Shance Cafe: Discord Update

Hello, everyone! We wanted to take a moment to address something that has been coming to a head for a while.  

First, we would like to restate our original goal. The Shance Cafe is intended to be a welcoming place for Shance content, creators, and fandom members to be appreciated.  In the past couple of days, the discord has been through a lot of changes, not all of it was good, and we want to take the time to apologize.

We, as the Shance Cafe team, are sorry for the tense environment of our discord. In our haste to get everything up and running in order, we were more reactionary than thoughtful, and we want to fix that now.

It’s come to our attention that the setup of the discord and the rules therein have made it intimidating to share and converse.  This is the opposite of how we want it to be and for that we apologize.

We have created a channel directory to make sharing a bit easier. However, we will trust that you, members of our community, will respect each other and use your judgement to keep this server a positive place.
