"Get your dirty hands off me! LET GO OF ME!"
"Listen Brother! We must act with respect! We have a lady in our hands!"
The two yaoguais kept on laughing while they were dragging you somewhere, far away from your friend and protector.
Everything happened so fast that you couldn't register the events: the Destined One, and you had to head to the location of the second relic, which you knew was in this desert. It seems easy at first; you thought that you just needed to be as careful as the last time, but something went wrong!
How could you not notice those scouts?! Maybe they were more used to the state of the place; maybe the dust covered the smell for your friend; what you know Is that in a couple of minutes your monkey was now on the ground, his chest puerced with arrows, agonizing yes, but still alive? You tried to help him; take the gourd that you carried with you with your healing wine, but before that, those rats had already captured you. You kept on struggling and fighting as much as you could, but instead they have other plans for you.
"Our second prince will love this snack! I heard that this one is a really good catch."
"Ah! Please! Maybe he'll give us a bite!"
They were planning to give you fkr lunch to their prince.
If it was them or him, you didn't care; what you did care was to survive and help your monkey out of that mess.
You were so focused on trying to break free from care where they were dragging you, but you started to think that it must have been an indoor when the scorching sun wasn't burning your head anymore.
It looked like a cave, maybe a temple inside the mountain based on the carvings on the walls. Columns made of pure stone, stalagmites, and stalactites decorated with sacred figures and prayers, commemorative candles near statues of Buddha and his disciples.
The ones that built the city must have used the caves in order to obtain more spaces, maybe?
You didn't get enough chance to ask since the two rats didn't show any kindness when they literally threw you on the ground.
"Shouldn't we... I don't know...cook her or something?"
"Ah! The prince and the king live their food fresh and squirmy! Now let's go; he doesn't like being seen while he eats."
And while you were Just pick up yourself from the ground, you Heard their soft and fast footsteps, leaving you in this new side of the cave. There were objects, quite a lot even, all of them around, like some small mountains of trinckets and stuff.
Furniture was around, but those were so damaged and old that you questioned if someone could even use it like that. On the walls of the cave, someone had put some decoration—canvases that had almost lost all of their colors, rusted weapons that were long lost—lost the care that they used to, for the exception of a scary giant Chui that was resting on the ground, ready to be picked.
Whoever was able to hold it must have been a quite herculean creature.
There was such a short source of light, coming from one hole in the ceiling of the wall and...from the way they took you in! There was no door, no bars, nothing!
You didn't want to waste anymore time, and so you sprinted in the same direction that the two rats had left you, until a rumble on your feet almost tripped you for the second time.
There was another, then another one.
Footstep, something big was walking towards you.
Two giant feet, covered in fur and some claws that you swear could rip apart your flesh, incased you. The armor was old and marred but still held some remembrance of his rank and position in his kingdom.
A large and long tail and a pointy mout... it was a rat, but it was grotesquely big. His yellow eyes scrutinized you, while his nose was sniffing the air in your direction.
Without thinking twice, you bolted so fast to escape from that thing, but you didn't get enough time since he was fast enough to grab you from your ankle and raise you up like an old ragged doll. You tried to kick it, scratch it, and try to punch it, but he didn't budge a little; it was like a mosquito bite for him.
"LET ME GO! STOP!"
Despite your plea, he just stood there, looking at you and sniffing more closely. A few of your hair sucked in his nostrils, and so I kept it up for a few more seconds. You couldn't see it, but it seemed... curious. He decided to change your position, holding you by your waist, trying to see you better from another angle.
You were beyond terrorized; from near, he was even worse! AND THAT SMELL! You shivered in his grasp, too afraid to move another punch or kick while he studied you. He finally stopped moving when your face hit a direct ray of sunlight from the hole in the ceiling. You gasped, tried to cover yourself, and then...the ground.
He didn't tossed you at all; he just putted you down. It was incredible to notice that you didn't even feel any pain in your abdomen from where he had grasped you. At that point, he just started to emit something that reminded you of some kind of giggle, a few snorts, and he looked...excited? He trotted to one of the small trinkets stacked near the bed that you assumed was his own. starting to move things around.
He was distracted. That was your chance! You slowly start to pick it up from where you left it to get out from there, when you felt again his enormous hand on your back, grasping the back of your shirt from behind, rising you up again like a kitten.
"Stop it! I don't-"
And then, again, you were seated...in front of what once was maybe a nice tea set. His throat was emitting a strange sound while he started a small fire and put a big iron pot of water on it. He was...humming...while making tea? And there were two pairs of small cups, old and dusty, and one was for you?
You didn't muttered a word, preferring to stare at that strange creature that was now putting some dried herbs; you wondered if it was even tea in the pot, still very small for something of his size.
"Wha...what are...you doing?"
"Making tea...for the guest!"
Okay, now it was a really good moment to freak out; he thought you were a guest?! HIS GUEST?!
"I thought you were supposed to..."
You held your tongue, reminding him about the fact that you were lunch for him; it may be quite a problem. You tried another time to move away, but suddlenly got back in place when some kind of conckut was versed in your cup. A few big drops spilled; he wasn't so versatile in this.
And then he looked at you. No, staring. He was there, staring at you, waiting for a response, and you looked at the staff in your cup. Imagine the food infection that it would cause. You kept on staring at it, trying to come up with every possible excuse to avoid the ingestion of the brooth, but three meters Yaogauis don't leave room for so many options. You gulped the content of the cup, trying to hold the near vomit coniate.
",..Gee...thanks...that was...so nice! .....Thanks..."
Oh was... please, like a lot. He started to clap, happy, drinking directly from the pot.
After that, he started again to act strangely. But this time it wasn't about taking care of the guest, but just...pile up staff...on you.
He made sure that you were comfortable, as much as you were, but his actions reminded you of a child that is showing you staff. At some point he even tried to put a necklace around your neck, but your sudden shriek made him desist, only for him to put the garmet in your hand. It was an old and broken jade pearl necklace; maybe there was a pendant in the middle since the space, but it was long gone. The small gems were broken or ruined, but it seemed to be once a really nice piece of jewelry.
At some point, your fear just became boredom and hassle, especially when he kept on showing you staff. At some point, what really caught your eye was a rectangular piece of wood that had previously fallen from one of the piles next to you. Covered in dust and mud, it must have seen better time, but, on the front, something was still visible: it was a piece of paper plastered with something on the wood, and, on it, three figures standing, one sitting in the center of it. The three standing figures seemed young, each of them with something to distinguish them from each other, the one sitting on a small chair wearing instead some regal robes.
"Ah, a painting...why did you keep it with you? Do you like drawing?"
The rat suddenly stopped, pointing his finger towards you and the draw.
"Me! Me and brothers! And my papa too! You found it, so good."
He seemed delighted, clapping his hands and making again those strange sounds. You, instead, cannot stop looking at the drawing confused. Him? Wait...one of them had a Chui next to him, and some traits, by using a lot of imagination, made him similar to your gaoler.
"Wait...this is you? You are him?!"
You pointed the figure, and he just...nodded, vigurusly.
"But," you continued, "how?! How it happened?! You were a man! How did you become a... Yaoguai?"
You said, avoiding using the word rat, opting to not make remarks on his looks further.
"Master!" He just chirped "Master! He did it! Everyone rats now! Little brother left, searching for help for turning in rats...still missing...older brother...not so good...he acts violent...daddy like master! So I follow too! ....But not like, like, daddy."
"Master?...what master?"
"Sage! Wind sage!"
"Hold on, the...the yellow wind sage did this to you?" He kept on nodding; this time it was slower than before; maybe it was something that he wasn't proud of?
"Did it hurt you? I mean,. you didn't have a tail before. It was painful. I'm...sorry..." Your tone was softer this time, wondering how much pain that poor creature must have endured all this time. He seemed to be remembering his old life as a man; maybe, by having you in, he tried to recreate some old habits of him? Did you remind him of someone that he had lost? He didn't even try to eat you at all; he was just being nice.
He kept on looking at you, sensing the change in the room after this knowledge, and he just...poke you. You looked at him, raising an eyebrow. Was he trying to cheer you up?
"Even rat, help Daddy! Master will be back, Daddy happy, and finally Daddy will notice my work! Me protect people from tigers! Not many thanks, but still do!"
And now you felt worse! How could someone say so casually that their father doesn't give them enough credits?! He was just a big guy. Yaogaus truly were strange, from some friendly horses to a rat prince.
"I'm sorry to know that you have to endure all of this... But, you know, me and my friend, we're searching for AH!"
Trying to understand this creature, trying to get a chance to flee, and trying to not faint for fear made you forget the first reason why you were there in the first place. You rose from your spot, causing him to back away in surprise.
"The relic! The wind sage...MONKEY!"
You put down the cup; how could you stay here taking tea while your friend was somewhere pierced by who knows how many arrows?! You started to move away from there, trying not to fall from the various junk that he had put around you.
"I'm sorry! I need to leave! My friend needs me; I need to help him! I AGH!"
When he grabbed you, this time he was more scared and aprehensive, trying to stop you from your exit.
"No! You must stay! Other kill and eat, I protect and care! You too, nice! You stay!"
The fight that you left before restarted again, this time with much more vigor from you. You won't have let your friend die in that dump place!
"Put me down! I don't want to stay here with you! LET ME GO!"
His attempt to keep you in place resulted in both his giant hands holding you and trying to keep your kicking feet away from his face. He was starting to panic. Why did you have to leave?!
The struggle continued, and both of you did not notice a figure approaching fastly in your direction until you just heard a huge STOMP. The rat started to move around like a drunk man, then collapsed in a huge cloud of dust and sand. This time, you didn't have to taste the ground since two strong arms were ready to capture your fall.
"You look like you were in need of assistance, my Bián huá!"
"...Monkey!"
His furry face welcomed you once you opened your eyes from the fall with a smile and, instinctively, you launched your arms around his neck for an hug. But you remembered his wounds at the last moment.
"AH! I'm sorry! Your wounds!"
"I'm fine! See? Not a scratch!"
He showed you his chest, untouched and without trace of any wounds or arrows.
"But I saw it... Did the healing wine help you?"
"Not exactely. I've found a helping hand that...
Will let you lose your head!"
"...it's strangely specific."
He just laughed it off but regained his seriousness once he heard some moan of pain from the rat Yaogaui in front of him. He let you down, then took back his staff.
"Wait!" He looked at you surprised. "Let's just leave him. You gave him a concussion already. I don't think he'll be a problem soon."
"All right, I don't know what happened here, but you look like you had a blast. Let's move now; more rats will come after the commotion!"
You nodded, but you still looked back at the prince with the same sorry expression from before.
"I'm sorry. It's an urgent matter. I promise to apologize better when we'll take the relic. Thank you!"
And so you and the Destined One left hand in hand the cave, noticing in a rush moment the look of pain in the prince's eyes. You wondered if the pain was for his head or something else.

POTA Caesar x Reader - Hunting - nsfw
Tumblr media
Warnings: playful hunting, nsfw, sex in the forest, primal instincts, friends to lovers, breeding behavior (?) claim
Content: Caesar and you really enjoyed playing your games, even though it was really hard to beat the king. But you had a new idea of what you could play. Catch, in the forest. However, it awakened Caesar's primal instincts a little too much. - takes place a little before the second part - English is not my native language
German Version
Tumblr media
Snorting and a little offended, you sighed and leaned backwards on your hands. He's done it again.
"How many rounds was that today?" you asked grudgingly, looking at the chessboard on the floor in front of you as if you were trying to find a gap where a mistake was hiding. But you found nothing. Caesar snorted in amusement and watched your scrutinizing gaze.
"Twentieth," grunted the ape king, a slight smile forming on his lips. It amused him how annoyed you were that he had won again. You glared at him.
"Stop smirking! You win at everything we do," you groaned and let yourself fall backwards, onto the cold floor. The evening sun filtered through the treetops and tickled your face. Caesar looked at you intently. The light caressed your eyes, your skin and your hair looked like it had thousands of glittering stones woven into it.
"Why… does it bother you… so much?" he breathed brokenly and continued to scrutinize you with an open gaze. You licked your lips and straightened again. Your eyes focused on his. You were probably the only one from the colony to have a staring contest with the Alpha. But it was no challenge for Caesar. He knew how easily he could kill you and how much power he had compared to you. But he would never forgive himself if anything ever happened to you. Be it by his hands or someone else's.
"I don't know…, maybe it just bothers me that firstly, I can barely keep up with the monkeys and secondly, I myself get beaten by a monkey in a human game…. Twenty… Times."
Caesar's gaze softened. He knew it wasn't always easy for you to be a part of this community. You were just different, you were human. You had trouble climbing, little patience for fishing, and too weak to hunt when food was needed for the tribe. You came to the colony when it was still quite new. You quickly made friends with Caesar and he was happy to take you under his wing.
He had so quickly developed a protective instinct around you, even on the first day you met. You were alone in the forest. Your shelter was a hollow tree, but you had few survival instincts and you weren't in particularly healthy shape, having only fed on berries and roots.
"You're nimble… Picking berries," he gestured with words and partly with the sign language of monkeys. He still sounded a little broken, but you understood. Your jaw tightened and you tapped your fingers.
"That's no great feat," you snort, biting your lips. His eyes followed your movement. He was mesmerized by the way you handled the situation. It was common for you to bite your lips when something was nagging at you. But he couldn't help thinking that he really liked his lips. They were different from the lips of apes. More beautifully shaped, fuller, more color.
Caesar had often thought about you when you weren't around him. You were often near him, you became best friends and talked a lot, especially about life among the humans. You ate together, played chess or he even showed you how to fish, even if you still had problems with it. He also taught you how to learn sign language. And you did indeed learn quickly. With every month that passed, he realized how important you had become to him and somewhere deep inside he felt an attraction to you.
But he didn't get his hopes up. You were a human and he was a monkey, you wouldn't want him. At least that's what he had convinced himself, but he couldn't always resist your scent. Humans were so changeable in their scent. Some days you smelled almost sweet, other days spicier and on your really bad days you smelled like blood. He knew this 'period' from his old life with Will. His partner had that smell too.
Gently, he placed a heavy hand on your shoulder. His gaze was soft and you returned it with a smile.
"You belong... with us. No matter… whether human… or ape," his words touched you and a comforting warmth rose up inside you.
"We'll play tomorrow… again. Think about what. Or… you want to lose again… Against Caesar," he grinned and his gaze became cheekier again as he teased you. You grimaced and stuck your tongue out at him. You would think of something and maybe you already knew what.
The next day you sat with Maurice and stuffed berries and nuts into your mouth. Maurice's eyes followed you with amusement.
"You seem excited," he signed, grinning. You grinned and replied back: "I'm planning to finally beat Caesar today." Maurice became even more curious at this statement and you explained your situation to him.
"You won't stand a chance. Caesar knows the forest well, he can climb. You… Not," Maurice almost sounded a little worried, but you saw it differently. You thought to yourself that maybe it was also a good opportunity to push yourself beyond your limits. To find out what else you could do, apart from picking berries and sign language. And if something happened, Caesar would help you. You were pretty sure of that.
Then you finally saw the shadow you had been waiting for. Caesar was standing in front of his cave entrance, looking down on the colony. He always did that to get a rough idea of the situation. Your gaze scrutinized the male monkey from top to bottom. His dark fur, which shone like gold in the rising sun, his large, rough hands, his strong build. He was quite big for a chimpanzee. You didn't know exactly how big, but when he stood up straight he was at least 1.70 meters tall. His thick arms looked tense and you wondered how they would feel under your small hands. Or his fur. Was it soft? But the thing that fascinated you most about this monkey was his shiny green-gold eyes. They sometimes unintentionally cast a spell over you and sometimes you lost yourself in them.
You shook your head to let go of your thoughts. It wasn't right. He was your best friend and also your leader. Besides, he certainly wouldn't be able to do anything with a human woman. You weren't an ape, you had no fur or strength and you certainly couldn't bear him any offspring. A feeling of uselessness came over you again and you swallowed hard. You didn't realize someone was approaching you until you felt a warm, thick finger on your cheek. It was Caesar, looking at you encouragingly. His soft face and his gesture gave you reassurance.
"You've been… Thinking about the game?" he asked, extending his hand to you. You took it without hesitation and he helped you to your feet. Briefly, you bumped against his chest. It was so firm against yours and the smell of smoke and rain hit you. It smelled like home.
"Yes," you breathed and curiosity flashed in the chimp's eyes.
"Let's play catch."
Caesar's look changed. As soon as you told him what your game was for today. He seemed introverted for a moment, but didn't break eye contact with you once. He knew what playing tag was, young monkeys did it, human children. Yes, he had even seen older humans do it too. But this catching was something else. It was sometimes used as a mating ritual. It started playfully. The female ran away from the male and he had to catch her. This could go on for hours if the female was good at catching the male. But once the male had caught the female, the game was over and a different kind of game began.
Of course you didn't know. Caesar never intended to tell you about the tribe's customs, why would he? The thought of another male from the colony courting you didn't sit well with him at all and hot jealousy rose up inside him. His jaw tightened, but quickly loosened again. He exhaled deeply and tried to control his thoughts and feelings.
"Are you… sure?" he asked, just to make sure you really wanted to. Even though he knew this wasn't a mating ritual. He hadn't courted you, nor had you expressed feelings for each other. You were friends and you were a human, he was a monkey.
You nodded and he gave you a few minutes to run ahead. He knew you would need that time.
A deer was grazing by the side of the path, but your quick steps startled it and the next moment it had disappeared into the thicket. You had already covered a good distance, but you knew that Caesar would catch up quickly. You thought about hiding, but would that do any good?
A crack caught your attention and the primal fear rose up inside you. He was close. You quickly ran on, each rustle making you nervous and flinching. You climbed up a hill with bushes. Your lungs were burning and you almost lost your balance, but a nearby branch saved you.
You were running out of breath and you couldn't even estimate how far Caesar was from you. You didn't even realize that green-gold eyes were watching you through the thicket. You leaned against a tree and caught your breath. Caesar watched you with dilated pupils. His pulse nearly collided and his heart pounded almost uncomfortably against his chest. His breathing was heavy and he could see your pulse beating, the sweat running over your skin and the way you greedily inhaled the air.
He really had to hold back. The hunt had awakened his primal instincts and he could feel the excitement spreading between his legs. Your scent didn't make it any easier for him. His hands clawed at the leaf-covered ground and his jaw tightened. Thoughts buzzed around in his head like annoying mosquitoes. He realized again how much he wanted you, how much he liked having you near him and that he wanted nothing more than for you to stay with him forever. As a companion. It didn't matter to him whether you could carry his cubs or not. It was more important to him that you were well and that you were with him.
He slowly crept forward, towards you. He was only a few meters away from you and your scent grew stronger with every step. His hand slid lightly over the curve of your hip and you flinched. Like a deer, you hopped to the side and bounced back against the nearest tree.
"Caesar," you breathed and gaped wide-eyed at the monkey in front of you. How long had he been hiding in the undergrowth? He must have caught up with you a long time ago, but he hadn't caught you. You saw the lustful look in his eyes and it made you nervous. Caesar approached you and you were trapped between his broad chest and the tree. His warm breath brushed your face and you closed your eyes. You quickly realized that maybe this hunt was a bad idea after all. It seemed to have awakened his instincts. You no longer thought about the fact that somewhere he was still a wild animal that sometimes just followed his primal instincts.
His hand tightened around your neck and you swallowed. What would he do now?
"Looks like you've won again," you tried to joke and cover up your nervousness, but he could smell how nervous you were. He could feel the rapid pulse on his fingers. His intense eyes searched yours and he fixed you with an almost wild gleam in his eyes. It excited him a little too much, to his liking, the way he had you trapped there. His mind told him 'no, don't do it', but everything else was screaming to make you his, to mark you and fill you with his seed so that every ape in the colony would know you were his.
His hand came away from your neck and he could see you exhale. Gently but firmly, his fingertips stroked your collarbone, then suddenly he ripped your top in two and tossed it thoughtlessly aside. You swallowed, your heart beating so hard against your chest that you felt dizzy. You knew you couldn't stop him. He would take what he wanted. He was the king.
"Good enough for King…, for Caesar," he growled, as if he could read your mind and your eyes widened. He thought you were good enough for him? You gasped as suddenly his rough hand grasped your breast and kneaded it lightly. He knew that humans couldn't just be parried like that, with the wrong preparation he could hurt you. He had to prepare you, but your attainment smelled so strong he almost thought it wasn't necessary.
His dark eyes slid to your pants. They disturbed him and the next moment they were gone too. Now he grabbed you gently but firmly by the shoulders and pressed your chest against the broad tree trunk. You gasped as the rough surface teased your buds. That sound only made Caesar more frantic. His thick fingers slid down and he could immediately feel the wetness seeping from your pussy. He growled. You were so ready for him now and he hadn't even done anything yet.
"Ready…, for Caesar," he growled lecherously and low, pressing his chest against your back. Your cheeks burned with embarrassment and you gasped with pleasure as one of his fingers slowly slid inside you. Oh God, it felt so intoxicating and it made your senses so hazy. Your eyes glazed over and a gasp slipped from your lips as he curled his finger. The heel of his hand rubbed over your sensitive clitoris, and you moved against his finger as you moved your hips.
His, now wet, finger slipped out of you and was now definitely rubbing your clitoris. You moaned and pressed your fingers into the tree bark until it hurt. It felt so good, so right, it was exciting. You greedily pressed your hips against his fingers and wanted more of that touch. Your legs trembled and you could feel your orgasm approaching, your moans growing louder. Caesar's heavy breathing spurred you on even more and the next moment, you were moaning loudly and gasping for nothing. But you wanted to feel him inside you so badly.
Caesar grabbed you by the hips and forced you to your knees, you obeyed him, your king. Trembling and wet for him, you lay down on the floor. Your ass stretched in his direction and your pussy glistened from your cumming. The chimp didn't give you time to breathe, he leaned over you and slowly but deeply penetrated you, a soundless gasp escaping your throat.
He stretched you like no one else could. His grip on your hips was firm and iron, his fingernails clawing into your flesh, but the pain turned to pleasure. His hips slammed hard against you and deep grunts erupted from his throat. His mind was foggy with the drive to breed you, to make you his, and it drove him crazy how wet you were and how he could still feel the slight aftershock of your orgasm. You took him so deep and it just showed him how willing you were to let him fuck you.
Your moans were music to his ears and he drove his cock harder and harder into your wet hole. He sensed that he was close too and growling, almost roaring, he unloaded his seed into your abdomen. Breathing heavily and with trembling legs, you looked over your shoulder, directly into his eyes. You could see that softness in them again, but this time there was something else. He had made you his and he gently took you into his lap. He didn't even care that his semen was leaking out of you and seeping down his thighs.
"Both…, won. I think," he purred, his pointed canines running over your sensitive neck. You gasped as his warm tongue licked the sweat from your skin. You clung to his fur and looked up at him with flushed cheeks. His gaze held you.
"Bonded now… for life," he breathed, gently caressing your breasts You sighed and closed your eyes in pleasure. Your hand gently ran through the fur on his cheek. He trusted you, to anyone else he would probably have torn off the hand that approached his face.
"Play…, has awakened primal instincts…. . Did…, I hurt you?" His voice sounded a little worried now and you smiled at him.
"No, Caesar. I'm fine, I really enjoyed it and…" you faltered to find the right words, "I've had feelings for you for a long time. But I always thought I wasn't good enough for you." The ape looked at you uncomprehendingly and shook his head.
"You're good enough…, for Caesar…, whether ape or human," he paused and admired the gleam in your eyes for a moment.
"Was worried… you don't want to, Caesar…. not," he confessed and your eyes widened as you heard his words. You couldn't believe Caesar would think such a thing. How could you not want him?
"I would always choose you, Caesar. Of all the apes and humans on this planet, I would always choose you," at these words his eyes brightened and he looked at you in disbelief, then his pupils widened again and roughly, but carefully, he laid you down on the forest floor. He looked at you eagerly and you could see his arousal growing again. You were definitely not going to get away from him and you didn't want to.

[HELLO FELLOW COOKIE RUN FAN !!! it's not embarrassing at all, it's a very cute prompt !!]
[NOT PROOFREAD BC I AM TIRED]
Wukong with a Moon Goddess S/O
Tumblr media
Wukong had first met you when you landed on one of the beaches on Flower Fruit Mountain.
Your impact caused quite a crash, being able to be heard from his hut with all the monkeys nearby freaking out from the loud noise.
Wukong immediately went to check it out, holding an arm out in defense of the small simians behind him when he saw your form slowly sit up on the sand below you.
When he saw it was a deity, he kept his guard up of course but something about you was just so… alluring?
He couldn't keep his eyes off your features as he slowly walked towards you, bending down to gently help you up.
“Hey, you ok there?” His voice spoke lowly to you as you turned around, and it was like love at first sight if you could believe it!
He felt a boom in his chest as his eyes met yours, he swore he could see beyond the cosmos in your (eye-colored) pools.
Once you explained you were a moon goddess and you accidentally landed here from your magic, he decided he was gonna help ya!
Over the next few months, you stayed with Wukong on FFM (despite you could easily get back home, you two were just too curious about one another) and you two hit it off quite well. Whether it was telling each other stories or just sitting next to each other and enjoying the other's company.
He also found your powers and magic kinda funny, it was like the complete opposite of his, just like you.
He was the light and you were the night after all.
Despite being so different, you balanced each other quite well, you were softspoken and calm while he was just the complete opposite of that.
He loves to take you on his cloud, you both would fly through the sky and land at a random spot to star gaze.
He loved it when you talked about the cosmos, you were so passionate about them and he could listen to you talking about them for hours.
Stargazing on a random cliffside was actually the place he decided to confess, despite being the self proclaimed great sage he was BEYOND nervous.
Although it had only been about a year since you landed on FFM, he knew this was genuine love especially since he had been alive for so long.
He decided just to go for it.
Hey if you reject him, he’ll just go into hiding on Flower Fruit Mountain somewhere for the rest of eternity, easy peasy!
Wukong took a breath as he gently grabbed your face, taking your attention away from the night sky to him.
A warm smile spread across his face as he took ahold of your hands in his.
“Hey starshine, I’m not really experienced with this sort of thing. But, I think we should take this to the next level if ya know what I mean… Because I LIKE like ya. So, what do ya say?”
Of course, you liked him as well giving him a kiss in response.
"Sorry I should have asked... Is that ok?"
A big goofy smile spread across Wukong's face as he scooped you up in his arms, nuzzling his nose against yours under the cool glow of the moon.
"Of course, that's ok moonlight, it's always ok for you to do that. In fact, you should do it again."

Family cuddles | pg10
Summary: Your little girl decides to interrupt the peace and quiet of the morning. Warning: None, just you and Pierre being sweethearts.
a/n: dedicated and requested by: @martaaairwin1994-blog
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sunlight streams through the blinds, painting warm stripes across the bed where you and Pierre lie intertwined. The air is thick with the quiet contentment of a shared morning. Pierre, still half-asleep, mumbles something unintelligible against his girlfriend's neck.
“Mornin', sleepyhead.” you say with a smile.
Pierre stirs, his eyes fluttering open. He smiles at her, that easy, charming smile that makes her heart clench.
“Morning, beautiful. Sleep well?”
“Like a baby. You?”
“Like a king. Though, maybe a king with a tiny princess ruling over him.”
He gestures towards the doorway, where your almost! three-year-old daughter, Lucille, peeks in, her eyes sparkling with mischief. She's wearing mismatched socks and a giant T-shirt that swallows her whole, but her grin is infectious.
“Peek-a-boo papa!”
“Luci! Come here, you little monkey!” you said squealing.
Lucille squeals with delight and launches herself onto the bed, landing with a soft thud between her parents. Pierre scoops her up, showering her face with kisses.
“Good morning, sunshine! Did you sleep well?” Pierre asks her.
“Yes, Papa! I had a dream about bunnies and fluffy clouds.” She giggles.
“Sounds magical. What did the bunnies do?” you asked curiously.
“They flew on the clouds! And they sang a song about carrots.” She said shyly.
Pierre and his girlfriend exchange a fond look. Lucille's boundless imagination never fails to amuse them.
“Sounds like a pretty cool dream. Maybe we can draw a picture of it later?”
“Yes! And we can color the bunnies pink!” Luci says while clapping her hands.
“Pink bunnies, huh? Sounds perfect.” You say with a smile at your daughter's creativity.
Lucille nestles closer to her mother, her soft breaths tickling her skin. Her girlfriend smiles, wrapping an arm around her daughter's small frame. Pierre joins them, his hand finding hers, creating a warm circle of love. The morning sun paints the room in a golden glow, casting long shadows across the bed.
“I love you, Mama.” Lucille mumbles.
“I love you too, sweetheart. Always and forever.”
Lucille's breathing becomes even, the rhythmic rise and fall a soothing lullaby. Pierre watches them, his heart swelling with a love he never thought possible. He remembers the countless sleepless nights, the endless diaper changes, the moments of pure exhaustion. But looking at them now, bathed in the quiet contentment of morning, he wouldn't trade it for anything.
“You're incredible.” He says as he kisses your forehead.
“We're incredible together, don't you think?” You smile sleepily.
Their fingers intertwine, a silent promise of shared dreams and unwavering support. The silence is broken only by the soft chirping of birds outside the window and the gentle hum of the refrigerator downstairs. It's a simple moment, yet it holds the weight of a thousand unspoken words.
“Remember when we were young and carefree?” Pierre whispers.
“Barely remembers yesterday, let alone years ago!” you chuckled.
“I meant carefree in a good way. No responsibilities, just us.”
“And now we have the biggest responsibility of all, but the best kind.”
“You're right. Being her parents, watching her grow each day, it's the most rewarding thing in the world.”
They fall silent again, their thoughts turning to their future as a family. The little girl nestled between them is a constant reminder of the journey they've shared, the obstacles they've overcome, and the love that binds them together. The sun climbs higher, painting the room in a brighter light, signaling the start of a new day. But for now, they hold onto this precious moment, a stolen cuddle in the morning sun, a testament to the enduring power of love and family.

Can I request a platonic yandere sun wukong and macaque realizing that the teen mystic monkey they've been raising is planning to leave ffm?
Tumblr media
O Child of Unity
(I’m assuming you want Shadowpeach, then? I’m still not the best with it, but I’ll try! Also, a new bot is up!🧡💜 Also again, this fic is compliant with Deepest Hues- which I’ll expand on soon!)
There are four base colors in our world: black, white, yellow, and red. Together, these four hues represent the base components of alchemy- nigredo, albedo, citrinitas, and rubedo.
In times ancient and forgotten, a massive reservoir of these four colors existed in each corner of the earth. Like pools of chaos they surged, brimming with power and life. From each of these brightly-hued depths did an egg arise, containing a Mystic Monkey of incredible potential.
One of light. One of shadow. One of snow. One of fire.
And recently, a brand new simian, born of a union from nigredo and citrinitas, pitch black and bright yellow fusing their mystical lineage into a mottled green.
Their union blessed the world with a little virescent monkey, big eyes and soft fur-
You.
The world is such a wonderful place, you’ve learned. Geysers of boiling water and hunched spikes of snow. Sand white as bone and lakes stained pink by algae. Forests comprised of just one tree and diminutive flowers with digestive maws.
From book to book you’ve torn, indulging your curious brain in every last little wonder of the world- from glacial peaks to crystal caverns.
How many pages have you worn away by now, dreaming of wonders far beyond your reach? How many dreams has your mind spun, longing for something new? How many times have you lost the world to a lovely little daydream that took hours to shake?
A less generous eye would view this behavior as unhealthy. They might even refer to it as a ‘coping mechanism’, spending half the day locked into a foggy haze, pretending that life was more exiting, more fulfilling.
Even you had come to realize the inherent instability of your constant stupor, eventually.
All you have to do to fix this problem, then… is make those dreams a reality!
…right?
Right! No time to waste worrying!
Packing is easy! It used to be a time-killer of yours as a child, pretending to go on adventures across the world with only your trusty well-stocked backpack. All these little games were played out under the watchful eyes of your fathers, ensuring your fun never turned dangerous or led you somewhere that was off-limits.
You’d pick a locale and prepare for an ‘expedition’ with snacks and clothes, always running and asking Bába to open the pantry for you.
“A winter adventure,” Sun Wukong would lovingly coo, pressing a kiss to your forehead. “Sounds like fun, bud! Don’t forget to pack your warm socks, kay?”
He’d laugh and play along, pushing sandwiches and chocolate protein bars into your hands, always with a pouch of juice to pair. Sometimes he’d go the extra mile of bagging them up, giving you a paper sack that wouldn’t be out of place on a field trip.
(How often you begged to be enrolled in school, physical or at least online. And your fathers would ‘tsk’ and shake their heads, but quickly promise you ice cream as a bandage balm for your youthful sorrow.)
And then he’d watch your little journeys with a quirked eyebrow, smiling as you pulled your plushes (given that you had no playmates outside of base simians and your often busy fathers) along and narrated your games.
You’d fill out a page in your bulky journal detailing the ‘journey’, consigning your little hours of make-believe to white pages.
And as you had grown, that many-paged journal stayed tucked under your arm, all your thoughts and hopes written away into it.
Even now, as you stare out at the endless horizon so plainly in front of you- the book is held to your chest, warmed by the excited beat of your heart.
It holds all those dreams you’ve dreamt for a full decade now, each one precious and utterly perfect to your nostalgic mind.
The grass is long and bright, glistening with morning dew. It sparkles under the rising rays of the sun, a picturesque landscape laying in front of you. Flower Fruit Mountain (Mount Huaguo, as your fathers sometimes called it) was beautiful. Is beautiful. But pretty can only satiate the mind for so long, and certainly couldn’t fulfill your wanderlust any longer.
You had explored every cave, climbed every tree, mucked every puddle, cuddled every monkey.
It had been nice. And you’d miss it, but-
The world was waiting!
And you could wait no longer.
Stuffing the oversized book into your backpack, you do the one thing you’ve wanted to do for years- and take off running.
Lush grass rips under your feet, laying in scattered half-length piles as your boots tear across the wet ground. Muddy footprints squash down flowers and weeds alike, nothing stopping your gleeful dash.
Over puddles and through tree crooks, beneath towering canopies and across deep ponds- you run. All that hampers you is the heavy bags strapped to your back and waist, full of the supplies you once only dreamed of handling during a journey.
A real, actual journey! How long had you waited?! Years and years! And it was finally coming true!
But you turn the corner of a rock too quickly, and smack head-on into something solid and warm, the figure grasping you tightly.
And all too suddenly, one of your fathers- Macaque- stares down at you, clearly displeased.
“Explain,” he sharply says, holding out the note you had left on the dining table, unfolded and excitedly penned. It had been written in such a rush of gleeful adrenaline that some parts are nigh-unintelligible.
But; even with wild pen scrawl and joyful errors, it was clearly an intended farewell.
The claw marks shredding through half of the paper is proof that he hadn’t exactly taken the notion well.
“Y/N. What the hell is this? You’re running away?”
“N-no! I’m just-“
“Do you think this is how it all works? You throw a note on the table and head out into a world you know nothing about?”
“I do know about the world! I’ve been researching it for years!”
“Your ‘research’ doesn’t mean a thing! You have no skills, no experience, nothing!”
“Because you won’t let me do anything!”
The accusation causes him to bristle in anger, lips pulled back as he snarls. His fangs, glistening and sharp, draw your attention.
(Sometimes you forget what Macaque has done. How scary he can be. Sometimes you forget that he’s never regretted his crimes. Moments like this are happy to remind you.)
Your bravado and boldness vanish startlingly quickly, shrinking under the furious gaze of the simian.
The Six-Eared simian snags your wrist, stomping over to a cavernous rift of shadows. With your arm held tight, he jumps in and drags you along.
You fall from a ceiling and into the waiting arms of your other father, Wukong. He grins and nuzzles the fur of his cheek to your own, relishing in the warmth of familial closeness. A golden brazier burns next to him, recently lit and brightly chugging the wooden fuel within.
“Someone was up to a little bit of mischief, huh?”
His reaction is the polar opposite to Macaque- where his husband blows up and seethes, the Great Sage lies to himself and pretends that everything is okay. It’s easier to think of his child as a little imp than an outright runaway.
As Wukong dotes, Macaque rips away the thick jacket and boots that you were wearing, throwing them into the nearest closet.
You didn’t need them, after all. You weren’t going anywhere.
Though a part of you is disgruntled to have some of your clothing torn away so suddenly, it’s only when he snatches the backpack that you scrabble from the Great Sage’s arms.
“Don’t mess with that!” You call, trying to wrangle the bag from his grip- but he’s got your journal before you manage to pry it free.
He holds the gargantuan journal, full of all the dreams you had through your life- to see snow penitentes, to view miscolored lakes, to visit ancient forests, to explore the world that had been kept from you for so long.
“This is what gave you those ideas? Your little baby book, kiddo?”
“It’s not-“
“Shut it! You tried to run away. You don’t get to speak right now.”
He takes a moment to breath, glaring at the offending journal. To him, the answer is clear- get rid of the book, and he’ll get rid of your silly ideations of “freedom”. If it comes undone to the very binds, then maybe you’ll give up on leaving and return to the cozy schedule your fathers adhere you to. Forehead kisses and morning cuddles, shared meals and long naps through the cold of winter.
Without it, his life will go back to being perfect, and to an obsessive villain like Macaque?
A little bit of your sorrow is worth the happiness that keeping you close brings.
“Enough of these pointless dreams.”
The Six-Eared Macaque stands to his full height, the multicolored glow on his ears fading to black as his eyes burned red. With one angry sling, he throws your book into the deepest ashes of the gilded brazier.
It catches quick, melting and warping for just a brief few milliseconds before incinerating.
You stand there for a moment in sheer disbelief, watching as a decade of heartfelt writing crumbles away in seconds.
The raw, unspeakable hurt it produces leaves you breathless and mute, incapable of summoning even a single sorrowful word.
Macaque staggers back as tears bubble up in your eyes- even the villain himself has realized that this was a step much too far. His intention; as often to the innocent and undeserving, was to inflict suffering.
Even his own family wasn’t off the table.
His sable hands are much too slow in retrieving the book from uncaring flames, snagging only an empty cover now bereft of inner pages.
Ruined. Utterly ruined and destroyed.
The slow realization that you’ll never have back your childhood journal, never read again your years of games and research, never write another word in the precious book, never finish it- never, never, never, never, all in a devastating row.
The realization sinks in slow, but clicks into place all the same.
A low whimper builds in your throat, slowly pitching up as wetness spill down your cheeks. So many tears fall that they blind your vision, pairing well with the sobs that escape you.
Wukong glares at his partner with boiling eyes, a look of outright hatred in them. “Macaque. What. The. Hell.”
“…they h-had to learn a lesson,” he weakly justifies, his cowardice bubbling up in full force.
Run from Five Phases Mountain. Run from the Brotherhood. Run from Wukong. Run from the Lady Bone Demon. Run from the Samadhi Fire. Run from consequences and run from heroes, and pray that everyone forgets how badly he deserves to be punished for his cruelty and arrogance and sins.
Still a little rat, slinking in the shadows.
“Get out,” the Great Sage snarls, fangs dripping with immeasurable hatred, and, as ever, as always-
Macaque runs.
Wukong turns to you as his pitch husband bolts, throwing off his chest-plate and wrapping his unfathomably powerful arms around your quivering form.
He’s warm, much like a spring of volcanic water, or sun-kissed wood.
Or a raging, burning fire.
You don’t really want to be warm right now.
But the ferocity with which you pound his chest and gut leave the simian utterly unfazed, shushing and hushing you all the same.
“Shh, pumpkin, shh. You know your Bába hates to see you cry. C’mon, let’s dry those tears. Y’know what? How about we get you some ice cream, bud? Something sweet and cold to make you feel better.”
Wukong doesn’t wait for a response. He rarely does. The immortal boosts you up into his arms, heading to the kitchen. He kisses your cheeks and forehead and the bridge of your nose, trying to placate your tears with an overdose of physical affection.
This was your life. Your world.
And you were starting to doubt that you’d ever leave it.

The real name of the Furious Five
After the Kung Fu Panda 4 movie I started thinking about what Zhen's first conversations with the Furious Five would be like. I imagined her nervous about making a good impression but fitting quite well with her group dynamic given her mischievous attitude and enjoying their adventures with her, establishing a relationship of trust. Which led me to a thought "Would she, wanting to know them more, ask them what their real names are?"
This theory has been circulating in the fandom for years since it is said that their names actually refer to their fighting styles or their species (as well as Master Ox, Crocodile or Rhino) since those who retain their own name within this discipline are those who have a superior role such as Oogway, Shifu or Po and those who do not have a title such as Zhen or Tai Lung.
Well, I decided to look for a suitable name for each one, one that fit their physique or personality, that was easy to remember and that would distinguish one another, let's go!
Mantis: Xun Yu ( fast jade )
Tumblr media
With Mantis I was clear that I didn't want to look for anything that had to do with his size but I did want to highlight his most powerful abilities such as his speed.  That's where his first name, Xun, comes from.  His middle name, Yu (Jade), is because of his green color although this can also mean ''insect'' depending on the kanji with which it is written.  My idea is that Mantis calls himself ''the green lightning'' referring to his real name.
Crane: Zimo ( refined ink )
Tumblr media
At first I wanted his name to be related to the sky or the air due to his avian species or his techniques, but it made me think that one of the things that catches my attention about this character is his interest in Chinese calligraphy.  Therefore, I decided to name him Zimo (ink or writing) to reflect his beloved hobby in his name.
Monkey: Wong Sang ( yellow mulberry )
Tumblr media
For Monkey, I researched his voice actor, the one and only Jackie Chan, born Chan Kong-Sang. I wanted to take it as a reference by changing the name Kong since it is the name of the Monkey's brother to Wong (yellow), relating it to the color of his fur. I wanted to make a reference to his comic side but I couldn't find a suitable name for the guidelines I had assigned to it.
Viper: Jia Ling ( beautiful tinkle )
Tumblr media
As with Monkey, I researched on her voice actress, Lucy Liu, whose full name is Lucy Alexis Liu Yu Ling. I wanted to reflect her charming and sweet personality, so I took the name Ling (tinkerbell) as a reference of the hiss' snake she produces, as well as her happy attitude.  But her first name would be Jia to emphasize the beauty of this character.
Tigress: Xia ( sunrise )
Tumblr media
For her, I thought I would delve deeper into her story and her development as a character in order to give her the appropriate name.  This is her story:
When Tigress lived in the orphanage, she received the name Xian ("who lives in seclusion") from the other children perpetuating their contempt and fear of her. When Shifu finally decided to adopt her, after He heard that name many times, almost always accompanied by the word "monster", he asked her what new name she would like. She simply accepted Tigress because she didn't believe she could deserve a name. Shifu pondered and decided to call him Xia. Tigress at first didn't like this idea because it sounded similar to the previous one, but Shifu explained his choice to her. Both names, although similar, did not have the same meaning because now she would no longer be in the darkness, secluded and alone, but rather she had the opportunity for a new life, a path marked by the light that emanated from her, a new sunrise.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So yes, Zhen would ask the furious five their names, giving the situation that Po would find out right then and there about this. Everyone except Tigress would answer this question since for her it is still a very personal matter related to her past and Shifu and she still doesn't feel comfortable sharing it with everyone. Could Tigress talk to a certain panda about this?

Hard to photograph but VERY easy to paint lmao it‘s Father from the show "Codename: kids next door" and also a little rainbow monkey for a dash of color. This show wasn‘t super popular in my country when i was a kid so i never watched it much but i loved trying to get that style right, the shapes of the burnt trees in the background are pretty much directly based on screenshots. And as always, making figures of characters who don't really get merch is my favourite thing!

Making Humanoids Less Human
I did make a small post on this, but now I've got the art for a much bigger and more detailed post! so here we go.
I had several anonymous asks that all came in quick succession weeks ago. Every single one of them was basically just a variation on "how would you take (typically humanoid) fantasy being, and make them look less human?"
This blog does not exist for me to just give people original designs for free, my goal is to show off my own personal thoughts about fantasy design and help people figure out how to adjust their own designs to fit their vision better. That means when people ask me questions about how to do something, I want to give them things to think about so they can come to their own conclusion. I don't mind making original designs to illustrate concepts, but a whole flood of "show me how to make this specific thing look different" all at once like that was too much. I'm not answering them all individually, it's just not what I want to do.
But what I can do is show my own thoughts and ideas about how to take any fantasy design and push it further away from "human", and you all can look at my ideas and figure out your own way to do things!
So here are the main 4 methods I've come up with to make humanoids look less human.
Tumblr media
(image description: a simplified drawing of a humanoid face surrounded by four altered versions of the same face. clockwise starting from the top left, they are:
Speculative, drawn as a cat person. Additive, drawn with horns, pointy ears, sharp teeth, and a second pair of eyes. Subtractive, drawn with blank eyes, no nose, and no eyebrows. Exaggerative, drawn with a long face and huge eyes, as well as a wide mouth, narrow nose, and big ears.
end description)
I am personally a fan of the speculative route, which means exploring an alternate root of evolution to create a new design. Through this method, I've created monkey elves, frog goblins, and pig orcs.
the additive option is the most common, I think. adding new feature or doubled features to a humanoid form is a very intuitive way to change the design and make it look less human. you see this in most fantasy and scifi designs, like star trek aliens and the dnd player races.
subtractive and evaggerative are the most common options for people that like the uncanny valley. it's really easy to make uncomfortable designs by removing or exaggerating recognizable features, and they're often used together. Slenderman, for example, removes all facial features and skin color but also exaggerates the limbs and body.
Combining the four methods will give you a really interesting design as well! So for practice I decided to explore an alternate design for Tieflings, the part-demon player race in dnd.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(image description: four examples of differnt tiefling designs using the previously described methods. the additive example is just offical dnd art of a tiefling woman with purple skin, horns, and a long tail.
the subtractive sketch looks very alien, with a bald head, empty eyes, and no other facial featuers aside from a small mouth. it has three fingers per hand and two toe per foot.
the exaggerative sketch shows a hunched humanoid figure with huge eyes and big ears. the neck, limbs, and digits are all long with claws at the ends of the fingers and toes, and the limbs are also quite muscular.
the speculative sketch shows a bipedal figure with features similar to a giraffe, including a long neck, ossicones, and hooves.
end description)
now, because tielflings have such a distinct look to them, obviously my new sketches don't really look like tieflings, do they? the only one that comes close is the giraffe. relying only on one type of alteration to the human form has left the designs rather empty and lacking in the more iconic traits of the original concept. so i tried a sketch that combined my ideas! it came out looking like a completely different creature lol, like it could be a kobold or something, still not really a tiefling.
Tumblr media
(image description: a sketch of a creature with a giraffe-like head, long tongue, and sharp teeth. it appears to be roaring at something and stands in a half-crouch. it has long limbs with hoof feet and clawed hands, as well as a long tufted tail curled behind it. end description.)
didn't work out. too far into the animal side of the speculative evolution, I think. so I tried again and got a design I liked much better!
Tumblr media
(image description: a digital painting of a tiefling leaping back and casting a glowing orange spell. she is wearing a tunic with a corset and detached sleeves, as well as several pieces of jewelry. Her skin is purple with dark patches like a giraffe's spots, and she has a giraffe's ossicones as well as hoof-like hands and two-toed hoof feet. Her tail is long with a tuft at the end. She has glowing eyes and a flat nose, and there is a single sharp tooth visible poking out of the side of her mouth. end description.)
Brought the face back into slightly more human proportions and that helped a lot. Sometimes designs just take a few tries! that's normal.
and hopefully this is helpful to all of you! there are so many ways to alter humanoid designs to come up with something original and unique to you!

monkey d. luffy's 5 love languages
gender neutral readers. fluff. improper grammar. no uses of (y/n) or (name). established relationship. strawhat-coded reader. i tried to lean into luffys childlike personality without infantilizing him... tell me how good i did that please. is meant for opla!luffy but it can go for anime!luffy as-well. spoiler free
color coded text: luffy
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
physical touch: luffy is very touchy feely. he likes wrapping his entire body around you like a wet noodle just because he can and you're going to have to deal with that!! he loves giving you cheek kisses or small bites on your fingers, shoulders and chest but in a non-sexual way! he loves holding your hand and swinging it back and forth. he thinks is super fun and he'll do it really hard sometimes and make his arm loose shape and flail around in the wind.
acts of service: you could ask him to get a star out of the sky he'd do it!!! he'd do little things like get things off of shelves, grab something from your room or giving you a piggyback across an island but he'd literally do anything you ask him to without a second thought..well maybe be sides share his food, he'd have to think about it foe a second and then give you a piece. but fr he's big on helping you though, he likes doing things for you. and if you ever asked him why he dose he wanna help he'd be like 'because you need help' which translates to 'because i like being with you'.
quality time: you two spend alot of time together not only because you live on a boat together (with the crew ofc) but he also seeks you out when he's bored. downtime on the ship is v common because it can take weeks to get from point A to point B and thats where you come in. sometimes he takes you to the figure head and makes you tell him stories or talk about your thoughts. other times you just sit on the deck and sunbathe while he holds your hand it all depends really.
giving/receiving gifts: it doesn't take alot to impress him he's like a baby—easy to please! you could give him a fish & he'd wiggle it around before yelling at asking sanji to cook it for him. his gifts however are usually one of two things either— 1) it takes trials and tribulations to get or 2) it comes of as simple to someone from the outside looking in but it means alot to him no in between! like lets you say you want a apple he'd somehow fight a congregation of alligators to bring back 1 apple then he'd ask for a bite. ORRRRR he gifts you something like a drawing of you that looks rushed and childish with gears around it but it took him an hour—you watched him as he would go back and forth between looking at you foe a minute and scribbling and erasing on his paper. some might make fun of him for that but you of all people know that it means a lot to him that you have!
words of affirmation: he talks about you like you hung the moon and stars you could be a marine, a civilian, someone on his crew it doesn't matter. he'd tell everyone how he feels about you regardless if you're there or not. he never misses a moment to talk about you highly though his vocabulary is a little limited so he doesn't say things like "you're extravagant" or "i admire you." when he compliments you he says things like "you're so fun." and "i like you so much." again his words are surface level to those who don't know him but he really does think highly of you even if his words don't exactly reflect it but actions are louder than words anyway.

Monkey Chase
I stepped off the loading ramp and got a good view of the reason why we’d landed in the wrong part of the spaceport. A giant cargo hauler lay on its side, broken and bent — had a ship crashed into it, or had the engine exploded? I couldn’t tell from here — and large slabs of spaceship insulation gel sprawled everywhere. The hauler’s cargo, clearly. As I watched, three people with a hovercart tried to shove one aside to no effect, and another slab as big as a cross-section from my old apartment on Earth slowly peeled off from inside the remains of the hauler. It hit the ground with the squishiest thud I’d ever heard - the thing was the color of smoke, but dense enough to make the ground vibrate from here.
I whistled, then regretted it when the tentacle alien on the ramp beside me scrunched up at the sound. “Sorry,” I told Mur.
“Ow,” he said, uncurling his blue-black tentacles. “Was that a human swear? It’s sharp.”
“More of a ‘wow-look-at-that’ kind of noise,” I said. “But swearing would sure be appropriate. What a mess.”
“You said it. Glad it’s not our problem.”
Captain Sunlight came down the ramp to join us, regal as ever in the bright yellow scales that had given her the name. “Our client isn’t answering,” she said. “I’ve put in a request at the local medcenter to see if they’ve been injured in this crisis, but haven’t heard back yet. Anyone interested is welcome to join me in walking over to where their ship was meant to be parked.”
Three other crewmates followed her out of the ship: Blip and Blop in their flowiest silks that both matched their fin colors and also showed off their biceps, and Zhee with his purple exoskeleton as shiny as always. They all made quiet noises of dismay at the state of the spaceport.
(Well, Blip and Blop seemed dismayed. Zhee was looking down his nonexistent nose at whoever had been careless enough to cause such a mess.)
Mur waved a tentacle. “Lead the way,” he said to the captain. “Here’s hoping the ship isn’t buried under all that.”
“Yeah, it looks heavy,” I said as we moved out. “I wouldn’t be surprised if a little ship could be crushed under that, especially if it also took damage from whatever kaboom happened in the first place.”
As we got closer, I made several observations in a range of importance. A medical shuttle was zipping off toward the city center while another appeared to be waiting around just in case; the medics were standing there chatting instead of tending to anyone. The gel slabs couldn’t be pushed, though they could be lifted with a big enough gravity platform. There was only one of those here. Cleanup was going to take a while. The slabs covered a large area of ground as well as a couple ship-sized lumps, turning the spaceport into a sea of smoky gray translucent rubber.
A small creature bounced around on it. People were shouting about that.
“What’s going on over there?” I asked.
Captain Sunlight sighed deeply and sped up. “I really hope that’s not our cargo.”
“Our cargo’s an animal?”
“Yes, among other things. I thought I told you, but I guess not; it was a last-minute addition to our load. Someone’s exotic pet.” She looked up at me with concern on her lizardy face. “How are your animal-catching skills?”
“Depends on the animal,” I said, squinting at the fast-moving thing. I was the critter expert on the ship, but I didn’t want to promise anything. “What species is it?”
“I’ll bring up the description in a moment,” Captain Sunlight said. “I think I see our client over there.”
She was right. The slender Frillian with a leash and an exasperated expression did turn out to be the person we’d come to meet, and the various spaceport officials on the scene had no any easy answers about how to catch his pet.
“Normally he comes running for food!” the client exclaimed. “But he’s got plenty to pick from here!” He pointed accusingly at the spill of fruit from a truck smashed open by a slab of gel.
“Oh, like that’s my fault?” said a Heatseeker who was busy gathering fruit. “Half my stock is ruined! Go catch your little menace and stop complaining.”
This led to a rant about how impossible the menace in question was to catch when he didn’t want to be — giving him a bath had to be done by trickery — and he was never going to come down from this playground full of food, and oh the man should have just paid for a transit that allowed him to bring pets.
Zhee muttered agreement at that last, but I don’t think the guy heard him. Spaceport officials offered calming words and a reminder that nets had been sent for.
Captain Sunlight asked one of them, “Is there an animal-handling service anywhere nearby?”
“Nowhere close,” was the answer.
She looked back up at me. “Any bright ideas? Here, I’ll show you the description.”
While she unfolded a screen and brought up the information from this particular courier gig, I watched the jumpy creature carefully. He was close enough for a good look now, since he’d come back to snatch another alien citrus off the ground, making the owner yell after him.
My first thought was “monkey,” followed by “frog.” The animal was long-limbed and green, though with velvety fur instead of an amphibian’s shine, and had a tail that could hold fruit just as well as his hands could. Pointy nose, round ears, and the biggest eyes of anyone here except for Zhee. He could probably see a person sneaking up from behind. He was fast. And he was clearly having a great time jumping from one bouncy surface to another, making chattering noises and spitting citrus peel everywhere.
“It’s called a treeleaper,” Captain Sunlight told me. “Warmblooded, diurnal, omnivorous, and ‘a bit of a troublemaker.’”
Mur snorted. “Sounds like your species,” he told me.
“Just with a tail,” Zhee added.
“I wanted a tail as a kid,” I said absently, thinking hard. I’d just caught sight of a shipful of humans disembarking nearby, on the other side of the biggest pile of gel. They looked like they were in pretty good shape. One was already walking on the gel and laughing about the bounce.
I had an idea. “Excuse me, Captain. I think I see reinforcements,” I said, then ran off toward my unsuspecting kinfolk. When I got close, I took great pleasure in yelling, “Hey humans! Who wants to help me chase a monkey across a trampoline??”
They were all smiles and questions, then when I led the way to where they could see the monkey-frog jumping around with stolen fruit, they volunteered immediately.
“I’ll get the small cargo net!”
“Do you think the big gravity wands will slow it down?”
“Bet you a cleaning shift that I can grab it in a towel.”
“You’re on!”
I told Captain Sunlight that I had successfully recruited some animal-catchers, and she didn’t bat an eye, just suggesting that our crew gather similar tools from our own ship. Zhee and the twins rushed off while Mur stayed to yell suggestions.
The other humans were already venturing into the bounce zone. I hurried to follow, grabbing a fist-sized lime thing from the ground as I did. We made a wide circle before closing in.
The treeleaper saw us coming, of course. Threw a half-eaten fruit at one person and made a rude noise at another, then sprang up to ricochet between surfaces like an unholy pinball.
Thus began a merry chase.
It brought back memories of bouncy houses and birthday parties at the trampoline gym. The gel was tough enough to take an impact without doing more than denting briefly and launching a person hooting into the air, to rebound off another surface and hopefully not smack into anyone else in midair. There were a couple close calls. But that just made everything funnier somehow.
I jumped off one gel wall with and hit another with my shoulder, making the monkey-frog turn a 180 back towards a pair of guys with gravity wands. He tried to spring away to the side, but I threw my lime to bounce off a surface nearby, spooking him enough to change direction yet again. Somebody slid down a gel slab like a rubbery playground slide, yelping as that turned into a wild tumble. The animal didn’t know what to make of all the flailing and laughter. His hesitation was enough for the gravity wands to lift him partway off the gel, then when he stuck a leg out far enough to jump free, he was immediately bagged by a grinning lady with a cargo net.
Everybody cheered.
The treeleaper growled and tried to scramble free, but no luck. Somebody else caught up and helped tie the net off with a scarf. Everyone settled down to minimal bouncing, and many hands worked together to carry the bundle of ropes and disgruntled animal back to solid ground.
“You got him! Is he okay? He didn’t sprain anything in that net, did he? I hope he didn’t eat too much fruit. He’ll do that if given the chance, you know.” The owner was grateful and worried and relieved and talkative.
Eggskin had arrived from our ship with a medical scanner, and thankfully they could put everyone’s mind at ease about the state of our animal cargo. The treeleaper was fine. It had a stomach full of fruit and a bloodstream full of adrenaline, but all it needed was a nice nap in its carrying cage.
I considered asking why it hadn’t been in the carrier before, when the rented shuttle got its windows smashed, but I didn’t.
A small hand patted my back, as far up as it could reach. “Earning your keep once again,” said Captain Sunlight.
I laughed. “That was my pleasure.”
Another human lingering nearby asked, “Is there anything else that needs catching? That was great.”
“Yeah, you should sell tickets to this!” agreed another.
A Frillian in a port uniform said, “No, but thank you.” She paused, then added, “Hm. I wonder if that’s worth suggesting to the owner of all this insulation. It’s useless for its intended purpose now that it’s breached the sanitation shielding.”
I smiled. “It still makes an excellent trampoline even with footprints all over it. Lay those out in an empty field and charge people entrance, and they could make back a decent amount of money. You get plenty humans through this port, right?”
The woman who’d caught the treeleaper said, “We’re here early for a family reunion before the big festival, then there are three or four sporting events in a row. Let us know if that does happen, because we can get you a lot of humans interested in jumping on this stuff.”
I had to leave with the animal cargo back to our courier ship, so I didn’t hear how the rest of the conversation went, but I saw the official bring the representative of the hauling group over to meet the humans. He looked very interested in what the spokesperson had to say.
I grinned at the scene as I walked away: the intense conversation in front of the vast playground of bouncy surfaces. I wondered if we’d get a chance to come back for a visit when they got it set up properly.

living together ~ monkey trio
{macaque, sun wukong, & mk x fem!reader}
++============++
Macaque
macaque started living at your place after the defeat of LBD and it was a weird adjustment for him
he’s not the type for a more domestic life but he loved you and didn’t want to leave you alone all the time
you were happy to have him there but you could tell he was struggling with the adjustment
mostly all the sounds, it irritated his ears
you do live in the city after all and you’re used to the sounds.
to help you got him a pair of noise-canceling headphones
you rarely see macaque without them which you don’t mind
the two of you exchanged small notes to each other
macaque finds it cute especially when you drawing things on the notes
you got blue and purple sticky notes for this
you like things that are color coded, it was one the charms that macaque liked about you
the first couple of days you spent together, macaque won’t sleep in the same bed with you
not that you minded, you loved macaque and respected his space since he’s rarely touchy with you mostly bc he’s not much of fan but also abandonment issues
but one night, you felt him slip into the bed from behind you, his arms wrapped around your waist, his face buried in your neck and his tail was curled around one of your ankles.
he likes your warmth and after that night, he’s gotten clingy with you
clingy to the point where he’s protective, like very protective
you’ve heard him hiss at people before
you started to think that your monkey boyfriend was half-cat
he loves your touch, you’ve heard him purr sometimes when you pet him when the two of you chill on the couch
you love have your emo monkey boyfriend in your home
Sun Wukong
after a lot begging from wukong, you finally gave in and moved in with him on Flower Fruit Mountain
he was a happy monkie and hugged you as soon as you showed up
“Peaches! You made it!”
“Hi, Wukong.”
wukong’s little monkeys were just as happy to see you as your monkey boyfriend
They took turns hugging you 😭
though you had your gripes with living on Flower Fruit Mountain, you found that it was quite peaceful living far away from the crowd city
wukong knew the stress you’ve experienced while living there so he thought if you lived with him you’d be able to get a sense of peace
you really took on a housewife persona which wukong was surprised by
he wanted to you to relax and let him do everything
yet you said otherwise
you like the idea taking care of household stuff also you want to make this monkey your husband
wukong didn’t stop you from doing what you wanted
when you cook, he’d stand behind you with his arms around your waist, his chin resting on your shoulder as his tail wagged behind him
“Thanks for everything, Peaches.”
he’s very flirty and rolls out compliments every so often and you don’t mind, they sometimes make you flustered but you’re so used to wukong’s antics they don’t effect you as much so you flirt back sometimes
It catches him off guard sometimes
sleeping in the same bed was easy for the two of you with you liking to cuddle and wukong being clingy
“I love you, sunshine”
“I love you too, monkey face.”
MK
you and mk have talked about who would move into who’s place
But neither of you could come to an agreement on it
Look you wanted to live with mk yet his apartment seemed too small for the two you yet you lived on the other side of the city, yet your apartment was bigger than mk’s it was a bit inconvenient
After days of rating the pros and cons, the two of you settled on you moving in with mk
pigsy and mk helped you move most of your stuff to mk’s apartment (mostly clothes and other things like that) and your hamster
mk was happy to have you with him
He likes seeing you after a long day, sometimes he even forgets that you live there
an exhausted mk would sometimes stumble through the door, seeing you either on the couch or sitting on the bed in the bedroom, he’d flop down in your lap and rant about his day while you listened as you ran your fingers through his hair
you cook most of the time
you’ve been teaching him how to cook, yes he has blown up the kitchen before
mk did get embarrassed when said you’d like to sleep in the same bad as him
mk.exe has stopped working
you laughed at his reaction, and told him that he didn’t have to agree with it if he didn’t want to
he shook his head rapidly and said he doesn’t mind
he was really tense next to you until the both of you fell asleep and woke up almost on top of each other
you moving in with him was the best thing that happened to mk

"There are now more golden lion tamarins bounding between branches in the Brazilian rainforest than at any time since efforts to save the species started in the 1970s, a new survey reveals.
Once on the brink of extinction, with only about 200 animals in the wild, the population has rebounded to around 4,800, according to a study released Tuesday by the Brazilian science and conservation nonprofit Golden Lion Tamarin Association.
“We are celebrating, but always keeping one eye on other threats, because life’s not easy,” said the nonprofit’s president, Luís Paulo Ferraz.
Golden lion tamarins are small monkeys with long tails and copper-colored fur that live in family groups led by a mated pair. Usually, they give birth annually to twins, which all family members help to raise by bringing them food and carrying them on their backs.
The monkeys, which live only in Brazil’s Atlantic Forest, are still considered endangered.
The population survey was conducted over roughly a year. Researchers went to specific locations and checked whether monkeys responded to recordings of the tamarins’ long call, which basically means “I’m here. Are you there?” said James Dietz, a biologist and vice president of the U.S.-based nonprofit Save the Golden Lion Tamarin.
The new population figures are notable because the species had experienced a sharp decline from a yellow fever outbreak. In 2019, there were 2,500 monkeys, down from 3,700 in a 2014 survey.
Scientists intervened by vaccinating more than 370 monkeys against yellow fever, using shots adapted from a formula for humans — a fairly novel approach for conservation.
Scientists “cannot pinpoint a single exact cause for the recovery,” but believe several factors may be at play, said Carlos R. Ruiz-Miranda, a State University of Northern Rio de Janeiro biologist who advised on the population study.
Firstly, the yellow fever outbreak has subsided, perhaps due to a combination of the virus’ natural cycle and the vaccination campaign.
The animals may also be benefiting from an increase in forest habitat, said Dietz, who is also a research associate at the Smithsonian Institution’s Conservation Biology Institute. Between 2014 and 2022, the amount of connected forest habitat increased 16%, mostly through forests regrown on converted cattle pasture, he said.
Currently about three dozen farmers and ranchers in the Atlantic Forest region participate in such reforestation programs.
“It makes me so happy to see the tamarins playing free on my farm. They don’t only live in protected areas,” said Ayrton Violento, a farmer and entrepreneur in the small city of Silva Jardim. His family’s Fazenda dos Cordeiros has planted native fruit trees and also manages a tree nursery for native Atlantic Forest seedlings to plant on other farms.
“Recently, every year I see more tamarin families, more frequently,” he said."
