I did a thing
I don鈥檛 know if y鈥檃ll have noticed, but I really like cooking. Like I am passionate about food and if I could have a career in cuisine, I would totally do it.
And so this year, I鈥檝e decided to get off my ass and start that cooking channel on YT that I鈥檝e been talking about forever and ever. I actually started doing some test videos near the end of last year, but at long last, after some new purchases and some thought into what my theme is gonna be, the channel is UP.
I鈥檒l be cooking my way through my (overly large collection of) 114 cookbooks, and I solemnly swear that I will not buy any more until I鈥檝e made something from all of them. (God help me if Nigella releases a new book in the meantime, I鈥檓 gonna be so upset!)
I鈥檝e only got one video right now (I made Pork rib soup with lotus root and a bamboo shoot and cucumber spicy salad, from Vietnamese Food & Cooking by Ghillie Basan), but I鈥檓 excited to follow with plenty more! If you like food and would like to follow my journey, subscribe!
