I treated myself with Mushroom Cheese Omelette today. It was so moist and creamy. 🤤 Here's how you can make it. ➡ Heat butter in a small non stick frying pan. Toss in the mushrooms and fry over a high heat until it's cooked well. ➡ Add grated broccoli and saute for another 5 mintutes and keep aside. ➡ Add 2 large eggs in a frying pan, close the lid and open once it's partially cooked. ➡ Add the mushroom and Broccoli mixture in the center vertically. Add chopped red cabbage, grated cheese and mustard sauce.
