There seems to be an alarming amount of misinformation out there at the moment and I think a lot if it stems from confusion of these 3 terms : clean, disinfect & sterilise. I thought it would be helpful to make a visual reference guide distinguishing the 3. Be wary of people trying to make a quick buck, when you’re researching your PPE and risk assessments for your back to work plans. If there is any confusion, I’d highly suggest at least taking the free online Barbicide hygiene courses (link in my linktree link in my bio.) Personally, when it comes to the companies I invest in to keep my clients safe, I trust professional companies with years of scientific research & a reputable history behind them including @barbicideblue @barbicide_europe & @enbio_group. Every artist & professional needs to find a system that works for them, but let’s just take a moment to stress the importance of using the right language and words when talking about hygiene in the workplace so we don’t contribute to the spread misinformation which lets be honest, is nothing short of dangerous. Absolutely love my @enbio_group Enbio S Auto Clave ❤️ I use this for all my work tools and it has given me confidence to go back to work in our new norm😷👌🏻 🦶🏻I’m especially looking forward to using it to steralize my new stainless steel pedicure tools👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻 After doing my own research I decided that cleaning and disinfecting my work tools was not enough. Before Covid I used to clean and disinfect my tools in Barbicide Disinfectant. With our new norm, I decided to go one step further for my clients, investing in the Enbio S Class B Auto Clave. These Auto Claves are small enough to fit into a salon or treatment room and they look really modern and fresh. They also have a very fast cycle option, the Enbio S can sterilise tools in as little as 7 minutes😻👍🏻. As well as being light weight, they are also quiet and not disruptive to the work environment, not to mention they are user friendly, which is great for someone like myself (I’m not very tech savvy haha.)
