ASHI: (Ahaha, as nice as Rook and Vil are, I might end up feeling the pressure a little. It’d be an honor, obvs, but #stressful…!)

EPEL: Happy Birthday! You weren’t expecting me, were you?

ASHI: Waugh?! Eppy! Hahaha, what a pleasant surprise!

ASHI: I’m so stoked you’re my interviewer! Who knew I’d get so lucky?

EPEL: No need to flatter me, you know. Thank you for having me.

ASHI: Pssh, why’re you acting so uptight, Eppy? It’s just me! I like your lingo and stuff.

EPEL: I’d love to, but… We’re still in the Pomefiore dorms, you know. I never know if Vil is lurking around or not…

EPEL: If you could take any person with you to a deserted island, who would it be? I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t take one of the ghosts or Grim, but it can’t be someone from your dorm.

ASHI: Grimmy’s great! But for survival… Ehh…

ASHI: NGL, a deserted island sounds kinda scaries, as much as I love the beach. Like yeah, I’d love to hang, but survival? Hecks naw!

EPEL: Sounds about right. You’re really like a princess.

ASHI: Mhm! If I really wanted to, I could probably get to the basics by myself if I tried. But do I wanna? No.

ASHI: It’d probably be a good idea to get paired with someone who knows what they’re doing, y’know? At the very least, I can depend on them!

EPEL: So someone who can take care of you? Leona, maybe? Since he already babies you… Alternatively, I don’t really think Ace would be the best choice, no offense.

ASHI: None taken. He deserves it. But nope! This is a fun scenario, right? I might as well go out with a bang, or someone I can have fun with.

ASHI: So, I say Floyd!

EPEL: Floyd?!

ASHI: Aye aye, cap’n! You get it, don’tcha? He’s so tall and could get all the coconuts! I think we’d have a lot of fun, too.

EPEL: I know you work at Monstro Lounge, but aren’t you scared of him still? He’s a little unpredictable, so he clashes with you.

ASHI: Well, that’s what makes him fun, right? I guess it’s all depending on his mood…

ASHI: My fear of the dark TOTALLY kicked in then. I never screamed so loud in my entire life!

EPEL: I can imagine… Sharp teeth, glowy eyes and all.

ASHI: I tried getting back at him once too, when I blended some shiitake mushrooms into his milkshake.

ASHI: …I don’t think I’ve ever even ran that fast before, TBH.

EPEL: Ashi, this isn’t really helping your case, if I’m being honest… You’re making it sound like he’d eat you by the time someone saved you two.

ASHI: W-Well! On the other hand, he’s got that eel form that we can rely on too! If we get bored, we can just zoom on out and crash Azul’s place or something, y’know?

EPEL: I guess I see your point. Being a merman must means he could help a lot on an island…

ASHI: Yup, yup! Anyway, I think we’re good enough buds where I’m 97% sure he wouldn’t eat me!~

EPEL: Heh, classic Ashi. I guess in a way you really did think it through, even if it sounded odd at first.

EPEL: If you were to transfer to a different dorm, which would you pick?

ASHI: Oh, a good one! I think I’ve kinda cheated with my Ramshackle prefect rights, hehe. I’m a little bit of a dorm-hopper.

EPEL: I think I could see you fitting in Heartslabyul, since you’re pretty good at sticking to the rules. Riddle likes you a lot too, more than he likes Ace, at least.

ASHI: But I guess at the end of the day, the thing that I’m missing at my dorm is the constant hustle and bustle.

it had been weeks since nevillette last met you behind the opera epiclese, weeks since you wormed your way into his mind, and he still had absolutely no idea what your name was. were you well? did you face any troubles? were you adjusting well to life on land? 

he stood, sighing as he neatly arranged the stacks of paper on his desk. at this rate, he would never get any work done– perhaps a good lunch at hotel debord could help him get his emotions in order. 

it seemed as though the divine had been listening to his thoughts, for he heard a familiar voice sweetly call out to him.

“bonjour, monsieur neuvillette!”

you were surrounded by a group of children who were clamouring for you to tell them more tales from under the sea, the glow of happiness on your face just as radiant as he remembered. 

“bonjour,” he politely returned the smile, “it’s been a while. how have you been?” 

“very well, miss navia has been nothing but kind and welcoming!” you cheered. “everyone’s super nice too, can you believe the elders said humans were not to be trusted?” 

one of the children gave a loud gasp before neuvillette can reply. “no way! could it be…”

another cut him off. “jeez, antoine, how long did it take you?” 

“not everyone’s a genius like you, chloé!” antoine glared, giving chloé a light shove before turning to you. “so, mademoiselle y/n (neuvillette makes a mental note of your name), is it true?”

“hm?” you tilted your head.

“are you and monsieur neuvillette together?”

“EHH?”

“ah, actually–” he began, but a chorus of voices cut him off.

“y/n and neuvillette sitting in a tree! k-i-s-s-i-n-g!” the children chanted over and over, linking hands and skipping to form a circle around you both. 

you smile sheepishly up at him. “sorry, they’re… quite the zealous bunch.” 

“haha, evidently.”

somewhere in the distance, a bell chimed.

“alright! run along, now, kids, or your parents will come hunting for my tail.” you clapped your hands. “i’m also getting hungry–” your eyes softened at their whines, “hey, it’s not as if you’ll never see me again!”

neuvillette cleared his throat as the crowd of little ones dispersed. “you said you were hungry? would you like to go for lunch together?”

he allowed you to lead him by the arm, listening as you chattered about how excited you were to taste more fontainian cuisine– well, with the exception of seafood, of course, and he felt a strange warmth bloom in his chest. 

oh. and an odd sense of foreboding, almost as if it was taunting him: how long will this serenity last, monsieur chief justice?

over the court of fontaine, light rain began to fall without reason.

E: That’s the source of my unease. Are you really that weak? Were you really getting picked on for being a weakling?

For a story scenario, maybe the crew docked on a new island that had a specific ingredient reader needed and she forced Zoro to tag along with her because she needed him to help carry it back. Zoro begrudgingly agrees but he ends up getting lost because reader stepped away from him while he was distracted. Reader and the crew search for him, eventually finds him and then reader sasses him for not paying attention. “CANT believe im stuck with you out of all people.” Zoro muttered under his breath. “I didn’t quite catch that seaweed look alike.” You said through your teeth. “Blegh you sound like Sanji what did I tell you about hanging around him.”

The island was fairly small with two small villages. It was known for exotic plants. You spotted a small shop with interesting trinkets and told Zoro to stay put outside.

“Wow they had a bunch of interesting stuff and I found that herb I needed! Alright let’s go-“ You were cut off as you noticed the spot the swordsmen was last in was empty.

“Great I look away and now she got lost on me, how did I end up in the forest anyways.”

“Hm I think I might put a tracker on Zoro..” Everyone laughed but it slowly died out as they realized you weren’t joking. (Except Sanji he’s still laughing his ass off😭)

“Not a bad idea! Get him a harness too!” The blonde said while helping Nami and Robin onto the ship. “SHUT IT ERO COOK!”

If one were to look at neteyam sully, as he talks to himself, people would think he is out of it. Or he could be talking through an earpiece but no. If you look carefully, there is something small sitting or standing on neteyam's shoulder or laying on top of his head.

What is the tiny thing?

Why that would be none other than Tsyeytsyip, or Tey for short. Tey is a small tiny human, smaller than a new born, smaller than anything tiny in the world of pandora. How she became like this is unknown, since she was born from a long line of small humans back on Earth, and the RDA hired her parents to work with them in working the smaller stuff.

But that was a long time ago. Now tey lives her best life in the massive giant world of pandora and the creature that inhabit the planet. Well as best as she can. Literally anything can kill her. Tey has a higher chance of being crushed by something than an average size human.

Which is why neteyam, even though no one asked him, has decided he would protect little bite. Every since they met, neteyam has been nothing but a tease to little bite.

You see, despite being so tiny, Tey has a bite, and she isn't afraid who to bite. Many will flinch from the sharp pain and leave her alone. But neteyam? he just laughs.

That is the thing with neteyam. He adores his good friend little bite, she is sweet, kind, yet oh so tiny. Neteyam cant help but tease his cute little friend. Yes, she will try to bite his finger off but he cant help it! She is too cute! So whenever they are together, neteyam wont let the day end without some cute reaction from little bite.

"neteyam for the last time GET YOUR STINKY ASS FOOT AWAY FROM ME!" little bite screamed at the top of her lungs. Angry and cant be taken seriously. little bite was glaring up at neteyam, who was having a fit of laughter.

"hahaha! I'm sorry tey, I cant help it" neteyam grins happily. Playfully, he would pretend to almost step on little bite and would feel a small poke or prick on her "little weapon". A toothpick.

"cant help my tiny ass! you do this to me all the time!! Using your big blue giant FEET to scare me! and if is not you trying to step on me, it would be your sharp teeth or your massive hands!" little bite huffs out. Neteyam grins as he picks up little bite onto his hand.

"You know I am only playing with you little bite, its just my way of teasing you. I would never hurt you, you're my cute little human" neteyam says while smiling innocently.

Being careful, he strokes little bite's cute face with adoration. Little bite blushed seeing how genuine neteyam is being. Placing her small hands on his finger, feeling his cool body temperature. Leaning her head on his finger, enjoying neteyam's 'embrace'.

"Well...try to tone it down. Every time you scare me, I feel as though my heart will explode" little bites says. She should be used to neteyam's tactics by now, but its hard when it looks like every movement will end her.

"I wont have that, your tiny heart is meant to beat for me" the giant blue boy smirks handsomely. Revealing his sharp fangs with the sunlight reflecting. Slightly pouting, little bite says "no, my heart beats for me to be alive". Neteyam chuckles, his vibrations sends little bite's mind wild. Why must neteyam be so good looking?

"if you are done laughing, I am starving! lets get a snack or something to eat" little bite says while rubbing her hands. "you are always hungry" neteyam comments. Placing her hands on her hips she looks up at him, "I am tiny, so my energy quickly goes down". Rolling his eyes, neteyam places little bite on his shoulder as he searches for some berries.

"during the mean time, we should also make new clothing for you" neteyam says. Little bite looks down at her outfits and it is starting to show wear and tear. Materials made for her outfits are not always the best materials to make clothes out of. Using grass, dried leaves, or scales of an animal.

"Bit tricky to find lasting items to make clothes out of" little bite replies. Finding a berry vine, neteyam gives little bite a single berry which looks like a large ball in her hands. "YES!" she shouts happily and munches away the juicy berry.

Neteyam sits down and collects some grass to make something while little bite eats. A comfortable silence was there between them.

It was like that for a while, when little bite was full she rubbed her belly in satisfaction. "phew! those were good berries" she says happily. "I can tell, your face is covered in berry juice" neteyam chuckles. Little bite touched her face, feeling the stickiness of the berry juice. "Can you take me to the pond near by?" she asks. Neteyam nods and carries her in his hand, being careful as usual. Reaching there, he gently puts her down. "Going to take a quick wash!" little bite says and goes to the stones that makes a tiny cave.

Neteyam nods and looks at the little waterfall. It is his favorite place. It is where his father taught him how to fish, relax, play around, and where he met his tiny friend. A special place he holds dear to his heart.

"When you are done, wear this" he places a tiny item near the little cave for little bite to take. He didn't had to wait long, Little bite came out from the rocks and fresh and clean and wearing the new outfit he made for her.

"Huh, this is very nice comfortable" little bite admires her new outfits. It was made with the petals of her favorite flower, the woven ends design as a flowy dress with its colors complementing her skin. Tied neatly with the flower vine and The texture of the petals are so soft and light, its easy for little bite to move around. Truly the best outfit she has had so far.

"Do you like it?" neteyam asks, a bit nervous and anxious to hear her response. Smiling happily, her bright eyes looking up at him, " I LOVE it! its perfect!" her bell like laughs rings in his ears, a pleasant sound he enjoys hearing. Little bite gives a twirl for him, the dress flowing lightly, giving her a soft look.

"I am glad you like it" neteyam replies. He lays down, letting the warmth of the son cover him like a blanket. Little bite climbs on top of him. Looking like a mountain in her eyes. She goes to his right eye and gently poke his eye lid. "Neteyam? are you gonna take a nap?" she asks. Neteyam smirks, "yeah, the sun feels good right now, we can head back later".

Little bite agrees and decides to lay on his nose as her napping spot. Since she hardly weight a thing, it wont cut off the air circulation for her blue friend. Letting sleepiness take over, both get a comfortable and sleep away through the warm afternoon sun.

Also, I'm sorry if answers will disappoint you but I don't have a thought behind color picking. Truth is lately I've been just using colors I like, trying to make them fit to the overall vibe of the drawing.

For example, in the vamp marla drawings I used a dark moldy orange cause it reminded me of rust and decay, and with that I added some tilted bright magenta lines to contrast it and make it pop. That's it. And to figure them out I just kept modifying the hue until I liked the combination. So I guess, play around with colors, be silly :3

Oh also lines and halftones play a big role in my drawings. I don't like having many elements of the same value one next to the other, cause they don't make each other stand out. (imagine a plain outfit with EVERYTHING black. Nothing else. Kinda boring).

I try in fact to put dark areas next to brighter ones so their shapes are more distinct to the sight (the eyes in the drawing for example wouldn't be so visible if there wasn't the dark eyeshadow to drag your eyes towards them. The hair has subtle black lines as texture while the skin has halftones, this makes the brain perceive them as different).

Now for the outfits...well, since the past months I've been drawing the same 3 blorbos in their canon fits, soooo use reference I would say... referencing things is always the best thing you can do, from fits and especially colors if you're trying to obtain a certain mood or atmosphere (and I be forgetting cause I'm lazy but don't be like me 💥).

I did design the following fits out of raw imagination, but I needed some reference for cowboy and pirate fits on pinterest.

In these cases I tried to add some recurring patters for each of them.

Narrator has many horizontal lines going on on the pants (design and the dangly things on the side) while also having like two belts and a string. More lines yippie!

With marla I went with earrings matching the necklace, while also adding lace (is that how it's called??) on the rims of her top, glove things and collar. For her top and skirt I went with vertical lines that are also present on her stockings while cloak/scarf has those repeating things at the end (me when I don't know clothing vocabulary).

Tyler has kinda the more boring fit cause I was getting tired. I was trying to go with items of the upper body being tighter while having large pants with bug boots, kinda triangle shaped, but ehh I need to work more on that. Reoccurring would be the flowy clothes folds cause I view them as soft materials contrasted with a more rough vest. I tried to add on that soap bubbles patterns but it's kind of a weak effect so fnenrne.

Again. Reference. And taking breaks between designs cause your brain at some point has enough of your ideas.

Uhmm idk if all this yapping in an okay answer for you, I spent all afternoon trying to analyze my drawings and I was going insane. But I thank you for asking cause you made me realize I should adapt to a stable technique huehue =w=

Leona: Fairly well for the most part. (Presents the Fresh Batch of Gibgerbread Men on the Pan While Wearing The Cat Onesie Shingo Got Her For Christmas Last Year) I just finished baking the final batch of cookies for this evening's party.

Shingo: (Starts Smelling the Scent of the Cookies in Front of Him) ('Mm') I'm liking how they look and smell already.

It kinda seem like time flew by when everyone was out of the house on their trips except for Aaron and Penelope. Her arm was doing better but at times she wore a brace around the house to be safe. She been hanging out with Justin lately too, but for her she saw him as another friend and nothing else but he didn't get that hint.

"You what?" Penelope shouts on the phone with Janelle. "You know I said no dating and you make a double date?" She huffs while Janelle says it wasn't her idea. "I can't believe this and it's tonight?" She goes towards her closet, "I'm not gonna act like I'm happy to be there so it's whatever. And I'm driving myself." She ends the call to get ready for the stupid date.

Since she really didn't want to go, she doesn't try her best to look like she was going in a double dated. She wore light jeans with a white tank top and knit sweater.

As she leaves her room, Colby was confused about where she was going, "I'm heading out." She smiles.

"Obviously but where are you going? If you don't mind me asking."

"A double date." She says and they just look at each other.

"Oh, umm, have fun." He starts to move around.

"Thanks." She leaves making him curse at himself.

When she arrives at the resrant she see the three outside waiting for her. The whole dinner Janelle and Luke had their own conversations leaving Penelope to chat with Justin. Once dinner was over Justin pulls Penelope into a hug so to be nice she hugs him back but he gives her a kiss in the cheek.

"Justin, you do remember I'm not looking for a relationship right now right?" She brings it up as they walk to their cars.

"Well, ya." He laughs.

"So what are you trying to do?" She asks him.

"To be honest, I believe I can change your mind."

"Justin, I just want a friend right now." She gets in her car heading home.

Walking through the door she stops in her tracks seeing Colby with a hot pink wig on, "Penny! They glued this on me!" Colby shouts at her.

"Well, I told you he would mess with your hair in someway..." She says as he runs upstairs so all the guys follow him so Penelope just goes to her room to change.

She leaves her room to use the bathroom but Colby and Elton were in the bathroom so she stands waiting for them to leave.

After using the bathroom she goes to Colby's room, "Well, it makes your eyes pop more." She gives him a smile taking a seat on his bed so he just looks at her, "If it wasn't so bright... I'd dig it."

"Not helping me. This is super glued on Penelope." He gets ready to lay in bed.

"I know, you told me as soon as I walked through the door."

"How was your double date?" He asks with his back towards her so he can roll his eyes.

"Ehh, I told Justin I'm not looking for a relationship right now but he's convinced himself he can change my mind." She explains to him.

"That's bold of him." He laughs before getting in his bed while Penelope sat at the end. "Are we ever gonna talk about what happened at the hospital or just forget about it?" Colby changes the topic.

Penelope looks at him before letting out a breath, "I feel like should ask you that question since...you kissed me."

The entire energy in the room shifted as they stay silent looking at each other waiting for one of them to speak again. Yeah, it was obvious that there was secret feeling being revealed now but there wasn't any  vocal confirmation.

"I just wanna ask why?" Penelope speaks first braking the silence, "Since that night things have changed between us and how we act with each other and..." She closes her eyes putting her head down.

"I've wanted to kiss again you since the kiss to make Darwin go away. I always had a little crush on you deep down growing up but I thought it was ridiculous. That day though I knew it wasn't just a silly crush. Over the years it just developed into something more and I finally realized how much I had feelings for you. I've been driving myself crazy since then trying to make it go away because I didn't want to mess us up. But also after a scare of losing you, I couldn't help myself. The thought of losing you... I knew I loved you." He says letting it all out to her.

If he could know what was going through her head right now and how fast her heart was beating he would've thought she would have a heart attack on the spot.

"Love me... Colby, you have no idea how hard it was to force myself to forget about my feelings for you. No matter how much I shoved them so far down they were always there to remind me. I never wanted to admit because I didn't want to lose you. The amount of times I've had to tell people that. Plus I never thought I was your type. But I understand how you felt wanting to kiss again after the first one." She tells him everything too.

"Now what?" He chuckles.

"Tell me what you want." She smiles a bit.

"I want to kiss you again and only you. I want something with you. I don't care about what the future holds for us if it's good or bad. It's right now and I want us to be best friends who are in love with each other and want more." He says so she moves over to kiss him.

"I want the same thing." She smiles making him kiss her again, "But do you know how hard it is to take you serious with this wig." She giggles making him moves away from her.

"You ruined the mood."

"I know, I'm sorry." She gets up to go to her room to get some rest.

"Hey, a kiss goodnight?" He watches her walk to the door.

"You said I ruined the mood." She laughs as he gets up pulling her into a kiss.

"Another question, do we tell the house or do we keep it a secret? I think it would be fun." He rests his forehead on hers.

"Let's see how long we can. I do know we aren't making it public for a long time. I'm not ready for what's gonna come from the news." She tells him.

"I completely agree. Night, love you." He kisses her once again.

"Love you too, Colby." She smiles going to her room super happy.

The next morning Penelope wakes up getting dressed for the day lazy since she had no plans and didn't plan on making any either. Leaving her room she hears the guys laughing about Colby as she heads downstairs.

"What's so funny?" She asks Elton.

"Look at what your best friend is wearing. Come on out Colby. Let Penny see you." He laughs harder.

"This is embarrassing." Colby whines coming out making her let out a giggle.

"Not bad." She laughs going to the kitchen to get a drink and find something to eat while they head outside.

Coming back inside Penelope just listens to them from the other room while she eats. "Penny, your buddy has a date tonight with a worker next door." Corey tells her making her laugh more.

"Look at you, boy." She finishes up eating while they head outside to get his wig off. At the same time Sam and Kat show up and Sam was confused how the whole outfit came into play.

"You're checking out Colby." Katrina whispers in to Penelope.

"Because I'm looking at him?" She laughs.

"You like what you see though."

Penelope just rolls her eyes going upstairs to go back to sleep wanting to take a nap, but as soon as she starts to fall asleep Colby walks into her room.

"Leave me alone. I want a nap." She whines pulling her blanket over her head.

"You just woke up." Colby pulls the blanket off of her.

"So what? I'm still tired and I don't plan on doing anything today so let me go back to sleep." She takes her blanket back.

"But I want to spend time with you until I leave for my shoot."

"Oh, well." She gets comfortable again.

Colby smiles to him before crawling onto her bed lying next to her pulling her back into his chest, "Her lips, her lips. I could kiss them all day if she let me." Colby whisper sings next to her ear causing her to shake her head at him.

"We haven't even been a couple for a whole day yet, Colby."

"We've basically known each other for 19/18 years, Penelope. I don't think it matters." He continues to talk in a low quiet voice next to her ear before placing his lips on her neck making squirm, "Are you sensitive there?" He chuckles.

"Yes, that's why I've never had a hickey there in my life." She scoots away from him only for him to pull her back to him to lightly kiss her neck, "Colby stop it." She whines.

"No, it's cute." He continues while she tries her best not to whine or squirm, "Good girl." He whispers and she can't help but giggle at that.

"Good girl?" She moves to look at him, "You really are that type of guy?" She giggles more.

"So what if I am?" He props himself up over her smiling, "Does that's make you nervous or feel a certain way?" Penelope doesn't say anything so she just smiles pulling him down into a kiss.

"I'm scared, Colby." She pulls out of the kiss.

"Scared about what?" He tilts his head.

"For whenever we do make us public... When you're with girls fans automatically ship you with them or hate on them. I've never been once shipped with you so when the truth comes out, I'm gonna get so much more hate." Penelope lets out a sigh, "It's gonna be hard for me and how insecure I get easily."

"Hey, hey, I know but you don't need to let it bother you because you know the truth how I feel about you. Fuck what others think because I love you."

Do you mind if I ask your top 10 favorite characters (can be male or female) from all of the media that you loved (can be anime/manga, books, movies or tv series)? And why do you love them? Sorry if you've answered this question before.....Thanks....

Oh um! Thank you for the question, I do love that kind of thing, love writing it out... Honestly I think I can track almost a lot of my fav characters to just yaoi but whatever, I'm valid!! Also there might be some spoilers here since it's difficult to write 'why' without them. Sorry for long text, I like rambling about my favs. 1) Currently as is obvious it's Geto Suguru from JJK, I think he just combined a lot of the things I like in a way that really works for him and for the story... The inherent romance in being dead before the main plot even starts, ahh. Also the complexity behind his fall into villainy is sooo well-written, having so many reasons and chains of consequences that lead him to it, a slow and easily preventable descent into tragedy, it's so appealing... I truly believe he could have been saved and dissuaded at any point in his life, even during the events of jjk0, but people who cared about him didn't understand him, while people who did understand him didn't care enough (or actively planned to take advantage).

2) Kaeya from Genshin, similarly because he's a very contradictory character with a lot of inner demons and a tendency towards self-destructive behavior. Also back then the kaeluc of it all forced me deep into researching chinese terminology and similar examples in fiction which made playing Genshin a much more educational experience than one would expect lmao... Honestly I didn't love what the game did with him in the last few years, mostly ignoring the more serious and cunning aspects of his personality and story and focusing on the cute and insecure little trickster persona, it's very ehh to me. But in my heart I still love the version of him that made me obsess for over a year.

3) Jimmy McGill from Better Call Saul. Again, something about preventable tragedy and how difficult it is to tell where his actions can be traced back to his childhood and family relations, where he was forced and where he chose to make bad decisions himself, he is my poor meow meow 100%. Also has the benefit of being in a well-written show.

4) Princess Carolyn from Bojack, honestly it should have been Diane but Diane struck too close to home for me, while PC is a 'safer' to love option. Highly competent in professional areas, utterly delulu in others, one of the most caring characters in the cast... <З I also just liked her VA a lot, plus she's like a power fantasy in a lot of ways... Super great at her career, loving partner, realising her dream of having a baby, I mean yeah. Not that I want a baby, just that she got everything she wanted by the end, nice.

5) Wei Wuxian from MDZS, same with being dead before the story starts djkgdkjg, also a necromancer and a disaster, need I say more. I think for me a big factor of why I like him is that despite being a talented genius with a steady moral compass he absolutely failed at... everything? Lost everything he held dear or wanted to protect, when revived he doesn't even have any specific goals in the new life he was given. But his endless positivity means that he didn't mind taking that second chance anyway, and as a reward at least learned in detail why his first life fell apart, and also gained a devoted husband in the process, good for him. A rare happy end among things I like actually,, I mean I actually have words to say about the 'happy' part of it but well, as happy as it could have been for him.

6) Grantaire from Les Mis, this one is just very personal I think, a cynical drunk who never accomplished anything in his life, am I right dfjgnkdfg...,, Him being a typical asshole but well-educated and sentimental, loving Enjolras and all of his friends but giving 0 effort to actually supporting their cause, still managing to do the right thing in the end, it's ahh т_т Also I'm still obsessed with him mentioning studying under Antoine-Jean Gros in one sentence which led me down the rabbit hole of researching what real life Gros was like, spoilers he drowned himself in Seine after his artistic career went into decline. You can really see why looking at his works but that makes it all the more upsetting... Like not because of some 1 specific failure but just a lack of artistic progress overall, which his mentor, peers and students couldn't help but comment on... Anyway this isn't about Grantaire anymore but also kind of still is! 7) Vriska, I named my second cat after her!! Honestly one of the better written characters in Homestuck I think (im thinking the first five acts), just everything about her is perfect to me. A huge bitch of course, but at her core just a teenager with pure ambition and insecurities born from consequences of her actions, always trying to prove herself no matter how much she hurts people around her. And yeah like always with characters I like, so many opportunities for her to go off the doomed course, but either herself or manipulative adults always redirected her back, and that was always supposed to be the 'main' timeline, doomed by the narrative etc. The tragic nature of her friends-to-rivals-to-enemies with Terezi was also just sooo... And that Terezi didn't even care about that rivalry as much as Vriska did, or at least pretended that she didn't... Sighh....

8) Granny Weatherwax from Discworld, my favorite old woman. What's so great about her to me is that she's like all those other characters I like, an asshole who wants to solve everyone's problems, always tempted to react emotionally, do the wrong thing,... But she just doesn't, and she's been choosing to be good ever since she was young. The appeal of a powerful witch holding herself in check, mmm, she's just so much more introspective, complex and relatable than say Gandalf in LOTR who had the same issues. Iconic role model honestly.

9) Harry Du Bois from Disco Elysium, or at least specifically the communist well-natured version of him you can play as djkfgdfkfg, not that it erases his complexities and masculine asshole ways but... I mean yeah, he's a cop and an asshole no matter what, but the sheer potential he holds... No matter how low he's fallen, his sentimentality and his empathy, being so in-tune with people and the city, it all leads to a blooming hope for humanity I suppose. That you can get better, always, and not only a-la Grantaire by dying. Of course, you can also always get worse, too, but that's the other inevitable side of the coin (I still haven't played the fascist route since it makes me too sad).

10) Leo from Pandora Hearts! Again I didn't really love how he ended up, but ahhh :^) His unlikely friendship with Elliot, agreeing to becoming his servant to stay by his side more, not realising that he's dooming his friend by doing so, yandere-ish personality plus secret pretty eyes, I mean. Classic flavor.

When it comes to you and Clay playing with others, do you 2 not get jealous because the mindset is “we are each others number 1 no matter what.” Or is it because “yeah it’s tickling and it can get steamy with others, but there’s no romance here.”?

I’m sure you 2 communicate with each other, but I’ve read sessions from others where Clay nibbles on the lee’s neck and the video where you’re getting tickled by the couple. Like what do you 2 think when hearing/seeing what happened when playing with others? Is it encouragement or is it “ehh, alright.”

This is a really good question!

Jealousy is not a bad emotion to feel. It’s okay to feel jealous. And non-monogamous people are allowed to feel jealousy too. A lot of people have the misconception that non-monogamy is about vanishing jealousy for good, but no, it’s learning how to handle your jealousy.

We still feel jealous of each other at times, but we’ve managed it to where its a fun motivator for us to do that with each other! Sometimes I get jealous when Clay and his other partner go out on a nature walk; well now I want to go on a nature walk! Or Clay learns something new with another play partner; well now I want to try that next time we play! Jealousy has helped us communicate more of our wants and desires! These days, a lot of my jealousy sparks my tickle moods and libido! It’s more like, “Hey, me next!”

We don’t consider ourselves as primaries or number ones anymore. Inherently it’s like that as we’re nesting partners, though we no longer have hierarchy in our relationships. Clay also has another romantic partner.

Before we committed to each other as romantic partners, we’ve already desired and communicated that we were going to be non-monogamous. We wanted to see and play with other people. And we’ve been learning about each other and non-monogamy for 5 years now. It’s absolutely not an overnight change, and you do have to feel pretty intense emotions for you to realize at the end of it, “Oh, I’m surviving this.” “Oh, he still loves me, and we just got stronger, and closer to each other.” You have to feel these emotions to learn how to handle them.

We feel great compersion for each other when we play with other people! It’s exciting and awesome to freely play with others! And it gives the other some independent time, or the opportunity to hang out with other friends! I’m really happy when Clay sets up a session with a friend, or with someone new! Like, yeah! He’s awesome and such a great player; I’m happy someone else gets to experience him! Similar to having a metamour, I’m happy someone else loves him, and feeds him, and gets him good gifts! (I also gets the benefits of having delicious food, having another friend, and having the house to myself sometimes~).

A lot of it too was building up my self confidence and self-esteem. Jealous feelings can arise if you feel you are less than, or if you feel your relationship is being threatened by someone better than you. And you don’t have to be perfectly in love with yourself and mentally healthy, I’m absolutely not there, I’m still pretty self conscious and anxious, but I’m more comfortable with who I am and where I am in life. Clay has also been super reassuring that he’s not going anywhere, and we only get closer when we have the freedom to form other relationships. It’s also super comforting after a gathering, or visiting others, to come home to each other and decompress.

We love hearing and seeing what the other’s been up to! Because it excites us and spices up our own relationship! I’m also very nosy and a pervert where I want to know details, only if the other player/s consent to sharing. I also love watching Clay play with others~! Other relationships and love for others brings back more love to our relationship! I honestly think we just know each other so well now and trust each other immensely that playing with others is desired for each other, and a regular part of our lives and relationship! :)

Personal, terrible body updates, general venting (it’s a CW and a blog title!)

Had another round of PT today, oof. We are into working on my arms and shoulders finally. My hands have improved significantly since starting all this, which is great, but the rest of my body is having a rougher go with it. It’s interesting to be able to pinpoint the really bad parts of my joints, and also observe how the rest of my body has been compensating to make up for the deficit. Also watching while the physio pokes part of my shoulder and the complete opposite side of my body reacts to try and carry it is pretty wild. Biology and physiology are amazing and frustrating all at once! But boy did I ever need the world’s longest nap after that today.

At the moment we’re going with “it’s probably some flavor of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, with something else like POTS mixed in for extra spice,” so that’s. Ehh. But at least it’s a direction. Still, a heap of tests in my future as we find out how far the rabbit hole goes down. I get to talk to someone about the potential POTS aspect tomorrow, which has me anxious and also hopeful because at least information gives me the power to do something about any of this. It’s worrying because it’s heart related stuff, but also it seems like the kind of thing that can be managed so at least there’s that. I’ve been using my aging Apple Watch to keep tabs with the Heartwatch app for a few weeks and the data is pretty stunning. On the plus side, to help out with my lower body, I’m getting some sweet knee braces, which I am super excited about. Practically robot legs! Being able to walk places with confidence my legs won’t fall apart under me! Wow! It’s gonna be great. I’ve had a really bad time over the past year with mobility, so I’m really hoping this helps a bit. I’ve got plans to start going on short Pokémon Go walks when the weather warms up as a physical therapy supplement. It’s wild to me that like 10 years ago I was able to just push through this kind of pain and run a marathon, because I just assumed this is how everyone always felt doing physical activity and that was why marathons are considered hard. (It isn’t and, it isn’t.) I doubt I’ll ever be able to do that again, but maybe I can handle like a 5k or something someday.

Since my hands have been better, I’ve been getting in some comic work lately and it feels really good. I’m pretty excited about the pages I’m currently on and just. Really happy about making art, and liking the art I’m making. I’m close to having a second page totally done and I’ve got a good start on a third. I’m going to try and get at least 5 pages done before I commit to uploading, so I’ve got some buffer room, but the more I can get done, the better. I’ve spent hours on the current one and I can no longer tell if it’s due to my process or just being out of practice while my hands were improving. Either way, progress.

Anyway, just blabbing about health stuff because I’m anxious and it makes me feel better, and also I can look at this later when I’m not feeling great and recognize that it isn’t like that all the time. And comic updates stuff, because I want to draw so bad, and maybe people are interested in why I’ve been so slow. I feel kind of weird talking about it, but also nobody talks about this stuff plainly and we probably should. Oh well.

I have just been re-binged reading your Pulling on the Strings of Destiny fic and wanted to say I adore it so much. I can definitely understand some of the mentioned regrets, cause some would have also been super cool, but I really do like what you have put out.

I definitely am generally a fan of 'bakugou faces consequences' fics but I also really do appreciate the addition of Kendo, redemption or otherwise, since I definitely don't think her way of 'handling' Monoma was fair.

I am also super excited to see what happens with Eri, who is adorable, I hope she gets to be adopted ASAP hehe.

I am having so much fun with all the crushes on Izumi and I am really happy that she is now feeling safe to be seen as attractive in a non sexual fashion. Also her bi awakening was such a delight to read.

I really really love seeing the characters react to their future selves and I adore how you write. I am so excited for any and all ships (I am so gonna have to go read more of your fics and rebinge the arranged marriage one)
