Do we think Harding's mom embroidered her shirt? Or do we think our girl did it herself?

King Charles I (1600-1649)
Artist: After Sir Anthony Van Dyck (Flemish 1599-1641)
Date: 1637-1699
Medium: Oil on panel
Collection: National Trust Collections, London, United Kingdom
Charles I of England
Charles I (19 November 1600 – 30 January 1649) was King of England, Scotland, and Ireland from 27 March 1625 until his execution in 1649.
Charles was born into the House of Stuart as the second son of King James VI of Scotland, but after his father inherited the English throne in 1603, he moved to England, where he spent much of the rest of his life. He became heir apparent to the kingdoms of England, Scotland, and Ireland in 1612 upon the death of his elder brother, Henry Frederick, Prince of Wales. An unsuccessful and unpopular attempt to marry him to Infanta Maria Anna of Spain culminated in an eight-month visit to Spain in 1623 that demonstrated the futility of the marriage negotiation. Two years later, shortly after his accession, he married Henrietta Maria of France.

Portrait of Anne of Austria, Queen of France
Artist: Peter Paul Rubens (Flemish, 1577–1640)
Date: c. 1625
Medium: Oil on Canvas
Collection: Norton Simon Museum, Pasadena, CA, United States
Description
Anne of Austria (1601-1667) was the wife of King Louis XIII of France. The Queen is represented at about the age of twenty-five, dressed with a "Medici" pleated lace ruffle around her neck and a jeweled crown on her head. The satin dress is embroidered with repeated fleur-de-lys, and she wears an ermine-lined mantle.
The portraits of Anne and Louis were probably painted during one of Rubens' visits to Paris when he was directing the decoration of the Luxembourg Gallery.

A visual delight, and a designer's dream―the decorative details of great European paintings transformed into beautiful two-dimensional patterns
Richly embroidered robes. Intricate lace collars. Elaborately laid floor tiles. Delicately carved and modeled cornices and capitals. These are among the details of decorative art that the Old Masters lovingly rendered in their paintings, to establish a setting, convey a portrait subject's social status, or sometimes just enliven a scene. Together these details―so easy to overlook in the imposing harmony of draftsmanship, color, and composition that makes up a great painting―form a veritable history of ornament.
This inventive book plucks these decorative motifs from the background of paintings by masters like Bronzino, Fra Angelico and Jacques-Louis David, and transforms them into vibrant two-dimensional patterns. Seeing these patterns side-by-side with the original paintings deepens our appreciation of both. Patterns in Art will be a resource for graphic designers, and a revelation for all art lovers.

Hey all! It's been a while since I've been on here but I've found myself in a bit of a bind with some unexpected bills so I'm reopening embroidery commissions.
Everything is done by hand, and I make patches, pet portraits, wall art, and jewelry.
