I have the disease that gives me brain worms over the characters in any given media that are the hardest to find good content of so here’s some headcanons for earth-42 miles/feet immorales. (If you saw this post before, no you didn’t)

He’s eepy tired 1000% of the time. Rio def won’t allow him to drop out of school when he’s so close to graduating so he’s pretty constantly on the go between classes, after school job to help take care of his mom, homework, training, and prowler-ing most nights. He usually only gets to sleep between 3 and 6AM before it starts over again. If he sits still for too long he WILL fall asleep no matter where he is and that’s how he keeps wasting credit on his bus pass bc he falls asleep and misses his stop so he has to catch another bus in the opposite direction. He is furious at himself for this bc he needs to be more efficient but there’s only 24 hours in a day and dude is trying his hardest.

Bc he doesn’t get enough sleep, e42 Miles gets sick a lot. He still never misses a day of school or work bc he’s no bitch and he can definitely handle it. He can HANDLE it. (He can, for now, but he’s going to break down eventually)

He wears glasses but he’s too scared of breaking them bc they’re expensive. Instead he calibrated his prowler mask so he can see more easily while on the job but if he’s just out on his own (extremely small amount of) time he’s constantly squinting at shit. He looks like he’s glaring but he just can’t see anything. The glasses literally only ever come out at school bc he treats them like they’re made of solid gold and they’re always in their case otherwise. (The last time he broke a pair was in 7th grade and the new ones cost half of a month’s rent and his mom had to skip meals. It never happened again and will never happen again)

Aaron actually tries to get Miles to do the prowler thing less bc he’s clearly being worn down but any attempt to get him to take a night off is met with extreme belligerence. (“You think I’m not man enough to do whatever it takes? You think I can’t take care of Ma, Tio Aaron? You think I’m a little bitch???” “I think you’re about to fall over, blud” bc Miles is so tired he’s struggling to turn a doorknob in the right direction.) Aaron admires his work ethic but doesn’t know how to get it through to him that constant sacrifice isn’t what makes a “real man.” He doesn’t even take shit as seriously as Miles does and it worries him

okay so in sonics version of earth there are people too anyway they have this version of the military called gun gun stands for the guardians of the united nations anyways 40 years before the events of this shit show of a game:

gun wanted to have something that could protect the earth and its inhabitants from all harm so they hired this guy called gerald robotnik (hes eggmans grandfather i think) anyway geralds grandaughter maria (eggmans cousin NOT sister) is like terminally ill and he wants to find a cure so he gets to work trying to create the ultimate lifeform gun wanted plus find a cure for maria

(sidenote due to the fact gun wanted to keep this a secret they got gerald to do his work on the space colony ark:

anyway they codenamed the project under "project shadow" but before gerald made shadow he made this

anyway big fucking lizard is a real shit and a failure so they just lock him in the basement for later

anyway gerald needs to hurry cause his grandaughter is like not doing well plus gun is a impatient bitch

lucky for gerald some space demons happen to be visiting earth and not exactly trying to get spotted

black doom leader of a big colony of space demon alien dudes who rock up to earth every 50 years

anyway gerald makes a deal with black doom he can use some of black doom's dna to make the ultimate lifeform in return black doom gets the chaos emeralds in 50 years

(ignore the subtitles this is a flashback recount but anyway witness the creation of the ultimate lifeform)

anyway shadows been made and gerald is working on getting a cure for maria, maria and shadow are also like siblings theyre like really close and shit

so its all happy now?

big fucking lizard is kind of dangerous and two of the scientists on board decide to tell gun

gun is not very fucking happy

so they storm the ark planning on killing everyone onboard and recovering gerald + shadow

anyway in the run to escape maria and shadow make a run for the escape pods

but theres only one

maria pushes shadow into the only escape pod closes the lid and tells shadow to promise her that he will protect all life on earth and give humans a chance to have the life they wanted

then shes shot in front of him

shadow gets launched towards earth in the pod gun manage to find him Gerald realizes maria's dead and he goes mad and alters shadows memory to weaponize his greif to make him want to destroy all humans and then shadow is locked up in guns basement and gerald is killed

so its over now?

okay sure if you want me to do an essay of sa2 + shadow the hedgehog (the game) i can do that but its 3 am so ask me later

(also i think black doom is the only sonic character i think you would ever care about since he could easily be drawn in your artstyle)

Really informative 10/10 would read again. Also I just know that Maria suffers from terminal forehead disease (it aint hidden well). But at least Eggman doesn't have to worry about his mother cheating I mean the resemblence is uncanny.
