragon out there. I have to help them." A worried Gerard then said, "But Ana, you can't! That dragon is too powerful! It could kill you." As Ana slowly picked up a nearby sword, she said, "Well... if it does... at least you and me will finally be together on the same plain of existence." An upset Gerard then floated right in front of Ana as he said, "Ana, don't say that! Trust me, you don't want to pass on sooner than you're meant to. Life... there is so much to enjoy about it. You remind me of that every day; because you are the most alive person I have ever met. It's one of the things I really like about you. Please... don't change that part of you for me Ana." Ana then looked surprised as she looked deep into Gerard's ghostly eyes while saying, "Seriously?" Gerard nodded his head as he looked at Ana with concern and affection. Ana continued to look deep into Gerard's eyes for another moment... and then she slowly look more energized as she said, "Well okay then."
***
Outside the house: Wednesday and Enid continued to try attacking the dragon, but the dragon kept fighting back against them. The dragon then boastfully yelled, "No mere mortal can stop me: Frederick the Destroyer!" Suddenly Ana could be heard laughing hysterically. Everyone turned their heads, and saw Ana stepping out of the house smiling as she said, "Fred!? Your name is Fred!? You're an ancient creature that lives in a cavern of bedrock, and your name is Fred!? Tell me, is your catchphrase: Yaba-daba-doom!?" Then the dragon angerly glared at Ana as he said, "Prepare to die girl!" Then as Ana revealed she was wearing special gloves with sharp claws attached to them, the teenage girl smirked as she said, "A day may come when the courage of the insane fails... but it is not this day!"
Ana then ran straight at the dragon with her metallic make-shift claws attached to her gloves. Wednesday and Enid then ran at the dragon from it's two sides as they attempted to distract it. Ana quickly used the claws attached to her gloves to slash at the dragon's legs. The dragon screamed in pain as it slowly began to fall. Wednesday meanwhile made more slashes at the dragon's arms, while Enid used her claws to wound the dragon's stomach. However the dragon looked more angry as it yelled, "Enough! Prepare mortals to die in the ultimate inferno!" The dragon then inhaled a great deal of air... and then its' chest began to glow very bright. Ana suddenly looked very worried as she said, "Oh God! This can't be good!"
The dragon's chest continued to glow as it looked like it was ready to shoot fire... but then everyone realized the dragon wasn't moving. A confused Enid then said, "Why hasn't it shot its' flames out?" However as Ana walked behind the dragon, only she could see Gerard was floating behind the beast. Gerard looked very exhausted, but very determined as he said, "I can't touch the girl I like. I'll never be able to kiss her, hug her, hold her, or feel any part of her. However what I can do... is use my ghostly powers to possess this dragon long enough to save the person that means everything to me!" A few tears appeared in Ana's eyes as she looked up at Gerard with amazement. Then Ana turned her head and yelled, "Quick! Deliver the killing blow mother!" Wednesday then gripped her sword as she said, "Gladly."
Then Enid once again used her werewolf strength to toss Wednesday in the air. Wednesday then flew up... and then came down at the frozen dragon with her sword out. Then with one strong swipe... Wednesday instantly cut through the dragon's neck, and had its' head fall off its' body. Blood covered much of Wednesday's body as Enid caught her. Enid looked relieved as she said, "Finally, the nightmare is over." Ana meanwhile looked very tired as she walked over to her mothers while saying, "Yep. The nightmare is over... and now... I think it's time to dream." Ana then slowly began to fall to the ground. Wednesday quickly jumped out of Enid's arms, and then caught Ana with her own hands. Wednesday then glanced at Enid as she said, "I'll get Ana to her room, and make sure her body is fully healed. You better contact the sheriff about cleaning up this mess." As Enid slowly transformed back into human form, she sarcastically said, "Oh yeah. I'm sure the police department is gonna have fun cleaning up a dragon. At least this place won't reek of seafood like after that incident years ago with the sea serpent..."
***
The next morning: a fully clothed Ana slowly opened her eyes as she laid on her bed in her bedroom. Ana then turned her head and saw Gerard floating near her. Ana made a happy smile as she said, "Hey." Gerard however could only make a brief small smirk as he said, "Hey. How you feeling?" As Ana slowly sat up, she said, "I'll survive... thanks to you. Gerard... thank you for saving me last night." Gerard however looked upset as he said, "I... I wish I could've done more. I wish I could've punched that thing attacking you. I wish I could have shielded you with a body that has a physical form." Ana meanwhile began to look guilty as she said, "No. It's my fault. The dragon only came after me because I stumbled into its' cavern it lived in... and I wouldn't have gone into that cavern if I wasn't looking for this gem I found." A confused Gerard then asked, "Why were you looking for a gem in some caves hiding in the local mountain?"
Ana made a sigh, and then said, "Well... the gem I found in that cavern... I took it because... legend says it's supposed to allow whoever holds it the ability to touch ghosts, and be able to temporarily become like a spirit that flies through air and goes through walls." Gerard's eyes widened as he said, "Seriously? That is what you were trying to do last night!?" Ana looked a bit guilty as she said, "Yeah." Gerard sighed too, and then said, "Well... to be honest... last night I tried doing my own research on how I could find a way to touch you, or even be mortal again... but that led to nothing." Ana looked down as she said, "Yeah, and I wound up with nothing too. It turns out that legend of the gem really was just a legend. The gem had no powers. So it looks like neither of us was able to change ourselves for the other."
Gerard however began to look confused as he said, "But Ana... why would you want to change anything about yourself? You're already amazing just the way you are." Ana however also looked confused as she said, "Maybe, but what I really wanted last night was to be like you. I wanted to fly, go through walls, and finally have the ability to be a spirit like you. I mean you can do so many amazing things as a ghost Gerard! You can stop bad people from doing bad things with your possession powers. You can float through walls and help expose crimes. You're like a Super Hero Spirit!" Gerard however had pain in his eyes while he said, "Ana... you don't want to be a spirit like me. I can't feel the sensation of eating or drinking or even sleeping anymore. I just... exist all the time. Even when I use my wind abilities to lift things up, I still can't feel myself touching anyone or anything. Do you know how badly I just want to find a way to finally touch you!?" A few tears then appeared in Ana's eyes as she said, "I know... because when I was really hurt last night... a part of me actually wanted to pass on... because then I could finally be a ghost with you."
Gerard then moved his ghostly face upwards slightly as he said, "Ana... I meant what I told you last night. You are the most alive person I have ever met. It's your most attractive quality. Don't purposefully change that for me Ana... ever!" With a small smile on her face, Ana then stood up as she said, "And I don't want you change anything about yourself either Gerard... because I like you just the way you are. I mean... I really, really like you." With a happy look on his ghostly face, a smiling Gerard said, "Well... I really, really like you too Ana." A look of complete happiness went across Ana's face as she said, "Wow." However a small look of worry went across Gerard's face as he said, "But... how could this work? We can never touch each other. I could never... pleasure your body. We won't be able to have kids. I mean would it even be possible for us to..."
But then Ana quickly put a hand up as she interrupted Gerard and said, "Stop thinking about what isn't possible Gerard, and start thinking about what is. I mean... we live in an angry world now where people constantly complain about all the things other people cannot do. However rather than waste my time focusing on what someone isn't capable of... I instead focus on what someone is capable of... and Gerard, you are capable of understanding me, caring for me, and appreciating me in a way no one else can. So if you're willing to see if this can work... just know I am all in." Gerard floated in the air silently for a moment... and then he slowly floated behind Ana as he calmly said, "You know this isn't going to be easy." Ana then smirked as she closed her eyes and said, "Hey. If Casper and Christina Ricci could make it work... I think we'll have no problem." Gerard then laughed for a moment as he had his ghostly arms go around Ana's body... but as always, his ghostly hands were unable to touch Ana. However after keeping his arms around Ana for just a few seconds, Ana (with her eyes still closed) smiled. Seeing that Ana was smiling, Gerard smiled too. Both teenagers remained exactly where they were, unable to come into physical contact one another... and yet Ana's heart deep down... felt deeply touched.

EPILOGUE:
In the family kitchen: Wednesday and Enid sat at a table, while sitting across from them was Harmony and Megan. As everyone was sharing a meal together, a relieved Harmony said, "Well I'm glad to hear Ana is okay. I hope she wakes up before we have to head back to school." Enid smiled as she said, "Well... thank you for sacrificing your time to check up on her. How is college life going anyway?" A happy Megan then said, "Well... the two of us already getting straight A's. Classes are still tough at times though... but it looks like we're going to manage."
Wednesday then raised one eyebrow as she said, "Naturally. You're both Addams now. The world would expect nothing less. However... if you achieve less... you will receive a fierce vengeance from me for tainting our family name." Megan chuckled for a moment as she said, "Nice one Mrs Addams." However as Megan looked into Wednesday's eyes... she saw Wednesday's face looked very angry. Megan then began to look very nervous as she turned to Harmony and said, "Is she being serious?" Harmony meanwhile looked a bit nervous herself as she said, "There are some things you don't want to test in life."
Suddenly a smiling Ana walked into the kitchen as she said, "Hey everyone!" A happy Harmony jumped up, and immediately hugged Ana as she said, "Ana, you're okay! I'm so glad! We left school as soon as we heard you were hurt." A smiling Ana hugged Harmony back as she said, "Thanks sis. But I'm okay... and actually, I have some big news." Harmony then sat back down as she said, "Really? What is it?" As Ana began to look very excited, she put her hands behind her back while saying, "Well... I know it seems like I've been hiding an important part of my life from you all for awhile. However... I'm finally ready to put the truth completely out there. So... here it is." Then suddenly Gerard in his ghostly form quickly flew into the room, and floated next to Ana.
Upon seeing Gerard: Enid, Harmony, and Megan immediately screamed in fear. A panicked Enid then yelled, "Is that some demon spirit!?" Then a freaked out Harmony yelled, "Is that a creepy ghost!?" Then a scared Megan yelled, "Is that something I have to call my grandfather about!?" Then an intrigued Wednesday raised one eyebrow as she said, "Is it my birthday already? I've always wanted a home that was haunted." However a very happy and excited Ana simply said, "Everyone... this is my new boyfriend Gerard. Gerard, this is my family." Gerard meanwhile looked very nervous as he waved his ghostly hand while saying, "Um... hi everyone..."
TO BE CONTINUED...
*Author's Note - Thank you to everyone for supporting me these last thirteen weeks I have posted the last ten chapters of this series (along with the three chapters of my Gomez and Morticia series). These last several stories are some of my proudest works yet, and I couldn't have done it without help from several people I want to shout out to. First, thank you to "DrDoom2006" for being a good friend and fun writing partner on this chapter and several others we worked on. Also, shout out to "Shadow From the Past" for helping me with another recent chapter, and inspiring/recommending several creative choices in this series. And finally, thank you to "Annie the Artsy Artist" for her art she has provided in recent chapters, and ESPECIALLY big thanks to "Emeriart" for making some of the most beautiful "cover pictures" to several of my chapters (including this one).
However, the time has come to take a break from this series. Not a permanent break... but an indefinite break; as I am now out of ideas, and also hitting a bit of burnout. However this feeling occurred to me last Fall as well, only for my first break from this series to be followed by a wonderful comeback. So I expect to make new chapters in this series at some point... but I can't tell you when that will happen. The wait may be short, the wait may be long... or it may extend to around the time Wednesday Season 2 premiers. However my hope was that by ending this chapter on a cliffhanger, it will allow people to have the sense that there is indeed unfinished business here that will indeed be resolved at some point. Simply think of this chapter as a "season finale". The next "season" will come at some point... I just can't tell you when. But until we meet again... thanks for allowing the stories of my world to regularly be a part of yours...

VampRavenWolf prompt: big Wednesday going into little space at the possible worst time and Enid and Yoko scramble at what to do?
Bad Timing
This story was inspired by @caitlynskitten , @rachelsfav-queer , and @stirthewaters
It was nearing the end of November the air was cold and the sun was out with few clouds in the sky. Enid was of the opinion that now would be the perfect time for her and Yoko to do some Christmas shopping for their girlfriend. Enid had already taken Wednesday out last week to buy Yokoâs presents and Yoko had also brought their little raven out to get Enid her presents. All that was left was for wolf and vampire to do some Christmas shopping for Wednesday. Which meant Wednesday got to spend the day with her Auntie Bianca. Tho the little storm cloud was not little at the moment she still enjoyed hanging out with the siren, much more that she ever thought she would, plus the small seer didnât enjoy being away from Yoko and Enid very much, however being with Bianca did make the time away much more bearable.
As Wednesday was putting the hair tie on her second braid she heard a knock on the door. Before she could get up to answer the door Enid was already opening the door to reveal the beautiful siren standing behind it. âYou ready to go, I thought we could head into Jericho do some shopping and get lunch before coming back and hanging out here until your mommy and daddy get backâ Bianca said
Wednesday gave a slight nod before standing up to make her way out the door, but not before putting raven safely in her bag to bring on her adventures, and also saying bye to Yoko and Enid. Wednesday gave them both a hug and a kiss, before asking them to not be gone too long because their little raven would miss them to much. â we wonât be gone long baby, but mommy and daddy need to get your Christmas presents without you being thereâ Yoko said. âAnd if you need us just ask Auntie Bianca to call us, we love you so much and weâll see you soonâ Enid said giving the shorter girl one last tight hug. With that Wednesday and Bianca were on their way into town leaving Yoko and Enid to finish getting ready before they would take Yokoâs car to the next town over to do their shopping to avoid running into their little one and spoiling any surprises they had for her.
After a brisk walk in the chilly air they had made it into town. âSo tiny where do you want to go first?â Bianca asked the dark girl who was glaring at her due to the nickname she had been given, all those she did secretly like it or at least the little part of her did. â First letâs go to the weathervane I need my daily cup of coffeeâ Wednesday replied.
The two made their way over to the quiet little coffee shop, and opened the door with every intention of approaching the counter to order. As they began making their way to the counter Wednesday had caught sight of the barista that looked too much like Tyler from the back. Wednesday was becoming very uneasy but was trying not to let it show, but it seemed that her body had different plans as she began to hyperventilate before making a quick exit to the restroom or the back of the cafe. Bianca was taken aback by how quick all that had gone down. With her mind catching up to the events that just took place she quickly made her way over to the single person family restroom that she had seen the little raven run into. She had tried the handle only to find the door locked. âWednesday can you let me inâ Bianca said in a much gentler voice that she usually reserves for when the Wednesday was little. She then hears a click alerting her that the door had unlocked. The siren then made her way into the bathroom to find Wednesday curled up in a ball with tears running down her face, as she rocked back and forth in an attempt to soothe herself.
âShhh, whats wrong, whyâd you run away?â Questioned the siren. âHmmmmâ Wednesday loudly hummed as she cried and shook her head hitting her temple with her fist a few times. Bianca grabbed the young girls hand having her suspicions about the little ravens mental state. âCan you tell me how old you areâ the taller of the two questioned. The young girl then flew herself into her Auntie Biancaâs arms startling the bright eyed girl. Bianca than began rocking the dark girl back and forth while rubbing her back in an attempt to calm her down enough for them to leave without drawing too much attention to themselves. After about five minutes of rocking Wednesday had her thumb in her mouth and her cries were beginning to fade.
The siren didnât see how the young girl was going to make the walk back to nevermore, and decided to text Enid to see if her and Yoko could pick them up. However she couldnât go into too much detail about what had happened given that she was still in the dark about quite a few things herself. Reaching into Wednesdayâs bag she pulled out the little raven plush and handed it to the little raven in her lap. Wednesday made a slight coo at seeing her best friend before grabbing raven and clutching her close to her chest.
It was about 3 minutes before Enid had replied, luckily for the two they had not yet gotten far from nevermore when Bianca had texted and she had replied that they would be there in about ten minutes.
Bianca stayed there rocking a very little Wednesday as they waited for her mommy and daddy to show up to take them back to Nevermore. After not too long of a wait Biancaâs phone lit up with a message from Enid that read: Here. Having read that message Bianca texted Enid back to come in because she was gonna need some help getting Wednesday out of here. Soon they heard a knock on the door, âoh who do you think that is?â Bianca asked the dark bundle curled up in her arms. Bianca then let Enid in, the bright girl was excited to see her baby even though they had only been apart for about 50 minutes. âHi there little ravenâ Enid said while Wednesdayâs bangs out of the way and wiping the dried tear stains off her face. â âommyâ the small girl babbled. âOh your so small arenât youâ Enid said âokay come to mommy, letâs go home huh?, daddys waiting for you in the car, commonâ Enid said while bouncing the regressed girl in her arms. â okay baby, I need you to walk out to the car, but itâs okay mommy will be here the whole timeâ. Wednesday let out a slight whine at the news that she was being put down. The wolf then put the raven down on her feet and grabbed her hand. The three made their way out of the cafe, Enid holding a little Wednesdayâs hand and Bianca walking close behind the dark girl. They were soon out of the cafe and pulling into the car with Bianca in the front passenger seat and Enid in the back with Wednesday.
âHi my little raven, daddy missed you so muchâ Yoko said. Wednesday let out a few excited babbles staring at her daddy with wide eyes. The little raven was overjoyed to be back with her mommy and daddy where she felt safe and protected.
As the three made their way back to Nevermore they had a soft rock lullaby playing over the speaker, music Wednesday has come to love since Yoko first introduced her to it. The music playing quietly, the slight rocking of the car, and her mommyâs arms wrapped tightly around her are enough to make the little raven fall asleep with her raven clutched in her arms. Enid places a kiss on the young seers head saying âsleep well lovey, mommy and daddy love you very muchâ
âAuntie Bianca loves you tooâ Bianca said In a mix between a whisper and a scream.

Well, Enid was split from Wednesday for years in the bodyguard AU (I believe a decade?) so she spent years just feeling time get past her.
"Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day, fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way."
Enid most likely spent a lot of time just thinking of Wednesday, all their moments and time together; so much time and energy that her days became a bit more dull. All her thoughts are consuming her, but she can't just stop working. She has to spend time offhandedly, thinking.
"Kicking around on a piece of ground in your hometown, waiting for someone or something to show you the way."
Enid could maybe go back to San Francisco for awhile, go back not to her family, but the places she grew up, just for a moment to feel a sense of familiarity, consistency.
And I feel it's to fair think that she'd push herself in relationships she isn't ready for, or are obviously unhealthy to begin with. Sometimes it feels better to be hurt by someone who's there than someone who stole your heart and left with it.
"Tired of lying in the sunshine, staying home to watch the rain."
Enid seems like the type to get agoraphobic after Nevermore. The sun seems worse after Wednesday leaves. Rain is something Wednesday liked, always seemed a little happier (as happy as would express, anyways) when it rained.
Enid won't go out into it, but she can still admire it.
"You are young and life is long, and there is time to kill today."
I feel like Yoko would say something to this effect; she understands that Wednesday left a mark on Enid's heart that she'll never get rid of, but that doesn't mean she should just sit inside and mope. Have fun with your friends; the pain won't stop, but you can dull it, even if only slightly.
"And then one day you find, ten years have got behind you."
This one feels pretty self-explanatory; one day it just slams into her chest, the fact that she's lost so much time to just thinking of Wednesday.
"No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun."
Imagine spending so much of your teen years loving and yearning for the touch and experience of just one person, and one day you're just an adult and people expect you to know and do things. Imagine having to sit in your lonely apartment, realizing you missed out on so much time with people because you couldn't let go.
"And you run, and you run to catch with the sunâ but it's sinking, racing around to come up behind you again."
(My stars, I adore this lyric so much. Even outside of Wenclair, I love this song and this lyric.) That feeling of catching up, finally feeling free from the past just to see a crow or a murder case, and then feeling it crash into your back, right into your spine, out of nowhere. That feeling that you've been lying to yourself, gaslighting-burnt and pained. Choking on your shame.
"The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older, shorter of breath, and one day closer to death."
Waking up and seeing the same damn sun, always bright and hot and burning and unafraid of itself. All the very things Enid wants to be, but can't be because how can she?
"Every year is getting shorter, never seem to find the time."
Enid couldn't bring herself to ever 'find the time' to contact Wednesday. She has the information to speak with the Addams, and by extension Wednesday. It's easy to tell yourself soon, that it'll all happen soon, but when is soon gone, and later is too late?
"Plans that either come to naught, or half a page of scribbled lines."
Maybe Enid plans to do something about it, speaking to Wednesday or an Addams or something, she'll write a whole document about it, always just a moment away from finishing it. Maybe she plans to visit Wednesday on the author's birthday, but then she misses it, and convinces herself to try again next year, because she can't do it now, she's missed the day.
"Home, home again, I like to be here when I can, and when I come home cold and tired, it's good to warm my bones beside the fire, far away, across the field, the tolling of the iron bell, calls the faithful to their knees, to hear the softly spoken magic spells."
I made this one big lyric because oh dear, it's so perfect. I feel like it'd be the end of bodyguard Enid. "Home, home again," Enid would say, walking into the home she shares with Wednesday, breathing in the scent of heat and warmth and love. She wants to be there all the time, when she can, because it's the home she shares with the woman she loves. She doesn't come back from the rain, I feel like it hits harder if you see it as her returning to Wednesdayâ Wednesday is her home, the person she goes to when she's so cold and bone-deep exhaustion presses on every bone in her body, snuggling up to the warmth of her lover's love.
-Writer Anon. (Sorry this took almost two days to send in. I got tired :( also, this is about Time by Pink Floyd, incase you couldn't hear the song well enough from your ear being messed up. Take better care of yourself, Streamer.)
Yes Enid has been split from wednesday for a decade since she was 16 to 25! Spent like five to six years in smth military related before being a bodyguard for two years
But damn, the more we explore bodyguard Enid the more I realized that she's been a in slump that whole decade which is just.. Sad. The way you write her makes her a bit more healthier to be honest because personally what I had in mind was something more off in the head, a lil side effect of being a grimwolf, military service and yearning for her mate that's been absent for far more than she should
OVERALL THE WAY YOU TIED THE LYRICS TO ENID'S JOURNEY đđ Boutta cry, she's just a sad girl missing her love, I'm happy she got to go home in the end, that's amazing for her
No worries about taking your time writer! I hope you rested well, that's what matters in the end
