Actually on that note (Liquid IV), I did finally find a hydration powder that has real sugar (no artificial sweetners, no stevia) and a reasonable amount of sodium, and Also some potassium and magnesium, and no coconut (I'm allergic), and it's still Drinkable (ie, doesn't make me gag because it tastes like almost drowning in the Pacific Ocean when you get taken out by a wave; also not too sweet with very little salt like Gatorade, which works if I'm just a little low, but not lately while I'm missing infusions).

ive had symptoms for several years now, but over the last few months it has been exponentially worse. i haven't worked since february. and back in...february or march, ronnie was like "you'll need a lot of extra electrolytes"
