Memories of rolling for Elisa because she was released on my goddamn birthday and then getting spooked by TOUKA instead AT THE PITY ROLL ASDFGHASDFGHJDFGHJ

Sooo yeah... I whaled pretty hard today! I got all the bags. All of them! So here’s what I got!

First off, since the platinum bag was going to give a destiny gem along with the limited mg of my choice, I decided to get Tsubaki! She’s one who I’m really sad I didn’t roll for! At the time, I wanted to get those limited 3* girls from the other banners, so I had to skip hers! So I decided to treat myself!

Since the bundle came with an innocent gem, i used it on the dark queen! Now she’s maxed out!

Thankfully best girl wasn’t left out! I got her with the gold bag, so she too is maxed out! It helps me build my fire roster out some more!

Never Allow Will to Be Erased

MLB Effect: Accele MP Gain Up [17.5%] & Attack Up [15%]

Effect Definitions:

Accele MP Gain Up will increase the amount of MP gained by using Accele discs.

Attack Up increases the equipped character’s base stats, meaning that its effects are calculated before buffs/debuffs are considered. The effect caps at 100%.

TLDR: “Never Allow Will to Be Erased” is good for an event shop memoria. Its effects synergize well with one another and make it suitable for Magia teams and Magia Stall Teams. “Never Allow Will to Be Erased” will be especially good for Dolphins, new players, and Free-to-Play players. This memoria is exclusive to “The Inheritors of Our Souls” event shop. This is event memoria and should be kept in case of a rerun.

Review: “Never Allow Will to Be Erased” has the same effects as the event shop memoria “Something to Remember.” Because of this, the reviews will be nearly identical. If you’re comparing the two, “Never Allow Will to Be Erased” has around 200 more ATK stats which makes it better offensively; but both are equal outside of that.

“Never Allow Will to Be Erased” is good for an Event Shop Memoria, and it’ll be useful for a wide range of players. Its two effects synergize well. Attack Up won’t just increase the damage of attacks, but it will increase the damage for Magia and Doppels too, so this memoria is very useful for any kind of Magia team. You can combine this memoria with an Active Magia Damage Up without worrying about hitting the Attack Up 100% cap, and lay even more damage down upon the enemy.

Both effects’ percentages are respectable. They aren’t as great as many Four-Star memoria, but they’re still competitive, especially for a Three-Star memoria.

There aren’t many comparable memoria in the game that will provide both a damage increase of some sort with an MP increase. The one that most closely resembles “Never Allow Will to Be Erased” (besides the aforementioned “Something to Remember”) is a limited four-star memoria:

“Still Far From a Starry Night…” Accele MP Gain Up [15%] & Attack Up [25%],

which amusingly gives less Accele MP Gain Up in favor of more Attack Up. Other comparable limited memoria include:

(Limited 4*) "Waiting for the Moment” Accele MP Gain Up [20%] & Damage Increase [20%]

(Limited 4*) “Iroha of the Midsummer Beach” MP Gain Up [12.5%] & Attack Up [20%]

(Limited 4*) “Tonight We Shall Have a Banquet” MP Gain Up [12.5%] & Damage Increase [20%]

(Limited 4*) “Goodbye Fable” Accele MP Gain Up [17.5%] & Magia Damage Up [15%]

(4*) “Deep in Thought” Accele MP Gain Up [15%] & Damage Up [15%] & MP Gain Up [10%]

Overall, “Never Allow Will to Be Erased” is a decent freebie. Many unlimited Accele MP Gain Up passive memoria don’t have an offensive effect attached to it, so in some situations “Never Allow Will to Be Erased” will edge out its unlimited Four-Star competition. For example, consider the following memoria:

(Limited 4*) “You Can Wear Any Outfit You Want” MP Gain Up [10%] & Accele MP Gain Up [17.5%] & Defense Up [30%]

(Limited 4*) “Beyond the Waves” MP Gain Up [10%] & Damage Cut [25%] & Defense Up [30%]

(Limited 4*) “The Third Magical Girl” Accele MP Gain Up [20%] & Charged Attack Damage Up [15%]

(Limited 4*) “Always Thinking of You” Accele MP Gain Up [20%] & Burn on Attack [30%] (2 Turns)

(4*) “Because the World Is Full of Wishes” Accele MP Gain Up [17.5%] & Status Ailment Resistance Up [30%]

(4*) “Being Wrapped In Self-Reproach” Accele MP Gain Up [15%] & Anti-Skill Seal [100%]

None of these have a damage-increasing secondary effect (this arguably includes “The Third Magical Girl” as Charged Attack Damage Up isn’t a constant offensive bonus the same way that Attack Up or Damage Increase are). While several of these memoria offer more Accele MP Gain Up, they come with the tradeoff of losing out on damage. Meanwhile, “Never Allow Will to Be Erased” gets to have a decent amount of Attack Up and a respectable amount of Accele MP Gain Up, making it useful for situations where you want to have both without sacrificing either.

While it’s generally a good idea to equip Four-Star memoria on Supports, this Three-Star option won’t be so bad on a Magia-focused unit.

Having Elisa back is extremely nostalgic in an almost painful way. 

She and Corbeau were some of the last girls I got before NA shut down. Having her back is... weird.

Also I’m sad that she breaks up the upside down tradition between Lapin and Kaoru.
