i started rewatching my hero academia and omgggggg 10 year old me had the right idea when they started watching it this shit is so banging i have cried several times probably for a second time over the same scenes but im only on season 4 and thats as far as i got before i fell off it and im already worried for the future of the series as in the stuff thats already come out bc i realllyyyyyyy like the high school stuff and i just want to read some old tododeku or kiribaku or bakudeku fanfiction set in the summer camp they went to in season 3 but im scared of being spoiled and idk what the fandoms like anymore, it was so much fucking fun back in its prime as i would call it but idk what going on in the fandom anymore what if its full of gross people still and can you tell that im in a really weird place right now and totally crying whilst listening to all the intros(only season 1 to 3s intros tho they bring the most nostalgia) goddamn i never thought id come back to this show let alone cry about it but yeah if you read all of this i BEG of you DO NOT SPOIL anything from season 5 onwards bc i HAVE NOT WATCHED IT and i will be very upset if you ruin it for me, and i havent read the manga so dont think that all the stuff that happens in it past the tv show is common knowledge

#poorly drawn mdzs #mdzs #lan wangji #jiang cheng #wei wuxian #Spoilers: It was Wei Wuxian the whole time!#Once again this one was on the chopping block but I saved it for just a better comic flow.#Admittedly I do have a critique of the pacing here. Namely that we really should have ended the flashback when WWX fell.#And then gone back to present time for a bit - or even go to a different flashback.#The sense of time passing isn't as strong as it *could* be.#We get *told* three months pass and that they've been looking for WWX. But to the audience it's been...15 min.#Less than seven minutes if you count the flute playing.#This guy when through a whole aesthetic and persona shift in less time than it takes to walk through a corn field.#Guy who listened to less than half an emo album and dyed all his clothes black. And jorted all his jeans.#Timeskips can be sudden and work out just fine! I personally feel like this one would be stronger with better pacing.#Feel free to disagree with me!#In case anyone is wondering why JC and LWJ are still holding hands: 1) Haunted house episode.#2) I needed to practice drawing hand holding at some point. Might as well get the rough and sloppy ones out with these two.

olympics coming up…… athlete aus on the mind….. satoru as a swimmer….. unreasonably large wingspan…. huge hands..... thinks “official” competitions and tournaments are boring because he can’t use the goofy purple googly eyes goggles he likes to practice in…… practices at ungodly hours solely because he likes when the pool is empty because that means you’ll dip your feet in at the edge and be there to greet him with a kiss when he’s finished his laps….. they bring up the stats board and it’s just his name ten times before the next fastest person and he could still lap them, and even tho he’ll always put so much pressure on himself to be the best, it’s worth it to have you hold his face and tell him you’re proud of him... he’s gotten so much merch from events and sponsorships and he used to think they just created clutter but that all changes when you start to wear his clothes (esp the ones with his name on it… he’s not proud to admit that does Something to him)…. always looks up to the stands when he finishes a race and if he knows you’re not there, he looks right at the camera, draws an infinity sign with his fingers, and blows a kiss (which, some commentators routinely call “unsportsmanlike conduct” but he doesn’t care, and always, publicly says he’ll pay the fees if it means blowing a kiss to his girl at home)
