Hmmmm. Honestly, I don't think I've ever hated any characters because of the fandom yet, but I've experienced people bashing ships I like in order to prop up other ships (as if endgame matters or multishipping isn't a thing) that does nothing to endear me to the characters in the ship, and has turned me away from them for a bit which is a little saddening. In that case it was Stephanie B., but I honestly don't have anything against her character or that ship, and I do like her character, though I do need to read more of her. I just needed to be away from that noise.

Ouch, this was a tough one. Kirk chewed his lip apprehensively as he considered his options... Eddie wasn't so bad, he'd learned in time and had moved on from his past to become a better man. Now he was a detective, Edward was a changed man, but Kirk wasn't so sure about the other two. He'd heard... things about Roman Sionis, that he wasn't a very nice man and as for Copperhead, wasn't he a serial killer?

Not exactly company Kirk Langstrom was keen to rub shoulders with. He quite liked them being where they currently were.

"You know, that Roman Sionis... he's a business man, isn't he? I suppose... it couldn't hurt to go to dinner with him, maybe." Could the businessman be interested in looking into genetic cures? He might have the wealth to fund research but there'd have to be something in it for him, and Kirk wasn't so sure the man would be as approachable as Bruce Wayne if it even got as far as dinner. If he was rich though, it could be a nice meal at the very least. That left Copperhead, and Kirk was even less sure about the man than he ever was about Roman Sionis. He'd heard whispers that Copperhead wasn't even human but instead a monster, but... rumors were just that, weren't they? And hadn't he learned that Croc was a good man despite his intimidating appearance? Still, Kirk wasn't so sure what Copperhead even ate, if he was human or indeed different like Croc. Kirk frowned. No, he couldn't judge anybody else, not after what he'd done, what he'd become in his goal to cure deafness!

"Maybe I'd get a coffee with this Copperhead fellow. Worst comes to worst, we could always get something else which means... I'd be stealing your food, Eddie. Sorry about that." Well he wasn't really sorry. Eddie seemed like the safest bet out of the bunch and besides, the man had good tastes. Kirk's stomach rumbled. Man, he was hungry just thinking about it-!

With my Bruce? It's doubtful. They could be friends, and potentially occasional working partners, but I don't know that there would be enough of a spark for Bruce to consider or pursue anything more than that >>;

Margaret every morning/evening gets up, washes up (especially if she didn't clean up from a job the previous night), and makes some form of food for herself (or goes out for food).

The earliest Margaret will wake up is 9-10am but otherwise normally 11am-12pm because she really isn't an early morning person. Plus, most of her jobs are between afternoon and late night anyway.

If Margaret DOES wake up early in the morning, she's going to sit there in bed like a lazy ass and scroll her phone until it's time to get up and wash up. If she's feeling good enough to go out for breakfast, then she'll follow through with the routine.

After that, it's "strolling the streets and poking her head into crime ring territory to find a client for the day" (if no-one's contacted her).

what does your URL mean, and why did you choose it?

i changed my url to chaserainbows when i cut down the muse list on this blog because the old url (acalculatedfuture) was focused on lucas and well HE'S NO LONGER HERE so i rebranded it to make it more may-focused

chasing rainbows is an expression that means pursuing something impossible which is relevant because one of the main themes in pokemon is constantly working to improve oneself without an end in sight and the rainbow theme in particular is a reference to gen 3's storyline focusing on weather they're also symbols of good luck and optimism which is very may coded

also the url kinda matches ambivalentatmosphere my other blog with a lot of emphasis on hoenn

((Mostly for personal growth; they’re considered the weakest in the Jaluran league so they tend to push themselves and their team whenever they ‘lab’ (train). But their main MAIN goal is to have fun! What’s the point of battling and growing if you and your Pokémon don’t have some fun in between? They have the same mindset whenever they’re competing in FG events: havé fun, winning comes second))

All of the above? Pete isn't too picky about his drinks. As long as they're non-alcoholic he will usually drink anything from all of those categories.

His preference is always on the sweeter side though, so you can probably expect his coffee or tea to be loaded up on sugar and other additives.

Caffeine doesn't really help him 'wake up' either. It's more or less just a tasty treat for him. Which is why he never takes coffee plain.

Okay, it's a hard pick as there's a few but this is probably one of my favourite icons for him? It's close up, the colours are bold and striking, there's nice lighting going on and it's a neutral talking expression, it really shows off his nice cheekbones and peculiar anatomy going on around the mouth. I'm so used to "the cake is a lie" that using "pie" just doesn't sound right.
