dp/she-ra fic where adora gets thrown through a first ones’ portal that ends her up in the ghost zone. she sustains some pretty hefty head trauma, but is fine aside from some intense memory loss. she’s released into jack and maddie’s care where she ends up as their assistant due to her ~weird~ instinctive knowledge of ghosts. danny is convinced it’s a trap set by vlad
Tumblr media
also adora gets some weird, cryptic and incredibly unhelpful dreams from the sorceress about “defending the honour of greyskull” and “remember who you are, she-ra” that don’t do much but leave adora waking up with an incredible sense of loss
eventually adora pieces together “for the honour of greyskull” is a magical incantation and to use her own words POOF shes in a tiara

So while Dani travels the world, she saw tons of people hurt injured and sick.
This inspired her to become a doctor. She went to high school in Central City (where Jazz and eventually Danny attended collage) and traveled the world helping people
She’s working in Ethiopia when Jason Todd meets his mother, her coworker.
Dani always had a bad feeling about Shelia Haywood, and she invisibly watched her as she lead Jason into a trap.
Jason survives that night, but Bruce assumed he was dead because he didn’t find Jason’s body (Dani took him to the GZ because his injures were too life threatening and because she couldn’t treat a vigilante from Gotham with the other patients without risks to his identity)
Jason eventually heals, but ends up not returning to Gotham immediately, (he was already petty liminal from spending time in the GZ, so he decided to learn how to control his powers. He also doesn’t look human anymore) he eventually goes back one night
Bruce and Tim were on patrol when they were stopped by the ghost of the second Robin

I have been madly inspired by this post, but I don't have time to write it. Instead, you get a prompt!
Tim and Danny are twins, just as in the inspo prompt. Except, instead of being from the DC Universe, they're both from the Danny Phantom Universe.
The timelines both continue as normal up until just after Dick becomes Robin (DC) and the Portal Accident (DP).
Instead of Sam and Tucker (or maybe you want them there? Idk. In my head, they aren't here) who're with Danny when the portal opens, it's Tim. They'd decided to try and help their parents as best they could (because this is a family of geniuses, guys!). Tim was working outside in the lab while Danny went in to see if anything's wrong in there, the accident happens as canon.
Now that the portal's open, Danny goes out as Phantom while Tim works as his support. (Neither tell Jazz or anyone because they're both allergic to help) Some way or another, Tim gets lost in the Ghost Zone and ends up in the DC Universe, wandering the streets of Gotham.
Jack and Janet Drake had decided to follow Brucie Wayne's lead and adopt a not well-to-do kid. They stumble upon Tim and basically kidnap him. He goes along with it because he doesn't know how long he'll be stuck here and he needs to blend in.
We all know the jokes of Tim being forever 17? Well, being exposed to the portal and the GZ as intensely as he was slows down his aging (unlike Danny whose aging completely stops) Tim doesn't leave Drake Manor much, nor is anyone much around to notice anything, so it's not like it matters. He doesn't actually notice at first!
Then, Tim sees Batman and Robin. At first, it was just glimpses of them, but then he got obsessed. He bought a camera using the Drakes money and set about his quest. He follows the vigilantes, learns from them from a distance, because this is what his brother does! This is what he was helping his brother do!
Eventually, Robin quits, leaving Batman and Batgirl. Dick Grayson leaves Gotham just after that. Then, Bruce Wayne adopts Jason Todd and Robin is back on the scene. Tim pieces it together pretty quick after that
Meanwhile, Danny's a mess. His twin brother is missing somewhere in the Realms, probably scared out of his mind and he can't find anyone who'll help him look! On top of that, Vlad's getting on his nerves more than usual, pushing further and further past the line he'd drawn in the sand.
Then, the Nasty Burger explodes. No one dies, thank God, but Jazz, Sam, Tucker, and his parents are all in the hospital.
Scared out of his damn mind that he'll become Dan, he retreats to the Realms. He flies and flies, grief skewing both his sense of direction and his will to care, and he ends up somewhere dark. It feels different from the rest of the Realms he's explored. Everywhere else, he could feel Clockwork and the Observants Watching, but not here.
Danny, needing to rest and calm himself down, lands in Gotham. Right in the middle of a Scarecrow attack. He's doused with Fear Gas.
Batman and Nightwing have been fighting again, and the new guy, Red Hood, isn't helping matters. Robin, in an effort to just get away for a bit, goes off on his own during patrol. That's when Scarecrow attacks.
Danny, more human than ghost at the moment, sees flames engulfing the building next to him, his friends and family all in there. And right in the middle of everything is his twin brother. He tries to get to them, to Tim, but someone's holding him back.
Tim sees his brother. He'd run to where Scarecrow just left, letting Batman and Nightwing handle Rogue, to check on any civilians that might've gotten caught, and he only sees one. At first he thought that he'd inhaled some of the Fear Gas, but he can think clearly and there aren't any other symptoms.
"Danny?" Tim asks, voice quiet, not daring to hope this is real. He'd almost given hope about ever getting home. He doesn't get an answer, but he can see the symptoms of Fear Gas settling over Danny, so he restrains him before he can hurt himself.
Danny passes out as soon as Tim gets him the antidote, and now Tim is left to explain why he's brought a civilian back to Drake Manor and why the civilian looks like him

Danny didn't know what to do with all these flowers. Sure, Amity had done a 180 after they stopped listening to his parents (its just a shame what had happened to them) and they now loved thier guardian and savior.
Which brought him back to the flowers. It was the day after Valentines and he had gotten gifts from what felt like everyone in the city (except Vlad who was in ghost jail via the Observants) leading him to having a massive pile of flowers, stuffed animals and candy to figure out what to do with.
Obviously most of the stuffing were going to be decorating his lair in the GZ but the flowers would rot eventually and he didn't even own a single vase anyway. He was not going to mention the chocolate.
Then Tucker gave him an idea. He can just give them away to other heros.
Cackling he set about plans to ambush the batfam who he had met once or twice when he was exploring through dimensions (and promptly chased out of the city)
He started with Red Robin the smartest and arguably the cutest of the brood. He had picked a good time too because birdy looked five steps away from falling asleep on the rooftop while running, so when Danny through a bouquet or roses at him the soft petals clocked him right in the face.
The look he gave was one of pure confusion as he stared at the plants. Then, all too soon it clicked and the vigilantes face turned a lovely shade of red as he looked around for whoever tossed them. Luckily Danny stayed off the visible spectrum that night.
The next victim was Spoiler who he clocked in the back of the head while she was distracted by talking to a civilian. The yelp she made was glorious and almost made Danny cackle and give away his position.
Red Hood Danny had to be the hardest one. Sneaking up on him was almost impossible. He could sense RH like he could a ghost but something was definitely off. He wondered if Hood could sense him too. Is that how he always seemed to know he was around. It didn't matter in the end because Danny had a lot of free time without the ghost attacks and a near endless supply of ammo. Still. Danny was getting irritated and just decided to chuck flowers at the guy until he landed a hit. He didn't know why hood was freaking out so much over flowers or why he was shooting at the flowers or even what "Pit" he was screaming about but the moment he got a hit in Danny decided to bounce.
Robin was funny. He threw a bouquet and the little bird caught it like a sword before inspecting it with a raised eyebrow.
Orphan was nice. She caught her bouquet gracefully in her arms almost as if she was expecting it and held it to her chest before looking right at him and waving.
While he was invisible.
He bolted.
Occasionally he liked to interfere with the bats rogue battles by throwing a single rose into the frey, startling the baddie of the hour and giving the bat or bats time to collect themselves. Yeah thats right. He Tuxedo Mask'd them. Something that infuriated some of the bats and got other giggling.
He at least knew better not to do this to Poison Ivy. For her he portaled in something special. The look on her face when one of those battery powered toddler jeeps came racing down the street with a full rose bush in a glass bubble and into the fight was something he'd cherish forever. Especially when she realized she couldn't control the thing thanks to the glass.
This leads to the last bird.
Nightwing was probably one of the best victims hes had. He took it like a champ and even played along, giving a little speech about being honored to receive such a gift, prompting Danny to throw individual flowers at the heros feet. Nightwing continued talking and Phantom kept giving him flowers, distracted by what the hero was saying and slowly drifting closer until-
The kick to the side of the head didn't really hurt, when you get used to being thrown through buildings not much could really hurt you anymore but it was enough to stun him and force him to drop his invisibility. Another kick and a few shocks from a pair of acrizma sticks for struggling and he was on his belly at Nightwings feet. He felt something fasten around his wrist and his core felt restricted but he didn't transform back into Fenton.
Crap. Power dampening cuffs.
He was so screwed.
Danny was later upset to discover there was a whole other bat he didn't know about or even get to target once due to him being on the daylight shift.

Short DPXDC Prompts #540
The Ghost Zone is the equivalent of The Backrooms. People will clip into the GZ through natural portals and end up there. Eventually, people start to slowly collect proof of this supposed other reality. It’s swirling green sky’s and endless purple islands floating in the void that scatter themselves in every dimension as far as the eye can see. With digital, analog, and recounting of the location, the GZ becomes more of a frighteningly real urban legend.
This needs to be researched much more intensely. The 4th and 5th dimension have proved to hold numerous dangers to Earth. What will the JL uncover here?

𝐃𝐏𝐱𝐃𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐭 — 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧
Jason finding Phantom severely injured and yet still making stupid quips and decides that he needs to save this dumbass and maybe keep him around forever. (He could easily convince Bruce to pseudo-adopt him since he’s the perfect fit for his usual strays.) He gets him taken care of and then tries to get to the bottom of what happened.
(Danny’s parents found out and tried to kill/capture him or the GIW got to him and he ended up fleeing and landing in Gotham worse for wear.)
He doesn’t really have anywhere to go since Amity is out of the question and Sam and Tucker still live there for another year as they finish high school and he’s not sure Jazz won’t try and force a mediation. He resolves to just living in the Ghost Zone for a while instead so he doesn’t have to worry about rent or shit but Jason gives him an alternative to stay with him instead.
Danny takes it.
“I mean sure, Ghost Boy, live with all the other spirits you’ve royaly pissed off if you really want to,” Jason rolled his eyes, “Or you could take me up on my offer and not have to worry about them trying to kick your ass and have backup when they do.”
(Danny may have given Jason the impression that he doesn’t love the idea of living in the GZ because of the ghosts being a bit hostile and not the fact that he’s the King-to-Be and doesn’t want to get harassed about it yet because he is Not Ready but Clockwork wants him to start preparing, lol.)
Queue the following Shenanigans and Drama: GIW getting their shit rocked by the JL once Bruce learns about what they’re doing, Ghost Rogues showing up at inopportune times and making the batfam realize how OP Danny really is (add some fun Fenton Gadgets for them to play with bc they haven’t had experiences with Ghosts before), Pit Rage (and possible Halfa!Jason) drama that Danny gets fixed as if it’s nothing, and ofc the eventual Ghost King Reveal that makes them all realize that Danny is somehow literally the most powerful being ever and they’ve seen him fall asleep in his oatmeal.

It Takes Two AU Headcanon Masterpost
Tumblr media
Based off of the song It Takes Two from Trolls Band Together :)
Full HC UTC

The portal accident happened when Danny was 5 and Jazz 7
Instead of Danny staying in the human world, it brought him into the Ghost Zone and the portal broke
Nobody knows what happened to Danny in the human world. They knew the portal turned on by itself and failed, but nothing else. They do not correlate the two events together. They spent a whole year searching for Danny before declaring him fully missing
Frost Bite found Danny and took him in, raising Danny and recognizing Danny is a Halfa with a ice core
Danny is raised amongst the ghosts and is fully knowledgeable in ghost mannerisms and culture. He does get human food through one or two ghosts who will bring it to him
He is still hunted by Skulker, but it is less of a danger since he is protected by Frost Bite. He actually has a relationship with most ghosts. Whether it's good or bad is up to you (I can list it out specifically if anyone cares or want specific dynamics)
He hates Christmas but loves Holiday Truce. Idk if that makes sense. Him and ghost writer still have beef.
Danny is the GZ's core and is destined to defeat Pariah Dark and become the Ghost King. Many ghosts know this and hope that if they keep the prophecy under wraps, it won't happen. It just says a Halfa of the ghost realm. It could be Vlad! (It cannot be Vlad)
Danny runs into Vlad naturally and they have no idea he is Danny Fenton. He knows his name is Danny but goes by Phantom. So Vlad just sees him as an annoying Halfa child that bothers him sometimes
The three activate the portal by accident later on, but it doesn't turn them into Halfas. Just opens the portal. They become a small team of ghost hunters
Jazz becomes friends with Sam and Tucker and create an older sister type of friendship. She keeps them out of trouble and mentors them
They aren't on horrible terms with the A Listers due to Jazz being more popular. It surprisingly causes them to be looked down upon, but not bullied. Light hazing behind Jazz's back if so
Jazz and Danny both always feel like something is missing; Jazz knowing she has a little brother out there and Danny not knowing his real family
The A Listers and the Ghost Trio (Sam, Danny, and Jazz) all go out into the ghost zone together one day
The A Listers get disconnected and the Ghost Trio have to go find Frost Bite, who they met once before. He allied themselves with them after realizing the connection to Danny
The Ghost Trio are met with Phantom protecting the territory and they realize that he looks a lot like Danny. Or, what they'd expect Danny to look like now
Danny is ready to fight them, but realizes that they're not trying to attack him. He backs off and they talk.
He mentions his name is Danny Phantom, and Jazz asks if he was once Danny Fenton. Danny is caught off guard and says that the name sounds familiar, but he doesn't know. He's been there since he was a kid. He transforms back into his human form to show them he isn't a full ghost
They realize that it is in fact Danny and they freak out. Jazz is crying and hugging Danny, who is shocked and hasn't had contact with a human in years.
He breaks down crying after a few minutes.
He asks her everything and she explains the whole situation and how their parents kept up their ghost stuff, desperate to find out if Danny was dead or not
Danny is amazed and he is just glad that he found his sister
Then he realizes that he can't let them go back home so he tries to convince them to stay with him and that they're safer in the Zone than outside of the Zone
They refuse and eventually convince him to go back with them. He doesn't agree at first and tells them this is their home. They explain that the human realm was his home first and that it's their home. They can't just leave it
Danny thinks it over and they spend ends up going with them to get back the A Listers
The A Listers are so confused by Danny being there but are glad they had help. They then find out about Danny and are shocked
Danny ends up going home with them and reunite with their parents. But they don't tell him he's half ghost. Just that he was stuck in the Zone for 8 years
They all cry. Yippee.
Danny befriends Sam and Tucker! The A Listers treat him like they do when they find out he's Phantom in the show
He goes towards school!! He gets to fight the ghosts when they start coming through, and they actually respect him for the most part. They all know what's up. But they still fight him. They're still being chaotic ghosts causing problems
He's doing that double life y'all.
A year later, Danny does end up fighting Pariah and becoming king. He rules from the human realm until he gets out of high school then goes to half ghost zone half human realm ruling. It's a hard life for Danny

Hello, all. Here is ME bringing a crossover no one asked for. And it’s probably the worst crossover idea to date. I see a bunch of ideas and fics for DP and DC crossovers and that’s fine. But I prefer Marvel. The shows especially.
Specifically I’m talking a Sam focused DannyPhantom and Punisher crossover. So what happens is is that Danny is critically injured in a ghost battle. He’s taken into the ghost zone to heal. The GIW somehow find out. Tucker and his family are able to go into hiding with Jazz and Danny’s parents (they know in this fic) and so does Dani and Val and her dad.
But who doesn’t? Sam and her family who are on vacation. Sam didn’t want to even go on vacation. But Jack and Maddie convince her as tbis may be the last time Ida can travel like that and because Danny is safe and sound in the GZ and is being taken care of. For whatever reason (still need work it out) they can’t reach the Mansons to warn them the GIW are coming or they can’t because the GIW reach them at the same time.
So Sam along with her parents and Ida are all captured.
It gets dark because the GIW are really terrible in this crossover and they aren’t above torturing Sam.
To try and get Sam to tell them where Danny is and how to get to him they threaten her parents and Ida who also refuse to talk and are ultimately killed in front of her. They also tell Sam to not say a thing.
I don’t know how Frank (this is specifically the Punisher from the Netflix show) winds up at the HQ where Sam is, but he does. And he sees that they’re torturing a teenage girl. And he’s not letting that slide. I get it is Punisher but he doesn’t just swoop in and kill them all and save Sam. He gets caught and thrown in a cell and he and Sam get to talking (maybe, might change this).
But then things really take a turn where the guy who’s been the one torturing her the most and has made all the plans for it basically is like “as a man, I have a way of breaking a girl” and he obviously means what you think it does. Maybe that is too much. It doesn’t happen. But the guy goes in there to do it but Sam has been stewing in rage so she pretends to be unconscious and with what strength she has when he comes into her cell is tap into every self defense lesson she’s ever had and stick her thumbs into his eyes and bite down on his nose as hard as she can. She’s running on rage, anguish and adrenaline.
It’s then she’s able to get out, gets Frank out and they (mostly Frank) fight off/kill the GIW and escape.
They know that they can’t just be out in the open. Sam recognizes where they are and knows that they’re not too far from a cabin her family owns that her parents bought in recent years that the trio went to pretty frequently. It’s stocked with shelf stable food and even has ghost fighting weapons. Sam is able to patch up Frank as well as herself and she gives him stitches and obviously he’s wondering why TF she knows how to do that. She tells him she just was curious and googled it and then got stuff online to practice at home. She could tell him the truth but she’s not so sure if she should. He also sees her fire off a bazooka while they were still at the GIW HQ that the giw stole the idea from the Fentons so he’s like “wtf even are you??” And then they go to her cabin and she’s got weapons? Like custom made specialized weapons.
Daredevil would come in eventually. Idk where the series ends but I’ve got a couple more episodes of season 3.
But I might make it so Matt represents Sam. Or even Foggy. And they get her charges from the giw dropped. She just acted in self defense and the giw tortured a minor and killed her family. They abducted her and imprisoned her. So they get the GIW shut down and defunded.
Of course it’s not the end of Sam’s problems because they shitty members of her family when the news went out that Sam and her family were missing, tried to get their hands on the vast wealth they have and Sam is set to inherit. And they suck and don’t back off because Sam is back.
This is just an overview.
Just a little self indulgence because I love marvel shows and DP
And I think the dynamic between Sam and Frank could be interesting and even comical at times (on Sam’s part)

Growling and barking and biting at my own oc‘s anyway Wolfhound shit below
Pretty bare here, I’m trying to get all of my thoughts together so I can create some story outline at least 🤷‍♂️
Intelligence Officer for MSF
Usually reported directly to Miller, sometimes straights to the boss himself
In charge of a small infiltration unit
Extremely good at his job, extremely loyal to his superiors
Disappeared after Cipher‘s attack, assumed dead.
Tortured for information, brainwashed, and retrained as a Cipher agent (extremely dangerous in close combat, relatively good with a rifle. Sent on one person missions, with unlikely odds to get the job done.)
Is captured after Venom beats him in combat (Kaz recognizes his face after V breaks his mask during the fight, and reminds V of everything Wolfhound did for MSF, and asks to capture him)
Immediate deprogramming efforts begin with Ocelot (it doesn’t go well, Ocelot chalks it up to a waste of resources after enough time, but Kaz insists and begins helping with deprogramming with the idea that having someone Wolfie knows would help the process.)
A breakthrough is made one day, after working hours. (Wolfie provides Valuable Information on how to possibly get him back into working condition before he once again can not control himself.)
Slowly but surely Wolfhound breaks the programming with the help of Kaz and Ocelot, with them having found out about Ciphers new personality splitting experiments. (In Wolfie‘s case having spliced the psyche of a trained wolf into his brain.)
They are rightfully cautious about giving him any important information, but as he gets better he does what he can to help around motherbase
Eventually becomes more of an assistant to Kaz than anything else and he’s fine with that. (Starts off with making sure food gets taken to him throughout the day and slowly evolves into making sure the man is taken care of in general we all know he be slippin after gz)
Wolfie learns to share his mind space with his new lifelong brain companion
Would follow Kaz to the ends of time if he had to
Eventually does leave MB with Kaz when the time come
Im gonna get more shit figured out at some point but I know Wolfie stays with Kaz up until he gets killed, and at that point he turns to helping solid and Hal when they need it and just for some real heart wrenching shit I’m going for the whole wolves mate for life thing for him and Kaz. Besides they’re pretty old by the time Kaz is killed, Wolfie however will never get over it. I think Hal would be very helpful in keeping Wolfie going and not just giving in on himself. And once Sunny is introduced to the scene he knows he still has more work to do for the world so he continues on. Eventually he dies from old age, after spending his final years in the woods of Germany.
Yeah no that it so far but I wanna write a whole lot more maybe but out some comics cause there’s a lot of angst potential and also a lot of fluff potential and I’m screaming my crying over them rn I really am Kaz/Wolfie for life

Things about the Paz Lives AU that I'm going to eventually post about and you'll all think I'm unhinged. A brief rundown of it.
- The "hallucination" reasoning about the explosion being an enemy RPG and Paz having both bombs removed is true. This means, obviously, Paz lived, although she was in the helicopter crash with everyone else.
- She was also in a coma like Venom Snake. Before XOF arrived, Big Boss as Ishmael anticipated they'd kill Paz too, so he unhooked her medical equipment, covered her with a blanket, and splattered something on it to look like blood so they'd assume she was already dead. Ocelot was able to retrieve her after helping Big Boss and getting Venom Snake, and XOF had cleared out of the hospital. Regardless, she was moved to Diamond Dogs while still comatose, and kept in her room on the medical platform and taken care of there (primarily by my OC, Marlin).
- While comatose, she experienced what was essentially a whole new "life" which, was actually the events of Metal Gear Survive- this is because I made my character in that game into Paz with a shaved head (as she had when she went into the coma) and thought the idea was interesting. Her coma dream life had her exist as an MSF soldier, went through the weird shit of Survive, bla bla bla. It was all a dream though.
- When she wakes up, she has the obvious memory loss that makes her think she is the persona she'd created in Peace Walker- a situation which is canon, except she's actually alive here unlike the game which makes it a hallucination. Her hair has grown back to its usual length over this time, but has looser curls- I use this explanation as to why her hairstyle differs in this aspect from her tighter curls and more "styled" hair in Peace Walker, but I do think that her hair is naturally curly.
- As Paz wakes up and goes through all the medical and psychological treatments to help restore her memory over time, she is continually visited by Snake, Ocelot, and Miller. But it ends up that Ocelot is the one who visits most, since Snake is often busy and Kaz finds it difficult to see Paz in this state especially after the confusion in PW/GZ. This makes Ocelot and Paz become close friends. She is also drawn to him because of his red scarf, which reminds her of the red hood and ribbon signaling "evil" that she wore in PW, showing that some of her memories shine through.
- Unlike in the game where Paz self harms on her scar after being told Skull Face is dead, Paz does this BEFORE, due to hearing a conversation between Marlin and Miller about Skull Face in general. When Ocelot finds her like this, as he did in canon (which furthers my Ocelot and Paz besties agenda), he shows it to Snake. This is where Paz finally regains her memories, and has a small psychological episode in which she has to be tranquilized.
- She recovers from it and begins therapy, speaking not only with doctors in the Medical Platform, but Snake, Kaz, and Ocelot. She remembers the former two, and she remembers Camp Omega. With these memories, she decides that she will stay allied with Diamond Dogs, and not only that, but she wants to be a soldier for them to help avenge MSF and Chico.
- Snake and Miller disagree at first- Snake because he doesn't think she's suitable for combat and Miller because he still doesn't entirely trust her- but Ocelot asks them to give her a chance if he can train her one on one, as after their bonding during recovery, she trusts him and sees him as a sort of guardian or protector. They agree to this, even if Kaz is hesitant.
- Paz trains under Ocelot with firearms, and occasionally with Snake for CQC. Marlin also remains a part of her life, keeping tabs on her health and remaining friends with her. Despite his history as a caretaker of Paz, Ocelot is kind of annoyed by Marlin and doesn't like his intervening in the training sessions. He finds him to be a distraction to Paz. (This particular storyline is gonna be covered in my short comic series called Target Practice)
- Eventually, Paz is allowed to become a soldier for DD. Given an exclusive uniform, knife (from Snake, found on a wandering MSF soldier alongside a photo), scarf (an extra of Ocelot's that he accidentally left in her room, given to her to remind her of her close friend and trainer and to continue her "splash of red" theme from PW), tranquilizer pistol, and assault rifle. Also armed with grenades.
- Once they plan to go kill Skull Face, Paz stows away like Eli does, because Ocelot says she shouldn't go due to having such a personal stake in it, and she isn't combat ready, but she wants to anyways. Paz helps Snake fight Sahelanthropus from afar with an RPG stolen from XOF. Using an RPG mirrors the RPG that took out their helicopter.
- My idea for Psycho Mantis taking on a motif for Paz's revenge would probably be a tear in his clothing similar to the shape of Paz's abdominal scar. Her vengeful mind only briefly controls him, before she is startled and disturbed by his appearance before her and focuses once more on her objective.
- When they arrive to see Skull Face crushed under debris and Kaz and Snake get their revenge by shooting off his limbs, Paz also wants revenge, and gets it by cutting open the same place he'd put her bomb in and placing a grenade inside. The grenade has its safety pin pulled, but will only detonate, however, if he moves, since the safety lever has been kept in place by being squeezed against his body cavity right after being kept in place by Paz's hand. Once everyone walks away, instead of Huey killing Skull Face, Skull Face shifts, releasing the lever and detonating the grenade, exploding him into pieces. The three Camp Omega survivor victims- Kaz, Snake, and Paz- have gotten their "eye for an eye" revenge. On the ride back, they sit close together.
- Paz keeps the pin from that grenade on a chain as a necklace to remind her of her victory over the man who tortured her. Later, after the incident in Shining Lights Even in Death, Paz also has a necklace with a diamond pendant made of the ashes of fallen Diamond Dogs comrades.
- From there on, I'm still working on it, as I'm stuck in the Diamond Dogs/MGSV world and hate to think of life after DD for anyone. I want her to rekindle her friendship with Miller, to spend more time with Snake and repair their relationship (even if the memories on his end are skewed, combining some of the Medic's and some of Big Boss's), meet Quiet properly, and develop a closer friendship to Marlin. She continues to train alongside Ocelot and considers him her mentor and close friend. I like to think after the events of the game, should I think of them at all, Paz continued to work alongside him and eventually also meet Eva. I think often about their potential friendship.
Anyways that's all I'd like to share for now!! Hit me up if you have questions or suggestions or anything!! Please do not send hate or unwanted criticism, it makes me anxious. I understand if you disagree with any of my headcanons in this AU but please don't be rude about it.
Say peace!! 🦋💖

Through the shenanigans of GZ/IR portals Danny ends up in a completely different dimension (DC’s my preference) that has heroes. There’s no ghosts to fight and he doesn’t want to step on any toes with this dimensions hero population, meaning Danny Phantom gets a vacation.
( I like to think Danny fought the ghosts in Amity because he opened the portal and felt responsible for it and originally there wasn’t anyone else that really could fight them. If he still has to satisfy an obsession while there he now has time and an entire new star system to learn about. )
Danny somehow ends up at a job interview as a food delivery boy accidentally, it’s definitely not 100% above the table because he doesn’t legally exist there but still gets the job.
Things are going well, he’s doing a good job and making his delivery’s on time via the use of ghost powers on occasion. Eventually he gets a delivery for a completely different city, over two hours away, they’re willing to pay a ton to get it delivered to them. Danny decides to see if he can finish the delivery while the foods still hot.
He gets there in under 10 minutes.
The person that made the order is definitely a hero, and when they got their food two hours early freak out. Asking Danny how he did it. Danny looks them dead in the eyes and says “We have a delivered hot guaranty.” They try to question Danny, but Danny already got paid, he gave them their food, he can leave, so he just walks away and tells them to enjoy their meal.
The hero tells other ones and they decided to order from there as well and get told that when ever Danny’s on shift the delivery range doesn’t have a limit. Obviously they test it. He delivers to a random rooftop in Bloodhaven at 2am. The top of the Dailyplanet. Hong Kong, via a Blackbat/Orphan order. The Titan’s Tower some how.
Eventually someone orderers to one of the places that’s almost impossible to get to, but he does it, he delivers to the watchtower, in space. Just shows up in the middle of the room in front of the person that ordered, and goes “I don’t miss deliveries.” And walks away into space.

Very very tired DP AU fic prompt idea with more Dad Clockwork.
Basically as Clockwork is the master of time and kinda exists outside of time the fate that he will ghost adopt Danny as yet to happen but has also happened so before Clockwork has ever met Danny or Danny is even born the bond is already there, when Danny is very little even before he’s half ghost him calling on the bond and CW being very confused when he feels a pull on his core and follows it and finds this tiny little...human? Maybe he seems human now but also...not.
CW appearing a lot as Danny is growing up helping him when he’s scared or alone, parents out ghost hunting or in the lab or arguing about Santa and is basically being a dad to him. Danny never thinks he’s a ghost cause he’s so little and all he’s heard is that ghosts are monsters and mean and CW isn’t mean or scary and he keeps the monsters away. When he mentions him everyone just thinks he’s his imaginary friend.
At times CW freezing time and taking Danny with him elsewhere to other places in the infinite realms because he has a job to do but doesn’t want to risk anything happening to Danny while he isn’t able to watch, even if he could rewind time and stop it he just doesn't want to risk it. This meaning baby Danny meeting the ancients and other powerful ghosts. Pandora adoring baby Danny whose just toddling around and she’s like ‘well done brave warrior you shall be a champion’. Nocturne constantly making sure he has no nightmares and showing him constellations that spark Danny’s fascination with space.
CW even ending up back in time at one point, because when he’s back in time he can see the Pariah he loved before...well everything happened. Pariah meeting Danny instantly declaring him his heir.
Pariah:BEHOLD INFINITE REALMS YOUR FUTURE RULER
Fright Knight: Sire please support the head, support the head!
Then either a) Canon happens, CW sees the future and takes a step back Danny eventually mostly forgets thinking they were just imaginary friends and stories he made up.Until portal incident happens and... things are familiar the powers he’s using places in the ghost zone everything feels familiar.... and then he meets CW again. (And man things get even more awkward when he meets Pariah again)
Or b) CW doesn't see and Danny just grows up with the ancients being involved, traveling tot he GZ and other pats of infinite realms with CW powers. Learning all about them and how ghosts actually work every time Maddie or Jack talk about them he has to bite his lip to not fact check them. When the portal is made the accident happens as normal and suddenly ghost powers... only he already has a huge support structure all of whom are so excited and ready to show him how to use his powers.
Also just
Vlad:I know you are alone and don’t know how your powers work I can help you teach you
Danny:...
Danny;Dude I know more than you do

Hunters and Halfas got me thinking. Is the Ghost Zone like Limbo? Are ghosts aware of the other afterlives? What do ghosts think when their living relatives die and then DON’T show up in the GZ?
Tumblr media
Someone asked, so it's a PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE TIME TO GEEK OUT AND OVERSHARE MY WORLDBUILDING!!!
Yes, the Ghost Zone is like Limbo! Or a little more like Purgatory, in the Supernatural setting. It's its own dimension separate from Heaven, Hell, and Earth. It has a proper name, but that name is old, so old that it's fallen out of use. Now, most residents simply call it the Ghost Zone. It's only the oldest of ghosts that remember its true title.
(I will share it eventually. I'm just waiting for the proper moment for best dramatic effect.)
It's relatively rare for humans to become residents of the Ghost Zone after death. It only happens under specific conditions. The person must have come into contact with a significant amount of GZ energy, aka ectoplasm. This usually happens due to the person living near a thin spot between dimensions or a natural portal to the Zone. They also have to have a certain level of... let's call it emotional intensity, either built through their lifetime or at the moment of their death. This emotion is what interacts with the ectoplasm, and along with the person's soul, creates a ghost. Without significant ecto exposure, emotionally laden deaths just create Supernatural-style ghosts that stay in the human world. There's nothing that ties them to the GZ.
This accounts for a relatively small amount of the GZ's population. Think people like Ember, Poindexter, and Desiree. We know for a fact that they were human before they became ghosts. It's possible that people like Technus and the Box Ghost are this type of ghost as well, but it's up for debate given the lack of canon background on the characters.
Other GZ residents are created by intense emotion itself without the soul being present. This usually forms something like a blob ghost: small, weak, dubiously sentient. Others are embodiments of human desires or ideals, like Skulker being the embodiment of hunting. Or sometimes human ideas will just get imprinted onto ectoplasm given enough time and exposure, which is how mythical characters and creatures like Pandora (and the various mythical creatures we see throughout the show) end up there. They may be changed somewhat from the original human idea, but basically? Human emotions interact with ectoplasm. Give enough emotion and thought to something, and it will probably exist in some way, shape, or form in the Zone, given enough ectoplasm in the mix.
Then there are the zone-born ghosts. These are the ones like the yetis of the Far Frozen that were never a part of the human world, and have been in the GZ for all of their existence.
As for awareness of other afterlives.... ghosts are aware that not all humans end up in the Zone after they die. How much more than that they know and believe varies highly from ghost to ghost.
----
That's the end of the ideas. Here are my acknowledgments/bibliography:
Some of the ideas for human-born vs zone-born ghosts came from here:
This is not an exhaustive list of ideas, and I highly doubt I will come up with an exhaustive list. Shout out to @floralflowerpower for all her amazing ideas that have helped shape mine into what they are. She has some really great sciencey type thoughts about it all, too, which is fun!
I kinda got off track in this, but I hope you enjoyed my rambling!

@twilightangel83 absolutely, but also how very dare you leave this in the tags??
Tumblr media
I like using the idea that Damian was first dipped into the Lazarus Pits when he was like, five? So even though the nasty cave water stunts his ghostly growth he's still been either VERY liminal or some other kind of ghost-adjacent for almost all his life.
So it's not that he's got the Talia/Ra's special in his genetics, it's just that he's pretty close to being a denizen of the GZ, like, closer than anyone but Danny and he's literally half dead. So the first time he saw Danny? It was on sight. And it was a stimulating, thought provoking fight for Damian where he didn't just have to actually take his opponent seriously but where he also lost.
So when Damian went home he started researching his future husband the danger twink and it snowballed from there. He started Being SneakyTM and stalking the throuple and was at first pretty angry there are obstacles between him and His Beloved but then he saw both Sam and Tucker kick ass exactly one (1) time and realized that he miiiiiigth have a bit of a competence kink. (not that he's ever gonna tell anybody)
(look, I'm not saying the trio has a rotation of "today is your day to take care of the annoying thugs" but I'm saying exactly that. Sam gets her before-period angery hormone cocktail when they're out of her favorite vegan hot chocolate and she starts swinging so sometimes there's a bit of an adjustment)
Danny on the other hand just goes home and deadass tells Sam and Tucker to look out for the cute guy with the green eyes and bitchy face because he's interested in him (started a courting fight or something lmao) and Tucker just. Lays that boor boy's life on their table within the hour.
And then, when Damian starts stalking them they go, well, at least he's a skilled vigilante while looking at Danny. And they just take a liking to him because he's very obviously liminal and has absolutely no idea he is. So the next step is obviously to take him into the fold.
All of their personal drama ends without any misunderstanding but with the most awkward love confessions from the three boys and a I knew y'all didn't know we've been a quad for the past two months but this shit still gave me second hand embarrassment from Sam.
I also imagine Dick or Bruce tracking them down at some point and somehow inviting them to the Manor to either a) apologize for Damian's stalking if they noticed or b) introduce them because wtf are you doing Damian just say Hi
And Damian doesn't know why he's there, he's being set up and he knows it and he's fucking suspicious and THEN the loves of his life walk in. And he's just fucking flustered, Alfred is living for it and the trio are all up in his personal space in the span of 0.2 seconds after catching a glimpse of him.
So whoever invited them is speechless, Oracle has been streaming the cams because Dick promised to help her out at the library or something and the whole family is just HOLD UP WHAT'S HAPPENING??? And like Duke is living his nightmares with the ghostly/liminal afterimages like Damian and Jason weren't fucking enough.
And then Jason walks in all swagger with Jazz and just goes:
"Okay, so that's Bruce, that's Damian the demon brat with his eventual demon spouses because they're taking their time apparently, they also like to act like the parents I never had (K. O. for Bruce), that's my gramps Alfred, he's the man of the house and head of the household, don't let him fool you, and that's Dickwing, he went out in a sparkling disco costume vigilanting for a couple of months and doesn't deserve to forget it. Everyone, this is Jazz, she's the best psychiatrist in Arkham and the only reason none of those assholes broke out in the last couple of months."
"And how did you two meet, Master Jason?"
"I was patrolling when a couple of thugs tried to rob her and I went to help so obviously she beat my ass right after theirs because she thought I was their reinforcements. I had bruises for weeks. It was love at first fight."
Danny blurts out "So you're a man of culture as well!" and Jazz starts bickering with him which is how the batfam finds out their brothers are dating a pair of siblings plus some.
Damian? Cuddled.
The trio? Delighted with their Habibi.(He likes it when they call him Habibi, sue them)
Alfred? Delighted.
Jason? Behaving.(mostly)
Jazz? A probable Amazon.
The rest of the family? Wants an actual fucking explanation.
Bruce? Not drunk enough.
Amity Parkers moving to Gotham for college. Sam and Paulina pooling their trust funds together to buy an abandoned hotel and fitting it as apartments for everybody. They all train together in the courtyard to keep their skills up and just because it's fun. Suddenly an influx of super competent self-trained (or maybe ghost-trained) young adults.
Everybody having their little niches and suddenly they all have more free time that's not being taken up by ghost attacks so many of them started different YouTube channels with info they found out from the ghostly residents of Amity. Star and Paulina running a history of beauty channel going over makeup, hair styles and fashion, special guest Sam when going over alt fashions. Dash and Kwan running one on the history of sports. Wes and Mikey running a conspiracy theory podcast. Valerie running a martial arts channel. Danny just info-dumping about space and spacecraft in videos that range from 45 minutes to four hours. Tucker running a how-to channel for fixing tech and coding. Sam running a combination true crime and witchy channel. The Trio running a Let's Play channel.
Ghostly things happening in all of the videos and everybody guesting on everybody else's channels leads to everybody thinking it's all an elaborate ARG. Danny just floating through the walls half-asleep with a glowing shaker bottle in the background. Some of them when they're in the middle of a rant seem to forget to take a breath or their eyes or freckles start glowing. On a livestream Paulina snaps at somebody off screen and her eyes are suddenly glowing green. Danielle pops in during a charity livestream that the Trio are running and calls Danny-Daddy, Sam-Mom, and Tucker-Dad and is just floating on the back of the couch. Danny doing a stream to watch a rocket take off and suddenly a robe and crown flash and he disappears in a flash of green and the stream is just dead space until the rocket's about to take off and Danny comes running in and jumps over the back of his chair to watch it and cheer.

Time to retcon this Flynn nonsense.
I’m going to make Flynn into Danny’s cousin who got pulled into a natural ghost portal and went missing at a young age. Heck, lets drop the ‘Fenton’ altogether and make him Aunt Alicia’s son. ‘Walker’ is a pretty popular fanon maiden name for Maddie so now we have Flynn Walker. Things are already so much better.
His disappearance caused a rift in Aunt Alicia’s marriage because she knows she saw some supernatural bullshit spirit her son away but her husband doesn’t believe it. Eventually this leads to feelings of resentment building between her and her husband ultimately ending in a bitter divorce. Alicia isolates herself and the only family she keeps contact with is Maddie, who believed her the whole time and did all she and Jack could to help find Flynn.
Unfortunately, poor lil’ Flynn never gets found.
This ties in with the show canon and reinforces why the Fenton parents are so dead set on making sure their kids know ghosts are dangerous, and teaching them how to fight ghosts/defend themselves. It would be perfectly logical in this situation for neither Jazz or Danny to know of Flynn since it’s an old, and sensitive subject.
But what the fuck happened to Flynn??? Hypothetically, anything. Have a ghost adopt him, explore what happens to a human when they die in the ghost zone, have him turn into a feral child, make him a pet, brainwash him into thinking he’s a ghost, make him actually turn into a ghost. The possibilities are endless.
Allow me to present a nerfed version of Human Flynn that grew up in the GZ with “ghost powers”. Imma have this kid surviving on his wits and the absolute fluke of luck that humans happen to have intangibility there. He manages to stay alive, makes alliances, and eventually gets into learning the traditional methods of ghost fighting like using blood blossoms & ectoranium. He uses his human constitution to surround himself with all manner of things that are dangerous to ghosts a la Alchemist Hermit style and simply lives to the best of his abilities.
Perhaps in the first few months or even years of being stranded Flynn had wanted to go home. And he sure as shit tried his hardest to get out of this green hellscape. But now? After so many years on his own, growing, learning and adapting the ghost zone has become more of a home to him than whatever feelings of longing linger in the hazy memories of his childhood.
Tumblr media
In conclusion, Fuck Bitch Fartman, Danny has a cousin.
[Edit: Everyone in the Phandom has free reign to use this concept and design to their heart’s content (BUT NOT YOU BUTCH. FUCK U.)]

Okay, so I’ve been reading Danny Phantom and DC crossovers a lot recently and it gave me the idea of: what if the Justice League met Phantom in the Ghost Zone? Like they actually meet him because they got trapped in the GZ and Phantom’s like “Hey, y'all ain’t dead” and helps them home.
They weren’t exactly sure how they ended up there. One moment all the founders were fighting crime together, like they do sometimes, and the next moment acid green portals opened up underneath them and swallowed them whole. Now, here they are. A sky of green surrounded them as they stood on floating purple rocks. With no way home.
To be completely honest, I just started getting into DC stuff. My knowledge right now is what I’ve read in comics (which isn’t a lot, and all Batman), read on my dashboard, and ThePandaRedd’s videos. Along with what I’ve been able to piece together from reading these crossovers. I don’t know crud.
But I want a fic where the JL thinks Phantom is a small criminal at first. Not as in they look at reports of him kidnapping the mayor or robbing that bank, no. I want them to find out that he’s wanted by Walker.
Like okay, the JL somehow ends up in the Ghost Zone with no way out, their communicators aren’t working, stuff just ain’t working in general cause ectoplasm, and ghost noise. IDK. And they can easily travel because gravity doesn’t really exist there, the problem is that they have no idea where they are or how to get home. They definitely run into some ghosts at a point and it becomes clear to them that a lot of them aren’t friendly or want to hang out with unknown living people. Since like the ghosts that’d probably recognize the JL don’t travel through dangerous parts of the GZ.
You can tell I didn’t put a ton of thought into this, I only have one scene in my head that I really want. You can even replace the JL with like anyone, I just chose them because idk. But anyway this is where Danny comes in, he sees them and is like “That’s the JL!” and goes over to see what’s up.
“So you’ll be able to help us get back to Earth?”
“Oh yeah, it’s no problem! I go there all the time!”
And then he realizes that leading the JL out of his parents’ portal might be a problem, especially since he doesn’t know if his parents are home. But he remembers that his friend Wulf can make portals and be totally willing to help. If only Danny knew when to hold his tongue.
“My friend can make portals. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen him, but it’s been pretty easy to do a prison break if he’s back there.”
“Um… what.”
During the trip to the prison to see if his friend is actually there, the JL are discussing with themselves if helping with a prison break is worth going home. Phantom totally forgot since he’s in the GZ that the JL doesn't know that breaking out of Walker’s prison is totally fine and reasonable, and that Walker’s rules are totally unfair. Some members are hoping that the friend is in prison for a mostly harmless crime, while all of them are also thinking that’s not the case, why are prison breaks mentioned so loosely.
Everyone’s asking questions like:
“Is there someone else that can make portals?” - “well, yeah, but they probably won’t help”
“Why’s your friend in prison..?” - “I don’t know. I never really asked. Walker’s rules are so dumb.” (They all think about their rogue galleries, while Danny’s thinking about his first offense)
“And Walker is…” - “Ah, the warden, a total jerk. That’s against the rules. Ugh.”
“So… you’ve done prison breaks before?” - “Yeah, it’s become laughably easy to escape.”
“That means you’ve been to prison?” - “Hm? Oh yeah, and if you ask me 1000 years is way too long.” omg what did he do
“You’re over 1000?” - “What? No? I’m 14? Where’d you get that idea?” oh jeez, he broke out of prison
So Danny isn’t really paying attention to his answers, and the JL are just following him going this seemingly sweet child is supposed to be in prison. He’s been too nice for prison, what the heck did he do???
Eventually enough was enough and Batman is the one to ask, “What did you do to get that sentence?”
“Oh, um.. What word did he use… oh yeah, contraband.” And everyone else sighs internally because okay, so this child has done something wrong, but not terribly awful. But this also brings the question of why did he get 1000 years for contraband?
“That’s just Walker for you.” And now everyone is more calm and okay with breaking this kid’s friend out of prison, because now it sounds like this warden is corrupt.
Then the rest of the journey is them getting to know Phantom more and feeling more confident that this child is a well meaning lad. Along with getting knowledge about the world they’ve found themselves in. They finally meet Walker and they just feel like a weight is lifted off their shoulders cause this guy does in fact have dumb rules and is a jerk like Phantom said.
Wulf’s portal shoots them all out in like Metropolis, and then Phantom waves goodbye and heads to his parents’ portal. Batman immediately looks into anything mentioning ghosts, the Ghost Zone, or Phantom since he’s mentioned going to Earth a lot. They are surprised to discover he’s a small hero that fights other ghosts.
They are also suspicious about how many ghosts can easily make their way into Amity Park and wonder if Phantom actually just used them to get his friend out of prison.
