The top pic is my cardio yesterday. The bottom pic is this evenings workout. My body is getting more conditioned and I am making healthy eating choices. I would not have gotten this far without working out and eating right. With Project 10 I don't have to think what I am going to eat. It's a Vi Shake, Vi Crunch or Neuro.
