I'm trying to be "healty" BUT only this fricking salad has more calories than my entire daily intake.
How can i be so stupid, i put a lot of dressing, the salad alone isn't the problem.
Anyways its lettuce, tomato, corn, egg white and 20 gr of croutons :D

Low cal soup 🥣
Super flavorful! It's nice when you need something that has a taste to it and you don't want to eat.
Tumblr media
Recipe 🥣🍲🍜
1 tablespoon soy sauce (15)
1 teaspoon siracha (0)
Water (0)
Salt (0)
-optional-
Whole spring of green onion (5)
Medium mushroom (4)
Boil and combine!
Honestly this is one of my favorite things to have when I'm restricting, it tastes super yummy!!! (The chili in the siracha boosts your metabolism too 😉) I know soy sauce is salty already, but I think it tastes better with just a pinch.

super low cal meal i’ve been having:
100g butternut squash (calories vary a lot so I picked the largest) 83kcal
10 green beans 17kcal
100g cauliflower (i like to make it into rice and bake on top of butternut) 25kcal
add whatever herbs/spices you want!!!
i usually grate a small carrot over the butternut/ cauliflower thing 41kcal
total: 166kcal (might be a bit of an odd meal but it works!)
bonus of this is it’s really filling and looks like you’re eating a calorie dense meal when you’re not!
stay safe x

I saw a post a while ago about using PB2 to make peanut butter cookies. I couldnt find the post so I winged it and then came out so good! Each cookie is only 46 calories!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of generic flour
1/4 lactose free reduced fat milk
4 tsp of white sugar (can be substituted for splenda I just didnt have any available)
3 tbsp of PB2
1 egg white
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit
2. Mix all of the ingrediants together into a bowl until well mixed
3. Dole out into small round blobs onto a baking tray (I got about 7 blobs)
4. Bake for 12 mins and let cool
I hope this can help some people with their sweet tooth craving

ana recipe for low calorie cookie mix!
all you need is a low calorie spread(i used the sweet freedom choc shot) and some flour (any flour except self raising)
mix equal amounts of the spread and the flour- if it’s too loose add more flour if it’s too thick add some milk(any sort works)
you can cook it (oven 300 degrees for 15 mins or microwave for 3 minutes) or leave it as it is
it’s really low calorie, per cookie/tablespoon it’s around 26-50 cals depending on the spread

8 cal Lemonade!!
Super simple but it keeps me so hydrated and free of binging
Fill a water bottle up with ice
Half fill with water
- Fill the rest with diet tonic water
- Squeeze in half a lemon and put the slices in
It tastes like lemonade but better and it makes me drink heaps of water + gives me something flavourful to be constantly snacking on which I need to function sometimes lmao and it’s so useful to avoid binges cause it makes you feel full.
And honestly I used to be so so scared that it had calories but it would mean I’d restrict and restrict until I binged late at night but having 8 or 16 or even 100 cals worth of this drink is so so so so much better than binging on 500+
Enjoy!

GREEK SALAD!!!
This is only 105 cals for a whole bowl. It looks like a normal sized healthy lunch as well so if you live with people like me it’s great, and if you’re drinking your water it’s extremely filling (I finished my 750ml water bottle before this and could barely finish this salad!)
2 regular sized tomatoes=57cal
15g of Danish (smooth) feta cheese=41cal
2 tsp balsamic vinegar of Modena=8cal
Basil leaves, salt and black pepper to taste=0cal
Chop the tomatoes up into pieces you like the size of and place in bowl, then crumble the feta through them. Finally top with vinegar, salt pepper and basil leaves. Done!
I don’t usually eat lunch (except for my cup of unsweetened tea) but for the days I really need something this is amazing. I’m a savoury gal and I LOVE cheese so the fact that I can have a small amount and have a lunch only around 100 cals is a lifesaver.

I don’t understand why no one in the Ed community talks about Pomelos. THIS BAD BOY IS SO HUGE YOU JUST CANT EAT THE WHOLE THING IN ONE SITTING!!!! AND THE WHOLE OF IT IS LESS THAN 250 CALORIES. It’s so sweet and literally curbs any craving for sweets and candy. I eat it for desert or just eat half of it to replace a meal. If you haven’t tried it before you have to. Trust me
(It’s basically kind of like a big grapefruit minus the bitter and sour. To eat it you peel it’s skin and just eat the fruit inside without any skins)
