I found an old meta post of @hansbekhart 's where they were talking about what public transport would've been like in Brooklyn in Steve and Bucky's day, suggesting someone might like to have a try and combining two maps to show both the subway and tramway / trolley system.
And as a meta nerd I thought I'd have a crack at i!
So here is Steve and Bucky's Brooklyn
just-subway, just-trolleys, and both subway + trolleys:
*edit* of course as soon as I try it, I find someone else has done a proper one already!

love your zines! what’s your method for sewing across the paper? before/after binding? does your machine like it? i’ve always wanted to try it!!
thank you! my zines are the one-sheet type so there's no binding involved. i start sewing into it after i've made my folds and the centre cut. i try not to stitch across pages to reduce stress on the folds, but tbh it hasn't really been an issue so far. otherwise it's pretty straightforward. my machine isn't that great, but doesn't throw too much of a fuss as long as i'm not going through too many layers or thick material.
my machine is also on the smaller side, so i have to fold it and manoeuver it around to get to the middle pages especially. this is what working with a4 looks like for me... if your machine is bigger, i'm sure you'll have no problem!
i don't really have many tips because idk much about sewing machines at all, i'm honestly just crossing my fingers everytime. uhh increase your stitch length. any holes you make are permanent. sewing paper dulls your needles faster
#if anyone else has tips feel free to share in the notes!#i would love to try free motion stitching but my machine's feed dogs are fixed in place 💔 i'm stuck with straight stitches and whatever#but honestly just experiment with it! i think stitching is very fun. i don't do it enough#ebbet#ask#zine talk

Hello, I'm looking for a fic where Harry is a bartender (he owns the club). A muggle client wants to see a football game, and then in the TV is Draco playing for the french team, I think that Harry has a little mental breakdown for seeing Draco again, but he has an oc character that is his friend helping him, I don't remember more, maybe it was a one-shot but I'm not really sure, it was on AO3! Thanks in advance

Lou Gehrig died on June 2, 1941, two years after being diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The following day, ballclubs paid tribute to him before their games began. This is Ebbets Field, with the Cardinals the visiting club.
