Joining the meme finally lol
If I had a nickel for everytime I shipped an anti social but kind hearted detective with a woman whose first name is Joan but he only calls her by her last name I'd have two nickels.
Which isn't alot but it's weird it happened twice!!

Uncovering the Scandal: Endeavour Morse Takes on Police Corruption and Abuse in Latest Episode
Tumblr media
The article discusses the latest episode of the British detective drama series "Endeavour", titled "Blenheim Vale". The episode centers around a construction project called Blenheim Vale, which is mired in a scandal involving sexual abuse and police corruption. The project is being developed by Landesman Construction, whose CEO, Sir Merlyn Landesman, is a powerful and influential figure in the city. The scandal begins when a young woman named Dorothea Frazil, who works for a local newspaper, receives a tip about sexual abuse taking place at the construction site. She shares the information with the police, but they seem reluctant to investigate, leading her to team up with Endeavour Morse, the show's protagonist. Together, Morse and Frazil begin to uncover a web of corruption and abuse, which involves not only Landesman Construction but also the police force itself. The investigation leads them to a high-ranking police officer, who is revealed to be one of the key players in the scandal. Throughout the episode, the show touches on themes such as power, privilege, and the abuse of authority. It also explores the challenges faced by those who speak out against powerful figures and institutions. The article praises the episode for its handling of these themes, as well as its strong performances and engaging storyline. It notes that "Endeavour" has always been a show that deals with complex issues, and "Blenheim Vale" is no exception. Overall, the article suggests that the episode is a must-watch for fans of the show, as well as anyone interested in thought-provoking crime dramas. It also notes that "Endeavour" continues to be a standout series in the crowded field of British detective dramas. Read the full article

my headcannon - their vows, their wedding...kiss the bride.
even though it was all in his head, it was a beautiful scene nonetheless and something for us fans to dream about and hold onto. At least we know for a fact that he loved her dearly. It was real love. And she loved him but was also too scared to say, and was obviously waiting for him to say those words for real, "I love you." How tragic.

If only she knew it wasn’t pity…he had a chance to tell her his feelings and he blew it. Or should I say the writers blew it. It’s all their fault. **cries in the corner**

He can wear anything or nothing. He’s just that versatile.
We had a really hot day today, but now dusk has fallen, the heat has somewhat eased, and to cool down, you can have a cold beer …

Coda. From Season 3.
Okay it was just full of Morse and Joan so as a shipper for them it was a treat. But it also was just such an exciting**don’t know what is going to happen**episode. I absolutely loved it and it will always be my favourite. Other one would have to be the last episode of Season 5. That was so sad but a brilliant episode. And I would say Harvest only because of the heartbreaking, heart wrenching, Morse and Joan scenes.
Now I'm curious what is everyone's favourite Endeavour episode of all time and why -- reblog and tell me in the tags

Spent a couple of hours tinkering with this today to finish it...I’ve never been any good at knowing when to leave something well alone and usually end up ‘overcooking’ it, so I had to be really strict with myself!
